All right field team, this is it.

Decontanimation teams going over Wongleis manner managed to crack the deeper encryption on the private server in the panic room, and it's revealed a veritable treasure-trove of transaction data.

But that by itself was not it.

In fact, it was a bit of a lucky break.

An "Agent Fancy" of a "SolarStar" PMC contacted us and offered his gratitude for apparently saving his life by tossing him away from a demon; and in doing so transfered over a series of financial data and construction orders a subsidary company was responible for. SysWatch went over it and it reveals - in exacting detail - the location and security features of a Werwolf-77 safe house in Germany.

A safe house we know, from the data in Wongleis Manner, is currently being visited by one of the Black Furies, the inner guard of the Wolf Lodge.

So it's a safe house you will. in a word, soon be making very much unsafe.

Salient security features are internal cameras which can be controlled with an uplink spoofer, a series of FOF enabled turrets set at checkpoints, hardened interior walls and doors and a veritable armory of military gear.

Plus, of course, the entire zone is a faraday cage and it's structurally reinforced in the deeper end as it lowers from the facade of an unnoticable noodle shop.

Unfortunately in the same breath, XenoLinguistics managed to translate the Elfdown artefact and our facility in Innsmouth is now host to what appears to some sort of sentient fish / fungus mold.

Will Werwolf-77's (secret) safe house be guarded by werewolves, operative?

Well... Yes.

The Black Furies are werewolves themselves. Bad tendency to eat people alive. A lesser pack usually crops up around them when they visit any Werwolf-77 facility. They've been in town for four days so they've likely already Bitten some of the lower ranking members. But don't worry about that. They lack dicipline and because they've recently grown into their powers they'll likely be confused, angry and full of barely constrained rage.

Now what Field HQ would really worry about is the demons. If you see a ritual circle and a shady looking invoker, get them before they get a connection going.

Silver, typically. Catnip, surprisingly. The moon. Some breeds have a problematic relationship with direct sunlight, and a good amount can actually be triggered into a forcing a reflux reflex if you douse them with pepper.

If you can capture one of the Black Furies alive it would be useful, but don't expect them to go down quietly. They're Lifers, so unlike most of the mercenaries and lower level initiates they're Fanatics. ANd of course being werewolves, prone to disregard niceties like "crippling mortal wounds".

Pump them full of Crash if you get the chance and we can get ou the silver-compound handcuffs and reinforced portable cell.

Pull it off, and we can get information on the Lodge's plans. But if that's unfeasible, elimination will have to do and we will check the site over afterwards for leads.

Good job Field Team! While it turns out the Black Fury Invoker-Wolf located at the compound sacrificed themself to conjure up a Dracoform, that same dragon was the banished. Therefore, it evens out. And i didn't have time to manifest fully and burn the entire city. Good effort.

Unfortunately it looks like one of the Spawn of the Ash Wastes crippled V-1. You'll have to walk back to field HQ. We've got a containment team out looking for it but it got into the sewer system after feeding on the vehicle. Locating it might take a while.

We've added Riven to our stock of experimental equipment. You are free to check it out and use it, as it appears neither volatile nor dangerous.

What Werwolf-77 was doing with a sword like that is anyones guess.

The information in the server room was succesfully transfered to our data centers following the system breach. Despite the Dracoform trashing most of the servers we've only experienced minor data loss.

This server destruction appears to have been a hidden boon as it prevented a series of carges from priming and levelling the site. The reactive sigils on the ground appear to be a new design, and Werwolf-77's ability to imbue them with a kind of passive detection for violence is disconcerting at best. We'll go over the total data acquired and attempt to pre-empt their plans.

As for the Dracoform, the insides were putrified and most of the cereberal matter was turned to mush. We found trace remnants of 47 different toxic compounds, including one previously thought isolated to the Irukandji jellyfish and the Phyllobates terribilis amphibians. Related, Thaumathurge Jiggs is permanently banned from any food preperation service.

As for operatives Lorne, Claire and Lune some creative methods will have to be emplaced. Wounds inflicted by dracoforms have a tendency never to heal. However, Werenhoff believes he has found some promising leads in a little utilized species of squirrel.

Functional gameplay wise this is fine, but the moment they get to be redirected by players who reasonably want to be best at the thing they're specialized at, the system creaks apart a bit.

Not quite. VitLoss and Skill-Loss applies, which hurts a little less for getting [Jump]. Buying back any loss simply means threading water, but ultimately you're incurring a loss. But not a drastic one. Weapons 1, armor plates, the work - you don't get those. This is an emergency procedure, after all.

Plus, of course, losing any ability to advance as what you already were.
