Nice to see they're still in good spirits. I sigh as I walk for the base proper, towards the open door leading inside of it when I hear something queer.

"Look if they just want Fal, can't we just hand her over, they might let us go if we do"

I freeze as my blood goes cold and any joy still in me is replaced with an icy rage. I turn and see some of the slackers of this branch talking to eachother.

I like them to, I've just been having trouble coming up with what to do with them. Which really makes it hard for me to run them.

Which is the same thing that happened with Magical girl, which I loved to death but I simply ended up...not knowing what the hell to do with it.

Which is why I put it on Hiatus in the first place.

But since YDFQ started, I've figured out how I could bring it back and continue it.

It really depends, Once I got enough ideas for one, I'd see if any of the current quests are suffering the same problem or could work on a bi weekly shuffle.

Since its been so long for UMGQ What I'd do is a sort of...second season in anime terms.

Clouds of fear flow around me as she slowly tumbles and trips, falling down over me as I grip the terror floating around my hands and turn it solid, feeling it bubble and melt in my hands as it slowly works its way over and under me, puffing up into big fluffy pillows made of eyes and pits of patchwork fur and skin.

It still really hurts when she falls on me, but not as much as it would have been if she squashed me against the steps of the stairs.

She groans as she slowly stands up and I sit up, pushing the pillows out of my way as she blushs and awkwardly looks away

"Er...sorry I didn't really see you there Adela" She chuckles meekly as I brush myself off and put my hat back on

"Don't worry about it" I say calmly as I start to walk to the docks "I've had worse things done to me after all"

"Why do you always have to be so casual when I nearly crush you?" She asks sheepishly as she follows after me "it makes me feel bad"

"Well...lets just says its the stupidest idea I've ever had, but it sounds like something Ginegin would do" I say as Ochamu turns green and looks like she's about to throw up at the though

"Okay I'm just going to say we shouldn't do whatever you're planning" She says sternly, or trying to sound it at least

"Sorry captain's orders...now just hold onto me as hard as you can" I say smiling as I walk over to the water's edge, and see serri swimming through the waves "and hold your breath, SERRI!"

"Wait what are we going to do....No! No that's a terrible idea Adela, you can't go into the water!" She yells, shaking me as Serri rises up, with a gurgling roar

"Well I'm going to have to try to" I say flatly as she hugs me close to her chest as Serri looks at us weirdly and lowers her head

My heart is beating a mile a minute as Ochamu slowly steps onto the serri's back and grabs onto one of the spines on her side as I struggle to keep my cool and not cry out in panic, even though I know Adela isn't going to let go of me, I still can't keep my calm. The sea...the thing I'm scared of the most is the sea, what's under it and what it can do to me. Why am I so scared about it though? Ochamu is here, and Serri wouldn't let me sink even if Ochamu lost her grip.

So why am I still so scarred right now? why am I panicking? it doesn't make any senses.

"Serri, swim to the docks....underwater" I say as I close my eyes

There's a splash and the whole world becomes dark, my body locks up and I can't breath or move. Its hard to even think. the world fades from white to black as I feel cold water rush over my skin as Ochamu holds me closer as I stop being able to think.

She dives back down, making the water wave and break as she whips her tail around and coils back towards the ships, drinking up water as she goes. I look at the gate as her body smacks into it and shatters the water rotted wood making it up, breaking it apart in one clean motion as she moves to the ships spraying them with water as she coils around them

I stand up as best as I can on the slippery sea king's back as I peer out into the waters as they bubble and rise up higher and higher before they break and reveal a massive shadowy shape. It has horns like a buck and pitch black scales, dotted with dark blue and red splorches, its eyes are pure black and are glaring hatefully at me and Serri. Another sea king, a different breed. I grit my teeth as I notice it has a collar around its neck, controlling it like some kind of toy.

I see a woman sitting on its head as it opens its mouth.

"OCHAMU JUMP!" I shout as I grab her hand and leap off of serri's back as she clashes with the new sea king, rolling around and slamming into the ships.

Ochamu screams as she comes falling off with me, and we land on the dock with a very loud thud. The part where She landed breaks apart, and she scrambles to not fall into the drink.

I sigh, and brush my cap off as I walk down the pier and nearly run into some one. I look up and see a man in a red coat looking down at me and the sea behind me distastefully.

"We got reports of some freak shooting our men up" He says calmly as he reaches for his saber "You seem to match the description, Marine"

Gal De'lewis, one of marty's first crew members, a boy I knew when I was growing up on tumbling weed. And before he left, I was only the second best shot on the entire island. He's the only person I've met who can out shoot me, and I might be jumping to conclusions but...well Marty and his crew did just pass into the grandline, so it wouldn't be too far off for one of them to end up here would it..But why would he kill revolutionaries, it doesn't make any sense.

I glance up as I hear a familiar clacking step, and see a glint on the roof tops. A top hat and a ratty old poncho blowing on the wind. I grit my teeth as I see his rifle held together by tape, spit and just god's own luck.

And he's taking aim for the man in front of me, calmly lining up his shot as he continues blabbering to me, but I don't hear what he's saying, since I'm too focused on familiar face way up there

We don't really have anything else, since people pointed out that casually killing people in combat doesn't fit OP at all.

I push the man out of the way, and raise my own shooter as Gal fires, jerking his rifle away as I take aim and fire, the dock exploding next to me as pieces of wood fly into the air while the bastard tries to take aim again. I fire another shot and hit him in the leg.

He stumbles and regains his footing as he begins to run off into the town. I shove the man away and chase after his. Ochamu says something, but I'm too mad to hear here as I rush off to go and catch Gal, or put a few more holes in him at least.

Sorry for the short thread, but I just am not feeling well today.

And as stated earlier, I am going to be putting this and Trapped in da'ta on hiatus since I need to rebuild my enthusiasm and build up some ideas for the two of them before I start running them again.

So I don't make the same mistakes I did with my old quests and simply drop them because I stopped having fun or began to dread running the quests.

So don't be scared, Adela and co will be returning, I just need to take a bit of a break from them.

Don't know how long it'll be, I may take the hiatus off after a week or two,
I just don't know how long it will take me to recoup and come back with One piece adventure and trapped in da'ta quests in full force.

So it could be a few weeks from now, but I think it'll take a bit longer than that for me to figure out how to continue and revitalize these two quests.

But, I however am able to bring back the other quest I put on hiatus, as I have enough ideas and enthusiasm for it, to run it again.

I'm talking about Unfortunate magical girl,

but since it's been gone for so long, I'll be starting a "second season" for it.

Unfortunate magical girl Rebirth quest if you would, set in the "new" world of Young demon familiar quest. I'm currently thinking of bringing back the original cast, but separating them as they are "reborn" in the new world.

So I'm terribly sorry about doing this to OPAQ and TiDQ, but If I need to put them on Hiatus. Because if I don't I might do something I regret like I did with Young monster or Modern monster, or Reality abuser or Monster girl academy quests.

Of course I may also try to bring back Reality abuser or Monster girl academy if more people would prefer them to return
but they'd be as similar to the originals as YDFQ is to YMQ if I did do that

But once again I'm very sorry, but I need to do this to keep the quests alive.
