You are Subject 108, a.k.a. Whirlpool. You are a 'futanari' who suffers occasional lapses in memory and judgement from shifting hormonal imbalances. You are equipped with state-of-the-art technologies from a reclusive civilization that has mastered spatial distortion. You have been sent to the feral planet known as Cymbio IV for a simple task: fetching water, but you are sidetracked by an adventure of your own making.

Twitter: @guardtemp
Notice: You can roll 1d6 to influence your current situation akin to Roll to Dodge. Use when necessary.
Recap: http://suptg.thisisnotatrueending.com/qstarchive.html?tags=Whirlpool%20Quest
After a close call with a policeman about a drug-filled parcel, you learn from a receptionist about the various districts in the luxury establishment—oddly-named "Resorcinol". You take a brief detour in the Transport District before going to the Red Light District (via drilling the floor) where you met Nicotine, a sultry woman and head of this district. After touring the location a bit you used your REPAIR MODULE to completely reconstruct your suit into a more open attire. Unfortunately your nose bled for a bit due to atmospheric unfamiliarity so Nicotine sent you upwards to recover. You returned to the Transport District and took the opportunity to return to the tribespeople and the PORTHOLE you left in the moat.

>"Alright missy, try not to hurt yerself and stay away from those jungle folks."

If only he knew. You enter the light gray cargo shuttle and tell the pilot that you will head to the tirbal settlement earlier. He starts complaining about having to interact with unaffiliated outsiders but you shut him up by offering to triple your payment. You have plenty of money in your currency card so it's not like you have to save or anything. The pilot also warns you that his craft does not have a winch or other means to directly pick up and carry your objective.

>"Client Unit, be advised that the shuttle craft does not posses a direct handling manipulator. Resort to manually exiting the shuttle craft and carry the objective back to the cargo hold if possible."

You say that it's not a problem before you go to the passenger seat at the back and take the time to relax. As the pilot begins his flight, you look forward to meeting up with the tribespeople again.

Using the blue flowers as a visual landmark, the cargo shuttle lands a fair distance away from the settlement. You don't mind walking, although you are slightly worried now that you're more exposed to the elements in your new outfit.

There are individuals standing on the bridge, they have noticed the apparent whirlpool caused by your PORTHOLE draining the water.

It does seem strange that the mysterious stranger earlier is here, possible affiliated with the tribespeople. For one thing, he's not wearing tattered rags.

They don't seem to recognize you at first. You swiftly remind them of your identity, saying that you had a change of appearance. You didn't get to ask the woman about the hatted man as you are asked a question yourself.

>"Is the whirlpool a result of your actions?"

>"However, the moat's water volume appears to decrease at a steady rate, which is not worth the added security. Can you undo this modification?"

>Take it back.
You can't retrieve your PORTHOLE from a distance due to your POOR SPATIAL DISTORTION. Instead, you dive down into the murky waters and recover it the hard way. You then realize that your helmet only covers half your face and does not provide oxygenation. You claw your way up using your outfit's new functions and make it back to land, albeit in a very soggy state.

>Tell her you want to make sweet sweet love to her bodacious bod.
You try to put on a Nicotine impression and manage to startle her, disregarding your wet state.

>"G-Good gracious! How l-lewd! What have you been through in the resort? Disregard that, you should enter our settlement for formal introductions."

You make one more flirting gesture before continuing with the meetup inside the settlement's outer walls where individuals you have met earlier this day are waiting.

>"My name is Betelgeuse, I am the current leader of our home."

She then proceeds to elaborate on the individuals you've met. The man in the hat is Rigel, tasked with posing as a mysterious tourist to smuggle supplies for the settlement.
>"You really are remarkable. Do you still have that card? It's my retirement gift to you, now that I know I don't have to continue this clandestine charade."

The polearm wielder, blade wielder and armored gunner is Sirius, Canopus and Delacrux, respectively. They are her personal bodyguards and private task force. Delacrux in particular speaks in a booming voice through his helmet.

>"So, what have you been up to outside?"
>"They will never cease their prattling with your confirmed presence."
>"REMAIN IN IDEAL BEHAVIOR AND ABIDE BY LOCAL CUSTOMS."

Lastly is Errai, Betelgeuse's daughter and the swordswoman you rescued from the alien tree earlier.

>"Whirlpool, is it? Well, deep thanks for sparing me the fate of digestion and headshot. My apologies for being a liability, I merely wanted to explore outside and help our home. My sword, still in your possession?"

You remember that Betelgeuse offered you her story and she lights up with joy.

>"Your remembrance is wonderful! Disregard my worry. Please, rest yourself on a chair."

She then narrates the history of her "civilization". Turns out, they're actually humans or at least descendants from Earth humans. They were originally a colony of scientists sent to colonize and tame these wilds but an unknown faction appeared and waged war. Her people were either killed or captured for work while the survivors fled to a safe place. They tampered with the ecosystem and did not mesh well with the biosphere. They used salvaged materials to build a settlement and created this ramshackle community. Unfortunately, the invading faction rarely get their comeuppance while the exiled scientists had to deal with the zoological fallout. Generations passed, the "tribal" civilization still retain their scientific ingenuity but they are woefully lacking in equipment. Rigel here is tasked with infiltrating the location to smuggle much-needed supplies and equipment.

The story's a bit out there and some information flies over your head. Betelgeuse tells you that their ultimate goal is to either retake their former colony or leave the planet and return home.

It's getting late for me. Going to sleep now, see ya'll in 10 hours or less and thanks for participating.

Artistic I̶n̶c̶o̶n̶s̶i̶s̶t̶e̶n̶c̶y̶ License, thank you for your patronage by the way.

>"The deliberation for our next move begins. Please accompany me to the planning center."

She leads you into one of the many constructions patched together from sheets of scrap metal. Inside, a table with a sheet of graphing paper is situated in the middle of the room. Betelgeuse assumes her seat on the other end, accompanied by Rigel, Sirius, Canopus and her daughter. Errai in particular seems to be wearing a chestpiece patched together from animal hide.

The woman tells you that the plan so far is to infiltrate the establishment and take out each of the district heads since they obviously do not have the manpower to wage a counterattack. With the line of leadership crumbling, resistance will slowly lessen and make it easier to retake the facility. Civilian casualties are unlikely due to how scarce their population is.

>"Are you in agreement with the plan? Someone already experienced its interiors can provide insight."

Well, the heads probably have valuable information. Some technology may be behind locks only they know the passwords to.
Kidnapping is a more effective method, because they can be interrogated and used as a resource.

Plus, you know, despite the lack of tech here we really aren't savages, and killing people should always be an absolute last resort.

>>

You ask Betelgeuse if she has any further details about the plan.
>"From Rigel's reconnaissance, our focus will be to target those less proficient in combat before moving on to higher-value targets like Law Enforcement and Research. For now, I am making significant revisions to the operation following your suggestion. In the meantime, feel free to rest and reevaluate as the operation begins tomorrow."

She stands up and dismisses the meeting. Canopus quickly exits the scene, followed by Sirius and Rigel. She and her daughter are about to leave.

>Ask about those massive mammaries. They're crazy big. God DAMN they're huge.
She is very flustered from having her voluptuousness pointed out to her. Her daughter snickers.

>"A-Again with your promiscuity. This is merely a physiological attribute from being a mother. Is that a concept foreign for you?"

Your INVENTORY contains:
>REPAIR MODULE: Can reconstruct and modify your advanced suit. Self-powered but requires recharging.

>HARPOON-108: Each subject is assigned a harpoon with a unique functionality for self-defense and the proper application of mass murder. Model number 108 uses a bladed auger to breach difficult materials and can serve as a means of underwater transport.

>LIFE EXTENDER: A medical device, it engineers a supercharged virus based on genetic material taken from a donor. This virus back into the donor where it nourishes, repairs and enhances cellular tissue. The effect removes the need to eat, sleep or heal on the field. It also adds a few bonus years to the lifespan. Yours is a prototype model that can fine-tune adjustments to the virus. [WARNING: Do not take genetic material from one donor and inject it to another entity]

>SAMPLE VIAL x5: These can-sized vials are used to store liquids for later use. Comes with a removable cap but can be broken in times of emergency.

>BESTIARY: A large tome detailing information about a wide variety of creatures. You suspect only the most dangerous are present in Cymbio IV.

>CABLE KIT: A toolbox containing spare batteries and cables for maintaining equipment in an electrical emergency.

>WATER SCANNER: A handheld scanner that detects water content in an area. Due to the humid, damp nature of the planet, it is heavily suspected that you will get multiple false positives.

>PORTHOLE: A ring built out of smaller components, with a console attached. The console activates and maintains a connection to the subject's MATTER MANIPULATION UNIT to allow rapid capture and storage of materials, primarily water and other liquids. Your model does not seem to have Kinetic Shields installed on it that can knock away obstructions.

In addition, you have your aforementioned MATTER MANIPULATION UNIT on your lower back. This is a compact, high-energy device that creates a stable pocket dimension when powered. This allows you to move large quantities of material with ease and create temporary wormholes for transport by altering the molecular structure of weaker materials on higher dimensions.

However your SPATIAL DISTORTION is marked at POOR, attempts at using abilities beyond the very basics carry a great risk.

>I wonder what would happen if we tried to integrate our water portal with our suit.
Your M.M. UNIT is meant to be separate from your PORTHOLE. It is ill advised to tamper with your equipment (as if you haven't tampered enough, judging from your messed-up tech tree). Plus, it would be redundant and you lose access to a device that can obtain large amounts of liquid at a time.

You ask Errai about her age before attempting to court her.

If we combine our harpoon with our suit...
We might be able to make it so that we can never be disarmed of it unless we lose our suit.
But im not sure how well the auger itself would work. It might make us big-daddy mode with an optional auger covering a hand.

Cable equipment might be good. Extendable cables, electroshock capabilities possibly.

Cable equipment + auger = auger that can be used like a more traditional harpoon, maybe?

>If we combine our harpoon with our suit...
That option is already available. Each subject has a CUSTOM-ISSUED HARPOON, which makes them several times more dangerous when equipped. These weapons can then be further combined with a suit's HARPOON ABILITY to practically transform one's suit into a killing machine. Yours is called "KRAKEN'S BEAK", but you have never tried it before in your life.
