Jiraiya and Orochimaru ride atop their summoned creatures, firing jutsu down at the enemy, while Tsunade uses her absurd strength to demolish large groups at once, the seal on her forehead activating. Meanwhile, Katsuyu splits and sends its parts to heal the rest of the alliance.

Following the Sannin's lead, the others head out too. Basically everyone who remains here is high Chunin or Jonin level, and they don't hurt for ways to fight this enemy.

Kurotsuchi and the rest of the long range ninjutsu specialists lay on the suppression fire, while Lee and the other taijutsu specialists move in close to pummel the creatures.

You see Shino plant some bugs in the creatures, for them to burst out and eat them moments later, while Neji and the rest of the Hyuuga use their gentle fist style to shut them down. Kabuto is weaving between the monsters, attacking them with a combination of bones and his snake.

Sakura is taking a page from her teacher's book, crushing swathes of enemies, while Sai draws up his ink creatures to fight for him. Oozaru and B are stomping around, trying to get as many of the things as they can.

For the most part, the alliance looks like it's doing very well, but you can see signs of fatigue. Choji really stands out, having had to use his calorie burning jutsu so many times. He's having trouble keeping up with the others. And you're sure most of the alliance isn't all that much more energetic. The longer you let this drag on, the more tired everyone will get.

Now that you've recovered, you can once again join the fight. The only question now is how.

Neither of the Madaras is on it, right now, it's just rampaging on its own. Obito is having a big confusion conversation with Kakashi over in Kamui, while the real Madara is fighting Hashirama. And Kongosho's pretty hard-hitting, but not hard enough to cause the Ten-Tails any trouble. It just barely managed to destroy one of Madara's asteroids while still leaving debris that needed to be dealt with. Naruto's Tailed Beast Ball completely annihilated one. In canon the Ten-Tails shrugs off the Tailed Beast Balls that Naruto and B throw at it like it was nothing. We're just not strong enough to matter, here.

You leave this battlefield, and head in the direction that Sasuke and Kiba drove Naruto in.

As you approach, you see Sasuke's Susanoo, but it's different. It's surrounding a giant nine headed wolf, armoring it.

Their adversary is Naruto's fox avatar, but there are black markings all across it like the curse mark, and it has Karin's chakra chains emerging from its tails. This battle is on a much higher scale than you imagined. The two giant combatants are causing massive destruction to the landscape with every attack.

The fox goes to wrap Susanoo in its chains, but the nine gnawing mouths keep them at bay, while a tailed beast bomb clashes with an Amaterasu arrow to cause a huge explosion. Yet the fighters are barely harmed.

You wait for an opportunity, then jump onto the Susanoo where Sasuke can see you.

"You guys weren't really going to leave me out, were you?" you ask. "I should be here for Team 7's big combination."

"Of course." Sasuke grins, letting you inside next to him. "Kiba and I are giving it everything we've got, but it didn't quite match up. They were plenty stronger than us. Now with you, let's see how it goes. We'll see the true power of Team 7."

You take one more good look at your surroundings. Kiba and his ninja dogs are all combined into a giant wolf, and the armor from Susanoo is covering all but their eyes, mouths, and legs. They should be pretty safe while still being perfectly able to attack. On top of them are you and Sasuke, who is controlling the body of the armor. His Susanoo has a sword in the right hand, and a bow in the left, giving him a couple of different options for attack.

You wonder how exactly you can contribute.

If one of those arrows can be imbued with your Impact chakra, they should become devastating.

"Sasuke, get ready to fire another arrow." you tell him. "With my Impact chakra, we can make it stronger."

"I was thinking the same thing." Sasuke replies. "That will be the kind of strength we need. But we should be careful. I don't think we've seen all they can offer yet."

As Naruto charges up another Tailed Beast Bomb, Sasuke readies an arrow. It takes some time to focus, but you manage to coat it in Impact chakra. Since it's just outside of the arrow, it should be able to hold until it hits, not disrupting Sasuke's chakra.

Your team and your opponent fire your attacks at the same time. They clash again, causing another huge explosion, but this time, your arrow bolt keeps going.

Naruto it able to raise the avatar's tails up in front of them, blocking the arrow with the chakra chains, but they are sent flying backwards, sprawled out on the ground. Kiba runs closer, but as Naruto gets up, the fox makes a hand sign.

"Shadow Clone Jutsu!"

Before you appear eight more fox avatars. They split up, and start assailing your group from all sides. Kiba and Sasuke can't keep up with the rate of attacks, only just parrying without a chance for a counter.

As the clones attack, Sasuke takes care to hit them with the Impact sword, dispelling them easily. Kiba is forced to make a lot of tricky maneuvers to keep you guys safe, and you need to be constantly focusing on the ever moving sword, but eventually, the clones are shaved down to three. They all back off, and bring their tails to their mouths. All three of them start charging their own Tailed Beast Bombs.

"Uh oh, guys." you hear Kiba from below. "This one is gonna be big. Don't really feel like taking this hit. You guys have any ideas?"

"A charged arrow might not be enough." Sasuke says. "And I don't know if it's possible to use Amaterasu and Impact on it at the same time. You got anything, Kon?"

Kiba dashes forward, shortening the range so you and Sasuke can pull your combo off faster, while you form the sphere. You surround the middle one, but it should be enough to catch the other two in the attack as well. Sasuke then turns his eye to your opponents.

"Amaterasu!"

The black flames explode, destroying the middle clone, before spreading onto the other two. However, as they do, the chakra chains emerge from the avatar's tails, spiraling toward you, carrying the Tailed Beast Bombs along with them. You guys weren't expecting those, and you're caught off guard.There's no time to dodge.

"Those chains..." Sasuke has time to say.

Before you can respond, you feel yourself being pushed back out of the Susanoo. Looking down, you see that Kiba has been forced out as well. You look to the Susanoo to see the chakra chains hit it, cracking its armor. They lead the way for the Tailed Beast Bombs to break it outright. Sasuke falls to the ground, unconscious.

You look across to see that the same has happened to Naruto. He pushed Jugo and Karin out to take the brunt of your attack himself, and he now seems to be unconscious.

Before you can make another move, you feel something. The Ten Tails that was so oppressive on your senses seems to be gone. But you don't feel relief. There's another sensation. Much smaller than the Ten Tails, but it feels no less powerful. You shudder to think what's happened. There's no doubt what you're feeling. The Ten Tails Jinchuuriki.

Nearby, you notice Kakashi is back. He's kneeling over a body, likely that of the masked man. But he looks to be in bad shape.

When you arrive, you see the First Hokage with black rods driven through his body into the ground. He doesn't seem able to move.

"Ah, nice and quick!" the First says. "Good job. Careful not to touch these rods, though. Just come closer, to my hand."

You touch down to find Sasuke still out. There's a medic examining him, but he looks confused.

"We've healed the damage." he says. "But he just won't regain consciousness. It's like he's stuck."

Next to him, you see Kakashi laying next to a man with one eye that you don't recognize, but believe to have been the false Madara. Or at least, he was a man. He seems to be dead. More concerning than that, Sakura is removing Kakashi's eye. Not the sharingan, his actual one.

Kakashi Sensei should be a lot stronger once he has both of the matching sharingan, but you can't waste any time.

"Kiba, let's go." you say. "Kakashi Sensei and Sasuke will just have to catch up. Right now, we're needed out there."

Trying to head off on an optimistic note, Kiba and Akamaru run towards the battle, you close behind.

As you draw near, you see a giant figure in the distance, towering over most of the alliance. It's shooting streams of all five elements, which are being countered by jutsu from the alliance. Kurotsuchi seems to be leading anyone with an advanced nature coordinate and overwhelm it.

Closer, you see Guy, Lee, Tenten, and the Second Hokage near what seems to be Madara.

Madara is in all white, and holds a staff. He is floating in the air, and there are black orbs floating behind him.

Everyone here looks to be alright, except for the Second. He's missing all his limbs, and they aren't regenerating, even though he is an Edo Tensei.

"It was amusing enough to toy with you for a while, Tobirama." Madara laughs, before looking up to the sky. "Too bad you couldn't last a few more minutes. I think we can actually do this. We might not be able to fight Kaguya, we don't have the Mary Sue powers needed for that. But I'm pretty sure that we might actually kill Madara before Kaguya even appears. I don't think killing him will stop her, Black Zetsu will just consume Madara in the last moments before he bleeds out completely. But we can win this fight. We can make Naruto and Sasuke feel totally confused when they do arrive, because Madara will already be gone and some completely different fight will be happening. And even if that doesn't matter in the grand scheme, it will be funny.

"I concur!" Lee adds. "The whole world is at stake, there is no better time to prove my worth! I have everything to protect!"

"I'm staying too." Tenten says. "I may not be able to hurt him, but my jutsu will be useful. The Second believed in me, and I won't let him down."

You don't want to doubt their ability, but you are worried for them. At the least, you know that they can indeed help. If it comes to it, you can protect them.

"Alright!" Guy shouts, releasing some inner gates. "Let's go! Burning youth!"

Guy and Lee both take off toward Madara, who sends some orbs their way. You were prepared, and you trap two orbs in your Nebula Spheres. They don't get crushed, but Madara seems to be trying to move them, and he can't. There was one more headed their way, but Tenten gets that one and teleports it away.

Lee and Guy close in on Madara, fists flying. Unfortunately, Madara is still too fast to hit even on his own. Madara makes to attack back, but notices Kiba and Akamaru.

"Sage Art: Fang Over Fang!"

Madara jumps back from Lee and Guy, then surrounds himself with an orb. Kiba and Akamaru knock it around, but Madara emerges unscathed.

"Eliminating my options." he muses. "A classic tactic. I can't let you be doing that as you wish."

Suddenly, the two orbs you had trapped get knocked away, and return to Madara. You have no idea how it happened.

He seems to have some way of exerting force on things as he wishes, independent of anything else. Talk about an inconvenient power. This one will be hard to account for.

They can't be entirely intangible, and they must have a position. You get a feeling that Space-time ninjutsu would still work on them, though you will only be able to make an educated guess as when to use it. You and Tenten alone might not be able to handle it.

"You boys are always sure not to be late." you hear from behind you. "You're making your Sensei look bad."

"Good to see you finally here." Guy addresses him. "Kakashi of the Sharingan, eh? Looks like it's complete now."

"That's right." Kakashi replies. "I can use the full power of Kamui now. The most powerful Space-time ninjutsu."

"Alright, Sensei!" Kiba cheers. "We can win now for sure!"

"Hmph." Madara scoffs. "So Obito will irritate me from beyond the grave, it seems. He can't just serve his purpose and be done with it."

You all get ready to fight again. Madara may have some crazy techniques, but you all have some of your own. The only question is if you can beat him fast enough.
