When we make it back home, we let out a 'I'm home!' all together.

But, I think she has a point, maybe we should dress while keeping the water and boat in mind. So, less elegant suit, and a bit more utilitarian.

But of course, still has to be formal.

"You should just wear your best." -says Ellie- "If it gets dirty, I'll just clean it or fix it later. Do your best and don't worry about your clothes. If you have a chance to carry her on your arms while walking over mud or shallow water, it's fine if you do it."

Isn't it a hassle to have to worry about where it is all the time? what's the point of it? As far as I know, a sword is still considered part of a gentleman's outfit. That's why buttons go the way they do on a suit, after all, but what about a cane?

Yes of course its a boat restaurant, so it would be a big boat, but dining in a restaurant by the lakeshore isnt bad either. Its obviously larger and can seat people more comfortably, have a band playing music, and such.

We invite our love to go into one of the largest, best restaurants in town. The Golden Trout, a long building similar to a pier, into it was built over a long arm of pillars that extends far over the shore.

The kitchen alone is as long as the building, and uses the lowest level, with the other floors being purely for the customers.

The maitre welcomes us and asks a waiter to guide us to our table.

The reservation is on the first floor, which means we are close to the water. It feels quite fresh and neither too hot nor cold, and far away enough from the band that the music doesn't bothers us.

We pull the chair for Lyann and sit across from her, then ask for the specialty of the house while holding our beloved's hands.
