Last time, on Dragon Ball Tuffle Quest Z! You and your friends fought against the invading Bongo, defending Namek from the Big Gete Star! In doing so, you managed to use the Kaio-ken x3 with the Raio-Ten! Now with the threat over, you just have to wait for Dragon Balls to be ready...

You and Goku walk towards the Namekian village, Chiaotzu off to talk with Lazuli, while Yamcha watches Pantea play a bit with the little Namekian kids she met.

"Tag! You're It, Dende!" the girl exclaims excitedly, already running away with the other Namekian kid, the two of them giggling.

"Hey, no fair! That's three times!" the boy protests. "Cargo should be It next time!"

Yamcha just laughs. "Pantea, play fair with the kids! We're guests here!"

"Aww... yes daaaaad." she mumbles out.

"Heh, shame it all seems like it's gonna be over so soon." Goku comments. "Feels like we just got here."

"Has been a few hours since we landed." you note. "And the Namekians are still trying to select a new Grand Elder, we've got time for... I dunno, something."

Let's see...

>A. Should probably check on Lazuli in a bit

You give a look back. "...I'm gonna check on Lazuli for a bit. Might be better to talk this out sooner rather than later."

Goku tilts his head in confusion, though Yamcha seems to catch on and nods. "Well, good luck. We'll be here."

As you head off, you give Bulma a quick call via Scouter, checking up on things. She hasn't gotten too deeply into analyzing the quacking bug robot, since she's prioritized setting up communications, but she did seem to find an interesting thing in there. A name, but only that. It's apparently working with someone called... Churai.

You spot Lazuli and Chiaotzu sitting quietly near the edge of one of the many, many lakes of the planet. The blonde woman catches a glance of you, then quickly turns her head away. You take a seat next to her, legs hugged to your chest.

"...I can figure what you're about to say here. Yeah, we'll get the set back home back to normal, we can bring them back with those... I..." she grips at the grass and dirt. "...I get that. At least... I can understand it, but... there's some part of me that's not clicking with that. Part of me that feels like this is a bigger risk than it's worth, but... I can't think it out logically. And... it's like I'm arguing with myself, for no good reason."

>A. Believe me, I'd be in the same boat, thinking the same thing if it were brobro or Goku, or really a lot of my friends...
>B. Try to move the subject from this, ask a bit about her and her brother, what they've been doing, what they were doing

You smile gently at her. " Believe me, I'd be in the same boat, thinking the same thing if it were brobro or Goku, or really a lot of my friends. I mean... I almost fell apart when Korin told us King Piccolo killed Shenron. But... no matter what, we'll get them back, I promise you that. Even if it means dragging them back from the afterlife ourselves!" You emphasize that last part with a little fistpump into the air.

Lazuli giggles softly, a smile finally appearing on her lips again. "R-right..."

You scoot closer. "That said... I can figure this isn't all there is. Little pep talk isn't going to fix everything." you admit with a shy look towards her. "Lazuli, maybe if we talk things through, we can get to the bottom of this. Maybe you're recognizing something we're all ignoring, subconsciously."

She gives you a surprised look, then stares into the water. "...well, okay, we revive Piccolo first. That brings him and Kami back. Then everyone gathers the Dragon Balls back home, for as long as that'll take, and wishes Krillin, Lapis, everyone else back. But... what worries me is that there's still a delay. The whole set wasn't gathered before they turned to stone. What if... what if someone gets them first, like... like..."

"...Towa?" you ask hesitantly, greater worry in your voice than even you were expecting. "I mean, I'd kinda hope she's more focused on us out here first and foremost..."

Chiaotzu seems like he's about to comment on that thought, but holds it back, instead going for something more neutral. "We've just gotta believe in everyone back home, then. Right?"

>A. Right! They won't let us down!

"Right! I mean, hey, brobro has one already. Better start than nothing." Yeah, and Chi-chi would be ever so mad if he ended up meeting Krillin and Lapis too quickly. To emphasize, though... "...I did have this flash of foresight before fighting Bongo. It was of the Mifan Tournament. Towa apparently got Tyz and Sugil to compete in there... and Chuu Lee was kicking their asses!"

The blonde woman smiles wider, finally standing. "Yeah... thanks, guys."

"Still... don't wanna stay for too long. Kids are probably giving Acer endless trouble, and I dunno about you, but I still wanna try that Guss' Galaxy Grill place." Ooooh... wonder if they have space pancakes...

The two of them laugh, walking back with you to the Namekian village. To your surprise, you see a figure flying overhead... Trip! ...and she's with some Namekians, it seems they're all carrying the Grand Elder. As you get back, you see Goku, Yamcha, and Pantea standing with the two Namekian boys and Nail, several much older Namekians gathered around a place where the Grand Elder lands.

"Ha... m-my... children... h-have you chosen?" the large, ancient Namekian asks aloud, forcing himself to speak.

One steps forward. "...we have. There was much debate, and while I am still not sure I am ready for such a thing-"

"Moori, stop being so humble! You're the best of us, you deserve it!" another one, younger, taller, states aloud.

The large, ancient Grand Elder manages a quick laugh. "I see... come, my child. You... a-are ready to lead... our kind... into a brighter future." He places his hand on the other Namekian, a soft light surrounding his body. Once complete... the former Grand Elder begins to fade.

They all look on solemnly, Trip speaking a quiet prayer for him as he passes on. To her surprise, he gives her some words of encouragement before he departs. "Sanzo... you too are ready. And... I believe he knows that as well. Do not... doubt yourself..."

And he's gone. Moori looks down at his hands, clenching them into fists. He says something in Namekian quietly, and though you can't quite make it all out, it does seem like a promise. To live up to the previous Elder's example. He sighs, then smiles. "...visitors, we are still in your debt. Allow us to repay it with Porunga, our Dragon. God of love, of dreams, of law, to grant your wish."

"Well, do you guys need any help gathering the Dragon Balls?" you ask, giving a tap on your Scouter. "My friends and I have done a couple Dragon Ball hunts in the past."

Moori rubs his chin. "Well, if you are willing to offer... there is still the one in Tsuno's village that needs to be brought here. Our..." he pauses for a moment... "former Grand Elder once considered him to be the one to take over after he passed on. But Tsuno refused outright. He believed someone younger and more capable should take the position..."

"Follow me, Earthling." Nail comments, taking to the air. You fly up as well, Trip coming with you.

Checking your Scouter... yep, there's a Dragon Ball ahead. All right, this'll be quick. You look back at Trip and smile. "So... you probably had a lot to talk about. Did you just now pick up on flying?"

She nods, slightly embarrassed. "The Grand Elder claimed that I should be able to do such a thing easily from now on. Furthermore, he's given me some insight into the Dragon Balls."

"Oh?" Ooooh, now that catches your interest.

"They are objects older than even the Nameks know, the ones they've made being copies of the original set. Their true origin, the origin of the first set of Dragon Balls, seems lost to them, but for centuries the copies the Namekians have made existed as a part of their culture. They are linked to the spirit of the Grand Elder, the one who ensures the Dragon Balls work, who specifies their rules, and allows the magic inside them to be channeled into a Dragon. Only members of the Dragon Clan, like Kami, possess the ability to create such objects among Namekians, and even then, they take a significant amount of time and patience to end up right..."

(cont.)
>>
>>46987205
"We still do not use them unless necessary." Nail adds from ahead of you both. "Even in my lifetime, I have only seen them used once, when I was very little. It is a great honor to have visitors like yourselves use them."

"And we appreciate that, Nail!" you say with a wide smile.

You arrive in the village, many members coming to greet Nail. The Elder of the village arrives with... oh hey! The Four-Star Ball! And wow, is it huge! It's the size of your head, maybe a bit bigger. With the Dragon Ball gathered, you all head back, arriving with others bringing their own Dragon Balls. Goku comments on the Four-Star Ball you bring, wondering what his Grandpa would think of it. The set is placed down on the ground...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t6OYH7nSkdA

Moori steps forward. "Takkaraputo popurunga pupirittoparo!"

The place darkens, a sight the other Namekians gasp in awe at, as the Dragon Balls flash, a creature erupting from them and filling the skies. A titanic creature, larger than even Shenron, in some ways resembling Bongo, with a muscular body at the top of the kilometers of tail, stares down at you all.

In Namekian, it roars, "I AM PORUNGA, DRAGON OF LAW. STATE YOUR WISH SO I MAY RETURN TO MY SLUMBER."

You stand tall, looking around at the Namekians. You ask of the Dragon in its native tongue, "Porunga, Dragon of law! Hear my wish! Please heal this planet from the damage it received from the Big Gete Star, return Namek to normal!"

A red flash comes from the Dragon's eyes. "IT'S DONE, SHORTSTUFF."

...sh-short stuff? Well, the Dragon seems to have a bit more... personality than Shenron does. Next up, "Thank you, Porunga, now can you please-" You get a brief flash of insight, something about a... desert? What the-

A new, surprisingly feminine voice, calls out, "DRAGON, SEND THE EARTHLINGS F-"

"No!" Yamcha shouts, tackling one of the Namekians.

You all gasp in surprise as the Namekian backs away... shapeshifting. It's... a woman? Dressed in an outfit like... oh shit, she's working for Towa!

"PORUNGA, PLEASE BRING BACK THE ONE CALLED PICCOLO, WHO DIED FIGHTING THE SAIYAN NAMED TURLES!" you scream, not wasting a moment.

"DONE. NOW PLEASE MAKE UP YOUR MINDS ON THE LAST WISH."

The woman stands, glaring at you all. "...well, guess it's time for plan B." She lunges at Yamcha, you quickly pushing him out of the way. She grabs your arm... and places two fingers on her forehead. In an instant, you're gone. The faces of everyone in shock is the last image you see before you're blinded by a bright light. When you can see again... you're in the middle of a desert, then suddenly back on Namek, then back on the desert again.

You shake your head, trying to get your bearings. This place... it doesn't feel like Earth, that's for sure. There's... some green guy with four eyes resting under some shade. What the... where the hell are you? A sound alerts you to someone arriving. You spin around and spot... her. "You... what did you-?!"

"Snow cone?" she asks, handing such a thing forward with an unsettling grin. "Not poisoned, promise. Helps you cool off."

You try to telepathically reach out to someone. Anyone. And... there's nobody there to hear you. You angrily grab the snow cone out of her hand, glaring at her hard. "...so I take it you're the new one. Towa couldn't help it, huh? Tell me, are you like, 10% me? 20%?"

She giggles. "How presumptuous. Though..." She shapeshifts much like Oolong and Puar do, a puff of smoke accompanying it, "...I could be you, if I wanted." she states in... your voice. "Don't quite have all the little intricacies, but it's a good mimic, don't you think?"

Your stomach growls. "...snow cone isn't going to hold it, and I was really looking forward so Guss' Galaxy Grill-"

"Don't try the special, if you ever get there." she recommends, shapeshifting back.

"Look, just... what is your angle? I want some answers." Keep calm, Maple.

"Well... let me just say that Princess Towa? She has biiiiiig plans for the Earth. Especially since you refused her offer." She giggles, tilting your head. "And she figures that one of the thorns in her side needed to be removed some time. But she isn't going to make this unfair. You might be able to make it back home, if you try hard enough. Oooh and maybe you can learn all sorts of new tricks out here." she comments all too enthusiastically. "Mira's designs could use a few more upgrades..."

"At least tell me where I am." Ugh. Great, just great.

"Planet Imecka. Oh, but you aren't the only one who got stranded here. One of the others seems to be waking up again." she says, pointing to the green alien.

"Ugh... Jeice keep it down, not all of us can handle this heaAGH!" the green alien backs up in surprise. "WH-WHO ARE YOU?!"

You look back to the woman, only for her to have vanished again. You look back at the alien. Seems he's... wearing armor that belongs to the PTO forces, more like Cui's than Raditz's, Nappa's, or Vegeta's.

You spin around, first making a pose similar to Jaco's trademark. "I am Maple Son-Mahogany, champion of Earth, faster than lightning yet quiet as the sky, Turtle School Master and future-changing Wild Card, last hope of a dying race! Representing truth, justice, and the planet Plant way!" You end it with a wide stance, pulling one arm back, hand clenched into a fist, while the other arm sticks out high. Aaaaaand... pose!

The green alien stares in disbelief, mumbling, "Damn, she's good. Captain is gonna want to see that."

You then place a hand on your hip, floating up slightly so you can make yourself seem just that much bigger. "Now, who are YOU, exactly?"

He backs up, doing a flip and striking a pose of his own. "I am Guldo, of the Ginyu Force! High-Level Executive Class elite mercenaries! Striking terror in the hearts of many!" He finishes striking his pose, then notices... "Wait... you have a Scouter? Of course! I knew Lord Freeza would seek out for us! Tell me, where's your ship so we can finally get off this dirtball?!"

"...I don't have a ship, I was teleported here against my will." you admit, looking at your snow cone. Damn, getting more and more tempting...

"Y-you... too...?" Guldo falls to his knees. "It's hopeless. We're stuck here. We're stuck here for good. Oh why couldn't I hold that alien for just a bit longer?! The Captain almost had him..."

"So... are you all stranded here? The whole Ginyu Force?" you ask. Hoo boy. Some of Freeza's most elite fighters. Sensing around... it does feel like there are a couple people here with higher Power Levels, but there's one quite some distance away with... well, it's nightmarish. Too high to be one of theirs. Hopefully.

"Yes..." Guldo sits back in the shade. Three more arrive, a red one with white hair, a blue reptilian, almost snakelike one, and a more humanoid but gigantic man with red hair.

"No luck Guldo, Captain's still locked up. We might need to-" the white-haired red one notices you. "Well hello, who might this be?"

"Someone stuck in the same situation as we are. At least she still has her Scouter." he replies, slouching. "We're never getting off this damn, blazing hellhole of a rock."

"Okay, from the top, can you guys explain what happened?" you ask, giving them the all an innocent look. Might as well hear their story.

The red one with white hair stands up straight. "We were on our route to planet Yardrat, it'd been giving trouble to some forces before. Most of them were pretty weak, but there was this one guy, Soba, even the Captain couldn't match him in strength. Even worse was that teleporting technique he had. Guldo tried to hold him in place for the Captain to deal with him, but he was just too strong..."

"It's all my fault." Guldo repeats in a near sob.

"Aw don't blame yourself buddy. We almost had him, if it weren't for that interference." the blue one reassures. "After that Soba guy kicked our collective asses, we were transported here. No Scouters, no ships. Captain tried to acquire one himself, only for a nightmare of a warrior to show up and knock him out."

"This calls for a rescue mission." the large, redheaded one states. "But we need to wait for nightfall..."

"If you guys don't mind, I could help out too. I'll have you know that I'm one of the strongest and smartest warriors of Earth!" you state with more than a little pride in your voice.

"What's an 'Urf'?" the big redhead asks the blue one who shrugs in response.

The red guy takes a moment to consider it. "Eh, fine. But don't slow us down, kiddo."

"My name is Maple." you grumble a little.

He rolls his eyes. "Fine, May-pull, first thing's first, can you use your Scouter to check for Power Levels?"

You do just that, and let's see... most everyone is in the 30,000 to 40,000 range save Guldo, at 19,000. Farther away, there's one that reads a whopping 120,000, and... the strongest one your Scouter can't even register, it giving an overflow error. Gods damn it, this isn't going to be easy... Next step, a bit of mind reading. Focusing on the second strongest Power Level, you verify that it is indeed the guy they're looking for. He's sulking in a corner it seems, upset at letting his comrades down. The strongest guy... seems he's bored. He's just sitting watching some TV, wondering if the other Ginyu Force members are going to try something, looking for an excuse to test some of his strength. What's more, you get this sense of the people being quite repressed. Their leader taxes them heavily and enforces it brutally. Whoever this strong guy is, he seems to be apathetic to their plights, but he's not the one in charge. Hrmn...

"So, your Captain seems to be about 300 units away. Best guess is he's in a holding cell. The strong guy... he might be anticipating a rescue attempt. Scouter can't even register what his Power Level is, but Ginyu's at 120,000, right?"

"Yeah, that's right." Guldo confirms. "Jeice, what should we do?"

The red guy takes a moment to contemplate. "Hrmn... need a distraction of some sort..."

...distraction, huh?

Could also potentially make friends with the apathetic guy if he's not in charge.
>>
Let's see here...

The scouter throws an "overflow" every time it reads a power above 1 million. Let's assume that this guy is at least as strong as Bongo. Luckily for us, he seems to be a warrior type, and might be down for some sparring. This could serve as a distraction, as well as perhaps giving Maple some new techniques to use? Also, he may not really care one way or the other if the Ginyus actually escape, and could be more eager to find someone who can actually give him a challenge in a fight. Since none of the other Ginyus have their scouters, they won't really know Maple's PL if she leads this mystery dude away from Ginyu.

But I get the feeling that he's the only way off of this planet, unless there's some sort of functional yet derelict spaceship nearby. We could try and pique his interest by talking to him, and then negotiate a sparring session if he teleports the Ginyus away and gives Maple a lift to Earth or back to Namek?

We may also need to watch out for body-switching shenanigans.

You get the cheekiest grin on your face. "Ginyus, stand back and behold, one of the greatest techniques in the galaxy!" You do a little twirl in the air, aaaaaaand... "CLOTHES BEAM!" In an instant, you change outfits from your Turtle School Master gi into first, a yellow tunic with a cape, blue hat, and black leggings, then a more ninja-looking outfit, and after that a fighter pilot outfit with a scarf. You keep this up a few times, settling on a more mysterious-looking gi with a face-concealing bandage mask.

The blue guy is amused, but not exactly impressed. "...how the hell would that help u-AGH!" A pink BAD MAN shirt to the face answers that question, to the amusement of Jeice.

"Hah, no offense Burter, but you did ask for that." the white-haired red alien remarks. "Well... this might work out better. We pull this off, I owe you a space soda, Maple."

The five of you huddle together to get the plan worked out. You, Burter, and Guldo will set up the diversion, while Jeice and Recoome work on rescuing Ginyu. It's going to be a risk, but you bet the guy isn't used to unconventional fighting. And seems Guldo has an exceptional set of skills: both powerful telekinesis and a strange Time Stop ability that lasts for only as long as he holds his breath. Burter meanwhile is exceptionally fast, though not as fast as you by a long shot. Still, it'll help with the distraction.

With the plan worked out, Jeice recommends a team pose, for luck.

You can't refuse, even knowing who they work for.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ezrbyf6t9mY

You all ready yourselves. Recoome starts it off,

"Ever-graceful, Recoome!"

"The Blue Hurricane, Burter!"

"Red Magma, Jeice!"

"Psychic Powerhouse, Guldo!"

And with you in the center...

"Sparking Hero, Maple!"

"GINYU FORCE, MOVIN' OUT!"

With the cover of darkness, you all make your towards a city, you providing some disguises to help everyone blend in. At first the place seems rather empty, few lights on, and people only briefly looking out their windows to get a glimpse of the strangers stalking their streets. It becomes more apparent when the three of you spot soldiers. None of them especially strong, even their weapons seem outdated. Guldo and Burter seem ready to just start blasting, but you come up with a different strategy...

With a quick Clothes Beam, you make a banner flag with their symbol on it, first asking Guldo to time freeze and place it in the middle of the area, and then head back ASAP. The sudden appearance of the flag startles the military folks, you and Burter deliver a number of quick knockout blows to them. The blue alien suggests finishing them off, but you explain to him that they'll have a bigger distraction and force more soldiers over with just wounded personnel, luring out the big guy.

With alarms sounding, you're greeted by two unusual individuals. "In the name of the Imeckan Army, by order of Don Kee, stand down or you will be terminated!"

You grin cheekily. "Clothes Beam~"

"Clothes waAGH!" they both shout in panic as suddenly their vision is blinded by the pink BAD MAN shirts.

You finish off your snow cone, surprisingly still cold in spite of the earlier day's heat. Gonna have to wonder how that's possible. "How about you two surrender instead? I could help with that fashion sense you have." Gods, look at them. What even are they wearing?

"Gale, let's teach these offworlders some manners!" one of them shouts, now clearly identifiable as a lady.

"Agreed, Sheela!" They place their hands together for a Ki blast and fire. "Die, intruders!"

You bring out your Spirit Bits to cover yourself, Burter, and Guldo with a shield. Tanking the blast, you then quickly bolt behind them and Clothes Beam a "rope" made out of shirts, something of your design, a cutsey little graphic of you making a victory sign. You fling them into the sky and, with the help of some telekinesis, launch them far away, the shirts untying and slowly floating down, to the surprise of some villagers. The commotion brings more people out as you dust your hands off, Guldo and Burter chuckling.

"That's quite a display, Miss Maple." the green alien comments.

"And such speed, hah, if I didn't know any better I'd say you're almost as fast as I am!"

Oh if he knew... "This all said, we shouldn't let our guard down, there's still-" You get a flash of insight, narrowly dodging an energy blast aimed right at you.

Burter and Guldo stare up in shock at the new figure. "Th... that's the guy that beat the Captain!"

You sense his Ki, and... woah. Okay whoever this guy is, he's definitely stronger than you. Stronger than Freeza. And you can tell he's holding something back. Okay, gotta think this through. Diplomatic option first. "Listen, we just want to get off this planet, myself and the Ginyu Force. We won't bother you or your planet again if we can just-"

"And how much, exactly, are you offering?" He smirks. "Because I can assure you, Don Kee can offer twice that much without a second thought."

"Eh..." Well... "Hundred million Zenni?"

He tilts his head. "The hell is a 'Zenni?'"

You snap your fingers. Damn. "Egh... wait, who exactly are you, sir?"

"Name's Ledgic. Bodyguard, mercenary, and warrior." he states, descending, looking at the terrified Burter and Guldo. "...you seem to have a lot of confidence, girl. You must be able to sense how powerful I am."

"Leagues stronger than any of us." you admit. "...why are you really working for Don Kee? And what about those things on your shoulders?"

He... grabs them and somehow changes them into swords. "This."

"Ah... w-well, the original question still stands."

Guldo manages to snap out of his terror for a moment, catching on to what you're suggesting. "You know... she's right. If you could beat the Captain so easily, you could take over this planet no sweat. But you're working for someone else, and I doubt he could hold any real sway over you."

Even then, I'm probably the strongest in the universe." He looks up at the stars and sighs. "...that Ginyu was the first time in a long time I've felt any sort of challenge. But you might be even more fun, little girl."

"Bah!" Burter balks. "You couldn't possibly be stronger than Lord Freeza."

"Freeza..." Ledgic muses. "So, you really are working for him." He returns the blades to his shoulders. "No matter. He'll head here eventually, if you truly are so important to him."

You spot out of the corner of your eye a purple, horned figure, sneaking with Jeice and Recoome.

"I wish for a challenge. If you stay here, I get paid more, and he shows up eventually to rescue your lot." He starts walking towards you. "Win-win for me."

"Here's a better idea: meet him directly and see for yourself." you suggest.

"Yeah, if you want to pick a fight with Lord Freeza, then it's your funeral, but let us out!" Guldo comments, then scoots over to you, whispering, "He's got no chance against Lord Freeza."

Ledgic keeps walking. "Now why should I do that?"

You quickly, telepathically, give him a larger proposal, letting him know what even Freeza can't stand against the likes of the strongest of Demons. But the demons won't ever come to the planet unless it's for a reason that serves them. You give him glimpses of Shura, Beelzebub, Towa, and mention to him that the King of the Demon Realm is probably still out there, among the stars. If he wants a real challenge, he'll need to seek them out himself. "If you're truly the strongest in the universe, as you claim, then you'll need to make your own challenges. Don't wait for them to come to you."

"...you've caught my curiosity, girl." Ledgic responds. He looks back at the three other Ginyu Force members, catching them by surprise. "...I won't stop you from leaving. There's usually a merchant that shows up every few months, has a ship that can get you back into familiar territory. He's due tomorrow, check the outskirts of the town."

The Ginyus are stunned as Ledgic simply walks past them. The purple guy stops him. "Wait just a minute here, what merchant? What's his name?"

"Hassan."

...wait a minute, why does that sound familiar?

The purple guy approaches you. "...I must say, you've got some guts, kid! You stood up to a warrior like that without so much as even flinching, and you helped clear us for our escape."

"If you ask me, Captain, she's got 'Ginyu Force material' written all over her! Showed up and helped us outta the blue, even though she got trapped just like we did." Jeice comments. "Heh, guess I owe ya' that space soda, Maple."

You rub the back of your neck, letting out a yawn. "Ah... it was nothing, really! We're in the same boat, might as well help each other out. I've got a family to get back to anyway. So with that all said and done, let's get outta here and away from Ledgic. The sooner we can meet Hassan, the sooner we can leave, because I don't wanna be around here if he changes his mind."

"Agreed." Recoome affirms with a sigh. "Good to have you back., Captain!"

The purple alien nods. "Good to be back, now... Ginyu Force, move out!"

You fly with them, giving a tap on your Scouter again. There's... no signal, no one to talk to. You're still stranded out here, but at least you've got a chance to return home. It takes several more hours for the fellow to arrive, and you try to spend that carefully talking with the Ginyus, getting to know them. Ginyu himself has an odd ability, able to switch bodies with people if they stand still for long enough. Jeice is, surprisingly, a baseball player, been one since he was young. You bring up how Yamcha is one as well, mentioning that he's become one of the best baseball players on Earth. Guldo... was a bit of a pervert when he was younger, using his abilities to lift up girls' skirts, and ended up stealing toys constantly. He grew out of that before he became a member of the Force, at least. Recoome was, to your surprise, into dance before joining the force, where he picked up great lessons in agility and grace that he even to this day incorporates into his fighting, and apparently some wrestling on the side. Finally, Burter gained his speed by... constantly trying to get away from his very strict mother, who would slap him if he were late completing them or late for dinner.

The ship arrives at the break of dawn, you somehow forcing yourself to stay awake for the whole night, partially from the nerves of being so far away from everyone, partially from a hope that the ship would somehow be early. You manage to get the Ginyus up, surprisingly heavy sleepers for world-conquerors, and greet the fellow in charge.

Hey, wait a minute...

You DO know that guy!

It really depends on what the mods will do. So far seems things are fine sticking here, but like I've outlined before, if there is a move I won't run Tuffles or Zelda there until things calm down and shit gets ironed out. I will try to run something new, though, to give it a proper test run. And if things don't improve and a move is enforced, well... we'll try somewhere else.

Some are. Some respect their career paths.

To the rank and file PTO soldiers the Ginyus are legends, heroes, nightmares, and... well, weirdos. But not many would say the last one to any of the Ginyus' faces and live to tell about it.

I'm a little confused when you said Ledgic is stronger than Frieza. Does that mean we sensed he's higher than 530,000 (Friezas first form) or that we sensed he's stronger than 120 million?(did we actually learn this is Friezas max strength? It's been too long to recall such little details)
>>
>>46996226
Q. Assume we got into a fight with Ledgic.

Could we have won in any situation, or is he just too MAXIMUM for us?
>>
>>46996351
Yeah, how strong was Super Saiyan Kid Goku in his fight with Ledgic?
>>
>>46996236
A fair point, anon! Perhaps someone else can give it a visit.

>>46996351
The strongest you've sensed was Freeza's third form, but you're aware that Freeza is much closer to Towa's raw level of power than he is to your own. Ledgic is stronger than the Freeza you've sensed by a significant margin, and still stronger than what you can guess Freeza's maximum strength is.

Ledgic IS exceptionally strong. He's even stronger than 5th form Cooler at this point, and could potentially reach a level like that of Dabura. GT Goku needed to go Super Saiyan to overpower him, which is saying something (even if GT's strength comparisons can get quite silly and inconsistent).

>>46996407
He's much, much stronger than you, but he'd try to draw a fight out just to see if you could put up anything resembling challenge. You do however have techniques that could do significant damage to him, and your sword skills are slightly better than his. Plus he doesn't have any regeneration abilities.

It would not at all be an easy fight, especially if you fought him at full strength, but you could technically win if Liam were really, really forgiving.

>>46996506
At minimum? I'd put him maybe 4-ish times stronger than he was in the Buu arc. Could be as high as 8 times stronger, but I'd put things lower rather than higher. Either way Goku, even after being turned into a kid, was way stronger than he was in Z. And by the same reasoning, Ledgic is exceptionally strong.

Fun fact: Toyble put a member of Ledgic's race among the soldiers in his RoF adaptation. He's there with many other alien cameos, including Yakon's race, a Yardat, even a Plantian.
>>
>>46998388
