For all intent and purpose we had the schematics by default when we researched either Advent weapon fragments or Advanced Ballistics since this quest is sense following XCOM's goofy though process. Unless the QM decided it was differrent and didn't bring it up untill now since no one though to ask.

Does a tag alert a target to being tagged? Like it actually does damage? Or is it small, light, and fired with a very reduced round so that it can hit a person without alerting them to it as long as it hits a hard surface like armor?

Giving Oleg's rifle the T.A.G. might mean that only his rifle can benefit from it.

We have 495 Advent Weapon Fragments.
We can make an Advent Armor instead of Mod Body Armor to save on Alloy.

Equip Jennifer Colt and Biker with Advent Armor ( -4 damaged Advent Armor, -200K).

Move Cavalry's Modded Assault Carbine to Jennifer, and create a Hybrid Assault Carbine for Cavalry.

I did an audit, and at the beginning of the Payday thread, we had 395 Weapon Fragments.
At the beginning of this one, we had 195.

So if we had spend 200 Weapon Fragments, that would have been 4 Weapon Mods.

Since we used 4 soldiers in the Payday mission, their weapons most likely got the Silencer Mod.

Go with a stealth approach.
Keep the SHIV and the squads in cover and as far as possible to not be spotted.

Have Oleg tag targets first, then start picking them off with Oleg and Malik, who have silenced weapons. Start from the sniper up in the upper left corner.

It wasn't pretty.

After the few first shots, both Jennifer colt and Lance Diaz were immediately sniped due to the glaring lack of cover. Tagging sure helped since the sniper vipers always coiled and move to confuse our snipers. The plasma shot went through them to the snow. None had time to react to, their bubbling and dissolving figures wasn't in anyone's mind. Smoke grenades were popped. GOLIATH was yet again another mean of cover .
The stun captain cabled his way towards your squad while the other one was calling for reinforcements. The last Stun Lancer was charging mindless at your squad. You didn't know when the sectoids will reanimate the corpse or panic your solders or worse.....
