I flick a strand of hair out of my eyes as Mali's pupils turn from hearts to large black orbs filling her golden orange eyes as she wobbles back and forth, her own natural body weight slowly pulling her to the ground. She tumbles forward, all of her extra cushioning stopping her fall from being too painful as she crumples down on a pile of coins, jiggling slightly as her arm bends under her like its broken. But I don't worry, since she showed off how flexible her bones were the second she got enough time to.

Karla looks down at her in shock, and then looks up at me as Maya whines, trying to hide from me in a panic, crying about how I'm scary.

"Oh" I say sadly "She was starting to give into her instincts, probably due to thinking about helping her...er, well the imp she adopted"

"Which I haven't seen yet...but isn't that a little extreme, knocking her out like that?" Karla asks, still in shock as she looks down at Mali's peaceful smile

In addition to what I voted for. Little bit of levity may win little Maya over yet.

I look down at mali, her skin has turned to its default milk white state, and she's curled up in a ball. But she's some how still flaunting all of her body's assets. I tilt my ears as I crouch down in front of her, to get a closer look.

How does she even fly with all this extra muscle and fact...or even walk, it looks like it'd put her off balance, all of this sudden growth but she just takes to it like a fish in water, all it does is make her a little more smug about it, and makes it harder for me to look away from her. Every swaying step she takes is damn near hypnotic.

But how does she fly? Seriously her wings aren't nearly enough to carry her with a body like this. Maybe she's adapted hollow bones or...maybe her flesh is just lighter than most of mortal things?

Seriously this is starting to bug me. I reach out and grope her, squeezing her to try and feel any difference in her...body. I blush and smirk as she moans, before I snap out of it and realize what I'm doing to her.

Mali smiles a bit wider, drooling. How can she look so smug when she's knocked out?

I lean closer to her, gritting my teeth. Okay, she feels as normal as she always does but...How does her body WORK!? this is driving me mad! I grab her arm and twist it, watching it bend like I just snapped her bone like a freshly plucked twig.

But her bone is still in one piece, and feels as solid as ever. I Bend it back, grumbling as I don't feel any difference from a usual bone as I run my hands down her arms. Alright, so there's another mystery to sit along by how she flies.

....Wait,no don't stop Iris...stop thinking about why her tongue is about as long or longer than the average large intestine...Now wait, now that I think about it, her tongue actually seems pretty endless.

Okay, I know she isn't of this reality, or her body isn't, but what the hell!? She makes no sense, there...there has to be a reason, some kind of demonic field or magic or..

I sigh, brushing my hair out of my eyes and back into its usual, orderly postion as I look around my room, the various curtains hanging from rafters and the books laying scattered everywhere. I smirk and sit down on top of my bag as I remember when Mali was little and cute. When she'd cuddle up under my arms and fall asleep, when I could lift her up with my legs, and look down on her as she scurried around in her unique panicky way...When she threw sugar up on me...don't like that memory as much as the rest. She was just so adorable reading those books that were almost bigger than her and flying around. Or when she carried plates of cookies and milkshakes to me while I studied, smiling happily as she changed color seven different times as she walked over.

I sigh and rest my head in my hands as I smile a bit wider. She wasn't so aggresive back then, in fact she was scared to so much as look at me without my shirt on, now I can barely stand beside her without her leaning on me, or holding me against her chest protectively.

Its sweet and all just.. different from when I first met her, and I was the bigger one. I guess she's just paying me back ten fold

I ruffle my hair, scratching behind my horns as I try to remember how I ended up on the ground and feel so...woozy and weird, like my body shut down. Maya needs to understand that while they may have been angels once, and that, yes, they are an enemy to be feared, one that has been broken should be treated as a sister, as we ourselves treat them as a daughter.

I don't want to teach her HOW to break an angel just yet, she needs to understand the basic rules first, and playtime could lead to her accidentally getting caught up in herself.

But some family bonding in the baths will smooth things over. Now the question is, do we go with the bath we made earlier? Or a standard one? Or perhaps both?

It'll be interesting to see how Lifa fits into what is quickly becoming a potent combat party. Though, we're a little suqishy when compared to Alith. So that's going to take some work.

We'll have to see Lifa's magics to really venture what she can do. I currently assume it's Nature magic, with a possible subschool in weather. But she's probably got 3-4 as an angel.

But, we'll have to make her our daughter to get there.

Love the ideas too. But I have to figure that we may have a few too many eyes that would look our way at this time. But soon, very soon.

We've joked about it before/suggested it for the lewdbin, but I kind of like the idea of Mali performing that one motherly task with ALL f our daughters. Hell, it may be the final push to turn Lifa and get her to call us Mama.
