Maria starts to get up from the table, but as usual I'm a good bit faster than she is.

I look at maria, smiling oh so peacefully as she clings to my chest. I smile and run my hand through her hair as Marla smiles and nods.

"Almost like we're still at home right?" She says almost sadly.

I nod, not saying a word, as I remember how much Elizabeth's cat liked using me like his private bed.

Well Maria wanted me to watch this, so there's not time to dwell in the past now. I look back up. Why does that guy have blue hair, and how did a baby survive a fall like that..better not question it. And now he's basically giving the headmaster look a like a chance for his son to live the good life, what a nice man...I wouldn't do that...unless maria wanted to.

Okay and I guess that kid with blue hair is the baby grown up, jonathan joestar...strange name, guess he's the main character then and the reason for the title.

And that blond kid with the smug look on his face must be the drunkards son, judging from how he seems to live in a tavern.

And Headmaster anime self is dead now...aw, I kind of liked the bastard. and now that dio boy is moving in with the joestars, I can't possibly imagine what can go wrong. Oh like clock work, kneed a dog in a face.

And now he's still being a bit of a dick, showing his dominance, establishing his place...kind of a good show, but unnecessary, it will just cause resentment and needless trouble really.

Pretty sure thats possible, not even a bad idea, as it were. If Layla advances her Blood Control "summoning" she might be able to make permanent bodies like that.

Pretty sure if Maria dies for real, Layla wouldn't want to die, she would go storm the gates of heaven, then get pissed if they tell her Maria isn't there (because how dare they) and then proceed to invade hell.

And I give it a more than 90% chance either of them would just come back as ghost anyway.

Somehow I get to my and Maria's bed and manage to get her into it without falling or waking her up. I tuck her in.

I hold out a finger, slowly pooling blood at the tip, until it breaks the skin and pours out, slowly rising as Marla looks more and more confused by the moment. I twirl it around, spinning it around about my hand, before I clench my fist around it, and force it back in my veins with a thought.

"Okay that's awesome, weird, but definitely awesome" she says smiling
