Your transport slowly lowers and you find yourself looking at the same space port you had used to arrive on Dromund Kaas only yesterday. The building seems smaller this time, perhaps due to the realization of how quickly this place will become a common facet of your work as you move from mission to mission. The door opens and you exit the vehicle with Taral closely behind.

"Now then my lord, to assist you on this and further missions Darth Incarnus has seen you to be outfitted with a Fucy-class Interceptor, as well as a military personnel to pilot the ship as well as give you a degree of ground level support. His name is Lieutenant Haust and he will be working with you moving forward."

Watcher 18 says, as the two of you proceed onward into the space port.

"He has been cleared for knowledge pertaining to the Shadow Wardens, though he should be kept on a need to know basis. Perhaps once he has proven himself he can be okay'd for a higher clearance. For now he knows that he is serving the Apprentice of Darth Incarnus, the High Warden of our organization, and that he is bound to secrecy on the things he learns and sees while under your command."

She continues as she leads you into the space port proper. Once more you are given a wide berth as people try their best to avoid both you and Taral, who lets loose a low growl every now and again followed by an soft canine chuckle.

>What do you do?

>Say nothing, and move on.
>"What kind of person is Lieutenant Haust?"
>"Does he have any skills I should be aware of?"

"Tell me, what kind of person is Lieutenant Haust? Does he have any skills I should be aware of?"

You ask as the two of you move through the crowds of people coming and going.

"To be honest my Lord, my only interactions with him have been through his file, though he is described as jovial and likable. A bit of a comedian according to some notes from his superiors, but he does what he is told and does it well. As for skills, he is trained in infiltration, small scale skirmish and guerrilla warfare, combat piloting, as well as the use of all standard issue Imperial armaments, as well as some... less conventional weapons. His skills are vast and manifold. I honestly can't see there being anything you could ask him that he would be able to do competently."

She says with a smile. A few moments pass and the two of you enter your dock, and with you see your new ship. You shake your head absently. It seems every day you reach some milestone you would have thought impossible two years ago.

"Now then, the Lieutenant should be waiting for you inside. He has instructions on where you will be going already. Is there anything else I can assist you with before you depart my Lord?"

She asks with a kind smile.

>What do you say?

>Say nothing, nod to her, then board your ship.
>"How long can I expect to be in transit?"
>"Will you not be joining me, Miss Vance?"
>"No, not for the moment. You are dismissed."
>"Don't be a stranger on the communicator. You make for pleasant conversation, Miss Vance."

"No, not for the moment. You are dismissed."

You say cordially.

Watcher 18 salutes you before turning and crisply making her way back through the crowded spaceport, a journey made a bit more difficult lacking your presence. Slowly ascend the heavy metal staircase toward the opening hatch of your ship and open in. You turn a corner and find yourself in a large central room with a massive holoterminal in the center of the room. The interior of the ship is mostly black-grey metal, which your heavy foot falls ring against with a finality.

"Is that you my Lord? I'll be out in just a moment."

You hear a gruff voice say coming from further within the ship. A moment passes along with a set of heavy footfalls and you see a large Rattataki man in an Imperial Military uniform turns a corner and snaps to attention.

"Lieutenant Djoza Haust, reporting for duty my Lord."

He says.

>What do you say?

>"Very well Lieutenant. We have little time for pleasantries. Let's get on our way."
>"At ease Lieutenant. I've heard little about you, why don't you tell me about yourself."
>"Interesting, if I recall correctly Rattaki are quite rare to see in the Imperial Military, especially as an officer. What makes you so special?"
>"Please Lieutenant, I am not one for formalities, and from what I've heard neither are you. As long as you are respectful you may speak plainly."

Oh certainly. but what the fuck would Xanth know about that?

First in the mines, then the Academy.
Where would he have picked up knowledge of aliens who might or might not be in the military?
If anything the fact that there were plenty of aliens at Korriban would make such diversity almost expected.

atleast those are my two cents
>>

The Academy. While we didn't cover them, there were classes about Military structure, tactics, war history, ect. For our purposes Xanth has a working knowledge of most common information.

"Very well Lieutenant. We have little time for pleasantries. Let's get on our way."

You say, with a brief but polite nod.

"Of course my Lord, I'd hate to keep the dancers waiting on me. Follow me to the Command Room and we'll be on our way."

He says with a quick chuckle.

You follow him, Taral following you at his own pace as he inspects the various nooks and crannies of this new environment. The Lieutenant taken a seat at one of the two front most control panels which you surmise are the pilot seats. Further back raised above the other seats, resting in front of a galaxy map you see a larger and seemingly more comfortable chair.

"Yep, that's yours. Fancy innit?"

The Lieutenant says.

You seat yourself and breathe a small sigh. Wordlessly you input your destination and the ships hums with a vibrant energy.

"Journey shouldn't take us too long, this ships been outfitted with a fancy new hyper drive and given how small it is it we should be able to get there in an hour or so."

He continues looking over to you.

>What do you do?

>Spend your time on the way there meditating.
>"You're very talkative, aren't you Lieutenant?"

Tell him that one of his duties, should we continue working with him, will be learning ancient sith to communicate with Taral, both as tradition and respect.

Also inform him of the mission at hand, simply referring to an assault on a criminal overlords property to assist another agent in their role. We do not want him or others, should they support us, to be in any danger due to a lack of intelligence.

Tell him also to gear up should he join us in combat.

"I'll be honest Lieutenant, this is my first mission and I'd like it to go well. We can get a drink to celebrate after and chat, but 'till then I'd like to focus on the task at hand."

You say looking over to your subordinate.

"Of course my Lord, sorry by the by, I'm a bit of a talker. To be honest I'm just glad you're not all hoity toity like some of the othe Sith. I'll leave you alone now to do what needs to be done until we get there."

He says with a sheepish grin.

You close your eyes, and you feel Taral brush against your legs and lay by your feat. Slowly your surroundings fade around you until again your find yourself enveloped in darkness. Red hair. Eyes like emeralds. Freckles. She stares at you with an accusing glance.

"How..."

You struggle to bring her into focus.

"My Lord are you alright?"

The voice startles you and you jerk back into consciousness.

Lieutenant Haust stands over you and jumps a bit as you find the world again.

"You've been sitting there silent as the grave for the whole ride to Nar Shaddaa. Gave me a right fright there. Anyway, we're here. Based on the coordinates your Watcher gave me, we're about a fifteen minute ride from your target location. The explosives you had brought are also ready for you on the bridge."

He explains.

You begin to open your mouth to speak when a soft ringing sound appears to be coming from the bridge. You stand soundlessly and make your way there, Lieutenant Haust at your feet. You press a button, accepting the incoming transmission and you see Zyr'rha appear on the holodeck.

"Well now, you got here faster then I expected. Here I was worried I would have to start without you~"

She coos.

>What do you say?

>End the transmission and make your way to your destination without a word.
>"I assume you're calling me with a purpose."
>"I think you'll find I make a habit of exceeding expectations."

Plan: ask if hast has any experience with demolitions. He's mentioned to be good at infiltration. If he can plant a few set packs on load bear structures, even outside, we can disturb or bring down the building to cover our escape.

"I assume you're calling me with a purpose."

You say coolly, Watcher 18's warnings still fresh in your mind.

"Oh come now darling don't be so distant, where is that winning smile from earlier?"

She says coyly.

You shrug with a smirk, but offer no response, which causes the Twi'lek to wrinkle her nose with displeasure.

"Fine. I've got some intel for you to make things as smooth for me as possible. Security is still tight, tight enough to where I won't be able to make any moves until you've begun your work. There are two ground floor entrances and a variety of balconies higher up, which I plan to use to make my entrance. All of the guarded. It may seem counter intuitive but you may want to strike from the front, it will get the most immediate attention to you. Also, a little bird told me that you brought some explosives with you. I don't care what you do once I've left but remember we're here for the package. Until I've gotten out try to avoid bringing the building down around me."

She replies in a muted voice, with the seeming implication that you've killed her fun.

"I hope I get to see you in action. I've heard good things about you."

She says, her lips curling into another smile.

Because doing otherwise plays to her crazy. Doing so makes her feel in control. Of course we run the risk of going the other way but then we, for a time at least, have some give since it wouldnt look good on incarnus if one of his underlings kills the new one on day 1. You end the communication without another word and her hologram blinks out of existence. You can almost feel her indignation from your ship. Lieutenant Haust appears to be trying very hard to hold in a laugh, apparently uncertain if it will anger you. You give him a brief nod and he lets out a bemused chuckle.

"Let's go. I have a feeling making her wait after that is only going to piss her off more."

You say as you make your way to the exit of your ship, Taral and the Lieutenant at your heels. You are struck immediately by how bring this world is. Even in the spaceport there are signs of bring neon in many languages you cannot read assaulting both your organic and cybernetic eye. You squint for a moment trying to gain your bearings.

"First time here huh? Yea it's a lot to take in at first. Just don't talk to anybody whose trying to sell you something on the street, and don't take anything anyone is trying to give you for free and you should be fine."

He says with a chuckle.

After a moment you straighten yourself and proceed onward. The crowd here does not part the same way as on Dromund Kaas, and you find yourself struggling to move past the mass of bodies. At last you break free from the ocean of people and out away from the entrance of the port.

What you just said is irrelevant to what I said. We now may have less time to gather the support you're talking about. We could have built connections either way, but now she might give us less time to do so. I left to make food and eat and when I got back I had missed the vote for what we did during transit to the target. We apparently voted to not get to know the lieutenant.

"I've been told you're well trained in infiltration. How likely do you think you'd be able to sneak into the building and set up explosives while I do my work?"

You ask plainly as the two of you walk.

"If I'm following in the wake of your 'work' then there shouldn't be too much of an issue. If you're expecting me to go ahead of you then I suppose it depends on what I'm blowing up. High priority targets will be harder to infiltrate, but if we're talking support beams that'll be easier. Point me in the right direction and I'll do what I can."

He says with an easy shrug.

You nod in affirmation and the two of you proceed further into the bowels of the city. It takes the two of you ten minutes of travel before the building is in sight, a large skyscraper that you can see at even a pacing glance is swarming with individuals.

"So, what's the plan boss?"

The Lieutenant asks.

>What do you say?

>Walk forward soundlessly and activate your lightsabers.
>"Walk in the front door and see what happens."
>"Do you have any changes of clothes? Something a merc might wear? I'm feeling creative."
>"I want you to steal a small transport nearby. We're going to load it with explosives and drive it into the entrance."

Both options. We want to make it seem like a rival gang set this up. Also only use firearms and explosives, sabers as a last resort. If we blow this shit up and leave without a trace, people are gonna look for answers. People don't look for answers when they seem to think one is right in front of them.
>>

>"I want you to steal a small transport nearby. We're going to load it with explosives and drive it into the entrance
Do that but don't set off the explosives until we need to evac or we get confirmation that the package was secured.

Car crashing into the front should be enough of a distraction at first

play with it like a dog with a ragdoll.
Kill it because it's a threat to my power

"Lieutenant, I want you to steal a small transport nearby. We're going to load it with explosives and drive it into the entrance."

You say, a smirk gracing your lips.

There is a momentary silence before Haust replies.

"Holy shit you're serious. Boss I think you and I are going to get along just fine. Wait here, I'll be back in a moment."

He says, stealing away soundlessly into an alley, something you did not expect from a man of his size. Another ten minutes pass before a four seat civilian transport slowly pulls in front of you.

"One transport, made to order."

Haust says with a nod.

It doesn't take long for the two of you to wire all the explosives in the back seats of the transport, and the kill-switch is in your hands.

"Alright boss. You wanna drive or should I?"

Haust asks.

>What do you say?

>"You drive."
>"I'll drive."
>"Don't call me 'Boss'. It's 'my Lord'."
>"Neither. We're going to set it to accelerate on its own, then detonate it once it's crashed in the entrance. That should cut a nice path for us."

You say, your smile widening.

"You're the boss. Now let me see what we can... there we are."

Haust says, searching the nearby alley until he find a large metal pipe to hold down the accelerator. He maneuvers the transport in line with the entrance of Ruunass Geokkoe's building.

"And away we go!"

Haust shouts as he jams the pipe down and slams the transport door. The transport barrels forward at max speed with a high and distressed whine, as if the vehicle had come to understand it's own fate. You motion to Taral and Haust to follow you as you walk forward at a leisurely pace following the transport. You see from the corner of your eye Taral's spines and ridges are raised, and his lips pull back in a snarl, ready to tear out throats at your command. Lieutenant Haust similarly pops his neck before pulling out a standard issue Imperial blaster riffle.

It takes only moment before the wrenching sound of metal colliding against metal tears through the white noise of the city. You see movement and hear shouting from the entrance. You count out five seconds in your head before pressing the kill switch. A sound like thunder erupts as four pounds of C4 explode in the lobby of the sky scraper.

"Boss, catch."

Haust says.

You throw your arm out instinctively and catch a small ear piece.

"I noticed you didn't have one. Link it to your communicator, it'll allow us to communicate if we get split up. That Twi'lek probably has one of her own you can communicate with too."

He says.

You respond with a nod and you walk, placing it in your right ear.

You are now only fifteen feet from the smoldering entrance to the building.

>What do you do?

You walk in casually, the smell of seared metal and burned flesh fills your lungs as you enter. Everyone in the lobby appears to be dead or playing dead. You turn to Haust calmly and speak.

"Work on securing an escape route, kill anyone you need to in order to make that happen. We're here until I'm given the word."

Haust nods.

"Understood. See you on the other side boss."

He says, going down a hallway to your right. You hear the distant ringing of blaster fire and turn your attention to your surroundings. There is a hall to your left, where you can hear the sound of footfalls approaching and an elevator near the back of the room.

You walk slowly over to left hand hall, keeping your pace casual. Taral skulks behind you, muscles tensed and ready to act. You see a troop of a half dozen thugs, with a Rodian leading the charge. Upon seeing you the six of them stop, blaster rifles raised.

"You must be stupid or ignorant to attack this place."

The Rodian spits.

"Who are you? Speak quickly before I just kill you now and drag you back to Ruunass."

Yes thats nice, heres the problem. Jedi wont be unaware. Ignoring the little detail that they will sense our ability with the force, I'm sure they will sense a darkness in the force or somesuch.

And why would we want everyone in the Empire to see us as less then we are?
Furthermore, we are a sith. As such our missions will include the addition of "Non-sith wouldnt be enough", so at that point we'd be gimping ourselves, looking silly, make Darth Incarnus look incompetent and be dead.

Not nessesarily in that order, mind you.

With a flick of both of your wrists, your sabers fly into your hands, and you see a flash of fear enter the Rodian's eyes as he understands what you are. The two sabers hum to life, a muted angry sound, and in an explosion of movement you push off the ground. You move through the air with deadly speed and land dead center between the six thugs.

Brutality overcomes you, and you swing the sabers with a practiced hand. You decapitate one easily, two shocked to move out of the way while another finds your saber lodged through to the hilt into their chest before your rip it out, leaving an enormous seared gash through half of their body. A third, you raise both sabers and cleave right down the middle into thirds. The other two died to quickly to experience the pain, but this one screams out in horrifying agony before the shock takes him.

In a matter of moments three are dead, leaving only the Rodian and two more, who immediately do what they can to gain distance.

"Kill him! Kill him now!"

The Rodian screams and their blasters ring out as they fire at you.

In another explosion of motion, your light-sabers whirl around you, leaving deep charred gashes in the floor beneath you, as you deflect the baster shots aimed at you. Before another volley can be shot, you jab your sabers forward into the guts of the two thugs in front of you. The light quickly fades from their eyes and they fall to their knees, your sabers bisecting them as their bodies fall limp. You turn slowly to look at the Rodian who is already being harried by Taral, snarling and gnashing his teeth as the Rodian's weapon falls to the ground.

"Please... please don't kill me... I didn't know what you were... I'm so sorry, I'll do anything. Please."

He whimpers.

On another note we still have the Thermal grenades. Should we make a trap for the reinforcements?

I also thought about leaving one ore two grenades in the elavator, since the grenades have some kind of timer, and send the elevator up to the hutt's floor. Then let it explode as they gather around it.

It also kills one exist. Remenber no survivors.

"Call reinforcements. Anyone who will come."

You reply to him calmly.

"Y-yes right away."

He says, bringing his hand up to one of his ears.

"This is Creenkif down in the lobby, I need as many people as we can get down here as soon as possible, there's a Sith here and..."

He begins frantically babbling into his communicator.

"Taral. Kill him."

You say in Sith.

Taral's bares his fangs.

"What are... no... no please.. stop!"

He squeals before Taral grabs one of his legs, and tears him down to the ground. Thick purple blood begins to gush from the massive puncture wounds left in his calf. Before the Rodian can say another word Taral mounts him and begins tearing into his throat and face with a sickening noise. The communicator is still live as the sound of shattering bones and dying screams fill the hall. A moment passes and there is nothing left of the Rodian's face but a mess of gore.

"Well done Taral."

You say with a small smile.

"That one tasted of smoke and rubber."

Taral says distastefully attempting to remove the taste from his lolling tongue.

A soft beeping noise fills your right ear, and you answer the communicator.

"Boss I don't know what you did but you've got a lot of movement heading your way. I managed to sneak by but you've go ten guys heading down my side of the building alone armed to the teeth. I hope you've got a plan."

Haust says in a hushed tone over the ear piece.

"I've got a few ideas."

You say, your lips spreading into a thoughtful grin.

You begin arming the grenades while Taral keeps watch over you. You hear the distant sound of footsteps against hard metal as you use your communicator to reach out to Zyr'rha. A beat passes, then another as you finish arming the first grenade.

"So now you're interested in talking?"

You hear as Zyr'rha answers. There is a clear hint of annoyance to her voice, yet you still sense a playfulness there as well; like a scorned lover who still wants affection.

"I'm checking on your status. How are things going?"

You ask, keeping your tone even.

"Oh how sweet, you do care~! Well, whatever you did I heard the explosion from up here. The halls have mostly cleared, and I'm nearly to the Hutt's room, though there's a few stragglers. For now just keep doing what you're doing and try not to die. I'll call you if I have any issues or... requests~."

She says, her voice smooth like silk.

You finish arming the second grenade as you talk, and it seems that you have a few moments before you are set upon.

"That works."

You say with a shrug.

The cacophonous sound of footsteps grows louder as you make your way to the middle of the room. Finally you hear two earch shattering explosions to your left and your right, the ground trembling beneath you.

"I'm going to go kill a lot of people now."

You say with a smile.

Smoke billows from the nearby hallways and you see a few stragglers struggling to find cover in the halls before advancing. There are four thugs to your left and five to your right including a Trandoshan who you believe to be the Security Chief you were briefed on.

You close your eyes for a moment and feel the power of your Force Rage begin to take hold, your muscles swell with power and time seems to slow around you.

>Force Point Earned

"Taral. Kill the ones on the left."

You snarl, your Rage overcoming you.

Taral immediately springs into motion, gunning toward the closest thug. In equal measure you charge the nearest man to your right, your lips pulled into a cruel and terrible grin. Blaster shots fly past you as you bob and weave your way through the barrage. You cleave through the first man as easily as the air beside him. You bring your sabers together into a massive 'X' and decapitate another two before the first body drops.

The sound of Taral tearing through flesh and crushing bone with his powerful jaws coupled with your terrible visage makes several of the men facing you flinch. The remaining two aside from the Trandoshan break into a full sprint, trying to flee the carnage. You step forward and lash out at the Trandoshan, ad while he avoids the brunt of the damage, you slice off one of his gnarled fingers. The Trandoshan looks at you with hard eyes, and you see now his scaled hide is covered in scars.

"Scorekeeper, bear witness to this most glorious kill."

He says, baring his hideous maw.

>What do you do?

>Break him.
>"Certainly not the worst last words I've ever heard."

"She will. Tell me, how many points do you think you are worth?"

You ask, meeting his smile with your your own.

"Do not worry little Sith, you won't have to ponder that question for long."

He replies before lashing out with the butt of his gun with surprising speed. It connects with your chest, and you stumble back a few steps before your eyes meet.

You close your hand into a fist and you grasp the Trandoshan's weapon with the Force. He fights you at first as he realizes what you are doing, but in time you wretch the rifle from his hands and send it clattering to the ground beside him.You charge with a roar and bring your blades to bear against the reptilian. A sharp pain slashes across the side of your face as the Trandoshan lashes our with one of his massive claws and two gashes run across your left cheek.

Despite this your blades found their mark in the gut of the Trandoshan. He pulls away, a large gash on his right flank as he looks at you, eyes bright with adrenaline and the thrill of the hunt.

"I will not die so easily little Sith, but you are ferocious. If I die here, I die with honor."

He rasps before charging you, claws outstretched and maw ready to tear your throat out.

>What do you do?

>Gore him and split him in half.
>Life him with the Force, then kill him slowly as he is suspended.
>Lash out with a kick, and use the Force with it to send him reeling, then finish him off.

Once more your two forms collide together in a moment of unbridled violence. Your two sabers connect in the middle of the Trandoshan's stomach. He coughs and blood escapes from his mouth onto the ground beside you.

"I see... Scorekeeper... Did I die well?"

He asks, his breath airy and faint.

"You did."

You say, a wash of calm overcoming your voice.

In an instant you part your sabers through his chest cavity, and the Trandoshan is broken into halves, which fall to the ground with an unceremonious thud. You take a moment to breathe, and decide to go through the bodies of the slain, knowing well they no longer need their possessions. You find several uncashed credit sticks which you take for later.

Suddenly you feel something, like a weight pressing in the back of your mind. Two of them. You realize you are sensing other individuals connected to the Force. They are unfamiliar. You hear a soft beeping sound in your ear and answer your communicator.

"We have a problem."

Zyr'rha's voice breaks the silence.

SWTOR Era.

Before or after KOTOR?
>>
>>683088
After.
>>
>>682873
Didn't the Sith Empire only return like 30 years before the SWTOR MMO?

A few hundred years before SWTOR sticks is right smack dab into the middle of KotoR, the Republic doesn't even know Dromund Kas exists yet, the only Sith they've seen in thousands of years are Revan's and his army of plebs.
>>
>>685576
If it helps you sleep at night, it's alternate universe SWTOR. There is approximately 100 years between the Sith Empire getting back up and running and the Sacking of Coruscant, but even now I realize that with the fact that I want war to be going on between the Empire and the Republic it would have to be around the same time anyways.
>>
>>685576
> Revan and his army of plebs.

Didn't KotOR 2 have you go to a Sith academy?
>>
>>686061
Kotor 1 has the sith academy level on Korriban, where you get to be ambushed right outside the door by Darth Malak's apprentice calling you a Jedi and no one seems to care, and then in 2 you go to the ruins of the academy.

All he seemed to do was to look at Brine and copy the most obvious parts, but make the mc more awesome'er.

Nivahs' father was a jedi who disobeyed the order etc etc, nice backstory.
Jedidude gets to shag a sith!

Xanth rolls really well and seems to have a knack for fighting.
Jedi instantly beats everyone and is the best!

Xanth eventually gets some special training from master Yval
Jedi immidietly gets the vip treatment and high end training.
