Okay so the way I see this things are pretty dire. Harmony's abilities seem to not effect the ghoul.

We have seen that Gnat's magic could effect the ghostly noose. So maybe if Gnat could somehow complete the magic runes on the floor to create a powerful spell, it could harm the ghost.

But that would require a distraction, so Peter should knock the chandelier down the distract the ghost while Gnat completes the runes.
