Heralds of the Tower.
Purity. We remember it. Though glimpsed through naught but tale and legend, we remember.
It's purity that elevated the First Ones to the seat of Sunfather, and corruption that saw us brought low for our sin.

Even now, we seek to purify. Ourselves. The land. The blessed Rock & Wood ichors that the prophet showed us how to render and refine.
The warm our homes. They bless our fields. They hold at bay the Bak-sprites Sunfather has seeded the air and ground with in order to test our resolve.

Sometimes, the impure seek to take what we would otherwise freely give in trade, and in battle they, too, are made pure.

TL;DR: Gasoline-worshipping Brewer Monks that live settled around old (and sometimes self-made) oil refineries and methanol plants. They're likely descended from the people sent to safeguard critical infrastructure, being a gaggle of army engineers, grunt soldiers, plant foremen and chemical engineers who gradually coalesced into a single order as time went by.

Mostly fight with flame throwers mounted on repurposed transportation vehicles and grenades launched from black powder cannons.

The Old Timers

Old, retired-age or senior criminals who have replaced their frail bodies with cybernetics up to and including full on brain-in-jar robots. Some who've gone senile are put on footsoldier duty while the veteran criminals resurrect their heyday of crime in pursuit of cybernetic, and eventually digital, immortality. Old school gangster aesthetic with robot chassis. Pinstripe suits and cyclops eyes. High velocity anti-material ballistics without fear of death or care for life. Just a bunch of old, old men who want to tear everything down, because if they can't keep it why should it stay?

A few decades ago some people found some insane prenuke cloning tech in an abandoned undergound lab. By the time the group realizes what they found they also realized that all of them got exposed to so much toxic/radiation/poison gas/stabbing/etc on the way into the lab that they only have maybe a month to live at best, and there's zero hope of trekking back through the wastes to get help in time.

They instead resolve to spend that month trying to reactivate the cloning lab and somehow use it to survive. They do learn how to use it in time, but just barely as most of them are laymen with no real tech experience and for 40 years now it's been kicking out generation after generation of shoddy clones with shakey memory transfers, whom almost invariably die within a year or two from the same radiation that killed their "ancestors", from which their shoddy DNA is sourced, that still resides in most of the lab.

There's a gang of robots wandering around. Considering the resources available no one's really sure where they came from. No matter how many get destroyed there's always about the same amount not much later.

They act like a regular gang and honestly don't seem cognizant they are robots. At first everyone was super scared/interested in them but at this point it's just a regular thing people don't think about. They will trade/raid/whatever as the situation warrents.

The Anaesthetic Boyz. Their mythical leader was a plastic surgeon to the stars of Hollyweird before the blast, and had created the perfect face at the moment of impact. Wearing featureless masks, they'll recreate their master's work on you for free -- sans anesthetic.

The Sodor Crew. Wearing bits of blue-painted metal plates as armor, and often piloting repurposed Patton tanks with broad smiley faces painted on them, they've given themselves lobotomies in order to focus themselves on recreating a massive train they call Tom-S. They roam the wastes searching for scrap metal to add to their machine-god.

The Dune Baboons. After the blast, zoos were the first thing to go wild, and so some intrepid survivors in the Mojave mastered the baboons from the Las Vegas Zoo to serve as their scouts, assistants and attack dogs.

The Butts.

Mad scientist figures out how to extract consciousness/souls. Saves dying people by putting them in robots from the old war.

He doesn't enslave them though, and soon enough the standard practice for a group of randoms with above-average power happens. They turn into a gang of ro-bros that raid and pillage for fuel, parts, and the only things they can still enjoy in their new bodies - media.

Those they fight who survive get converted and join their numbers, and in the apocalyptic world, being free of mortal pains is a great offer.

The scientist dude is respected as their leader and "dad" but he's not good at being a gang boss and often confuses his lads with his decisions, making for a very funny relationship, but also allowing the gang to have more organization than usual.

Death Becomes Her

>>
The Network

An experimental brain implant to demonstrate the next step of the Internet of Things managed to birth a unique intelligence within the created digital space. Said intelligence quickly outgrew that space and overwhelmed the testers, completely taking over their bodies and causing effective brain death. The bodies are now functioning only because they are connected to the Network, and any semblance of the person has been replaced by the entity. Its knowledge is a conglomerate of all the connected minds' memories, and it desires to gain more.
It ekes out a living by trading, spreading individual bodies far and wide to gain new bodies or knowledge. It freely engages in eugenics, genetic manipulation, and cybernetic augmentation on its own bodies, and is thus a powerful ally, decades ahead of any outside factions, and a dangerous enemy.
The bulk of the Network operates out of a technologically advanced city of sorts: the place is devoid of sound other than footsteps and humming of machines, because the place has a population of 1.
Don't be foolish in antagonizing the Network. Lesser settlements and raiders never come back, and maybe some time down the line, you might see some familiar faces selling utterly alien technologies, offering bounties, or snuggled up next to your leaders.

The Cult of the Drill.
A group descended from former miners who have come to view a tunnel boring machine as their savior as they use it to carve a great network of tunnels to expand their home. They have come to ritualize the very act of digging as it makes their homes and prepares the earth for their food. They frequently perform surface raids for parts to keep the machine in tact and have built a predominantly farming based series of strong holds at exit points along their networks.

Drill based weaponry is popular for obvious reasons.

That's fucking stupid, but you're onto something here.

The androids are individuals, but there is a group who are almost religious in nature who believe that the way to the future is to join together into one super-network, which will be able to calculate the meaning of life or the next stage of evolution or whatever. The androids can choose to network to said super network and devote a percentage of processing power to it, with the most devout offering up the entirety of their CPU to the "god."

The Flying Dutchmen. They're based off an oil rig planted either in the middle of the desert or in whatever's left of your setting's ocean called Davy Jones' Locker. They paint themselves black with crude oil pulled from the ancient drill reservoir, and are (rightly) terrified of fire. The derrick stopped working ages ago, but a genius scrapper managed to crack enough rust off the thing that it can work again, albeit by manual labor. They trade the crude with nearby settlements in exchange for taking prisoners, lawbreakers, and other undesirables off their hands to work the drill. Their main drive is to maximize output, and they pursue it with a feverish, cultish dedication; if no cities send them prisoners for a while, they start launching raids in order to add more warm bodies to Davy Jones' Locker.
