"Gaara!" Temari shouts, stepping towards the man. Neji grabs her arm and stops her, a stern look on his face.

Neji's reply is cold, but his expression pained. "We don't have a choice."

Shadow Clones are the first step to that, like how Kakashi used his. Sealing Impact into our palms or something would also make that sort of thing easier.

And switching between Wind and Lightning in a chakra blade basically erases the drawback of having to rely solely on one or the other. As a strategy it covers any weaknesses it has for less chakra than a pile bunker might take. Cool as that may be for a finishing move.

Wind gives it an impossibly keen edge, Lightning vibrates it for added cutting power, and Impact gives each blow incredible force. It would take a lot of chakra control to balance them all like that, but it would make for an ultimate blade.
