Our (heroic?) lost souls awoke in a prison cell about to be on the bad end of a surgery organ stab-and-grab. Making their way out of the facility, they found out they were in the planetoid Seniral Minoris, a defunct spherical superstructure build by who-knows and mostly used for research and containment of of undesirables these days.

Making their way to Correctional Facility 3, our band of scavengers got embroiled the dying aftershocks of a riot. Angry prisoner-patients objected strenously to the experiments of Warden Whitefield and his cronies, who in turn objected strenously to being shanked with a shiv.

The Warden is disabled now, and his paper-strewn office (retro!) controlled by our unruly gang. Unfortunately for everyone on the inside, a distress call went out to the local UNCC outpost.

Biomechanical scuttle-bugs are pouring out of the surgery wing. The exit doors are held by a crack team of soldiers. Ammonition is running out. Will Dandy ever find his car? Why is the UNCC so keen on using demon names for peace-keeping equipment? What was Warden Whitefield trying to accomplish when he turned his correctional facility into an unlicensed medical madhouse?

Of more immediate interest is the [Master Key] the warden had which is likely to open all doors and command all electronic systems in the facility. It also looks like it grants access to his personal terminal, embedded in the cabinets.

Bugs are burned, and Wraith rips and tears a thing with more mass than it should have. Somewhere belong the Hivenode is connected to all these tendrils, fed by the scuttlebugs. It's odd that it's here for all places. But it seems agiated.

The heatwave from correctional detonation cannot be felt inside the speeding VTOL, but turbulence can as the aircraft is tossed around in the blastwave. You don't crash, but it comes close, and the shielded structure all around pings and pops as it alternatively heats and cools.

Generalized combat rifle. Low ammo count. The shots it packs are special. Shots [Phase] (P) or [Implode](I) - a switch near the trigger decides which upon firing.

Phase ignores the first obstacle it hits. It's based the same tech that allows short term jaunting, weaponized. Hard to come by. Try not to let a weapons checkpoint catch you with LC-7 gear, yeah?

Old story goes the R&D staff developing it used to take potshots at each other for fun, since it's harmless if you're the first target hit. Not so fun when the calibration misaligns and the practical joke is ruined by someone losing their chest.

It's one of those heavy duty cannons, they crop up occassionally if people breach another armory section or find it in the reaver sector. Looks mint, but they always do.

It shoots - but it takes a power source we don't have much of to make it. Run it on a PA system and it can leech of their batteries. If not, you'll need a cheap portable generator and they ain't portable or cheap.

If noone is interested in taking the containment grenades I probably will, although if anyone has a couple spare points I could also go for some of these other cheap grenades. Inferno/Vaul/Shax. Invisibility I'm not certain exactly how effective it'll be until in an actual deployment, though. I ask if anyone has a couple spare points because I spent all of mine on Accuracy, so I can throw grenades but not really afford them. Also there's a fractal gem and a fading crystal people can use for crafting if they want.

The [Fading Crystal] is a one of a number of crystals one of the prospectors the Bonejackers murdered and stripped for parts extracted from the deeper workings of the planetoid. It's Driet Tech. It functions as a power supply to Driet weapons (But perhaps not at full value?) or as a boost to human-made power-based weaponry.

The Datasticks contain the research goals, project outlines, journal entries, account information and patient logs that Warden Whitefield felt was necessary to have some bargaining power against the people he collaborated with.

That turns out to be a Chironan Human++ Department, NeuroRes Division. Their HQ is Seniral Minoris itself. While the data, labfiles and injection kit(s) are interesting, they're also hard to dispose of. Several companies would be interested in Chironan tech.
