I reach into my pocket, looking for something anything to get me out of this fucking situation, this is almost as bad as getting my face shoved full of catnip, except with much more of a chance of maiming and death, and not at all as pleasant and entirely with out a nice high to come down from.

The girl continues tugging at the rapidly growing roots and tendrils covering her shattered limbs, as they branch out across her hips and chest towards the missing limbs, growing bark as they dig into her flesh at the end of her stumps, causing her to scream in pain as her new limbs push up against her will, as she continues trying to fight against it, pulling and tugging as her eyes turn mad and deranged. A single pink flower pops up on the shoulder of the vine arm as these new things drag her forward, against her will.

Okay, the two jabbermouths in my head said this thing is the bastard child of a druid using a half dead girl as its core, right? Well then I can just suck it dry of magic and pry her out of it and decide what to do with her when I'm not in danger of having a splinter the size of my arm jammed into my heart or someplace even worse.

I open my mouth and suck it, the sound of howling wind filling the air as motes of green dust fly into my mouth along with sparks of hellfire.

I gasp in pain,leaning down, just in time to only get glanced by the big lumbering lumber pile.

I lick the roof of my mouth, a mixture of numbness and pain shooting through it as the sickening feeling washes through me as I realize I had plants growing on my tongue for a second thenre.

I pull myself out of my disgusted trance, rolling out of the way of another trunk trying to squish me like a Laylabug. I think it's moving a bit stiffer, with more noise and effort to do anything.

I raise my hand, as I lean out of the way of another swipe, the blood on the girl rises up as she moans weakly and pathetically, shifting in her bark tomb a bit. Shit I can't control the plan with her..bullshit I want a giant plant monster

I stare at the towering creature..plant thing that's like some living version of the burning man that
s still trying to crush me despite the fact its slowly burning into ash and falling apart. okay Calm down Layla, you can deal with this, all it is is a bunch of wood, that someone thought would scare you, but nothing scares me, especially not a giant lumbering pile of soon to be sawdust covering the floor and my clothes.

Besides, I bet most normal people could kill something this. I stick my left hand in my pocket as I raise my right one up. Since as far as I can tell, this thing is using the girl as some kind of anchor or core or what ever to be able to even move around at all, instead of just standing there like a big dumb tree.

I slowly raise my arm, a groaning creak cracking through the air as the girl raises up, I close my hand, the girl crying out in pain as more crunching noises fill the air and then, with a finale pull, she's out of the burning thing, missing all her limbs.

she wails as she waves her torn stumps around, which makes me laugh and giggle as the burning pile falls down into just that.

the girl floats in the air with blood dripping out of her wretched out limbs as she whimpers in pain.

I beckon her towards me, and she floats to me, as I hear some noises in the building behind me, and an explosion in the cherry blossoms followed by a joyous howl.

The girl stares at me with dead, tired eyes,as she wiggles her torn stumps in desperation.
