Yeah, it was funny in the bad way because our previous, female president, decided time change/zones was confusing so she made it so we wouldnt time change anymore.

Of course it was a mess because I happened to rise up at 6:30am and it was either bright and sunny or dark and tenebrous, and that was the least annoying.

Odd enough, the fact that cellphones and computers went bonkers trying to keep the time accurate was the most annoying.

Anyway our new president reinstalled time zone compliance but it was after 4 years so cellphones and such had been patched and now need to be patched again, and most of us had finally gotten used to time being standard so now I dont know if we are starting 31 minutes late or 29 minutes early or what.

Having left the rest of our pets in Lapsiona to help the local honey faeries venture into the jungle, we make our way to Mantequira by [Treestride]

Since the hive is in one of the gardens of the imperial palace, we use the same peach tree as always without thinking about it.

The palace garden is bathed in warm sunlight.

Thanks to the timezone difference, it was somewhen after sunset in Lapsiona, but its still mid afternoon here.

The air is full of enjoyable fruit scents, and a mild breeze is blowing through the flowers. We can see many relaxed-looking honey faeries going from flower to flower.

It was just a feeling before, but the Heven and Lapsiona honeyfaeries were wearing different clothing.

It was just a difference of going sleeveless while the ones back home wore full sleeves, and their skirts were also slightly shorter, maybe?

The honey faeries here are wearing something that looks like a china dress, though... I wonder if they follow local fashion automatically or if they prefer it.

Sounds silly, but coins in the dungeons spawn with different designs on them depending of the continent and even the country. Monster spawn tables also seem to vary depending on where you are.

While the monsters in Eopolis foodgeons and surroundings are pretty standard, Sbastian monsters tend to be undead or magical beasts.

Heven has a lot more humanoids in their dungeons, while Lapsiona has mostly insects.

By the way, the monsters spawning in the Heavenly Empire doodgeons are like something out of chinese fantasy tales.

Well, the little faeries look cute, so it's fine, right?

We just brought Mako back a couple of hours after dinner at home, so it would be strange to go looking for her again, right?

Uhmm.. oh! maybe we could invite Ren to meet with the local faery queen? But the faeries are technically squatting on the imperial gardens, right? I wonder if their status is more like that of regular palace servants/courtiers?

We go along with Miel to look for Ren.
The guards known us by sight, but we are still stopped at key points and askef for our documents, albeit in a polite manner.

Soon enough, we reach Ren and Mako's private wing of the palace. This far into the palace, we see only lionkin imperial guards walking down the hallways.

After a while, we spot one of the sisters from afar as she is taking a flower arrangement class.

Oh, as we go closer, we notice both sisters are taking the class together. They are both wearing the same traditional blue and white dress, with their long black hair pulled up behind them in tall buns.

...I'm a uncultured pleb, I guess. I don't really get how the thin dark twigs and the pretty flowers are supposes to be more or less elegant if you place them in a way or the other.

I do know that looking at two very pretty girls gently and carefully playing with flowers is pretty enough to be called an art in its own right, though.

Uhm... I could look at this forever. So cute.

We head towards the local hive, and fine that it has taken over a small area about the size of an outdoor tool shack.

Well, it's of course, still a small space in human-sized thinking, but it may actually be the largest hide we've ever seen yet?

Rather than a typical hive with many floors, a castle, or an egg-shaped structure, it looks more like a miniature copy of the inner palace, and has mostly 1 floor buildings with a central 3 floor building.

It's like a castle town, I think.

It has a very peaceful mood and atmosphere to it. The guards are wearing uniforms similar to those of the lionkin, in miniature.

It's like a huge dollhouse. I think Athena and Zoe would love it.

...let's not bring Stella over. She's too enthusiastic with her playing.

The honey faeries are cultivating the surrounding land and seeding flower beds.

I see, rather than adventurers going into the foodgeons like the hives from Eopolis or Albion, or adventuring into the jungle like the hives of Heven or Lapsiona do, it looks like the faeries in the empire have choosen to become full fledged settlers, uh?

It has a really quiet and nice pastoral atmosphere to it.

Wait, is this okay? we want them to level up so they can help repel the [ERROR]s right?

Uhmm... it's alright, isn't it? you need a civilization builder. You can't just have military machines who need to kill and consume in order to subsist.

We aren't playing for a few thousand turns. There won't be a victory screen and a new game at some point. They need to be able to build a seld sustaining culture and civilization.

Uhm... the guards at the palace entrance are level 15.

Oh, they're pretty cute. They are wearing little uniforms made of silk and cotton, and wielding white ivory spears.

They really are like a gigantic doll house, uh?

"Hello children, please tell Sunray that we want to speak to her." -says Miel to the guards, and they quickly nod.

One of them goes inside.

So the queen here is named Sunray. They just keep escalating in cuteness, don't they?

After a little bit, the local queens comes out, surrounded by a half dozen escorts.

They're not guards, though. It looks like they're courtiers and ministers? uh... their population doesn't seems all that high, do they need that many people to run things?

"Mother, you honor us with your presence." -says the tiny queen.

Sunray has a long white dress that hangs under her and sways softly in the air. She looks somewhat like a weather doll, I think.

Her pale gold hair is pulled up into two large buns at the top of her head, with little adornments hanging from it.

I guess its meant to be elegant, but cant help but think "cute" when looking at her.

This is just water with honey on it, isn't it? no, wait, I can see some... I guess that's fruit pulp? so its a fruit and honey drink...

It's super sweet, yet has a tiny bit of an acid kick to it. I think this would be popular with children and people who had a sweet tooth.

Yeah, I'm sure its very popular. I can think of at least two black-haired beauties that probably love it, you know?

As we are contemplating such, we hear a soft ¿pat pat pat' sound coming from the side.

Sure enough, Mako is walking over at full speed. Her wooden sandals make a very soft yet unique sound as she walks on the gravel road.

Ren is following, at a moderate speed.

As expected of an empress, she is very dignified in her own gardens.

Well, that's part of what makes it fun to make her blush.

It's a gap moe thing, you know?

"Eldric, you should have told us you were here! meanie!" -says Mako as soon as she gets next to us.

An angry Mako is cute too.

She's still wearing the same super elegant and high quality dress she wore during her flower arrangement class.

We're going to be experimenting with making Civilized Races into Monster Classes anyway. This will be just one more item to check during the experiments.

Nomads usually are not the only of their kind. Somewhere, some of their species are citizens in some country and own their own land. When that doesn't happens, you ger roaming monsters, not nomads.

Huh. Then because there are still some succubi in Heven as citizens (Slave Class), then the succubi who were displaced from their homes should be classed as Nomads, not necessarily as Monsters (beings produced by Dungeons being classed differently).

The Salamanders in the Orc capital were the last members of their race to lose their homeland, leading to the entire race becoming monsters. Now that one tribe has regained their nation, Salamanders elsewhere should now be considered Nomads instead of Monsters.

So if we find Miel land that the Hegemony can claim as their own, and have it recognized by other nations, then the Honey Faeries of the Miel Hegemony will be considered Civilized Race as well as Villagers/Nobles, and other Honey Faeries in the wild will become Nomads.

Is this correct?
Or does the Civilizing Effect only affect the specific group that gets their homeland, and is not a global effect?
