Welcome to Saiyan Quest. This takes place shortly after the war against the Tuffles, as the Saiyans look for more foes to battle in the absence of their old enemies.

Voting will operate on a first to five system, at least for the time being.

Dialogue is allowed to be added to votes, as are actions (though I'll ignore what I consider shitposting)

During battles, options will usually have a number assigned to them. After that vote has won, players will roll a d100, and have three chances to match or beat that number.

If a 100 is rolled, it is considered a crit success (unless 100 was the number you had to match).

If a 1 is rolled, it is a crit failure, regardless of whether or not the other two rolls are high enough to succeed.

If, during a battle, players want to attempt a writein action, that is allowed, but I am the one who will assign the number to it, so use caution

You're a young male Saiyan who fought in the war with the Tuffles. You are an average fighter for now, but have the potential of one of the greatest warrior races to roam the universe flowing through your veins. There is no limit to what you can accomplish through blood, sweat, and tears.

As the Alpha charges, you fire an energy blast into the ground in front of him, causing him to trip up.

With a yell, Bardock gives the Alpha a strong punch to the face, knocking him flat on his back. Rugula flies above the wounded lizard, firing an energy wave that pushes him away.

With a roar, the Alpha fires an energy blast up at Rugula, and with a yell, she falls and crashes to the ground, going still.

Your scouter tells you that she's still alive, but he's wounded. Her power's dipped below a thousand.

"Take this!" Bardock shouts, firing another energy wave into the creature's face and forcing it to stagger back.

Its become pretty clear that we're actually just a grinder, not the main character.

You open your mouth wide and unleash a blast of energy toward the Alpha.

With it's eyes locked on Bardock, it doesn't see the attack coming, and is caught off-guard. Your attack does little damage, but it does knock the creature further off-balance, and allows Bardock to kick it in the face and knock it over once again.

Rugula picks herself off of her feet and fires an energy wave at the creature as it starts to get back up, giving Bardock enough time to get away from it.

Meanwhile, Azu flips a lizard over her shoulder, and Totapo slams into it, crushing it with a ferocious series of attacks.

Gine hangs back with Kamatsuna, blasting any lizards that get too close to the scientist.

Pambukin and Soko fire projectiles to slow the charging enemy, while Seripa wreaks havoc on their lines with her exploding energy attack.

Meanwhile, Beta partakes in quite a bit of slaughter himself. He thrusts his spear toward an enemy, and a bolt of energy shoots from it, striking the creature and throwing it off of its feet with a hole in its chest. He then holds his palm toward a lizard who charges at him, and explodes a ball of energy in the attacker's face.

The Alpha picks himself back up, roaring and charging after Bardock. The Saiyan retreats into the air, but the Alpha follows. Rugula fires a wave of energy at the lizard, but he backhands it away, sending it right back at the female Saiyan.

You fire a quick blast of energy at Rugula's, knocking it away before it can hit her.

Then, you hold your hands toward Alpha and let out a yell, firing a powerful wave up at him as he closes in on Bardock.

Your blast catches him entirely unawares, and knocks him way off course from his target.

Bardock smirks, holding his palm upward and creating a large ball of energy, which he tosses down at the Alpha. The blast explodes and sends the massive lizard crashing to the ground, causing him to land on top of some of his own soldiers.

You're pretty sure you hurt him, and are starting to think you might have a chance when he rises back above the ground and lets out a roar.

"You will all die!" he vows.

You watch his skin begin to peal off, and his body increase in size. He grows even more massive than before, and his power level rockets to an incredible level, not stopping until it reaches 5000.

You're pretty sure you're screwed. Then, to make matters worse, your scouter alerts you to thirteen power levels approaching the planet, with the weakest being a thousand, and the strongest being a terrifying eight thousand.

"Who do I kill first?" Alpha asks, looking from Bardock, to Rugula, then to you.

Soon, all twelve of you are in the air, facing off against one hungry looking lizard creature with a power levels that dwarfs all of yours.

That's when you see the pods streaking across the sky, crashing in the distance with a thundering boom that distracts many of the combatants.

Even the Alpha looks over toward the crash. His tongue darts out of his mouth, coming back in as he lets out a hiss.

"More strange creatures," he growls.

Your scouter alerts you to the thirteen powers rapidly making their way toward you.

Everyone starts toward the Alpha's ship, only for him to roar angrily and push everyone back with a burst of energy.

"Nobody will steal my ship!" he promises, growling and turning his head as the thirteen powers reach you.

Frieza soldiers, some armed with blasters, and others armed with energy unleash hell upon the battlefield, scorching dozens of lizards and blasting Azu right out of the sky.

The Alpha, roars, rushing toward them and engaging, while a purple-skinned creature you've seen before moves toward you and the others.

"Well, Daikon, you really did survive," he comments with a smirk. "Good, I was hoping I'd get to take you back to Frieza myself."

"Like hell you will," Soko says, firing an energy blast toward the commander, who effortlessly knocks it away.

"I expected more from you, Daikon," the commander comments. "I thought you of all Saiyans would be smart enough not to oppose Lord Frieza."

You tell the commander that the lizards here seem to be doing a pretty good job of slaughtering his men.

He glances over to see that's quite true. The two factions of lizards have teamed up on the soldiers, and, led by the Alpha, they're ripping the warriors apart.

The commander growls. "Fine, I'll deal with you first, lizards!"

The Alpha, seemingly hearing him, looks over and roars in challenge.

The two fighters charge one another, with the Alpha slashing at the commander with mighty claws. The commander catches the creature's wrists, then kicks him in the gut with enough force to send him crashing to the ground.

The commander smirks, firing a barrage of energy blasts down at the fallen Alpha, who roars in pain.

"Hey, everyone attack the purple bastard!" Rugula commands of your troops.

They obey, taking their attention off of the few broken, disoriented soldiers who are still alive and rushing at the Frieza commander.

The commander roars, firing a wave of energy that vaporizes nearly a dozen of the creatures, but soon dozens of them are on top of him, crushing him under sheer numbers.

"If we're going to kill this guy, now's the chance," Rugula tells you.

You order everyone to attack the commander, watching as he blasts away the creatures piling on top of him.

All of you fire your most powerful attacks at the same moment, striking him together in a massive explosion that causes most of the lizards to stop their attacks, looking on in shock.

The smoke clears, revealing that the commander is very much alive, and unharmed save some cuts from the lizards and some scorch-marks on his body.

"You Saiyan trash," he snarls. "You never should have betrayed Lord Frieza."

He holds his hand toward you, gathering energy. You brace yourself, but see him suddenly yell in surprise and pain as a blast from the Alpha strikes him in the back.

The commander turns back toward the Alpha, firing the blast that was made for you down at him and throwing him off of his feet.

"You damned animals are going to pay!" he growls, preparing to finish off the Alpha.

However, the lizard-king's loyal followers get in the way, and many perish in the blast that was meant for their leader as the others strike at the commander.

The commander grabs one by the throat and tosses him away before kicking another lizard in the head.

Beta fires projectiles from his spear, and actually manages to cut off one of the creature's horns with a well placed blast, and give him a few nasty looking burns along his left side.

You can tell that the commander is starting to feel the pressure from all of these attacks, and there are still nearly two hundred of the lizard warriors left.

Suddenly victory doesn't seem so impossible.

He throws you to the ground and quickly descends, placing his foot on your chest to keep you pinned. He applies weight, and you can feel your ribs beginning to crack.

Several lizards rush toward you, but are obliterated in an instant. None of the others dare approach.

The commander laughs, putting all of his focus on you and dropping his guard pretty much completely.

A flash of light cuts right through him, striking him through the heart, and he falls backward, crashing hard on his back.

You pick yourself up, and, though badly wounded, stand over your foe, who now lies dying on the ground. You look back to see Beta pointing his spear toward the commander.

After congratulating Beta for his work, you set out to find Azu, and to your relief, she is still alive.

She's hurt pretty badly, though, having been caught off-guard by the sudden attacks from the soldiers. Without a healing tank, it could take her weeks to recover.

You look over to see the Alpha picking himself up, growling over at you and apparently getting ready to attack.

"Now, we will finish these weak hairy-things and the traitors," he declares.

Few of the lizards actually look willing to do that.

I want to run this by you Vegirot.
Now by definition the Super Saiyan form isn't achievable through raw power but is possible through a 'need or desire' now wouldn't that mean that just about every saiyan we have here would be able to go super saiyan at one point or another? I mean even Daikon would be able to go Super Saiyan right now if there was a big enough need or desire though it would only push up his power by about x20 if I remember Skrewattacks math on the super saiyan forms while the Oozaru only pushes it by x10.
