"Hmm... Sure, I can go with you." Shopping with Fujiko probably won't take that long. However if you were going to go to Aya's session you might have to show up more than once depending on how many sessions she has to take for this weekend. "How many times are you going into physical therapy this weekend anyway?"

"Oh, I have to go in for two, three hour chunks on both saturday and sunday. It'll be from nine to noon, then from three to six o'clock." Aya tells you. "I want to be able to at least go out around christmas after all."

"Is that so?" You ask her in a mischievous tone. "Is it because you have a date?"

"Not at all." Aya snaps at you, this time she tries her best to supress her reactions. "I want to go out because that's around your birthday isn't it... Aren't we going to be doing the usual?" Every year, for as long as you can remember, Aya has spent her birthday with you and you have spent your birthday with Aya. Usually the two of you have been alone but this year that might change.

We've decided to accept Fujiko, and part of that is trying not to have her be jeleaous all the damn time. We know Aya wants the us pretty bad, but she's our friend; we can't lead her on too much.

"Hmm..." You understood better than anyone that change has to happen. "Is it okay if I invite one more?" It was a change necessary because you have resolved to accept Fujiko. You hoped that Aya can accept her too.

"Ah, I don't mind it." Aya tells you with an obviously disappointed tone. However she couldn't force you to change your answer. After all it was your birthday celebration. Once you finish your conversation with Aya, you head to bed in hopes you would feel better by tomorrow.

Unfortunately, you would be sick for two more days until the weekend. However it wasn't too bad. After all you had a nice routine going. You would rest and sleep all day until Fujiko comes in the afternoon to take care of you. The two of you would spend time together until after dinner time where she would go home.

"Ah I have a surprise for you when you get out of the hospital!" She brings up to you during dinner.

"A surprise?" What could it have been? Knowing Fujiko it might be a bit weird and odd.

"Mhmm!" She nods excitedly. "I told you I'd make sure you find death beautiful right? That's why I prepared a surprise for you!" She then starts to look concerned. "I just hope you get better soon..."

It was a bit odd to you. Hearing her say that she wanted to make beautiful death to you didn't bother you as much as you thought it would. Were you just getting used to Fujiko? Now that you thought of it, you saw a newscast yesterday saying they found a second body in your area and that the police fears that there might be a serial killer loose. "That didn't really bother me yesterday either... Does that mean I am growing accustomed to death?" Shaking your head you try and justify it. "No, it's just I never really cared about death int he news before... Why should I? They aren't personally related to me."

Once dinner was done, just like always Fujiko goes home and you give Aya a call to make up for the fact you couldn't visit her.

The next morning you were feeling much better. So good in fact that you didn't mind going to school. It was the last day of the week and you will be spending your time with Fujiko and Aya during your weekend. "Nothing can go wrong." You whisper to yourself as you finish changing to your school uniform.

Once you were finished changing you head to Fujiko's house to pick her up and both of you head to school. Even at school everything was great. The only thing missing really was one of your friends, Ooji. However that didn't really seem out of the ordinary since Ooji usually skips class any way.

What did seem out of the ordinary was the way people were avoiding Fujiko. Did something happen while you were gone? "Ah, just for today... Is it okay if I sit beside you?" Fujiko asks to take Aya's seat.

"Great!" Even staying with you just for that one bit made her so happy. As she puts her things on Aya's desk, you could see her wide smile that reached from ear to ear.

Just as classes were starting, you call out to Fujiko. "Hey Fujiko..." You didn't really know how else to word it so your question came out quite bluntly. "Why is everyone avoiding you?"

Usually, you would expect a girl to deny it. To reject the idea that they are unpopular. But Fujiko wasn't your typical girl. "It seems like they are avoiding me because some guy confessed to me."

"A guy?"

She nods her head. "Mhmm, I forgot his name but I think he was really popular. He said he was the captain of the soccer team or something but I rejected him." Fujiko smiles at you. "It looks like his fanclub has quite a big influence and I guess our classmates are scared of them."

"Is that so?" Hearing the reason, you knew it was out of her hands. You couldn't really blame that on Fujiko. You thought she would need to be cheered up but Fujiko really didn't care about anybody else but you.

"Yep, not that I mind though. Now that you are here I have all the companionship I need!" She nods her head confidently. Just as she told you, Fujiko doesn't show any change at all. The whole day she was all smiles as she stays by your side.

During class the two of you share books together. During lunch she feeds you. Then, during afternoon classes she took notes for you when you fell asleep in class. Afterschool, the two of you walk home together. "Ah! Ryu! Can you come over to my house? I told you I wanted to give you a surprise remember?" She tells you with a cute smile as you walk closer and closer to your house.

Little by little your priorities start to change. Before, you wouldn't even think twice at who to pick between Aya and another girl. "Today? Hmm..." Now however, you start to prioritize Fujiko's happiness over anybody elses. "Sure, I can come. Let me just take a shower real quick and I'll stop over."

"Great!" She smiles at you. "That'll give me time to get ready as well!" She then whispers something to herself that you could barely hear. "I h... he is s..ll a...e" Once you get home you do as you told Fujiko. You get into the shower really quickly just to freshen yourself up. Then you change into some nicer clothes and you head over to Fujiko's house.

"Fujiko, I'm here." It took her quite a bit of time to get to the door.

"Ah, sorry about that. I was a bit busy preparing some things." She was wearing a cute apron. It was a pink apron with cat paws on it. What disturbed you the most however, was what looked like smears of blood on her apron. "Sorry about that..." She apologizes as you follow her into the kitchen. "Dinner might be a bit late... I just started cooking it."

"I don't mind. What are you cooking for dinner?"

"It's nothing much. I'm just making some beef stew."

"Eh? That sounds delicious." Fujiko must be trying to learn how to cook for you.

"It's a bit hard though... I don't know if I'm cut out for this cooking thing." She then holds up her hands. "I even cut my fingers a couple of times already."

You breathe a sigh of relief. "Is that where you have all those blood smears from?" You point at her apron.

Looking down on her clothes she just tilts her head as she lets out a cute laugh. "I... I didn't even notice that."

As Fujiko cooks dinner, you watch her. You can never get used to how happy she looks while she is cooking or taking care of you.

Unfortunately, Fujiko wasn't really used to handling the knife, or at least it looked like that to you. Either that or whenever she is holding a knife, it just seeks to draw blood naturally. "Ouch!" Once again she cuts herself. This time it looks much deeper. "Ah, I'm bleeding again." She tries to wipe it off her apron.

"Fujiko, where's your bandages? We need to clean it right away."

"Oh, they should be in my room." She tells you.

As repayment for her taking care of you, this time you'll take care of her even if it's just dressing a small wound like a cut. "I'll get it, you stay here okay?"

"Hmmm." She nods her head. Going inside her room, you look around out of curiosity. This is the first time you've ever been inside a girl's room outside of Aya. However, Fujiko wasn't a normal girl. Fujiko kept one odd thing in her room. On her bed, you saw Ooji tied down. He was gagged and he didn't look like he was in the best of shape. He looked distressed and he was weaving in and out of consciousness until he saw you. When he sees your face, a light of hope is lit up in his eyes. There was no question about it, he was asking you for help. He was asking for you to let him go.

Go back downstairs and just ask Fujiko why she tied up our friend. Be a little cross about it.

You had to take a couple of deep breaths to calm your nerves a bit. "I have to help him." You whisper to yourself. Although he does annoy you sometimes, Ooji is someone who was still someone you could call more than a casual acquaintance. He was a friend. You try to be as quiet as possible as you check for injuries. Ooji seemed okay. No visible injuries could be found. Then you put your finger on your lips as you do the shushing motion to him.

Once he nods signifying he understood the situation, you ungag him. He was almost crying when he whispers his gratitude to you. "T-Thank you so much..."

"Don't worry about it... But how did you end up here?!"

"R-Ryu... That girl... She is crazy... She is crazy! We need to get out of here and call the police!" Ryu's eyes were desperate. "Come on... Untie me before she gets back here."

"Wait... I want to know how you ended up here though."

Ryu then hastily explains that while you were home sick, a bunch of people invited Fujiko to karaoke. During the karaoke however Fujiko was alone because of how intimidating it was to talk to her. "I tried to talk to her... She looked lonely so I tried to talk to her." Unfortunately for Ryu, this seems to have been the trigger for Fujiko. "I thought we hit it off. Even after the karaoke I walked her home safely. When we got there she invited me inside and she gave me a drink. The next thing I knew was tied up in bed and was being kept hostage. I've been here for at least a couple of days now!" Once again he begs you to free him and that the two of you get out of there. "We are in danger here... We need to go!"

No cops involved. How does that sound?"

"H-Huh!? This girl tried to kill me Ryu! Are you crazy! She will try and kill you too! We need to tell the cops!" He raises his voice a bit.

"Well maybe you shouldn't have tried to hit on her... I promise I'll get her to apologize okay? Then no cops?"

Ooji finally surrenders. "F-Fine... As long as you keep her from killing me and you save me, I won't tell anyone."

Then, just as you were about to untie him you hear a familiar voice from behind you. It was a voice that made Ooji into a terrified mess. "Ara? Ryu? What's taking you so long?" Looking back you notice Fujiko right behind you standing in the doorway. Her left index finger still has blood dripping from her wound. However her right hand was behind her as if she was hiding something. "Ah! You were taking so long so I thought I'd check up on you but what are you doing with him Ryu?" She tilts her head like a confused puppy. "Are you trying to untie him?"

"Well... They invited me to karaoke that one day and I thought I'd go to get to know your friends better. To try and understand them..." From here the story Fujiko and Ooji tell you were the same. However it deviates after Fujiko invites Ooji inside her house. "I wanted to invite him to try and get information about you a bit more. To give you a nice surprise." She starts listing off things she wanted to get. "Like when your birthday is... What your favourite food is... What you like as a gift..." Then she looks at Ooji with disgust. "Then he tried to drug me."

"Y-You tried to drug her?!" You look at Ooji.

"He tried to make me fall asleep by putting a pill in my tea. Even after I trusted him..."

"No! Absolutely not! You have to believe me!" Ooji begs you to believe him. "She is a devil that will say anything to tempt you!"

She has overreacted to things but she has also been telling the truth about the things they did. Like the one guy who was hitting on girls, he was doing that...maybe she overdid it by torturing and killing him, but she did tell the truth about what he was doing.
