Last time on Euro Quest, we squished people trying to get a back scratch, had wild sex with a vampire who we then decided to make our second wife, but got turned down and are trying to prove ourselves to her.

Oh, and we chilled in Khorne's Bloodbowl Stadium for a while, he's a hell of a guy, Khorne. Oh, and we found a Witch Hunter of Sigmar, who contracted Nurgle's Rot thanks to us asking him to touch something.

You wake up about... Midday, the sun is covered in fog, and you get up. Not too far away from you is Frankiza, who you decide to ask a question.

"Why aren't you on fire or burning?"

"Eh, younger vampires aren't really effected by the sun."

"Oh, well I suppose that's awfully convenient."

"Yeah... Hey, what's that axe doing next to you?"

"...What?"

You turn, and see a blood-stained axe, complete with a few symbols of khorne, that sort of thing. You hear a voice in your head. That of the swell guy, Khorne.

FOR BEING A COOL GUY LAST NIGHT, I DECIDED TO GIVE YOU AN AXE THAT HEALS PEOPLE OF NURGLE'S ROT.

How the fuck... Khorne, axes kill people. I might cure them but chances are they're going to be missing a limb.

...FINE, FUCKING HELL. HOW ABOUT A SWOR-

"No, not a sword! That also kills people! Do you have anything that doesn't kill people?"

FINE, FUCK IT I WILL JUST MAKE A MINI-SPEAR.

The axe starts turning into a really, really small spear, about the size of your thumb.

Actions.

>...If I hang out with you more often, I get more stuff? Cool!
>Yeah, thanks man. See you later.
>...Do you want anything in exchange?
>...How the fuck am I supposed to use a spear to cure Nurgle's Rot?

(We can always scratch with the blade of the axe to nonlethally cure the plague)
yay EDQ is back! =D
Has Khorne agreed to come for christmas?
>>

>>...Can I get the axe instead?

...Fine, it was a pretty cool axe. And it's not long enough to fuck with elves if you know what I'm saying.

I AM ALWAYS RIGHT WHEN IT COMES TO AXETHOLOGY.

Axethology?

YEAH. AXETHOLOGY MOTHERFUCKER, THE STUDY OF AXES.

I don't think that's what it means, but whatever.

ANYWAYS, GO FUCK UP SOME ELVES, CONQUER SOME LANDS, THAT SORT OF THING. OH, AND IF ANY OF NURGLE'S LITTLE SHITS TRY TO STOP YOU, JUST SMASH THEM A FEW TIMES WITH THE AXE, AND TRY NOT TO GET ANY OF IT ON YOU. TAKES FUCKING WEEKS TO GET OFF.

No worries, Khorne. See you around.

Actions.

>...Want to come over for Christmas?
>So... Could you make the axe less obvious for being demonic?

FINE, I GUESS. HOPEFULLY IT'S BETTER THEN SLAANESHI'S KHORNEMAS PARTIES.

...I don't fucking want to know.

LET'S JUST SAY THAT IT'S HIGHLY FUCKING DISTURBING.

Agreed. Now, about this axe... Could you make it more draconic?

WHAT THE FUCK DOES MORE DRACONIC LOOK LIKE? SCALES? CLAWS? FIRE? WHAT THE FUCK THAT IS NOT A SUITABLE GODDAMNED FUCKING DESCRIPTION FOR A MANLY WEAPON OF WAR, LIKE HOLY FUCKING SHIT WHAT THE HELL IS A DRACONIC AXE SUPPOSED TO FUCKING LOOK LIKE? YOU? HOLY SHIT HOW THE FUC-

He starts rambling on about how vague you were and that it kind of pissed him off, then goes back to "how the fuck would you put scales on an axe."

Actions.

>Stop having autism about axes, Khorne. Just make it look dragony, alright?
>Yeah, alright, alright. Don't get your jimmies rustled too bad, Khorne.

Yeah, yeah. Don't get too rustled, Khorne.

You hang up by severing your mental connection, and look at your axe. It's fucking shiny, gold, and is heavy, even for you.

You can fucking see your beautiful reflection in it... Hell, you could stare at yourself for hours, but now is not the time!

Actions.

You bring the axe down on his chest, sticking into his lungs. You pull it out while he screams. Gradually the wound fades away.

"There, you should be all healed!"

"WHY THE FUCK DID YOU DO THAT!"

You take a deep breath.

"KHORNE WILLS IT!"

"WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING!"
The witch hunter is yelling at you, as you put your foot on him, posing like a hero. Meanwhile, Frankizka wakes up.

"KHORNE BESERKERS, WHERE?"

You laugh your ass off.

"You guys nearly thought I was a Khornate, didn't you?"

"YOU FUCKING HIT ME AN AXE!"

"And? You aren't dead."

"I'm just going to fucking sleep."

The witch hunter fails to really fall back asleep. Probably because of your foot on his chest.

"Yep."

"Yeah, no. That's absolutely impossible."

"I highly doubt it."

"Yeah, good luck. What makes you think I'd serve you rather then Emperor Karl Franz?"

Actions.

Borderline Success!

You release more pheromones.

"Well... I'll admit I am a bit of a Khornate, but that's it. Also, if I was aligned with Chaos I would have killed you or at least not kill that family of Nurglites."

You sense the Witch Hunter's anger bubbling up, at the word "I'm a khornate"

"You dare commit most fowl heresy and sentence your soul to an eternity in the Realm of the Damned? Khorne is nothing more then a bloodthirsty barbarian, relishing in the slaughter of families and innocents!"

Actions.

>...Well, I'm a dragon who can easily step on a shack and kill a family. You really want to start questioning my theological beliefs?

He seems to slightly calm down, but is still infuriated.

"So? All he wants is barbaric warfare, nothing more then us to kill each other for his entertainment!"

Actions.

"Good. Good."

>>
"Why isn't it spoken of? What happened there?"

"Mousillon is the smallest, poorest, and most cursed of all the Duchies of Bretonnia, to the point is considered a separate realm altogether. It's once lush lands turned into bogs, marshes, and swamps... At least that's from what I've read. Not to mention the horrible... Well, it houses the Black Knights... But that is it's lesser crimes. Undead stalk the streets, Skaven live in it's underbelly, the populace twisted to look not even close to human... It is sick, and disgusting."

"...So, why exactly do you want me to take care of then? Sounds like your type of place."

"Please. I want you to clear it out, since... Well, it's a source of shame for me. I was born in Mousillion and I was lucky enough that my family was unmarked and escaped to Bastonne." She seems saddened by remembering this.

Actions.

>...I will, don't worry.
>Who are the Black Knights?
>Why are you sad?
>...You've never really been good at feelings, so try to comfort her?

"So, who are the Black Knights?"

"Well, they're a highly diverse lot. At least half of them are well-meaning and the other half evil and cruel as one can be, but it nearly impossible to recognize them apart from each other, as they all never reveal their visors. Most of them are vampires, mutants, or their wrights, with a minority of humans. Nearly the entire "nobility" of Mousillon practice necromancy if they can." She spits on the ground at the end.

"...So, what social class were you in Bretonnia?"

"Peasants."

"...Peasants?"

"What, was my courtly act and mannerisms good at obstructing my past?"

"Honestly, yes. I didn't expect you would be a peasant."

"Is that a problem?"

"Of course not, I pride myself in being meritocratic and I prefer a humble farmworker compared to a blue blood noble fool."

"Thank you, I suppose. I am used to the Bretonnian ways of nobility."

"...What exactly is that?"

"Well, we have a legend about a noble with a pegasi who killed any peasant who dared look at it. Or, if your feeling particularly romantic, we have a story about a female Shepard and a Grail Knight falling in love, only to burned of heresy and breaking the "chivalrous oath."

"...By the saints above, that is rather..."

"Monsieur, it is a fact of life that the peasantry in Bretonnia are treated little more then sub-humans or slaves."

"Interesting, but first you didn't actually tell me why you were defensive of it. You just told me folk stories."

"...Well, I prefer not really speaking of my past now. I prefer to leave the farm girl from Bretonnia with dreams of knighthood there."

Your journey takes you over the mountains, and into the duchy which Frankiza says is the "Duchy of Carcassonne, a rather hilly area. As you finally descend from the mountain paths, you take what seems to be a paved road. The occasional merchant caravan passes you by, or the peasant couple. However, the beautiful sunny day start turning into dark storm clouds, rain hits the road, and you realize that you lack shelter from this pouring of rain, dark clouds, and thick fog.

Actions.

>Just continue on the road, you can ignore this, right?

You follow the lights, and come across a peasant hovel. You knock on the door and a man in black hair, and a skinny build opens it.

"Who's a- My lord! I am humbled to be in your presence! How can I help you this afternoon?" He seems to suddenly grow nervous and panicked.

"We're looking for shelter from the storm."

"A-ah! Please do come i-in, my abode may be small for a knight, a damsel, and a witch hunter, but it is comfortable nonetheless!"

You go into the hovel, which is well cramped. In the corner is a bed, with a human female sitting in it, coughing, and a small fireplace with a pot over it is in the center of the room. Around is a chair and table, and a shelf containing some bread and wheat.

"I assume you all want warm food, no?"

"Yes, that would be nice after days of walking."

"Yes, monsieur."

"And how about you, Knight?"

The city virtually looks destroyed, undead roam one half of the streets, and a few ships, lacking flags lie in a makeshift harbor... You have a few ideas on where to land.

"Move, you peasantry dogs! I am Sir Alain and I demand you to all move aside on pain of being drawn and quartered!"

Marshal speaks up.

"We're going into a noble's tower? I've never been inside one before."

"Yeah, I will admit they are rather comfy to stay in."

You go up to a well-crafted and ornate oaken door, and knock. A slit in the door opens, and a pair of eyes stare out at you.

"Who is it?"

"It is I, Sir Renexizious, and I've come seeking shelter for the night."

"Verily. Please wait a moment while I get Sir Aucassin."

A few minutes pass, and the door opens. You all come inside to a rather comfy room, with dining room and a nobleman, in a blue court suit bows.

"Ah, pleased to make your accquiantence! I am known as Lord Aucassin, Sir Renexizious!"

"I am pleased to meet you as well."

"Come, come! You are all my guests for the night, and please close the door, it gets rather stuffy."

Marshal closes the door behind him.

The noble claps his hands.

"I have already ordered my servants to prepare dinner, and who might your names be?"

"My name is Marshal, I am a peasant from Carcassonne, and I am humbled to meet you sir!"

The noble nods, and Frankizka answers next.

"Ah, pleased to make your acquaintance!" He bows, and kisses her on the hand. She blushes slightly.

Aucassin leaves you and goes into what seems to be a dining room and motions for you to come forth. You whisper to Adelmann meanwhile.

"Why did he interrupt you?"

"He has something to hide, I know it... Or it could just be the usual Bretonnian hatred towards Sigmarites."

"As you wish, my lord!"

Success!

You wake up in the morning, with Frankzika still in your arms. She gives a large yawn and gets up out of bed before you do somehow.

"So, how was your sleep?"

"Soothing, I enjoy resting after a big meal."

"...That sounded only a little evil. And vaguely sexual."

"Hey! I'm a vampire, it's only natural."

She doesn't clarify further if it was the tumbling or the draining your blood thing that got her tired.

You leave the room and see that Marshal's door is slightly opened... You peak in and see Marshal's missing. Great. So it wasn't a Blood Knight. You also note that his longbow and dagger is still there.

"Hey, fellow adventurers!"

You turn and see Marshal coming up the staircase... Frankizka leans towards you, whispering.

"...I'm not one-hundred percent sure, but I'm damned sure that he's been dominated by the vampire here."

"Why?"

"Well, I think he might of realized that I'm a vampire, since I gagged a little at eating the food during dinner last night, and might want to keep tabs on me since I'm in his territory."

Marshal is just standing there, and it slightly disturbs you.

"We find the vampire and kill it. Or we beat him up and hopefully knock the domination out of him." You see that unlike before where she was slightly pale, she has a somewhat tanned skin and a few... You simply pull the doorknob out and slam the door closed. Sure, no one but you will be able to open it, since it lacks any doorknob what so ever, and is firmly ingrained into the wall. You check on the Witch Hunter's room and find he isn't there. Great.

ATTENTION!

I've been a bit lost on what's been going on these last two threads, besides us being in a WH fantasy world. And as such, I have no idea what to write as a summary for the archiving of last thread, which is on page 9 btw. So either someone else will have to do it for once, or someone is at least going to have to provide a 140 character summary.

Angry as fuck, you shift into your hulking half-dragon form... You take up the entire hallway, and you stomp down it, and spot two doors, which no doubt lead to different rooms. Lemme explain fully, just so you're totally caught up.

We went to France to check out the home of the vampire if I remember correctly. Claw got lost and ended up in some sort of futuristic 1940s Germany setting where he encountered Warhammer 40K Space Marines. He made a friend, and is bringing his friend and the Space Marine home.

We came to this world, made skaven (rat humanoids) have an orgy, and fought off some orcs. We were contacted by a god of this world, Khorne, who we are now bros with as he is a warrior and a very metal dude. Richard is grumpy with us, and we asked the vamp to be our second wife. She refused, saying she wanted us to conquer some land for her. We agreed and came to her home province, where she had a shit life as a peasant. After some other shenanigans we have a Witch Hunter, an axe that cures a certain disease, some random peasant who wanted to join, and are currently trying to fuck up another vampire. We're probably gonna do this, make Mousillon (the province from which the vampire waifu came) great again, and head back.

I think we may have overextended too quickly the universe. For example we didn't go back to where mom comes from, the fantasy world. I would have liked a longer time there.
Ren is indeed very badass but that makes his failures even more comical. Like the "hrm...hi!" When he got blocked in the castle back there. Even the maximus musclor can be embarrassed from times to times. We got also really hurted by the dwarf king. So, Ren is powerful but can be defeated.

You are currently Elizabeth the Second, Empress of Sweden, Queen of England, and current Regent of Sweden.

Why?

Because your husband left you for at least a week now, and already everything's gone to hell and back. Right now, you're in meeting with his cabinet about recent German aggression, not to mention the constant rebellion and lack of manpower.

"So, I propose we withdraw some of our men from Russia's newfound mineral mines and redistribute them throughout Europe." one of Ren's advisors says... What's his name... It's Kristijan something, he's a Serbian anyways.

The dwarf in charge of Russia slams the table.

"Oi! That'll mean our economy will plummet! We may lead the world in agriculture, but we simply don't have enough manpower to keep all of Mother Russia under our thumb! We must keep our economy alive with the mines or Renexizious will have our heads!"

The cabinent mutters among themselves, and your son Charlemagne interrupts.

"My province, Italy, is going through further revolts by the Catholics. We simply must withdraw from Russia in order to deal with the rebellions!"

"Lad, Russia's more valuable then your continent put together!"

"But the Germans have stated that they desire France and Italy, monsieur! We simply must have the army there to prevent further aggression!" says Reuviere, King of France.

Persecute Catholics when?
>>
You tire of this, and slam your fist on the table and stand up, you shine with utmost authority, and slam your fist on the throne, and yell.

"If none of you can give me a suitable answer, then I will grant you one! As you all know, the treasury is brimming, therefor hire mercenaries, and you... Lorriana, or whatever your name is... Contact the Germans and notify them that hostile aggression will be taken as betraying our alliance."

"Yes, Empress." she salutes, and walks off.

"Now, for all of you, calmly and rationally give me the situation. No more arguing, and speak when you are called on."

"Yes, Empress." a resolute answer comes from the advisors and your children. They begin to format themselves into lines.

"Good. Now, you..." You point your claw towards Amaya, a inquistoress you helped your husband seduce.

"Come towards the throne, and bow before me."

"Yes, my Empress." She bows, and kisses the ground before you.

"Now, tell me, what is the situation with the Catholics?"

"The Catholics are proving hard to sway in France, Italy, and the Balkans, m'lady. I hereby request the authority to draw upon the Crusader Orders and forcibly convert them."

"Yes, my lady." She gets up and leaves the throne room.

"Now, for Kristijan Stanimirovic, bow before the throne and present your case."

He comes forward and silently bows.

"Now, you requested that we begin full-scale drafting?"

"Yes, my lady."

"I agree, your imperial majesty."

"With that, I would like to call a recess. We have all had much to think about, and we will reconvene in two days."

The crowds of people leave the throne room, and you collapse back into the rather small throne, exhausted.

"My lady, would you like a drink?" one of your Drow slaves says, loyally to you. One of the male ones, right.

Actions.

>...I'll have what my husband drinks, mead.

"It is Nedylene, my lady."

"Ah, well then, pleased to meet you, Nedylene."

She smiles.

"Thank you, your highness."

"...For what?"

"We don't usually get called by our names around here by anyone who's not a slave."

"Oh. Well, I'm sorry about that."

"It's fine, it's just how things work, you know?"

"Why?"

"...It's not that he isn't cruel to us or anything, in fact he's probably more kind to us then our parents were."

"How old are you?"

"Erh... Ninteen, I believe."

"Oh, what happened to your parents?"

Minor Success!

You spend two hours straight researching, testing, and experimenting. You find where your husband failed, and easily solve it, as it seems he kept thinking that "butter" was a main ingredient, so you replaced that with some gasoline.

Of course, the mutagen is rather expensive, and creating one will cost another ten million... So, you can administer the dragon mutagen, or wait even longer.

You do however, know some basics about what it might do.

Defect: Prone to Anger. (During battle or if someone pisses them off.)
Bonus: Huge (Seemingly inherited from Renexizious, approximately someone will be half the size of him if they take it.).

Keep in mind if you take it, you'll lose the ability to shapeshift.

>>
You wonder if this will truly make you a dragon... You weigh the downsides, on one hand you can't really cook anymore, and from what you can tell, you can't really be human sized anymore... That kind of sucks, to be honest. Not to mention that you'll be huge, about sixteen stories... Where the hell are you going to sleep?
Who's going to scratch your back? You doubt you'd have enough slaves willing to do that, and how the hell would you take a civilized bath? Or how would you have a conversation without everyone nearby overhearing... Or worse yet... How would you drink tea? It's nearly too much to bear.

You decide against it... For now, at least.

You hear Renexizious's bell ring, which notifies of someone outside, so you go out.

"Er, who is this?"

"My lady, the petitioners are here like you requested."

"I've come with a petition about me' farm... The bank is threatening to foreclose my farm and sell it to some Russian farmers up north, and I can't pay them nearly enough to stop them."

"How powerful are the Russian farmers?"

"They can easily buy out good Swedish land to expand their crop empire, my lord."

"What did you do to deserve those handcuffs, citizen?"

"My Empress, I have been found guilty of heresy by the Inquisition, for being a Catholic... Please your grace, I come before you seeking mercy, for if I plead guilty I will be nothing more then a landless beggar."

"What entitles you to seek the aid of the Court?"

He winks at you, seductively, and you feel the pressing urge to throw up.

"So... What exactly were you experimenting on?"

"Huh? Oh, as you know vampires tend to have a direct connection with necromancy, and thanks to my acute studies when I was younger, I believe I can easily control an undead army, so therefor I have spent the last two days in ardent research on what exactly I can do now."

"Oh."

"Well, some interesting facts I found out... It's much easier to talk to someone who's dead, and must follow your every command, number two, I find that the undead are hard to kill, and number three, having an undead army is easy as baking a cake."

Actions.

"Is that a joke?"

"It's a joke, do you think I was being serious?" He gives a slight grin.

"Well... Yes?"

"Oh... Well, sorry then." His grin vanishes.

"What do you need?"

"Erh, I was summoned here by Dad, and I wanted to find you."

"Oh, why?"

"I haven't exactly seen you in a year, and we've never... Well, hanged out."

"Oh... Doesn't that apply also to Renexizious?"

He sighs.

"Yeah. He's always busy, but is this a bad time?"

"I'm trying to be a regent."

"Oh. I thought you were joking there. Is Dad gone?"

"He's been gone for months."

"Oh. I assume your regent? I thought you were joking there for a bit."

"I wasn't."

"Being an undead creature of the night?"

"Well, yes I suppose."

"Well, I guess I can hang out, I suppose. What did you have in mind?"

"Oh. I was hoping he was here."

"Why?"

"He's quite entertaining to be around, and also rather... Strange."

"That much is true about him."

A few more minutes of awkward silence follows as you stroll through the gardens.

I feel it is wrong to hide it from him now that he made a direct reference to it. We could feel betrayed when he will learn it later.
We can be a mother of substitution if he wants, Liz is quite motherly.
>>
>>419391
Well, first off you did forcibly disband the nobility, and the concubines didn't know it took only a year for their children to grow up, so they probably are just thinking they are babies or something.
So yeah.

tl;dr the aftermath of concubines

Anyways anon, I gotta get some sleep. I"ve been up for an entire day.
>>
>>419402
Sleep well super QM!
>>
>>419402
Well, i fear the concubines will try to push their children against the others. We risk a little war for the throne...
Well, fault to Ren for having so much children with different women.
We may make more draconic dynasty bonding, to help prevent war among the brothers and sisters.
Like a big picnic or a cooperative game of DnD...
Ren has never been good at parenting.
In a way, himself is very young and even if he is a genius, he is still quite immature, favorising often fun against duty.
Let's not speak about Claw.
>>
Going to ask a question while I sleep, but why didn't you guys turn Elizabeth into a dragon? Is it because she would simply be too adorable?
>>
>>419457
We need a (near) human counterpart to Ren.
I think if she has no choice (like fucking war and everybody has been crushed), she may drink the mutagen. For now, adapting to the changes would hinders her capacity to deal with the current crisis.
>>
>>419467
You could always give Richard that shit.
>>
>>419471
Yes, if he does not become an antagonist because of our not-always-good nature. We still does not know how he reacted to the list Ren wrote.
>>
Erh, I'll say that he probably wouldn't do that shit since you are his brother and he's trying to make you a better person. Not kill you.
>>
>>419482
Yeah, at least Big Brother will be half the size of the Little Brother instead of a lilliputian.
>>
>>419457
I don't like characters being forced into a form that's unwieldy as a motherhugger.
That said, there's no fucking way she could rule a country if she couldn't even whisper shit to people or stay in the palace.
>>
>>419457
Losing shapeshifting would make daily life VERY difficult. Especially for someone who's used to such comforts. There is a reason, besides not wanting to upset the queen, may she rest in peace, why we made sure Elizabeth's mutagen had shapeshifting.

In time we might be able to refine away that flaw, and if not, well, there are times of desperation where such a mutagen might still be useful.

On that note, how long does it take for a mutagen like this to work? Seconds? Minutes? Hours?
>>
>>419802
About two hours, and those two hours will be quite painful indeed.

Anyhow, continuing this thread in a few minutes.

"Peasants, do you really believe you will serve your families once you are inevitably killed by the wrath of the Holy DRACONIC, Empire?"

The peasants look terrified.

"Here's what you will do for me. You will dissemble this barricade, you will return home, and you will pray to whatever God you have, or else."

The peasants begin to dissemble the barricade and clear the way for you, terrified of your wrath. You continue down the highway further, surrounded by rich farm-side and wineries, and the day turns to night...

You set up camp in the farmlands for the night.

Caught by surprise and surrounded by thick flames, you lead a portion of your men out, but many more of your men scatter, trying to flee the flames. A unlucky few burn to death trying to put the fire out, and you lose much equipment.

You decide that the rebels most likely have a base around here, and most likely in one of the many french villages. You must send them underground again like the curs they are.

"I was getting to it, so I say we smoke out the underground and get the skaven the fuck out of there, and smack them around a little."

"Ren, the sewers in the city connect up to the crypts and the docks. Also, I doubt we can produce enough flame to smoke them out."

"...Smoke inhalation will get them, then. And also about the necromancers... We'll just throw a party and draw them all out!"

"Ren, that is... That's a crappy plan. At least the last part."

"...I want a party, alright? I've never been to one except with Elizabeth."

"...Well, we haven't really touched on a few things I suppose, since it hasn't really come up yet."

"What is it?"

"First off, the Skaven don't go in the sewers, because there's fucking ghouls and other monsters down there. Second off, this land draws the undead, even if you kill the necromancers undead will still roam through the lands, particularity around the Carrion Hills."

"Carrion Hills?"

"They call it that because during the first Red Pox plague they had to make mounds of dead bodies, and the fumes are bad enough to kill someone in an instant... Not to mention it attracts ghouls."

This is a statut-quo made of shit. So once we move one thing, the other actors will move rapidly, taking opportunities. Let's destroy the staut-quo to force them to reveal themselves. But before, we must protect the populace and cure them. So, first, we must develop a cure for the commoners' mutations and corruption.

"Alright, why the hell is this duchy so fucked?"

"You remember back at the noble's tapestries? You know, how I pointed out he lacked the false Grail part of Mousillon history?"

"Yeah?"

"Basically, just blame the False Grail, some vampires, and overambition for this whole mess."

Basically Duke wanted to become king, got corrupted by a false grail, became insane and cannibalistic, disease broke out and whole lot of shittery happened.
