As I was typing this, I realized I dont know the words for a lot of stuff that doesnt often comes up in ordinery internet conversation, such as how do you call stuff in the bathroom, so im going with my best guess rather than searching one by one each part of a bathroom. Please bear with it, ok?

After showing the girls to the joys of a shower head with hot and cold running water spray during their loving fun fun bath time in the morning, Eldric enjoyed drying them off as they did the same for him, before they all got dressed and left to explore the city.

A rather small city in several ways, the streets are paved with small round stones cobbled together, albeit there are sidewalks of smooth stone slabs for pedestrians.

The roofs are usually just high enough that they can reach for it without stretching their arms all the way up, but they don't often need to crouch or lean down inside the buildings.

There is no convenient home depot in this world, so they have to go to the studio of a toilet maker in order to buy them, a metal forge to secure pipes, and visit an architect to try and secure someone knowledgeable enough about installing all of it.

After all, just buying the toilets and the pipes doesn't means you can have anyone install them.

We hire a small crew of workers to install the toilets in our manor at Mantequira, then ferry them to it using [treestride]

Well, it turns out into a rather large job since they need to dig up a septic tank far away from the house, then install the pipelines.

It turns out that the toilets and even the shower heads use small mana stones to generate water as well as heat. Its a bit dissapointing that there's no proper water supply, but at the same time, it is quite convenient, after all.

You just need to periodically recharge the mana of the stones, and it will slowly discharge when used. In a sense, its quite economical after the original investment, since it is a one-time payment.

Uhmm... perhaps it would be a good idea to think of other uses for the mana stone tech. If we connected it to a mana generator, could we turn mana into regular stuff like water, earth or fire?

It takes the whole evening to install the pipes. Digging the holes was actually quite fast with earth magic on their side, even if it was only 1st level spells.

Actually installing the pipes in the right away, with the right elevation, sealing them, etc, took the whole evening, but once it was done, we were left with working toilets and a hot/col water faucet in the open air baths.

The gnomes were actually pretty interested in our open air baths. I guess if you were used to tubs and showers, you would.

Well, we could probably do it ourselves for the island manor, but should we?

The laborer's chief agrees to supervise us, and with his instructions, we get the plumbing installed. All in all, it took us 2 days to have toilets and running water installed at Mantequira, the island, and our family's home in Albion.

Stella seemed to have a lot of fun with the new shower, to the point where she's taking 2+ showers a day now.

Well, its fine, its not as if she's wasting water. She's recharging the mana stone anyway, so its her own mana.

Once we were done with the manual labor, we had our fun fun sexy times with the girls in the island manor's bath.

We should really invest in figuring out how to make flexible metal hoses, and attach the shower nuzzle to it, for convenience and comfort.

Also, it was hard coming up with pregnancy related magic that didnt seem retarded. All the books Ive ever read on it always seemed just silly.

Any requests for spells on those books? the only Ideas I could came out with that dont embarrass me are

A lifelink between mother and child so they have a shared hp pool, that way the child is less likely to die dur to a bad slip from the mom, for example.

A nausea-inducing curse so that the mother HATES alcohol, drugs and such stuff during pregnancy.

A healing spell for both mother and children, despite the children not being a "visible target" nor a "touch range" valid target, which means healers normally cant reach the child inside themother.

I have a number of other ideas I would name as embarrasing and am reticent to include. Would like your input on them. These being

1 - A 'curse' to define the gender of all children born from a target. That way Mako would only be able to give birth to males, and those males would only sire other males so there would be no contest for the throne. Of course the other use is to ensure females are born.

2 - Defining who the child will look most like. Again, even if Mako has daugthers, if they dont have black hair, there wouldnt be a issue with the throne.

3 - As a joke, I thought about making it possible for girl/girl couples to make one or both partners pregnant. You know how we made that joke about Mako thinking kisses led to pregnancy? what if there was a magic spell, curse or item that made it possible? since heroes are mant to add to the royal bloodline, I felt it would help explain why males arent considered vital in the empire. Basically, both girls swallow pill, girls kiss, one or both become pregnant.

4 - To keep the empress active, using magic, transferring the pregnancy to a willing recipient. One of her shadows, probably?

Like I said, I think they're pretty embarrasing, but would like suggestions.
