Its only from parts I have so im sure it will improve with some bricklink help! The back half transforms already and the wheels can be swapped in if i take off the inverse slopes on the bottom, Going to get some proper transforming shit going eventuallyon so the wheels can attach on the underside whilst transformed

Holy cow, this episode was insane!

The submacar idea was great, but this episode was pushing the limits of Lego Quest special effects technology, and there's no way I could have shot a submarine. The combined weight of Will, Goldie, and the shark alone required an engineering feat that took forever to figure out.

For those who asked, here's the secret to making stuff look like it's suspended in midair.

There are a bunch of Easter eggs in this episode, and I'm probably going to forget at least one.

First off, Goldie's outfit and general appearance was inspired by Honey Ryder from "Dr. No".

As mentioned last night, or this morning, whatever, the character of Will Banger was first introduced in CRIME TIME. I guess now we know what scene Meg was being filmed in.

The Baskin-Marlin design was based on the car I built for CRIME TIME, but I refined some of the connections so it's a little sturdier and isn't as prone to cracking in the middle. It's the same length, as you can see.

It also has a few hidden surprises. We already saw the working trunk.

Aside from a few building facades, I didn't have anything built for this game besides the cars and the agency garage/office, so now I'll have a little time to build the LOTUS base, which I am definitely looking forward to.

I was really surprised with how well it turned out. Going in, the only idea I had was "prop baseplates standing up and use them to make the minifigs look like they're suspended". The first underwater shot >>44029042 was pretty rough, but I figured out a good technique pretty quickly after that.

I just used Photoshop to render some blue clouds, applied a slight "ocean ripple" effect, then layered it over the images. Once I figured it out, it was only an extra second of work.

This episode was pretty brutal with how SFX-intensive it was, so I felt bad for how slow everything was going, but I still had a ton of fun. Glad you liked it, anon!
