Woooo! Welcome back. Just wanted to say this is probably my favorite quest right now. It's extremely fun.

As you have Thomas and David run, you focus on Kevin and Rachel. You need more useful forms from them. Thinking back to your previous conquests, you select two forms you remember particularly enjoying for their speed and endurance.

You inspect Rachel. She has well developed leg muscles and a respiratory system more accustomed to quickly refueling muscles with oxygen. A runner. You focus on her, and begin warping her form. You no longer need humans here, you need soldiers. You split her head in the middle, growing a new skull for her that pushes her eyeballs out of her head. Along the new jawline, a gaping maw that opens wide enough to fit a human head, you grow thick and long carbonized bone teeth and a longer, more tendril like tongue. Her ears fall off, and she hunches over as you meld her neck to her back and skull. This creature is meant to run on all four, as will Rachel when you're done.

You warp her legs and arms to make them digitigrade, adding more muscle mass to her back legs as you warp her arms to make them stronger front legs. You lengthen her toes, then add long thick carbonized bone talons to them. You grow a tail out of her tailbone for balance and airborne acrobatics. Lastly, you cover her in a thin layer of carbonized bone plating to shield her more vulnerable spots.

Then you turn your attention to Kevin. His overall mass is larger. He's tall, a little over two meters, and broad, with wide shoulders and heavy musculature. Especially around his shoulders, arms, and chest. You recall an especially favorite form of yours, but know you'll need more mass to turn Kevin into it. You walk him over to the remains of the Spawning Pool and begin willing the scraps and tendrils laying there to begin wrapping around him. As you do, you begin melting his flesh and warping his skeletal structure. He will require significantly more changes than Rachel.

[CONT]
>>
have no fear I am here
>>
You flay his jaw into four parts, keeping his regular teeth. As you shrink his eyes and pull them into his head, you dissolve his brain tissue to flatten his head, extending his neck. The tendrils rip him in half at the middle of his back and intertwine into him, creating a new midsection. His legs are warped, broken, and reformed as are his arms. New bone is grown out of his shoulder blades and his last set of original ribs to create blades to swing and stab. More bone is formed out of his tailbone to create a long, bony tail with a sharp spike at the end for whipping and grabbing and you cover his entire body with a layer of flexible bone for protection.

Name them.

>[C]: Run and fight at another time, leave booby traps
We've done our damage, now let's try to do it stealthily next time and see how it goes. We still have those spore bombs.
>>
>>41984110
[B]: Engage National Guard
Take them by surprise, using our infestor beetles to swarm them first before charging in with the Reaper and Fleshhound
>>
>>41984110
I really, really want to engage, but I also think we should pull them back and get them to our soon to be spore pillar in that other group.

[C]: Run and fight at another time, leave booby traps
>>
>>41984110
>C
We need to try something else because these violent obvious attacks don't get as many results as I thought they would.
>>
>>41984276
How many results did you THINK drawing military attention to yourself before you're ready would get you?

>C

You decide to disengage and fight at another time on your own terms. You create spore bombs in almost every corpse in the park and burrow the Infestors into the ground so that they'll pop up and dig into people as they walk over them.

The Reaper and the Fleshhound run west towards where you have Thomas and David, into the woods between Disney and Orlando. You'll have to thread them carefully through abandoned industrial sectors, or wait until nightfall to move them. You can't unmutate them now.

As you have Thomas, David, Reaper, and Fleshhound lie low, you focus on Dan and Reed.

They're currently in North Orlando. Your purpose for Dan was to set up a spore tower. Where do you want it?

[A]: Industrial Sector
[B]: Residential Neighborhood
[C]: Commercial Neighborhood
>>
>>41984542
>[C]: Commercial Neighborhood
Mmm, yes, lots of in and out traffic.
>>
>>41984542

Maybe use Dan's or Reed's house/apartment for this if they're nearby. If neither of their homes are nearby do
>A: industrial sector.

Maybe a recently abandoned warehouse we could set up as a base of operations? Maybe hide the spore tower till we have a mega-tower and then release all the spores Into the surrounding area all at once.

You decide to start your Spore Tower in an Industrial Sector and drive them towards Western Orlando. As they enter the Industrial part of town, you have to decide what to set up in.

[A]: Warehouse
[B]: Manufacturing Plant
[C]: Abandoned Structure

We got 5 posters, cmon.

I would have liked more, but I want to at least get the spore tower set up before I go to bed.

You anons need to get a name and trip. This isn't /b/, we won't call you a faggot for using one.
>>
>everyone going to bed.

I'd like to go to sleep in 15 minutes. I have somewhere to be in the morning.

I'm just gonna go ahead with Warehouse

>A

You steer Dan and Reed towards a larger warehouse. There's no name or number on the structure, and it seems empty. You park Reed's van near the entrance, but the door to the office is locked. You place Reed's hand over the deadbolt keyhole and grow into it, pushing all of the pins up and rotating the tumbler so that the door opens.

There are no people here, but there is a computer at a desk in the office and several filing cabinets. Through windows in the office you can see the warehouse itself, filled with metal racking as tall as 16' and many different kinds of crates, boxes, and containers.

[A]: Check warehouse computer for manifest
[B]: Check warehouse computer for worker schedule
[C]: Set up Spore Tower without checking anything
[D]: Search the crates
>>
>>41985400

>>

Just do a tripcode without a name you faggot.

>B

You set Reed down at the computer, since Dan lacks a brain, and have him turn it on. It requires a password. You sigh through Reed and try "password1". To your surprise it works.

Humans are fucking stupid.

The schedule shows that no workers are scheduled to come in until Monday. On Monday there are three shifts with 8 workers in each shift.

Shift 1: 8am to 5pm, Lunch from 12-1
Shift 2: 12n to 9pm, Lunch from 5-6
Shift 3: 4pm to 1am, Lunch from 8-9

The Manifest says that this warehouse stores goods for something called "Nabisco"

Is there a basement or some kind of secluded place we could set up the spore tower? I'd like to subtly infect the workers. What about air conditioning? Maybe we could infect the air.

kek. Don't live in Florida, so wouldn't know. Well, try to find where they keep the air controls or whatever. We can set up the tower there.

Also, I highly doubt there is anything useful in the crates. It will just arouse suspicion if people see they are opened.
>>
>>41985578
>>41985578

What is the current day and time?

[C] If possible, infect all their cookies. Then prepare to infect all the workers and ship the product.
>>
Upon further investigation you discover there is no air conditioning in this warehouse. Nor are there any secluded hiding places. It's literally a frame with sheet metal and some halfass insulation behind 2x4's and drywall.

No wonder they give their employees an hour lunch. This structure would get insanely hot during the day.

The Office is air conditioned. Fucking management.

>>41985654

Do you know what Nabisco makes?
>>
>>41985694
Cookies.
>>
>>41985665
Look at the OP, dude. It hasn't changed significantly since then. Took maybe 15-20 minutes to warp Rachel and Kevin, and in all honesty this shit is happening at the same time I just don't want to try and do 2-4 things at once.
>>
>>41985694

Fuck management, setup in the office. Just need a spore packet in the air conditioner.
>>
>>41985738
It's a window AC unit. Do you really think we're going to get meaningful spore production out of something that

A) has a filter
B) has as much free space as a half gallon milk carton
>>
Alright guys I'm tired so I'm going to bed.

We'll set the spore tower up tomorrow. Not sure when I have time, I have a fairly full day, but I'll be sure to tweet ahead of time. If you haven't already, follow this game's twitter: https://twitter.com/AssimilatorDave

Sorry if it seems like these threads are really short. I realize that may be disappointing to you guys, but the way I feel is I'd rather give you a little bit every single day and have it be fresh and good, rather than make you wait for a long session that I get bored with and start pencil-whipping after a few hours.

I appreciate y'all being so interested in this. Sorry this one was particularly short.
>>
>>41985751

You just need to infect the boss. The rest are already paid to follow his commands.

If we have a way to leave small infectious traps, then the best is set them up and keep moving.

I mean we are travelling on foot right? The cops are going to be able to follow our trail easy enough. I think we need to find a shopping mall food court or such..
>>
>>41985828
Yes and no. Right now David and Thomas are on foot looking to steal a car. Rachel and Kevin are abominations hiding in the forest until dark to move undetected. Reed and Dan have a car.

No one who is still alive has seen any of our faces to link them to crimes we've committed. David and Thomas' vehicles left at Disney will be chalked up to owned by one of the many victims and taken to a scrap yard. It's yet to be determined if anyone linked those vehicles or their respective owners to what happened at the gas station.

As far as leaving infection traps yeah that's something we can do for sure.
>>
>>41985886
Can we get a news report or something like that about what happened at Disney Land? I always like those sort of things.
