Still, Bulma is your friend, and it'd be kind of a dick move to just act cold to her after not seeing each other for months after your somewhat sudden departure from Earth.

Leaning over, you give Vegeta a quick peck on the cheek, the woman looking rather pleased as she still looks at Bulma who appears a little flustered by all of this. Time to change subjects once again to something that's a little less awkward!

"So, got something you might be interested in Bulma... you too Gohan now that I think about it." Mentioning the nearby boy, he perks up a bit at you saying his name.

Pressing the Comm button on your scouter, you ping X "X, come out of the ship would you? We must commence with the dance of joy!" You command of the robot "Sir yes sir!" Is the quick and easy little reply that you get, it's sorta like having a robot version of Jenkins around.

Then again you never really figured out if Jenkins WAS a cyborg or not, man worked like a machine after all.

Flying out of your craft with his rocket boots, X lands on your shoulder, giving a quick salute to you. "Commence the dance of joy!" The order is given as you unhook the laser sword at your side and activate it, the beam coming to it's full length.

Using it as a fancy, although deadly as all hell glowstick, the two of you proceed to put on such a show that even the Ginyu force would break down in tears at it's beauty. Gohan claps for you at the end of it at least, everyone else seems to be stunned.

Vegeta is sighing.

Probably the first option.

So you've still just got the two fruits, but they're stronger than before, that's good. With your current power, you might be set against Frieza... but these things could push you to a whole new level, beyond what even he might be able to deal with. On the other hand though, thinking back to what Maple said, it's important to have friends as well, peple you can count on.

Goku, Gohan, Vegeta, Krillin, Yamcha, Tien, Piccolo, even Nappa if you saved it for later, all of them would grow tremendously in power if they ate it.

This is gonna be a tough one to figure out when the time comes, you should think on it for a while.

I wanna see how strong you've gotten while I've been gone." The boy laughs and nods, giving you a small bow "Sure thing Mr. Arctus, I'll show you how much Dad and Mr. Piccolo have taught me!"

"Hey now, don't count us out either!" Yamcha pipes in, rubbing his thumb across his nose. "Yeah, we've been working really hard too, humanity isn't gonna be left in the dust when it comes to strength!" Krillin adds on. Tien merely nods and grins.

Piccolo, evidently having had enough of this, merely grunts and flies away, nice guy that Namekian.

Slowly after saying their goodbyes, the others fly off as well, leaving only you, Vegeta, and Bulma still in the wasteland.

Watching her lift off into the sky and fly away from the two of you, you turn back to Vegeta just in time to have her punch you in the face, enough force that it actually hurt.

"I care not for what happened before we met on Earth, you were not mine, I was not yours, but you will tell me now what that woman is to you." She simply says, looking up at you... surprisingly, you can't read Vegeta's face, something that you've been able to do for a while now even when the woman was trying to hide her emotions from you.

Only blinking taking your eyes away from each other, she continues "You choose to stay in her home again, she embraces you so readily and you do not refute it. Were the two of you lovers during your time here? Or is it a human custom to be so affectionate towards those you do not know very well?" She asks, still sounding rather passive... it's hard to tell if Vegeta is upset right now, or perhaps testing you, the woman's plan not entirely clear.

Her eyes suddenly looking much more sultry, Vegeta presses herself against your chest, looking up at you. "Tell me, father of my child... what is she to you?"

Both of their lives have been shaped by great loss, and both of them were forced to work for the very people who were responsible for taking away everything that was dear to them. In a way, they're probably the only two people in the galaxy who can really understand and empathize how living a life of that feels. But in meeting each other, they've found a way to draw upon the other for strength & support, and each of them also challenges the other to achieve great heights. It could be said that they really complement each other, and rely on the other to make them into the best that they can be.
