About three weeks have passed since the conclusion of the Tournament. Things have settled down quite a bit, relatively speaking. You and your friends have all gotten some training in, and even Master Roshi seems to have tried to get back into the rhythm of things, though he doubts himself capable of ever matching all of you again.

Interestingly, Goku's actually taken some time to train with Tien and Chiaotzu, even getting a decent match in with Tien to test their skills. Seem the triclops has caught up with you in strength, though he hasn't yet managed the Kaio-ken x4. Amusingly, Goku's actually tried expand his cooking skills too, and though he's no master chef just yet, it was kinda nice that he offered to make you some pancakes for breakfast one day. Pretty tasty, too, if a bit thicker than you're used to.

Things have finally settled with Bulma and Yamcha as well, Launch has given them a visit during her police work. Your brother's been very eager to meet them again, and... you do kinda owe them repairs for the Gravity Chamber. For today, you decide to...

Well, been a while since you've seen him, wonder what Jaco's up to here? Heading in, Groucho greets you with an excited pounce, followed by your Camels. And, finally, Yamcha shows up to greet you. "Well, feels like it's been forever since we last all met. Hey guys! Ah, and congrats on becoming the Champion, Goku."

The monkey boy grins and laughs a little. "It was a close one. More than once."

So what are some good training hot spots we can take Chuu Lee?

We've got a lot of choices but I'd say we should take her through the same ringer Maple did.

After turtle training, get Chuu Lee some Crane training from Tien and Chiaotzu.

Then we take her to meet Eighter so she can train in colder climates as well as against an android.

Then off to train with the Kaiju and Arale.
Then she should be ready for The Darkness.
Rather than just get the water, Chuu Lee trains against the ice monsters and the hallucinations. If she does finally get it ( and live) then we can move onto harder stuff.

Still felt good getting that 20 against Goku in the 22nd WMAT and tying his 19 in the 23rd WMAT with the beam clashes though.

I personally think chu lee's natural aptitudes show an inclination to foresight-related abilities. She could sense ki without any training at all, even the minuscule ki of a bird.
She would flourish the most under baba, I think.

He's having trouble keeping it together, but thankfully, the two of you manage to at least quietly express how adorable you think the little kid is. So. Cute. Cuuuuute! Bulma smiles down at the baby, still patting her on the head. "She is, isn't she?" Your brother approaches as well, quietly, followed by Yamcha, Goku staying still. As you get close enough, Pantea seems to try to grab towards you, letting out little grunts. "Wow, first person aside from me, Yamcha, and Puar she's really tried to do that. Not even Tights..." Bulma walks closer to you. The baby tries to grab at you again. "Want to hold her?"

...as if she has to ask. You nod, and gently take the baby into your arms. Pantea looks up at you, sort of smiling... and burps in your face. Acer laughs a little, but then the baby sort of rests against you, pulling at your shirt. A hand reaches your hair and gives it a tug, but you stay as calm as you can, and she soon lets go. Gods... she's the cutest thing. Telepathically, you ask Yamcha, 'Think she's a "Newtype" as well?'

'I don't think so quiet yet, but, gotta say that it's been helpful.' he replies telepathically.

You give a gentle pat on the girl's head. "Hey little Pantea... don't be too much trouble for your parents, okay?" The baby tugs at your hair again. Ow. Your brother's face has a sort of jealous look on it, while Goku... he's staring at the two of you with that same strange expression you recall from the feast at the Ox King's. You slowly hand the girl back to Bulma.

If you are the Super Saiyan of legend, the fact that you're who you are might just be the best thing the galaxy... no, the universe could have asked for!"

Yamcha, Bulma, and Puar are all taking this in, while your brother's thinking things over hard. Well, up to you to ask the obvious question: "What does that make Launch? Some kind of 'Super Human' or something? Do both Saiyans and humans have this stronger 'blonde mode' thing?"

"I have absolutely no clue!" he states with impressive sincerity. "But that's beside the point. I have this to give you." He hands over a circular object with the symbol for the Galactic Patrol on it. "This is a special link directly to HQ. If the PTO learned of this like we did, there's a good chance they may send someone to investigate. While I don't doubt your abilities, I think it's on the safe side if you allow us to handle with the legal ramifications on any of their members arriving on Earth."

Over the next couple months, you make damn sure the Gravity Chamber is fixed. You try to also figure out why it seems so finicky once at maximum gravity, certainly would help in trying to figure out if there's a way to make an emergency failsafe for it so it doesn't end up breaking again, but... no dice. Guess it's not as easy as you thought it'd be. Damn.

You also finally, finally get monkey boy to figure out telepathy, without needing physical contact to read minds. He's almost as good as Yamcha and Launch are at it, and fairly close to Master Roshi as well. Though he's started to develop a bad habit of trying to telepathically talk to you when you're studying. You appreciate the attention, but... timing, Goku. Gods.

Between his preparatory studies your brother improved on his sword skills with Yajirobe. Substantially. He tested his skills with Yamcha, and it seems that he's gotten just as good, if not better than him. Yamcha's fairly impressed and proud of your brother. Acer's also helped Bulma work a bit on designing a new mech suit, and even with her being a bit out of it, they get one up and running in no time.

You do give Chuu Lee some directions on where to continue training, but she hasn't yet managed to head to any of them. She would like to try Baba's first, perhaps Korin's after that and check in with her cousin, but her mom, seeing you've gotten down to trying actual "schoolwork," has insisted she get her studies done as well, using you as an example. Your student's not much of a fan of it, but you've at least helped her manage to do well.

As far as your actual studies go, initially it seems fairly easy, but even with the stuff you've learned on your own, you need more time to get everything ready than you thought you would. There's a lot about Earth history and other things that you needed to catch up on than you realized. Initially brobro seemed to be disinterested in it, but soon he seem to have found something that just... clicked for him. He steadily improved on his knowledge far quicker than you expected him to. Of the four tests you and your brother ended up taking, they had a total possible combined score of 800.

You managed to score a fairly good combined total of 708. Your brother scored a total of 792. Seems... he's legitimately smarter than you are. While he's rubbed it in your face more than once, it's clear why. You're kinda happy for him.

During your studies, you also help babysit Pantea whenever Bulma needs to work on some things herself. The kid's really taken a shine to you, even if she's picked up a bit of a bad habit of trying to hit you on the head with her toy hammer. And tugging at your hair.
