Hell, depending on if both the friendlier Eldar powers that be (i.e Cegorach and the Craftworld and leaders - the Exodites are probably benign/powerless enough that their opinions don't really matter) and the Big E (and I suppose Angron and eventually Vulcan) can be convinced to agree to it, an Eldar protectorate could be negotiated for the purposes of safely creating Ynead and fixing the warp. Given the current state of the galaxy, the friendlier Eldar can't really protect themselves (including from the Imperium) or restore themselves to greatness in the galaxy's current state, nor can they safely rebuild their population (IIRC, they get new soulstones from crone worlds) so submitting to the imperium and its protection (and thereby gaining willing meatshields) is practically they're safest option right now. The Big E in turn wants (aside from one less enemy to mankind) human access to the Webway and at least some level of access to the Black Library. And then of course being able to safely form Ynead to kill Slaanesh and using the Black LIbrary records for opposing Chaos in general benefits everyone.

Its a win-win for everyone involved.
