Summary of the story (outdated) http://pastebin.com/5vNphiNS
Twitter: https://twitter.com/Stark1st

Last time you managed to combine the two military leaders of Wa to join forces and go to war against the evil sorceress in the north, Tharja, and the snake lord Kakuri. You worked out a plan with Raiko about rescuing Adrian and after spending some intimate time with Ryuga you set off for battle. On your journey to the northern lands, you ran into your little sister, the demon lord Shirabu who you convinced to fight with the other two lords, at least until you deal with Kakuri. Heading into the snake lord's lands you ran into a patrol and ambushed them. With the patrol defeated you thought about what exactly to do with the captives.
>>

You look over to the rather haughty bicorn, “Rozalin, you and Kagehana interrogate the leader.” Rozalin playfully smiles, “Understood,” she says as she walked over to her victim for today.

You look back over to the captives, “As for the rest of you... the sorceress works for the Master of the Accursed Lands. And she is using mind control spells on the soldiers she empowers. Her plan is to kill the Snake Lord once he wins the war. I have given my warming, if you believe it and tell your Lord is up to you.” You motion for Anna, “Knock them out and get them tied up." Your handy materialization friend nods and creates the rope while Victoria has fun knocking out the captives. While they are being restrained you walk over to the leader of the band of snakes where Rozalin seems to be “working” his body into telling her what she wants. Her hands ran slowly and up and down the man as she began to ask basic questions, “how many more are you nearby?” “I… uhh... ahh..” The man was putting up a brave face, but with Rozalin assaulting the outside and Kagehana attacking his mind there really wasn’t much hope for the poor man. “T-There are 5 patrols of 4 like us that… run along the border…” he uttered under what looked to be intense distress. Rozalin continues by bringer herself closer to him leaving just enough space for him to no doubt feel her breath on his person, “And, how to we avoid them?” “...they travel a set path along the border and… alternate every hour from North/South to East/West… if you serpentine through the land you should be safe…” “Should?” Rozalin circles her finger against his scales. “W-Will!” “Alright, then what about Tharja and Kakuri?” You add a comment, “Yes, what about them…” “They…” the snake tries to stop himself but then he convulses and continues, “They are in the castle in the far north, Kakuri dislikes his personal guards being affected by Tharja’s magic so they are like us… Tharja, however, has had other types of guards.” Rozalin presses, “Other types?” “Short green folk…”

You ponder, “Interesting... “ Rozalin then asks, “I believe that should be sufficient for our needs, but is there anything you want to ask Dear? He is telling us everything” The snake jerks his head away in shame.

“Tell me,” you start, “Tell me all you know about the sorceress. How she arrived, how she got the Snake Lord’s favor, how she looks, anything and everything that is pertinent.”

He struggles to speak once more, but as Kagehana keeps affecting him he becomes much more open to talking, “Tharja… came to us a short while ago by boat and promised Kakuri she could help him take over the island. Kakuri grew weary of this stalemate that despite his best efforts had not ended with his rule as Lord of Wa sooner. He found Tharja suspicious but the power she offered was immense. She had magic spells that could either be destructive or lead to the enhancing of others. Lord Kakuri was still suspicious and only subjected the poor as Tharja’s early test subjects, these subjects I hear produced incredible results of strength, endurance, and agility and they were all still loyal to him. He deemed it fit to proceed and once he built up enough strength he unleashed his horde onto the island.”

“And what more about the Sorceress, in particular, do you know,” “... Only… that she is rather powerful and arrogant, she treats herself like our lord's equal which can at times infuriate him and she spends most of her time, I hear, talking to a red orb she carries around. She seems rather obsessed with it, as well as her experiments.” “And what does she look like?” “She has long dark hair and slightly loose dark robes, her smile is terrifying and her eyes have a mixture of crazed and inquisitive. Again, she almost always has a ball-shaped red orb in her hands. Beyond that, there is not much else I know.” “Hmmm, very well, thank you for all the help.” You give a half-earnest smile before Victoria runs up and punches him into unconsciousness. Anna ties him up shortly after.

Rozalin beings to talk to the group, “So now we know where to go then and more about this woman.” You think, “Yeah, but not much else, there sounds like a little conflict of interest occurring. Though for now we at least know a little more of what to expect.” You clap your hands to signify the end of your pondering, “Alright, for now, we need to get there and now we know the way.” “Right.” Yuki nods and agrees as you begin your march following the patrol leader's instructions.

No need to rush things, you have the help of the forest to mask your presence. You hold your team back and allow the patrol to harmlessly pass. One of them stops for a moment and looks your direction, usings its tongue to try and sniff you out. After a minute it gives up and slithers to the rest of his squad. Guess the forest animals and plants masked you enough.

After a sigh of relief you head back onto the trail where you quickly came to the base of a village with a castle in the background. There were guards stationed near the borders of the village but a majority of the people inside looked to be insectoid civilians. “That snake didn’t mention this?” you thought.

“Alright guys, let's head around but first I want to get into my kitsune disguise.” They stop to look at you," “What? I want to be in disguise in case the the No-Named man is watching somehow.” “ohhhhhhhh,” resounded through your group. Anna and Yuki pull you off to the side and work their magic for a solid 10 minutes. Your friends were on the lookout but it seems that the scare on the way here was the last one you would have. Once all spiffed up in your familiar kitsune outfit, which looks absolutely perfect, you headed around the village. Taka during this time is mystified, “Onee-chan you really look like a kitsune now, its incredible.” Taka runs her hand through the fake tail Anna and Yuki fashioned. “Haha is that ri-” you tried to answer your sister's praises but were tossed aside by Yuki, “and with good reason, This is but my latest masterpiece! This entire plane is a treasure trove of fashion and if I do say so myself I had managed to outdo myself. Don’t you think so?” Yuki eagerly asked your sister who seemed a tad concerned. “Uhhh… yeah it looks great…” she muttered and Yuki beamed. “Haha!” she laughed, “My artistic talent has been progressing in troves! Soon by the time we get home I can take the world by storm!” She pulls out a piece of paper and pen that you have no idea where she got it, “I must strike while the iron is hot. Or as they say in fashion Sew while the needle is pristine!” Yuki engrosses herself in her notes loudly talking to herself about how her future fashion company will take over the world. Victoria walks over to Yuki who was too focused to notice her doing so, “Yeah yeah, let's just deal with this first shall we.”your violent friend says as she begins dragging Yuki behind her from the collar to head out.

You journey around the village was nearly carefree, perhaps they had fewer forces stationed in the province due to all the fighting being in the south? Either way, you weren’t complaining and made it to the castle in no time.

The castle looked very much in style of Shiromitsu’s but with a higher focus on the sleekness of design, it didn't look as practically built as Shiromitsu’s was but not nearly as regal as Ryuga’s place was either. Snake shaped statutes ran along the layers roofs of the castle and in the right position of sunlight the scale designed roofs would shine a bring light into your eye. There were four guards stationed at the main gate. All of which appeared to be normal insectoid and reptilian without enhancements.

"We're going to try talking with them first," you announce as you mount Rozalin to head to the gate. "Wait wait wait wait!" Aki grabs your shoulder in haste. They are attacking us on sight and you want to walk up and talk to the guards to the castle we are trying to kill someone in?!" "Uhhh, yeah?" you confess, "This is no different than our usual method if they attack they attack if they don't then that makes it easier for us. Plus if we straight up attack then we would lose the chance to learn more." You explain but the basilisk does not seem convinced, "In which case, we should sneak in or something, and not risk alerting the entire guard by messing up." "I see your point, but that is why we have Kagehana and Rozalin, they can take care of any... complications so to say. " Aki sighs, "Fine, but I'm preparing for the absolute worse."

After she gave up you all started your walk calmly to the front gate of the snake's dwellings. The guards put themselves on high alert and point their guard spears at you as you approach. "Good people of this land, we have come to warn your lord of betrayal that the evil sorcerers Tharja is plotting. " They seem confused but still on edge, "Yeah, well who are you?" one shots back still brandishing his spear in your direction. "Me? Oh well if you must know my name is Mika, but that is not important, we are trying to save your lord from certain death, won't you listen to us?"

The guards seem to waver slightly at your words but then reaffirm themselves by tightening their grip on their spears, “You are not supposed to be here!” you take a small step back to show that you have no intention of conflict, at least with them. You try to appeal to their best intentions, "Haven't you noticed how she seems too fixated in that Red Orb of hers? That's because that's the thing the Master of the Accursed lands uses to give her orders. Your lord is in danger from being betrayed or worse controlled by a foreigner.” “Well that’s…” You finish his sentence, “Not in tradition, please you must believe us, your lord is in terrible danger and all this war with the other kingdoms will already have severe repercussions.

The guard looks conflicted, one of the others whispers into his ear, then he winces, takes a deep breath and lowers his spear. “I do not know if you are right or not outsider, but if you are right and you know more about this woman then your assistance would be needed,” “Great so then we should-” “But!” he cuts you off, “If you are wrong then you will captured and interrogated, if not killed. The guards in this castle will not hesitate, neither will I if that is the case.” You see in his eyes a resolute determination, so you respond in kind, “Understood.”

Do we have a plan for castle infiltration? All you knew exactly was that Adrian is somewhere in there, and Kakuri and Tharja were waiting.

“I want you all to escort me to Kakuri under the pretenses of a truce so I can inform him personally of the situation.” The guard looks over your group, “Alright, but moving all of you will be difficult. Don’t worry, only I will go.” “WHAT!” your friends yell, Aki grabs you, “What are you thinking?! You are heading in without us?” “N-Not exactly, Rozalin, Nessera and Serena will be there.” You can feel Aki squinting her eyes, “Still, the three of you vs an entire castle and sorceress will not play out in your favor.” You try to explain, “That is why I will fix it before it gets out of hand.” Yuki jumps in, “That reassuring at all! We’ve talked about this! You are going to die.” “No I won’t.” you tried to say assertively, if not a little forcefully, “I will solve this, but the rest of you will wait out here in the event of the worst case scenario.” “But… But…” Aki and Yuki try to fight back but can’t seem to come up with anything. They knew by now that when you become adamant about something it is difficult to change your mind. “Fine,” they say before hugging you. Aki says quietly, “If you die, we’ll kill you…” you return the hug, “I know…” After a minute of squeezing your girlfriends let go and your escort prepares the way for you. Before you leave though you say once more to your friends, “Don’t worry everyone, I’ll get this all squared away. You flash a smile before the gate behind you began to close, you faintly hear Aki say, “If you say so…”

Rozalin comments once the gate closes “My how cold you are to them young one, you’re terrible… but I guess since you decided to have me come along you aren’t so bad, hehe.” You brush off her teasing, “I have the adequate back up with you three, we’ll be fine.” “hehe, still I think this is gonna be a lot of fun.” The bicorn licks her lips as you progress forward. You figure you had enough back up with these three but now that you are without your friends you didn’t know for sure. Guess you can only help for the best.

The inner castle itself was as slick as it looked on the outside, it was windy at times narrow and at times spacious. Panes of glass hung on the walls in some hallways for seemingly no reason. You can only imagine that the architect for this castle had a field day or was on something because this almost post-modernistic design is making you a little uncomfortable. Design aside you are constantly getting looks from the other guards, some of them stop your group but your guide manages to talk his way past. That doesn’t stop the lingering stairs, however. Soon you come to a large door where the guard knocks, “We have a messenger for Lord Kakuri is he in?” You hear a woman's voice on the other side as the doors open, “Indeed he is…” sitting across from the entrance in a snake carved throne was the lord in question, to his right though stood a dark woman in robes with a red orb in her hand.

“Ohhh? Now who is this?” The woman asks looking over you and Rozalin. “Uninvited guests…” the snake lord said as if annoyed. Getting a good look at him he looked more man than snake but his black fashion senses, bright orange-yellow eyes with the distinctive snake pupil made it clear he was at least part snake. “My lord,” the guardsman bows, “This woman wishes to discuss a truce between you and the other 3 kingdoms…” “Haha!” Tharja erupts, “How idiotic, we both know this won’t be over till they are annihilated,” Kakuri chuckles, “Indeed.” he refocuses his gaze onto you, “So what say you then, tell us of this truce.”

Shit. You wanted to immediately warn Kakuri about Tharja, but while she is here that might be... problematic.

You close your eyes and think to communicate to your shadow friend, “You know Tharja works for your father. She might be able to tell you something about him if you ask.” Your shadow responds, “Really! But is now the best time Onee-chan? Things are kind of bad right now…” “I am positive it will be fine, just try to be quiet about it.” “Gotcha!” your shadow seems to be prepared for her conversation but waits for the right moment.

You give a courtesy bow on Rozalin to the snake lord. He may be a snake in every sense of the word, but perhaps he is more inclined to listen to you if you show him due respect. Your bow was also your signal for Kagehana to fly over, "Lord Kakuri right now the three other countries in this island are in an alliance. Do you honestly think you can beat the demons, kitsunes, and dragons if they work together?” You make a quick glance to Tharja who seems to be thinking to herself with your shadow stretching her way, she seems to be growing increasingly annoyed so you didn’t have too much time, but at least she was distracted. “Also…” You focus back on Kakuri, “...is evident to anyone who looks that you don't actually control the sorceress who is giving power to your army. What would you do if she betrays you?"

The snake lord narrows his gold eyes at you, it was enough to give off an intense aura of dread. “So you came to intimidate me… and warn me of the threat I already knew existed…” he chuckles to himself, “I appreciate it, but that has already been taken care of.” “Now about your truce, does if feature unconditional surrender? Slavery offers? Sacrifices of men, women and children? I only say that last one due to the demons being a bit… eccentric. Though I personally would rather they prostrate themselves to me.” Did he not listen to anything you said?

You grew nervous, “Lord Kakuri, it is unreasonable to expect your forces to win against three other armies… “ He gives you a smug look, “You clearly do not know how a snake fights,” you see snakes slithering behind him of normal size. “But perhaps you can be of use to me girl, if that brat Shiromitsu told you to come here then you are either important or a toss away. Which are you, girl?”

In the face of his question, you look to Tharja who still seems to be in thought and distracted.

You steel your resolve, "You do know your sorceress has her own army and uses mind control, right? And that her boss literally curses his servant's heads to explode if they betray him? What makes you think that you are actually in control?" The snake looks to Tharja, “we have an insurance policy so to say.” His speech grows more intense, “And do not think me a mindless minion of that master of hers! I rule under no one! I have made no such pack with him for he respects my power.”

The snake lord grows calm and relaxes in his seat before giving a sly grin, “Although there may be some merit to your words young one, You have managed to distract her for this time after all,” he casually motions to the sorceress lost in thought. “I dare say, if something were to happen to her right now I do not imagine what may happen to her soldiers, so how about a deal…” He stands from his seat and begins walking toward you nonchalantly, “After I win the war you kill her. I get what I want, you get what you want, seems rather fair to me. Otherwise I afraid I must toss you in the lower levels. You are far too intriguing to me and I think Tharja was on the lookout for a woman of capable speech.” Kakuri extends his hand to you.

He smiles, “So what do you say?” you glance over to Tharja who begins to be regaining the sense of her surroundings. The snake lord softly says, “Clock’s ticking…”

Damn. You were running out of time and despite things going better for you, it wasn’t going as well as you would have wanted it too. You look at the snake lords and in his sleeve, you see what looks to be yellow eyes staring into yours. You are slowly bringing your arm to your pouch where you kept the scroll and make some body gestures that imply for Rozalin to act and at the same time think to Kagehana, “Kill her!”

Rozalin moves to action, “My, my. You are quite handsome Lord Kakuri… your skin is so fair, your body is slim, and… she leans in closer to his face, a girl can get lost in those eyes of yours.” Rozalin bends over in a way that naturally draws the eye to her voluptuous “assets” The eye eyes in his sleeve received as he turns to your seductive companion. “My what a seductress you bring with you girl… though” He brings his hand to Rozalin's face and rubs it with the back of his hand. His motion continues down the rest of the bicorn’s human torso. “A fine woman…” Rozalin giggles, “Oh my lord stop, you're embarrassing me…” Kakuri seems to be lost in Rozalin at the moment.

Meanwhile, Tharja grasps her head in pain as she begins to yell, “YOU WILL NOT! YOU’RE NOT HIS FAVORITE ANYMORE, I AM! ME! NOT YOU!” The sorceress begins to scream and the area around her shakes as small objects lift into the air.

You take this as a cute to toss the scroll you grabbed from your sack into the air, blow a hole through the roof and summon Raiko. You know she saw the flare, but you didn’t know how long it might take her to get here. For the time being your brandish your arms and turn to the snake lord who is infatuated with your companion.

You strike at the distracted Kakuri with the intent to maim not kill. If anything is just an arrogant fool persuaded like your Taka once was. You come down at his arm and leg your blade sinks into his leg while your back swing nails him in the shoulder. He spins around instantly and you feel a large tail thrash you aside, but when you look at what hit you the huge snake tail shrinks back down to almost unnoticeable in his appearance. He looks excited, “So the diplomat would rather bare fangs? This is far more exciting!” he tears out the blade that was in his leg and throws it at your feet. Alright, let us fight then!”

When he spun he also knocked Rozalin to the floor and he now seems coherent after your stabbing. You can tell your attack did a large amount of damage but his eyes give you the blood lustful notion that he did not care.

Meanwhile, Kagehana seemed to be tackling with Tharja who seems to be omitting some sort of force field that is slowly peeling and pushing the shadow out of her body, Tharja breathes heavily, “YOU WILL NOT… TAKE THIS AWAY FROM ME!” The orb in the sorceresses hand begins to glow bright red.

You call out to your imp friends.

“Nessera, Serena! Help Kagehana!” you didn’t here an exact response but the two bolts being shot at the witch told you they heard you loud and clear.

Kakuri extends his arm at you and a humungous and long snake comes dashing out at you. You grab your weapons dodge out of the way of the beast, but the snake bits into the castle floor and then pulls him to your location. You and Kakuri make eye contact, he looks a lot like Shirabu does when she is fighting but noticeably more decisive in his movements. He brings his leg down onto your abdomen, you didn’t have time to counter this blow after just jumping out of the way of the other so all you could do was cross counter him with a jab at his abdomen. Your blows meat at the exact same time your blade manages to cut into his skin but he knocked the wind out of you. Not only couldn’t you breathe but there was an intense pain in your stomach and you grab your stomach by reflex and hunched over trying to gasp for air.

Kakuri notices your struggle and takes a moment to taunt you, “Out of gas already? Or should I say air? I must say you’re pretty good but as you are now you’re pitiful.” His eyes cast a judging look as you raise your head to meet his. You feel the air starting to circulate in your lungs once again as you take a huge gasp of air. You breathe heavily but begin to shout back at your opponent, "I know people who work for that Master… I saw a city fall because that Man didn't get what he wanted, one of his minions caused a volcanic eruption when I defeated him. Whatever edge you think you have? It doesn't matter, that man doesn't have servants, he has tools. If one dies he just replaces it. What? You need a literal army of brainwashed soldiers to come here to kill you so you believe me? Then what you think the three armies are fighting right now?" He narrows his eyes, “If you want to know our countermeasure than you should look at yourself. I give you maybe 10 minutes until you fall unconscious.” “What the hell are you talking about!” you shout back, and as you do you start to see a purple mist flow from your blow to your stomach, your clothes have dissolved in that area. He shouts, “Get it now? I control miasma girl, and it doesn't matter what magic that woman has once she bathes in miasma for 5 minutes she is gone.” He smiles cockily at your distress.

The imps and your little sister seem to be having great success. The two bolts shot penetrated Tharja’s barrier and pierced into her arm and abdomen, just barely missing the orb. But if anything that is only making her more angered and that orb of hers is burning red. Kagehana constricts on her body and is keeping whatever she is attempting to do from happening, much to her distress. Though every second Kagehana seems to grow a little weaker making time of the essence.

It was at this unfortunate time that the castle guards burst into the chamber, “Lord Kakuri what is… You! The guard brandishes his spears and the 5 others he is with do the same. “Damn,” you curse the situation. Dealing with these two was trouble enough, but now guards? “Rozalin!” you call to your friend starting to bring herself off the ground, “Try to stop them!” “What about you?!” she asks concerned. “It’s fine just make sure tha-” your words were cut off by a loud screech followed by a pure bolt of lightning that destroys the section of the castle were the guards just entered, the guards themselves seem to have evaporated in the blast. “WHERE IS MY HUSBAND!” a frantic and seething Thunderbird yells as she flies into the room, her eyes darting about for her beloved, “WHERE IS HE!” she yells as she dashes to your location.

Raiko looked crazed and her fury could be pointed anywhere, in which case, where better than your current opponent? Kakuri is a fool to think that just because he has a way to kill anything means he can over power Tharja or her master which doesn’t care if their minions die.

“Raiko!” You call to the thunderbird while pointing to the snake lord, “That man there has Adrian held in this castle while also hurting him no doubt. Take him down and make him talk!” Raiko’s body charged with lightning and its sparks dart across the room as she began flying over to the detainer of her husband. Kakuri looks unfazed as he prepares to dance with the bird. You weren’t done fighting him either though and you figured with the two of you this battle could be over swiftly. Looking down at the nauseous fumes coming from your stomach you decide to hasten this battle.

Raiko launches a blast of lightning toward Kakuri and although he triest to dodge he is clipped, yet still unfazed. The blast was powerful and continued to travel through the hall and whizz right by your friends dealing with Tharja. Hopefully, Riako won’t hit them, though in her state of mind trying to reason with her isn’t going to work.

You shake your head and rush the snake lord after having dodge Raiko’s blast he couldn’t move fast enough to dodge your attack and you stab him in the stomach. All he could do in resistance was bring his hands down onto your back in an attempt to knock you on the ground. He didn’t put in enough force to do so but a thicker layer of smog was beginning to surround you. What’s worst is that from your stab wound in his stomach the miasma seemed to be leaking from his body. You thought to yourself, “Is this guy just a gas cloud or something.” Kakuri notices your surprise and decided to continue talking, almost ignoring the sword in his stomach, “Pretty good girl, though I am afraid you are only quickening your demise this way. Even if you were to kill me my miasma is only dispel able by me.”

Regardless of his tauntings and claims the wound you and Raiko gave him showed that the battle was now heavily in your favor. Raiko charges up another blast behind you as you begin to hear her screech. Instinctively you drop to your stomach, leaving the blade in Kakuri’s abdomen as he is engulfed in a blue blast which seems to linger in his body as your blade acted like a lightning rod.

Kakuri’s clothes were singed and he himself looked rather crispy as he began to heavily breathe after the attack. It was astonishing that even after taking that he managed to stay on his feet, but it was clear he didn’t have much left in him. The snake lord grabs the blade lodged in his stomach yanks it from his person and tosses it across the room. He begins to laugh, “Haha, who would've thought Ryuga’s pet bird would be so powerful.” With a smile on his face, he kneels down over you. “Guess you’re going to win this one girl, though I would tell her to stop, otherwise she is going to do far more harm than good.”

You ask, “Do you surrender then?” “If you prevent the bird from destroying everything sure, why not.”

Meanwhile, your friends are still locked in combat with Tharja, though it looked like the nonstop assault was working. She, however, did not show any intentions on giving up as the orb in her hand began to glow brighter and brighter.

For now, though you needed to stop this situation from getting out of hand.

“Raiko listen to me! If you stop we can get Adrian!” She discharges another bolt of lightning despite your behest but slowly her sparks begin to die down as she breathes heavy and calming breathes. After a few moments, she lowered herself onto the ground. Good. Now you turn to Kakuri who is holding his hands up in front of himself in surrender.

You try to get moving to your other friends and sister but each movement you make becomes more and more sluggish until you can’t move anymore. “Kakuri!” you call, “Get rid of this infernal poison, Hmm, how about you kill Tharja and then I will.” “What!” you grew furious, “But you surrendered!” “Yes, but you might decide to kill me anyways, plus this way you are encouraged to deal with her faster in my stead.” “Damnit!” there wasn’t much you could do besides hope for the best you suppose, then again, Raiko could just beat some sense into him couldn’t she.

You know what you are pretty done with this asshole. It takes all of your strength but you slowly start to move to the snake lord, smiling as you do so. “Haha, "If I die, you do, I really tried to keep you alive because you are just a puppet dancing to the tune of that man. But you know what? I am fucking done! You think you can survive if I die? Think again. Your army is finished, the sorceress puppets are nothing without her and there are three big armies that are working together to kill you." You then jump and hug him and start laughing not letting him go no matter what he does.

“You would rather us both die then, girl? Or is this just a matter of calling bluffs? I can simply bite you hear and knock you out before you can do anything.” “I would make sure to see you rot from the inside out before that happens.” Kakuri laughs, “Kekek, how fatalistic. Very well girl, your resolve is unquestionable,” He brings his hand to your stomach where you feel something bite into your abdomen. You tighten the hug to make him rot but instead you feel yourself getting better. The haze of purple is leaving you and you feel far more attentive and powerful. Kakuri looks you in the eye. “There, with that, I have truly surrendered to you as you have the power to kill me helplessly.”

“Finally…” you weren’t certain of this snake and his way with being a controlling jerk so for safe measure you create water bindings on his person so he could not do harm. To either you, your friend's or even himself. He smiled complacently as you did so. “Kekek, I you might want to hurry girl, it sounds like Tharja’s friends are approaching.” when he said that you started to hear what sounded like tens of feet scampering through the castle to your location, faintly you heard “Oi where is da ladyboss? She in za centa?”

Guess you should make this time count.

You and your friends try to land the finishing blows on Tharja who was still bound. “Rozalin, watch Kagehana and make sure she doesn’t freak out, by any means necessary.” “Any means? She teases. “Yes, any means, everyone else target the orb!”

Victoria
Throwing weapons +8 (crit window 18-20)

Can't we just have Victoria trow something at the orb?
>>
You all brought yourselves down onto the sorceress aiming particularly for the orb. It was hard to exactly hit with Kagehana wrestling with Tharja who had the orb in a death grip but you tried nonetheless. Nessera’s bolt she fired went high and wide . Yourself and Serena managed to get a hit in on it while Kagehana continued to constrict. The orb after getting hit a couple times started to dim, much to the dismay of Tharja who began shouting over its doing so, “No don’t leave!” she yelled at the orb as it grew dimmer and dimmer.

A blast of anger erupts from her as fire lashes out in all directions from her, scorching the landscape, You, and Kagehana who after containing Tharja for so long could no longer hold out and let go. You fell to your back trying to avoid the flames, but the blast wave from the attack seemed too powerful.

Now freed, though, Tharja curls up around the orb hugging it closely to her chest and begins whimpering. The whimpering didn’t hide the uncontrolled torrents of magical energy she was omitting. Every few seconds lightning, water, or death magic lashed out around her making getting close nearly impossible.

Soon a flood of 10 or so goblins burst into the room. Though they were meet with a well-timed blast thanks to Rozalin’s quick thinking with Raiko.

You stand up and hold your arms in front of your face block whatever might get thrown your way before yelling, “Tharja! That Man doesn’t care about you, if he did, why did he leave you alone? Why has he not sent for help?!”

You hear her shriek in response, “He Trusted me! I told him I could do it… I TOLD HIM! I just… ahhh!” She yells as her magic intensifies. Leaving gashes in the room’s walls and floor.

“Tharja please!” You try to shout though the magic on display is rather intimidating, “Please… drop the orb, it is going to kill you at the rate you are going, he isn’t worth dying for!”

“HOW WOULD YOU KNOW!” “Because he is a liar, a puppet master and cares nothing for his people! I don’t know what sugar filled words he has fed you but you dying here will not mean anything to him!” “Y-You’re wrong! He loves me! He takes care of me! Y-You should just shut up!” The blasts are growing more frantic, but also weaker. You take this as an indication to continue.

“You need to listen! If you die then what happens! You failed him regardless! You need to drop the orb and think for yourself right now! Not for him!” Tharja’s voice begins to tremble, “B-B-But… I... “ She looks at the dim and cracked ball in her arms. Her gaze was intent as if looking not at the object but into it. She closes her eyes and drops the orb onto the ground, the magic around her dissipates as she hangs her arms to the side and falls backward.

“Are you guys alright!” Aki, Yuki, Victoria and Anna burst into the room. Victoria had a spear primed to through but after seeing the scene her gleeful expression turned sour. “Every damn time!” She groaned and through her weapon into the floor in disdain. “Calm down,” Anna said putting her hand on her shoulder, “We should make sure everyone is okay for now.” “Onee-chan! Nee-chan!” Taka runs to you and then Kagehana to make sure she is alright. “Hey Taka…” with what strength you had left you ruffled your little sister's hair while checking on your shadow. Her red eyes were all you could make out of the black mass on the ground near you, “I think…” the shadow started, “...that I am going to need a bit of rest…” “That’s fine, you did a great job today Kagehana, you earned it.” Your little sister slips into your shadow as your friends hurry to tend to the injured.

Raiko has been calmed by now but is now leaning over Kakuri shouting at him to tell him where Adrian is, “I would love you, Miss, but I am afraid that in my current position I can’t do much.” Raiko looks to you and points to the snake lord, who gives you a smile and wave with his bound hand.
