Soon enough you arrive to the royal palace and are greeted by royal guards who escort you towards the throne room. You arrive to the throne room and you see many familiar faces.

Pri- Firelord Ozaih is sitting on the throne, a slight smirk on his face.

Prince Zukko is trying to sit still at the base of the Fire Throne but is noticeably fidgets a bit, though a wide smile appears on his face when he sees you and his uncle.

Princess Azula is sitting on the opposite side of the throne from Zukko. Her posture is perfect and a light smirk, so similar to her father, is present on her face.

What do you do?

"My little princess, I have something for you." you say as you retrieve a hair pin from your breast pocket, "I always had it close to my heart so as to remember you. Now I return it to you, just as promised."

"Wow, could you get anymore sappy..." though she says that you could see warmth in her eyes when she looked at the pin, "Anyway, I have to go, it's getting late." She seems to hesitate for a bit, like she wants to do something but is not sure if it's okay to do so.

After breakfast is finished, you decide to send letter to your father, informing him that you are back from the front and asking about his resignation.

Soon, days blend into each other. You pass those days either looking after Zuko when he gets injured while playing or with Azula when she gets hurt during her training.

Though you do make sure to spend a lot of time with Prince Iroh, whether it is playing pai-sho or drinking tea. He seems to have finished grieving and is more a less back to his old self.

One day while treating Azula you hear about Zuko challenging one of the generals to Agni Kai. Disbelief is the first thing that fills your head and then comes worry.

After you finish treating Azula's injuries you send her to continue her training. Meanwhile you rush to get to Zuko's room, Prince Iroh is there as well.

"Cao, maybe you can knock some sense into him."

After you hear the whole story you feel like you're missing something.

It's probably nothing important, you attempt to try and stop Zuko from doing something so foolish but his won't let go.

The next day you and Iroh are giving Zuko some advice on how to fight, figuring that if you can't stop him from fighting then you can at least make sure that he won't get hurt too badly.

You soon join Azula in the stands, you ask her how she feels about the whole thing.

"Little Zuzu is more foolish than I thought." she says mysteriously like it's a secret only between the two of you.

You watch as Zuko turns and realization dawns on him that he is not fighting the general but the Firelord himself. You watch as Zuko begged and pleaded his father for forgiveness.

You sit and you watch as disgust fills Firelord Ozai's face and he burns his son's face.

After Agni Kai is deemed as over you rush to Zuko's side and try to stabilize him. You try to do your best at healing him, there will still be some light scaring but not as back as it could've been.

The next day an edict came saying that prince Zuko is exiled until such a time that he brings back the avatar...
