>You are an Adepta Sororitas, not a Navywoman. Go towards the Drop-pods and descend towards the surface of the Forge World.

People say that the Inmaterium is the closest thing to hell but right now the voidship you are in is a more accurate depiction of what the Imperial cult depicts as the Inferno. There is chaos and confusion everywhere and what once were ample and calm corridors now have turned into cramped zones where people have entered into a stampede and where the most weak ones ended falling and were quickly stomped to the death. Human herds were moved from the different areas of the ship like scared cattle due to the quick and sudden attack of the mysterious aliens.

They had had appeared in an instant and apparently formed out of thin air. They spawned into the cores of several high density areas and not even the bravest of the warriors could have been prepared enough for such cowardly attack.

Along with the chaos soon came several mechanic faults as the Techpriests that operated the heavy doors and other important functions of the ship were also being butchered. After the first seconds of confusion and chaos came the realization of the attack and the quick retaliation. The Navymen equipped their combat shotguns and proceeded to attack the aliens as best as they could yet there wasn’t much that they could do, the ample spread of their pellet launching weapons and the many people that were running away made impossible to aim and shoot without hitting or killing some innocent collateral damage.
>>
>>45396831

After looking at the grim and crude sight of scared civilians and navy workers you prayed and asked the God-Emperor of mankind for their safety and to imbue them with the necessary bravery so they can stop being cowards and affront the enemy. You wished to fight them too but the Emperor had trusted you a bigger mission, now you had to find your team and head into the planet, God Wills it.

Like and angel you strode and jumped above the scared people, some of them looked at you with fear while other saw in you a symbol of hope and strength. Luckily for you most of those corridors were high enough and had several pipes and other areas to grab into for you to be able to traverse them without the need to descend towards the floor, were the scared populace was. Quickly you started to advance more and more but then when you were about to reach the hangar where the Drop-Pods were located you found an impossibly grotesque scene.

Across your path you had came by several deceased bodies and even a shootout or two but it wasn’t until now that you had been able to fully see what were all those people running from. The room you were in was completely covered in gored bodies that lacked skin and musculature for they had been not only butchered but had their dermis stolen and turned into abominable fear inducing totems.
>>
>>45396855

The thick steel walls were now covered in spilled blood, remnants of guts and intestines and several long and wide claw marks. The light from the ceiling flickered weakly but every time it covered the room with its lux you became able to see more horror inducing details and specially the cursed being that had committed them.

A skeletal creature covered in metal and strange xenos glyphs, its viridian eyes were as empty and lacking as their own sanity. Its fingers had been turned into long claws that flayed the skin and twitched in what seemed like a perverted pleasure as they made their way into the chest of a poor crew member. It seemed that it was so obfuscated in its killing that it didn’t have noticed your presence yet.

>Aim your two Bolt-Pistols and open fire.

Quickly you grab your two faithful weapons and aim at the abominable construct.

"Pray" rests on your right arm, with every flickering of the ceiling's light you see how the gun is able to shine more than anything else in the room, it is a holy artifact and a courier of restless punishment to those who dare to defy the holy Imperium and everything that it represents. On your left hand is tightly gripped your other Bolt-Pistol, "Purge", it is slightly heavier and warmer to the touch, it is its way of saying that the weapon has a need to send its furious blows to those who deserve them.

With both weapons ready you aim at the lifeless machine.

"I do not know what are you doing you vile Necron, can a soulless machine be able to find joy in the act of corporal desecration? I do not know it and I will die ignoring the answer of such question for today it is the day that you die."
>>
>>45397505

Before he could react you looked at it with a blood boiling fury and pressed the triggers of your weapons. Its bolts flew the distance that separated you two in an instant and they perforated the flesh that was covering its metallic frame and its own ferric body with ease before exploding inside of him and doing the maximum amount of damage possible. With each of your bolts you managed to breach and divide more of its alien body.

After its chest exploded you ripped his arms with several well aimed bolts that completely crippled him. Disgustingly enough the barbaric creature seemed to completely ignore its wounds and looked at the newly created bloodstains that your explosive bolts had created when they exploded upon contacting with the fleshy parts that covered his body.

This new scent of blood made the Flayed one find itself distracted enough to ignore the Sororitas, something that ultimately proved fatal as you easily were able to land your last shot directly into its cranium and end with a coup d'grace such pitiful being.

Attracted by the sound of your boltshots shortly afterwards came two of your friends and companions, Sister Juhnïa and Sister Virgia.
>>
>>45397531

"Sister Liwet!" Said Juhnïa in a cheerful manner, clearly happy to see you.

"We need to rendezvous with Sister Tanake in the hangar asap." Cut Virgia as she was now possessed by her warrior persona.

It was sad that you all had to leave but right now there was an even more important battle below. When you all meet together, Sister Tanake, the leader, stood in front of the opened door of the Drop-Pod.

"Due to our high mobility we have been given the order of observing and scouting the area. We are not to approach the enemy directly for now. We will make two teams of two persons and I will go solo. Liwet we were about to make the teams, do you have any suggestion about who to scout with?"

>Sister Virgia: Serious and a good warrior. Uses two hand-flamers

>Sister Juhnïa: Eccentric but loyal. Uses a Inferno Pistol and a Naginata.

"Any of you would be an excellent option but I think that Sister Juhnïa would be the one that suits me better. While my Bolt-Pistols can defeat enemies from a medium distance I lack any close combat weapon; her Inferno Pistol and Naginata would be the perfect addition. It will be a pleasure working with you Sister Juhnïa, Emperor protects."

She hailed from a exotic world whose inhabitants were even more strange to the eye. You barely had seen any naked parts of her body for she used to cover herself as much as she could, even if she was now wearing the full power armor and its respective helmet she had on top of that some dark grey hooded robes and a thick maroon scarf tightly surrounding her neck and part of her face. In some way you also felt like a freak and you knew that due to your status as a Sororitas some people inherently saw you with more fear than hope. With a small nod she quickly came to your side and giggled under her breath, even if she tried to hide it she was clearly excited of entering into action for once.

The entire ship shook and trembled violently and without any more time to waste all of you entered inside the Dominica-pattern Drop Pods in an orderly manner. After placing in your respective places some automated clamps attached to your feet, and torso. As you awaited for all the process to conclude you idly looked at one small circular window that you had in front, it was the emergency exit and while it wasn't big enough to show the exterior with ample details it ended being a distracting thing that made your mind wander away, a small touch got you out of your train of thoughts, it was the palpating hand of your teammate whose excitement had turned into pure nervousness and wanted to hold your hand to feel safer and calmer. As soon as you tightly held her hand the sacred techno-rituals of disengagement ended and the Pod plunged into the planet below.
>>
>>45398161

You continued looking at the window that was in front of you as you felt a sudden rush in your body and how your bloodstream started to ascend and concentrate in your brain. As you quickly descended you saw a glimpse of a massive towering structure and in one of its walls an ascending Elevator...

The turbulence turned into a massive crash that caught all of you by surprise, you all were informed that before reaching the ground the Pod would use some retro-thrusters to decelerate enough but seemingly that didn't happened, not only that but after crashing against the floor you all continued plunging into the unknown. The second impact came shortly afterwards and it was then when after the doors opened that you understood the significance of all that.

Now that you were out you managed to see that you weren't on the surface but in a underground city instead, the first crash had been the impact against a solar farm that used to rest above the city. Several Solar panels were now completely smashed against the Drop Pod but it wasn't like it mattered much thought, today was a rainy day and even if they had been left untouched their would have been useless.
>>
>>45398175

From the crater that your transport had created the rain filtered and fell, there was an orange mist around of about a meter in height, whatever that thing was it didn't dared to touch the rain. Due to the possible toxicity of the skies of the forge world you all equipped your helmets and proceeded to check that there was no damage and that all the equipment was correct. During that inspection another Drop Pod landed some feet away from your team, from inside a small team of Battle Sisters came out They all did the same checkup and both teams proceeded to meet to give respective intel and salutations... as soon as they left the circle of rain that their Drop Pod had also created and entered into the mist they all fell to the ground and died shortly after in a gruesome and nightmare inducing fashion.

"Stand Back!" Screamed Tanake as she pushed us into the safezone that the rain seemed to create.

"What had happened!?" Screamed a scared Anna Maria, still stuck by the visions of them turning into decrepit skeletons in front of her.

"We also entered into the mist and nothing happened to us...maybe these Sisters weren't completely pure and the Emperor detected their vile intentions and decided to smite them with his holy might."

There were several questions and not a lot of time, in the distance the shadows of enemies could be seen.

>"Maybe we should inspect the bodies and try to come with a cause of what has happened."
>"Whatever the reason is it isn't of our interest, this should only worry to a Sister Hospitalier or a Biologis Techpriest. Let's begin our mission."

We know what that mist is. Well, Heracor knows, Liwet doesn't. But we as players know what it is. Have you missed it?

And avoid the mist, of course.

That was me being IC and Liwet using what she saw to extrapolate a conclusion. She felt no magic at work so a heretek weapon is most likely. If it's mist based then the other sisters did not seal their armor. I as a player know what it is, Liwet can only guess.

>"We should try to contact with the people above and inform them of this..."

While most of the group was nervous you and Tanake had the enough nerve to stay calm, with a simple glare and a small nod you two proceed to relax and impose a stoic sensation into the ones that had fallen into the long claws of fear.

"Whatever it is we simply have to inform the upper echelons of it and avoid it as much as we can, this possibly heretical mist is low, the Emperor has blessed us; we are Seraphs under his orders, with sealed armours and our wings we can easily stride and avoid this fog as much as we can with ease. Gather with your respective teammate and proceed with the mission."

After your inspiring speech Tanake looked at you with approbation, you knew that she had been considering retiring to non-combat oriented roles and that you had been in her mind as a possible substitute.
>>
>>45398699
Being the leader of a group of Seraphs would be something that would fill you with honor and pride but even if those rewards were enciting you never pressured her into ascending you into the leader rank for having such egoistical desires was a taint of the mind, if you were to become the leader it would be at its destined time, for such events are all created by the Emperor and acting on your own does nothing but unravel his mysterious and benevolent acts.

"I will stay in the Pod and try to make contact." Tanake started to say as she opened a panel inside the Drop Pod and started to search for frequencies in what seemed to be an emergency radio. "Due to the gas there are three main possible paths that can be taken, one would be searching more areas that have been covered in rainwater and are thus safe to step into, the other would be ascending into the roofs of the buildings that are intact enough, the third and final one would be constant prayer and entering into the mist... I will gladly take that third option unless any of you has another idea in mind."

If the mist is a Xeno weapon to kill us I doubt they would be affected by it. Going alone would be foolish.
>>

>Going alone would be foolish.
That's why the leader is the one offering herself to do it. She knows that it is the most dangerous task but someone has gotta do it and as a good leader she's kind of sacrificing for the team.
>>
>>45398947
It's a bad idea because a crack or breach in the armor would kill. Since proper necrons won't be affected and have Gauss weapons, well...
>>
Sorry guys, internet failed for a while

>>45398720
>Travel across the rain covered safe areas and explore the city as much as you can.

You gather with your companion and do a quick inspection of the close areas, the closest area that is soaked by the rainwater is about a hundred feet away. After one final checkup of air seals and other delicate equipment Junïa and you proceed to make a leap of faith and ascend into the air to land far away.

It is in these few seconds that you spend on air that you feel truly alive and liberated. The moment you land all the weight of the universe returns at once and clenches you into the floor like a giant anchor that each time that you land sinks a little bit more. Being on air and turning into an angel has become sort of addictive to you and the realization of landing makes you feel a sudden furious despair that can only be removed with more jumps. This addiction isn't completely destructive, the adrenaline kicks asks you to jump more and more but once your task is done and you return to your normal daily monotone life you suffer a painful withdrawal that slowly fades away into nothingness...and it is then when you are finally recovered that duty calls and asks you to fight for his holy name.

Juhnïa is still getting used to these experiences, she's still young and naive and each jump that she does feels better and better, even with the surrounding rain you are able to hear her screams of emotion as she flies up and up. You cannot punish her for you were as equally as excitable as she is now. Slowly the sudden realization of those jumps being nothing but a crude simulation of real flight with hit her and afterwards none of the following ascents will feel as enjoyable yet the addiction will stay, it will stay forever.
>>
>>45399599

After doing several jumps and distancing enough you ended landing in a small puddle of water and stopped to look around; you noticed that this city wasn't designed with raining in mind, the buildings didn't had any drainage on their roofs and the sewers surely weren't wide enough to accommodate such great quantities of water. From the roofs that were under the open holes in the rocky ceiling small cascades of water had formed and in the near sewer manholes a great rushing water could also be heard.

This city was called Aquacadens in honor of its many underground waterfalls that could be found on the surrounding rocky formations but ironically the architects had never predicted the biggest waterfall of them all; rain.

On the distance you two see a couple of Drop Pods heavily landing and crashing several habitational blocks as they do so. Looking at how fast they have landed they aren't Sororitas Drop-Pods.

With another quick look you see a group of strange silhouettes, possibly enemies that are erratically moving in strange manners.

"Sister Juhnïa, try to contact with Sister Tanake, we might need to inform her about this."

As you continued observing she started to try making contact with her, apparently to no effort, maybe it was the broken and abandoned status of the city or maybe because Tanake was trying to contact on her own the broadband was occupied but regardless of the reason any contact effort seemed to be moot.

>Investigate, the enemies from a distance, this is your mission after all.
>Go towards the landing zone of those Drop Pods, informing them of the noxious gas would be a good idea.
>Return and personally inform Tanake of what you two have seen.

>Go towards the landing zone of those Drop Pods, informing them of the noxious gas would be a good idea.

You return towards your friend and posing your hand on her shoulder stop her efforts.

"Wait...Informing now would be too soon, we should go ahead and investigate who those are. If we return now to inform Sister Tanake they might be gone by the time we return."

In the following jumps the cheers of excitement didn't came out of her mouth, she was feeling kind of scared and also knew that any kind of audible communication could be caught by enemy spies. We didn't knew if those strangers were friend or foes and we weren't communicated of their presence, it wouldn't be until you had them in front of your eyes that you would feel completely calm and safe.

To save in precious promethium fuel you two entered into a building and ascended by using the stairs towards the roof and from there you quickly travelled by jumping from roof to roof, you two were athletic and muscular enough to allow for a quick constant stride and be able to jump from most of the roofs without the need of the jump-pack. You were the daughter of the Emperor and your armor wasn't a heavy burden in comparison with failing him. He now needed you to travel forward like humans always do and not the fatigue nor the fear would be able to weight you down.

About a mile later you two were in the twelfth floor of an abandoned living block, oddly enough it seemed that the inhabitants had left in a hurry as there were several items left on like a bathtub and a television set. Looking by the windows you were able to see what seemed like greenish humanoid warriors who were opening their way across a great number of vagely human forms and a few skeletal warriors, still the distance was too great for you to be able to see properly.

>Use your bionic eye to focus more.

Strange invisible energies unseen to the normal eye surround us, strange waves and impossible unthinkable colors along with spirits and other esoteric scientific anathemas are constantly present. Not everybody knows about them and such ignorance is a blessing really. The moment you try to focus on your bionic eye you sense a strange buzzing coming from behind, before you can react from your mechanical iris an electrical arc flies and whips the floor below. The surrounding electricity of that all those abandoned machine spirits had been accumulating had suddenly been channeled across your eye, you weren't guilty of their current state but they were furious and your use of advanced tech had angered them. Your eye burned for a second and a single tear of blood fell from your lachrymal.

"Agh!" You screamed as you fell backwards and tried to hide as the lighting that the electrical arc had created might have attracted the attention of undesired enemies.

"Sister Liwet!" Screamed Junïa as she rushed towards you.

"I'm fine, my eye had malfunctioned. It isn't broken but it will need some time to reboot."

Time wasn't something that was on your side, on the distance you were able to hear the sound of the alien's gauss weapons and heavy weapons of the opposing faction.

>Wait until your eye reactivates.

>Junïa is no techpriest but she knows a little bit about Machinery and its rituals, ask her to aid with its reactivation to save some time.

You filled your lungs with air and sighed as much as you could. This was an emergency but you knew that what you were about to ask her could be considered tech-heresy, a crime even more abominable in this whole planet dedicated to the Machine-God.

"Sister Juhnïa, the Emperor has blessed you with delicate fingers and a logical mind capable of understanding the strange and intrinsical mechanisms that surround us. Do you think that you could aid me with my bionic eye?"

She seemed nervous under such pressure but at the end nodded.

"My brother became a techpriest several years ago. He taught me some basic stuff because he considered me intelligent enough and believed that lacking such knowledge was suicidal..."

At first her tone was slightly cheerful but then her voice cracked and turned sad sounding. Maybe her brother died, maybe he embraced the Cult Mechanicus wholly and ended breaking ties with his past. Whatever the reason was the information that he taught her might now prove useful.

"I'm sure that your brother, wherever it is is looking proudly upon you Juhnïa."

She once again searched for your hand and tightly hold it, even if you couldn't see her helmet covered face you knew that she was smiling.

"What had happened to your eye?"

"After I tried to activate it there was a buzz, an energy discharge and now it is pretty hot. I know it isn't dead as I can see its sacred circuitry slowly activating back into functionality. Do you think you can accelerate the process?"

She scratched her head and meditated for a while. It seem to have been a static energy problem.
>>
>>45401259

"Maybe this area has too many electromagnetic influence or static energy in the air. Try to touch anything ferric to completely discharge yourself, that should help the bionic eye to completely clean itself of any energetic impurities and reactivate faster."

"It isn't going to be so easy, even if we are above the mist I won't risk removing my armor and it is completely padded on the inside. I cannot touch anything metallic..."

Once again back to the starting point, she seemed frustrated but after scratching her head once more the solution came to her.

"Not all of our armor is padded inside, the helmet inst!"

For the following minute you had to press your face against the interior surface of your helmet with the aid of your hands, it was a strange and awkward posture but at the end your eye returned to its former glory. With a quick glare over the battleground you saw that those green warriors were now near completely surrounded by the Necrons, their flamers were causing a great toll on their numbers but it seemed that victory would end being for the vile xenos.

"Whoever those are they need aid. In case they are enemies we should retreat at once and inform Tanake of their presence."

After saying this you jumped from the ledge of the window and used your Jump-Pack to softly land on a crashed bus that was below. It didn't passed much time until you noticed a vibration on your back and a hand pulling from your sleeve.

"Sister Tanake has ordered us to not directly engage the enemy..." She looked at the streets in front where the battle was developing, after your jump the sound of war and shooting guns became notoriously louder.

You softly took her hand and turned to look at her.

"It is true and disobeying a direct order is punishable for a thousand reasons but we also have to scout and discover what is going on there...We have already seen the Skeletal Necrons and what look like humans...traitorous humans that maybe been enslaved or willingly joined them."

"J-just a peak..." Said a still unconvinced Juhnïa

"Try to contact with her meanwhile, inform that we saw something and are to get closer."

Slowly and using the noisy Jump-Packs as least as you two could you manage to reach another high building to look upon. Once more she couldn't make contact with her, her efforts were now even more hopeless as there was now an even bigger breach between you and Tanake and the waves simply couldn't cross that distance. Unable to contact you two looked from another window and what you saw left you two awestruck. From inside the Drop Pods several emerald green Astartes had descended, they carried Flamers and Fire covered swords along with Bolters and other exotic weaponry that they used to smite the alien foe. Those were the loyalist first founding chapter of the Salamanders, Astartes that hailed from Nocturne and like the Sororitas had a preference for anything that spitted fire.

The twisted traitorous humans that were fighting for the Necrons didn't had much protection against their holy promethium fires and soon they were turned into dust and charred bones along with their alien brethren. Sooner or later all of those Necrons sustained way too much damage and ended falling down towards the ground they belonged into. What seemed like a lost battle for the Salamanders slowly became a tie as the ground started to burn more and more and the incoming enemies sustained injuries even before they reached the line of sight of the Marines.

>Even if you two might not be a massive aid you are sure that they will accept any kind of aid. Jump in and use your Bolters and her Inferno Pistol to help the Astartes.
>Now that you now that these aren't enemies you should return and inform Tanake Personally.
>Try to contact with those Astartes by radio. Ask them if they need any special help.
>Write in.

>Try to contact with those Astartes by radio. Ask them if they need any special help.

Due to your proximity and the highly sophisticated vox-systems of their helmets making contact with the Astartes didn't proved to be a difficult task, it was incredibly frightful how after doing so their Techmarine with only pressing some buttons on its armguard integrated cogitator was able to find your position. Only a couple of seconds after making the contact and before even muttering the first words he was already looking at your direction while still fighting the Necrons.

In an instant he had detected the contact intent and localized you, completely busting your hiding spot. Not only that, by either using some special bionic eyes and looking at you two across the rockrete or by interpretating the unique identifying code of Juhnïa's vox caster the techmarine became able to detect that you two were Sororitas and thus allies.

"Techpriest Atellanus M'shalla of the Salamanders speaking to the Adepta Sororitas with the identification code Sigma Sigma Alpha Seven Cerulean Viridian. Are you alive or am I speaking with the quirky machine spirit of a vox caster that now belongs to a dead Sister?"

His voice was rough and imposing, kind of inhuman and yet still, endearing. He was the first contact that you two had with an Astartes, they were closer to the Emperor than you would ever be for he had in its interior part of his sacred and impossibly holy double helix.

"Y-yes! Sister Juhnïa and Sister Liwet here! We were ordered to scout the city and avoid enemies. D-Do you need any help?"

"Inform him of the orange mist and the water!" You whispered to her.

"The mist is deadly, avoid it at all costs! Water nullyfies its effects so if possible burst water pipes or other transporting methods to create a safeway!"

The Astartes laughed with an inhuman laugh that sounded like two rocks grinding against each other.

"Thanks but you are somewhat late, we have been informed by a Magus about the mist and what's going on there. They are in fact planning something big up above. Can't tell you much else."

"W-we have to inform our leader of your presence, please state your mission...unless that's a secret too..." Juhnïa was slowly becoming more and more afraid the more the Astartes spoke, his voice was clearly getting her completely afraid yet amazed.

"We are going to descend into the heart of this planet and place a Plasma Bomb into the Core of the Tomb below. Inform your leader that they are not to descend deeper into the caves for they will risk getting caught into the blast and following earthquake. If our calculus are correct the Tomb is deep enough to allow a blast that wouldn't affect the structure of the city.Emperor protects! Into the fires of battle, unto the Anvil of War!"

After saying that he cut the communication and any further attempt of speaking was meet with a wall of static.

Unable to do so you two prayed for them and then returned towards where your Drop Pod landed to meet with the other teams and exchange information. Or that was the initial plan at least, as you were halfway trough a pre-recorded message buzzed inside your helmets.

"By decree of the Ordo Malleus you and your squad have been assigned the holy mission of going towards the following coordinates: X 23º288 Y 69º003 to retrieve some holy techno-artifacts. Once in there you are to await for a Magos and several Techpriests, expect heavy resistance from the enemies. Ave Imperator."
>>
>>45403238

After stopping in your tracks and calculating where those coordinates headed to you didn't had any other option but to change your course and head towards that place. It took you about an hour to do so and when you did you found a badly damaged building, an academy of some sort. Above it there was a pretty great crater and from it sky could be seen, the rain was now gone, soon all the water would dry up and the protection against the mist would fade away. Shortly after the rest appeared with Tanake being the last one. When you all reunited and proceeded to wait for the Magos and its retinue you all saw an apocalyptic Miracle.

The sky became covered in small icy micrometeoroids that burned in the atmosphere and became pockets of rain...after a while a massive gargantuan Ice formed meteorite crossed the sky, several Necron weapons launched green rays of energy trying to stop it but their efforts wouldn't succeed, the Ice meteor ended impacting several hundreds of miles away, there wasn't any direct damage and the shockwave didn't reached the city but it did the following tremble, the entire city started to violently shake and after it stopped... the rain came again.

>CURRENT S̶̸̢͡Ơ͟Ų̕͘͞͞L̢̀͟͏͟: HERACOR NAHIVE

Just as the Space Elevator ascended into the upper levels of the sky you managed to see several Drop-Pods falling down. All those people were surely doomed as the Chronorganic Oxydizer continued being active and still poured that dammed mist into the ground.

As soon as the Elevator reached the Space Station the doors opened and your team and you were once more greeted by a view of desolation and death. The Possessed had also made their way into this area and had attacked all the merchants, travelers and anybody who was unlucky enough to be here. It seemed that since the Necron Portals and the Orange mist didn't reached this place nobody disappeared nor died of old age and thus they had a chance to fight back those once human puppets. On the outside the Necron Ships battle with the Imperial Navy, they are so close yet so far away for there is no way for you to contact them, for all they know this Space Station is completely dead and abandoned of human life, just like the rest of the planet below.
>>
>>45403313

After advancing for a while and looking at the desolation your team and you proceed to get food, water, ammo and all the commodities that you all have lacked for so long. With the stomachs full you all decided to head into the local Adeptus Mechanicus cathedral to see if there is inside any long distance radio apparatus that could be used to make contact. To your surprise in the way towards the Cathedral the gravity was skewed and there were some parts that had way too much G while other completely lacked it. The Battle that had developed in there had surely damaged the Station's systems.

As you reached the door and proceeded to open it you found it locked and saw a badly written message on its surface that said.

"REBELLED SERVITORS GO AWAY!"

After trying to open it again you heard a male and paranoid voice on the other side.

"Go away you crazy servitor! I understand that the Imperium had stripped some of your rights but that doesn't mean that you can now strip us of the right now live! Go away!!"

>Try to convince the survivor that you aren't one of those "Rebelled Servitor"
>Open the door by force, you have had enough already and you cannot waste any more time.
>Try to find another way, maybe by entering by the ceiling, who knows, that guy could have an entire army behind those doors.

just a question is our personal ship still up here i mean we left it and our crew up here and only went down to the ground with our generals so they should still be up here and allow us to gtfo into space and get an army to lead so we're a bit more usefull in the bigger picture.

That's what write ins are for. Write it, roll a 1d100 and if nobody is against it and I judge it successful then I'll include it.

Low roll.

>>45403719
Good roll.

>Result:
Our ship's engines have been damaged in the crossfire between the Crons and the Imperials so it isn't usable. It is still durable enough to be used as a bunker so maybe there are some warriors that have kept themselves inside in the search of safety.

I am a techpriest of the Omnissiah. I know the secrets of technology, the holy binary language, and the prayers to the machine. The knowledge is whispered to me through mechanisms and circuitry, and I bare the blessing to study, repair, and improve. Now open up. A rogue servitor wouldn't have told you all that.

>Try to convince the survivor that you aren't one of those "Rebelled Servitor"

After such epoch suffering such frustrating halt made you become increasingly angered.

"By the love of the Emperor servitors cannot speak in the true sense, they can only spew phrases that they have had already programmed onto them or use a text to speech device to say mathematical results or read electronic data."

The voice on the other side went silent for a second.

"And how do I know that what you said right now wasn't progamred!?" Whoever was on the other side wasn't clearly a techpriest for he couldn't even spell your terminology correctly and what you had said before had left him momentarily speechless.

"I am a techpriest of the Omnissiah. I know the secrets of technology, the holy binary language, and the prayers to the machine. The knowledge is whispered to me through mechanisms and circuitry, and I bare the blessing to study, repair, and improve. Now open up. A rogue servitor wouldn't have told you all that."

This time there wasn't any silence.

"NOW THATS ALL NONSENSICA TECHIE-SPEAK TO MESS WITH MY LOYAL MIND I ALWAYS WAS WARY OF THE GEARHEADS AND THEIR STRANGE WAYS! YOU CANNOT TAINT MY MIND IF I AM LOUDER THAN YOU!!"
>>
>>45404368

Afterwards the sound of rushing steps could be heard as he ran away towards some indeterminate point of the Cathedral.

"We should tackle the door down and head in, kill the fucker and call the Navy." Said some survivor, still wearing its airtight armor for precaution.

"I came here on my own voidship. The Lux Illustrans Inventionis should be docked somewhere and hopefully intact enough to allow us to take off, we should have some potent contact equipment inside."

You walked towards a close docking terminal to search in where of the hundred of piers was your ship stationed. As you pressed the "Enter" rune and the search process started you head a massive copper bell ringing across the halls of the entire Space Station with its incessant chime. This Station was created by the Mechanicus and was thus holy for them, the Bell of their Cathedral was one of the holiest parts and its material was attuned to the bones of the station, every time it was chimed a small vibration could be felt in the entirety of it and its sound was transported to even the interior of the ships. That fool was now using the bell to be louder than me and thus muffle my failed diplomacy attempts, when its weak organic arms failed him and he couldn't toll the bell anymore a echoing scream came from all the directions, the surviving Possessed ones that were around would now come like a horde towards you all.

>Try to defend the area and protect the terminal while it searches for where your ship is located.
>Run away and try to avoid the horde of Possessed ones.
>Kick your way into the interior of the Cathedral and order them to block the entrance as you confront the paranoid survivor.
>Write in.Afterwards the sound of rushing steps could be heard as he ran away towards some indeterminate point of the Cathedral.

Set up a metric fuck ton of improvised trap using borderline pseudo tech heresy.

>Try to defend the area and protect the terminal while it searches for where your ship is located.

You gave a quick glare at the screen and saw that the search of the name was only at the 1,08%, having so many ships docked in there and so many structural damages to the network surely made the circuitry of the place and its internal logic protocols to feel stressed and constrained, it would take a while but at the end it would help us finding our way.

It wasn't until this moment that you looked upon what kind of weapons those warriors were equipped with; even if now they all wore the same armor and looked the same it was easy to know which ones were Nox Vox and whose were Skitarii or members of the Cult by looking at their wargear. The Nox Vox prefferred explosives and solid slug weapons while the more refined techpriests and tech-guard usually made use of Laser or more exotic and advanced weaponry. It didn't mattered now which class of weapon they were equipped with thought, both could create structural damage and create a breach in the atmosphere that could quickly turn fatal.
>>
>>45405150

"Calculate every bullet, to the last one! Pray to the Emperor or the Omnissiah and ask for good aim for we have to kill each and all of them with the minimum stray shots!"

They all formed a small ring surrounding the wall terminal that was still computing the search and got on their knees or around some cover while they aimed their respective weapons. Soon the inhuman growling of the Possessed ones and the concentrated vibration that their dissonant steps caused became easily noticeable even for those who were unaugmented.

>Grab your Lascannon and try to herd as many possessed ones as you can a far enough area, use your potent weapon to explode some ship and catch as many as you can in the explosion, the rest should die when the decompression sends them flying into the void. This is the most dangerous option but if well done it could kill a great quantity of Possessed in relatively little time.
>Use your Lance and Shield to attack them in close combat. Due to them still having parts of their organic and fleshy bodies your Themalance should be easily able to kill several of them at once.
>Make your warriors defend the area while you work on the terminal and use your rituals and prayers to make its processors work faster and more efficiently.
>Write in.

Have everyone with mag soles turn them on, everyone without grab something to hold onto. Anyone without pressurized stuff get in the back.

Like in if you guys are good players? Yes you are I like all of you, sadly today there were only five players but hey, I hope those five had fund.
>>
>>45406081
I did. Audience varies so much sadly. How many of our followers have pressurized suits and how many have mag soles?
>>
>>45406081
I meant fun, I'm sleepy as hell.

>>45406115
How many of our followers have pressurized suits and how many have mag soles?

Well since their armors are airtight all of them are pressurized I guess. I'll roll 1d10 to know how many followers do we have and I want you to roll another 1d10 to know how many of them have mag soles.
>>
Rolled 7 (1d10)

>>45406195
Forgot the dice, holy shit I'm tired.
>>
Rolled 2 (1d10)

>>45406195
Because the rest should get near shit they can grab when we use the las cannon if thing go wrong.
>>
We have seven survivors and only two of them have magnetic soles...the rest will be pretty fucked up and saving all of them might become near impossible...nice.
>>
>>45406503
They get in the back and grab some shit to hold onto during the inbetween faze of space suck up and lockdown of a bulkhead.
>>
>>45406560
Yet still their final fate will be decided by the cruel dice, remember thought that we still have two dices that we can sacrifice to get a sum of +40 but those dices were a unique deal so creating them again will be impossible.
>>
>>45406620
We just have too hope for good luck.
>>
>>45406503
Weren't there around 30 survivors?
