Last Time, on Feral Necromancer Quest: Well, it's still here

You gather the surviving elves around you. They are grim, but determined. Their new leader thanks you for their survival. At least someone knows what they are owed.

You set out for the final five miles or so to the elven village. It quickly becomes clear that it is not enough to give Melandie a mount to replace her leg. She is having a lot of trouble to keep on the undead lizard, even with a proper saddle. She needs a leg to function properly.

You have to stop in order to make her a little more advanced saddle to not slow you down. As you do so, the new leader of the elven caravan approaches you.

'Vlad Tepish, I must thank you,'
'Forget it. Killing orcs is its own reward,' you say, distracted.
'For that too, but you have brought the one I brother to life,'
'He is a good warrior. I have need of those.'
'None the less, I am pleased.'
'Good. That was not my intention, but I'm glad somebody's having good luck. Look, I need to look after my ally. I am happy to help however I can, but I need to get Melandie to where I can figure out how to heal her.'
'But her leg is fully gone. There is nothing to be done,'
'My partner in life was dead. I brought her back. Impossible is merely a suggestion to me. A suggestion I tend to ignore.'
'As you say, Vlad Tepish. When you are ready to ride, we will lead you.'

You manage to craft a modified saddle for Melandie and you set out once more. This time you get to your destination.

They did not build it, did they? this must be some ancient ruin, like the one you found. There are caves in the walls of a sheer cliff face, and that would be normal enough, but they are carved and as you get a little closer you realise they are connected to each other by a system of caves.

There are tents of wool, and by your counting at least three hundred people of several races. Certainly elves and dwarves, and those who you must assume to be part- orcs, part- elves. The bustle here is like nothing you have seen before. -cont-

Sure, you have seen larger gatherings of people on a battlefield, or huddled together for warmth and security, but never such a large group gathered for nothing but companionship and trade.

And trade is the name of the game here. You quickly notice that food and drink are worth exorbitant prices, but other than that, all sorts of crafts and arts are sold and traded for weapons and scrolls.

It is easy enough to notice the lack of basic supplies even among the supposed wealth here. There is no water to be seen anywhere, and beggars are everywhere, emaciated and crazed with thirst.

You motion for the leader of the raiders. He is quick to respond.

'We need to see your elder. Soon.'
'Of course, Vlad Tepish. He is in the caves.'
'Do they run deep?'
'Yes, Vlad Tepish.'
'You will lead me then.'

The elf in beige and chain leads you inside the caves in the cliff face. The air soon becomes more moist and cool. You feel rather comfortable, and even Lathrien lets out a sigh of relief, though he has to support Melandie with every step.

You keep going for what seems like a long time, though you know that taking many turns would mess with your sense of time. It might be as little as an hour before you reach a circular canyon.

There is a small pool of water, a tree with waxy leaves and an old elf covered entirely in cloth sitting there.

You approach this elder. You bow. Being polite costs nothing.

The elder looks at you.

'The oasis is poisoned. Not literally, you see. But someone is stopping my workers from getting food and drink from there,'
'An oasis can provide for all of these people?'
'Oh? So you know the meaning of the word. Well, in that case I should tell you that is less a true oasis, and more an enchanted piece of land. Water flows there though it shouldn't. Plants grow there, though there should be no water. Animals graze, though there should be no plants.'
'That explains how you have survived so far.'
'It does, does it not. For hundreds of years. And now it is cut off. It is likely death for my tribe. Though when a river dies, it leaves behind a canyon.'

'The politics of the elves of the forest are what brought the land to near destruction. I would not re-join them unless I had no other choice.'
'So you know history that old?'
'My grand-father lived through it. I know what magic can do. And those in the forest revere it.'
'Very well. Is there anything I can do about the oasis?'

'I am not going to do it for free. Is there anything you can offer?'
'If you restore our supplies to us, you can name your price. Nothing is too dear for that.'

'Glass is the one thing that I've not heard anyone else making. It might be useful to you. And if we have the oasis back, well, we can go back to working on our art and our tools.'

I asked for preferance at the very end of XXI. It is not set in stone yet.

The first priority is to get your best fighter back into fighting condition. You need to replace Melandie's leg. You have never done anything quite like this, usually relying on the sheer force of a soul to power the body for the first few seconds until it became natural. Adding an alchemical limb might be harder, or it might be easier. You simply do not know for sure. What you do know are the ingredients you need for the procedure.

There are many traders here. You need to gather the ingredients, and luckily not many of them are edible, and so not many of them are sold as food. Indeed there are thriving stores selling nothing but alchemy ingredients.

Roll Alchemy 1d20+6 DC 15 to get the right ingredients for the right price.

25! Great success!

These people do not know what they have! Or perhaps they do, and the value of basic supplies is far beyond the value of alchemical miracles around these parts right now. You manage to get everything needed to create an elven leg for a song and a waterskin. There is no significant impact on your supplies whatsoever. Indeed, for a few pieces of dried meat you also manage to secure a fairly decently equipped lab.

'Melandie, I would like to try to get a leg on you,'
'What? Is it like the leg of some dead fellow or something?'
'No. I shall be building it from scratch.'
'Fuck, Vlad Tepish. I mean I guess you can totally do it. Fuck it would be cool to walk normal-like again.'

You bring her to the lab. Some of her bravado leaves her as she sees all the bonesaws and scalpels. You assure her that you shall not be using most of them.

>Overclocked musculature: Melandie gains a bonus to jumping, kicking, lifting and other leg-strength related rolls
>Light-weight: Melandie can run at a slightly supernatural speed, as her leg is near-weightless and perfect for leverage.
>Heavy-weight: Without sacrificing mobility due to perfect weighing, the new leg can be used as a weapon in combat.

You work through most of the day. You have to use a little more light metals than you would like to, and false skin and flesh would only make it heavy. The leg looks very mechanical, but it should be very functional.

But this is a situation where you DON'T have other options.

From how I read it, it's either at the QM's discretions when it happens, or we get a list to vote on what happens for the leg assiting her.

Case in point, the molten glass pool. Melandie crit failed to avoid the effects of that fireball, but the leg could have acted on it's own and made her spring away from the danger, or extended itself so that both of her leg's wen't affected.

Gritted teeth. Also known as disrespect. You need absolute obedience from your Blackguard. You twist his soul.

'Try that again.'
'I am sorry, Vlad Tepish,'
'Better. I am your master. I have gifted you with life beyond death. You will obey me without question or you shall know the void beyond death.'
'Yes, master Tepish.'
'Better.'
'Is there anything you need, master Tepish?'
'Questions. First, where are your people camped?' He hesitates. You hurt him.
'We travel between smaller oases. We take supplies from whoever we catch.'
'You mean you took supplies?'
'There are more of us. We were merely a scouting party.'
'Scouting party what?'
'Merely a scouting party, master Tepish.'
'Good.'

Well. It might take a while, but if you break the creature properly it shall never consider treason. You might be able to release your hold on it, if broken properly. That is a long- term project, however. You've bound one of the pyromancers. You commune with it.

It's that hatred thing. You never could get the handle on it. Well, your magic has kept you alive so far, and you have much else to do. You leave your pyromancy lessons for later.

You gather up your party and get ready to set out for the oasis. You have a mount each this time around, so the travel time is shorter. You reach the valley, and it is so obviously magical that you have to double-check with your magical senses to know it is real.

'Those are some fucked up spirits,' Lathrien says.
'How so?'
'Well, I mean, they don't belong here. There are lake spirits, forest spirits, meadow spirits here. Outside of the valley there are like no spirits at all. Maybe a single spirit of the desert, but..'
'Yeah, that would be too big to notice from within. Probably.'

With your very eyes you see a green valley. Almost offensively green. On the beige, sandy background it stands out with an almost disconcerting sheen.

>Approach openly
>Send scouts ahead (what kind?)
>Commune with the spirits

Magic has pretty much always been DC 20 or nothing. Learning magic is linked to int, that is where the +3 comes from. If you wanted to get better at learning it you should've picked up some more int. Probably not the best time to do that though.

You come to your senses after your meditations, to Lathrien and Melandie sitting around, bored. The green valley ahead of you is not nearly as abandoned as it seems from here, and the tales you have heard before. The magic used here is somewhat similar to your Shamanism, but used on a scale that is entirely strange to you. It is not that you could never do it. It would take a long time, preparation, and probably actual infrastructure.

That said, whoever moved the spirits is likely long dead by now, if the elven village has been managing to subsist on the fruits of this valley for what seems to be at least a century, before the gatherers stopped coming back, something must have changed recently.

Now, you are not saying that it is the human-like presence among the foliage, but it might be. Or it might be some failsafe in the spell, a virulent illness, or even just an irrational spirit, angered. There are many things that can go wrong in a spell so extensive as this one, without the intervention of an aggressive party.

You enter the greenery, and the sudden moisture is oppressing. It is pleasant for a little while- the air outside the valley is terribly dry- but within minutes it becomes an annoyance. You start walking towards the source of the humanoid spirit, sending your phantasms ahead to scout.

Satan, you little bitch, you ain't weaseling your way back into our good graces this easily. Nat 20, or gtfo.

21! Blackjack!

The plants are alive. Of course, this is true everywhere, but much more so than usual here. You advance slowly, with your undead fanned out ahead of you, plus a small rear-guard. You feel confident you have both the natural and super-natural senses covered.

Sure enough, you see a small group of those giant lizards at a small pond, drinking, before they see you. Well, if you cannot get answers, at least you can get some supplies. You kill the lizards for meat, and after testing the water you fill all of your water containers.

You have been here for nearly an hour, and yet you do not appear to be dead. Indeed, nothing has attacked you at all. So why are the elven gatherers not returning to the village? This does not add up.

Another thing that does not add up, is that the humanoid spirit is under the ground. It becomes very clear as you get closer. There is a hill, it is not very large, but there is enough space to live under it.

>Look for an entrance
>Collapse the hill. Whatever it is, you have a solid suspicion that it is what's responsible for the recent changes

Ah, probably a bound spirit that does the maintenance around here. Commune with it!
>>
>>41744006
But does it do it for free?
>>
>>41744014
Probably not, which is why those gatherers are no longer allowed: They didn’t pay the right price!
>>
I went to bed at 4 am and you were still running. I woke up and you're still running. I think you need an intervention, Dead.
>>
Hm, if it is a natural, or bound spirit, there is something stopping you from communing with it directly. Most likely it inhabits a body, and so is not within the environment around you. You walk around the hill, and it takes you less than ten minutes to do so. It is fairly steep, and with the giant ferns and vines covering it, at first it appears to have no entrances at all.

Upon closer inspection you notice that some of the vines are covering what appear to be dirt caves. These should be dangerously unstable, but by all appearance have been here for a significant amount of time.

You bend down to the waist-high entrance of the cave and shout down it:

'Greetings. I am Vlad Tepish. May I come in?'
A small, yet clear voice replies:
'Please do! Come in! Eat and drink with me!'

>Suspicious to say the least. Proceed with extreme caution.
>Suspicious or not, you doubt this creature could cause any real damage to you. Crawl in there confidently

It's bit of a trap really. It's his/her home then bombing it with minions would be really impolite, especially after an invite like that.

>>
>>41744118
>Suspicious to say the least. Proceed with extreme caution.
>>
'Of course, I will be coming right down,' you say.
'Vlad!' Lathrien whispers.
'Yes. It is probably a trap.'

It is dark down there and you hope that whatever the spirit is, it cannot see perfectly in darkness. So you send your phantasms ahead, just to be on the safer side.

Then you bend down and crawl on your hands and knees- the only way that you'll fit in the cave, and Lathrien and Melandie follow. The smell of wet, cool earth is almost overwhelming here. You notice root systems knitting the walls and ceilings together. That is how it's stayed stable.

Eventually you reach a central hall. The ceiling is still low, but you can stand up, so long as you are bent down. You see your host in a few minutes, as your eyes adjust to the near- darkness, only illuminated by bioluminescance of mushrooms and rotting foliage.

It is not clear exactly what it is, but the creature is only a little taller than your knee-height. It has a large head, and teeth that shine even in the near darkness.

'Welcome guests! Come, sit, I will bring you food!' It says, cheerfully. You cannot tell its gender, if it indeed has any.

'Would me taking your food perhaps leave me obliged to you in any way?'
'Er...'
'Are you by any chance trying to feet me the meat of the gatherers that came before me?'
'Well, you know, I just...'

You cast light, making sure to make it as bright as possible.

You see, for a split second, bodies in the earthen ceiling, and you understand that they are feeding the spirits and the plants of the oasis. You have little time to observe, however, as the terrible little thing jumps at your throat faster and higher than you thought possible.

Nat 1! You have gained Dodge 1!

As you lay on the dirt ground in a murder-cave of a mostly-gnome, wrestling a badger-sized creature, his metallic teeth ripping at your forearms and sharpened nails going to work on your face you consider the decisions that have lead to your current predicament. Even through the pain you feel some ennui.

Lathrien and Melandie explode into action, but it seems like they cannot see the actual creature. The cramped quarters are not helping, and they do more to hurt you, than the actual enemy. Seeing blood drawn on your face with no visible source, Lathrien actually steps on your face, hoping to hit the invisible assailant.

It is not invisible for you, however. The potato-brown skin, the acrid breath and the corrosive saliva is spilling over you and the little creature is doing a surprising amount of damage.

Gotta roll that 1 boys!

You're an asshole
But you're our asshole.
Nice try anon.

27! (+2 from Lathrien I forgot.)

You do not have a lot of time, you certainly feel the ominous presence. Once you descend into the common consciousness of the spirit realm you feel like you've submerged yourself in roiling tar. Thick with spirits to such an extent that you find difficult to direct your thoughts even in the spirit realm. You could not have done this without the power boost of the drained creature.

The spirits are a myriad, but addressing them one by one all at the same time you manage to first calm them and then take control of them.

>Make them calm permanently, no more.
>Make them calm to most comers, but exclude some (specify)
>Make them your spies, but usually calm.
>Shape the spirits in some other way.
>Banish the most dangerous spirits
>Other action
>>
>>41745316
>>Make them your spies, but usually calm.
>>
>>41745316
>Make them your spies, but usually calm.
who doesn't want spies.

How else could we shape them? Could we cloak ourselves with them as some kind of spiritual armor? Can we take them with us?
>>
>>41745316
>>Make them your spies, but usually calm.
>>
>>41745316
>Make them your spies, but usually calm.
>Shape the spirits in some other way.
Anyone who wishes to harm the oasis, or take from it in such extent that it would endanger it's survival, are assumed to be hostile.

Also no fighting unless we allow it. Like we used the golems as peacekeepers durin the feast
>>
>>41745251
I've been pretty bad about running the quests regularly, so I figured I might as well do it big this week, now that I can.

Animal spirits are by nature mobile. You can use this to keep accounts on the oasis. You make sure to bind some of them to bring information to you at a certain interval. They do not understand what is and is not 'important', but you will be getting some accounts from here on a weekly basis.

You make them otherwise calm, so long as nobody is destroying the oasis. If someone is directly assaulting it the spirits will become aggressive once more. Once you put that safeguard in place you notice a frayed and spent spell of a very similar stripe.

>Gather food and water, as much as you can carry before going back
>Just leave for now, see what reward you can get from Kah.
>>
>>41745347
No I think they are binded here. Eveb if we could take them with us, they wouldn't be too different from spirits we could get from anywhere else, so why bother?

I think all the changes will be tied to the oasis.
>>
>>41745396
>Gather food and water, as much as you can carry before going back
Might as well start off nice. Also better learn some magic while we got that bonus.
>>
>>41745396
>>41745398
Looks like we can move them to our lands in the future as a defense and for spies.

>>41745396
>>41745396
>Gather food and water, as much as you can carry before going back
>>
>>41745418
You are right, be we can also subjugate spirits from anywhere else. We can even make artifical ones
>>
>>41745429
Just ideas to keep in mind, we could actually move them to the desert market place, they could keep us informed on the general happenings here while we are away.

It'll be interesting to practice binding predators such as this to our lands as defense in the future.

I imagine we could do the same to humanoide spirits in the future too, I could see how they would be more dangerous and intelligent, like the spirit army in LOTR.
>>
You spend the rest of the day gathering fruit and hunting a little more to be sure of a grand welcome in the elven village and some variety in your own supplies. After the dangers of the day, it would be downright pleasant, if not for the mewling not-gnome.

You return to the village and all eyes turn to you, your abundant supplies, that they recognize as coming from the oasis, and many drop to their knees and cry tears of joy. And with that ends the marathon that was Feral Necromancer Quest XXII.

You gain 2 more points of exp, for a total of 7!

It has been a pleasure, and I shall be staying around for levelling
>>
>>41745453
Yes, yes, it's something to consider. I mean not everyone can say; "I feel like we need some fresh enviroment. Let's move this oasis"

I we want to counqer the desert, and/or enable trade across it, creating oasises such is this is a really good way to go about it.
>>
>>41745396
>investigate frayed spell
they're not going to become permanently angry if someone attacks the oasis, right? also, what constitutes attacking the oasis? I doubt spirits define things the way we do.
>>
Fuck, hoped to get a nap before a birthday party I'm supposed to go to. It starts in an hour. YOLO, as the kids say.
>>
>>41745477
raise necromancy, raise pyromancy
>>
>>41745453
But aren't they tied to plants of the oasis?
>>
>>41745477
Necro 9 here we come!
>>
>>41745477
two things

It was agreed before to level up Necromance a final time. Does that change our primary school to shamnism since we can focus on it more?

Also I'd like to roll to see if we can make use of our inhanced intelligence to learn pyromancy, now or next time at the start of the thread if possible.
>>
>>41745524
Oh yeah, we ought to commune with the pyromancer skull as soon as we have the freedom too.
>>
>>41745510
they sounded like a defence, isn't it the actual meadow, lake ect ect spirits growing things here?
>>
>>41745510
They are, but we could learn how to tie our own spirits to our own plants.

>>41745477
I go with bank or shamanism. If we recieve a new primary school then fine, upgrade the necro
>>
>>41745534
we have a pyromancer as a blackguard. Isn't our demonologist turned into a bird? Couldn't we call him here?
>>
>>41745552
Demonologist is in Bathory's guarddog I believe.

And I think the blackguard is just the orc warlord. But I think we may have a pyromancer skull?
>>
I wonder if we'll ever get to just outright eat souls.
>>41745552
we should. he might at least know how to banish demons or something. I'm all on board with never using demons, but as long as they remain a potential threat, I'm also all about knowing more about them.
>>
>>41745571
who did we turn into a bird then?
>>
>>41745477
So, when is the next thread?
>>
>>41745596
next week I assume, unless Dead's birthday party wont take all day, and assumeing he'll want to run again so soon.
>>
>>41745583
..you know, I'm not entirely positive. I think it was an elf though.
>>
>>41745507
you still here OP?
>>
>>41745610
It was the first elf we killed
>>
You have reached Necromancy 9!
Your Maximum minion count has increased to 90!
You have mastered Necromancy!
Your Maximum minion count has doubled to 180!

You have gained the Lichdom immortality option! Through a complicated necromatic ritual you can bind your life to an inanimate object, while inhabiting your now undead body. Due to your training in Shamanism, instead of an inanimate object you can choose to bind your life to a piece of land instead, in which case only the absolute destruction of that ecosystem would render you once more mortal.

Pros:
Immidiate and significant boost to intelligence and magic.

Limited invulnerability: You cannot be killed or stopped, unless your phylactery is destroyed, or your physical body is ripped to pieces. If your body was to be destroyed, it would eventually regenerate even from nothing, so long as your phylactery remains.

>Tireless body: You no longer need sleep, food or water. So long as you are travelling with other undead only, your overland speed doubles as you do not need to break camp.

Cons:

You are undead. You can no longer enjoy the pleasures of life.

Your emotions are muted. While you still feel them, and they are not actually reduced, your emotions are suppressed in their expression and force.

Your body will eventually decay, and though magic will keep you mobile even as a skeleton, it might be problematic when diplomacy is called for.

You have learned Undying: When your minions fall, you can simply knit them back together with magic, raising your fallen minions back to life with a minute of concentration.

You have Mastered your primary school of magic! Shamanism shall now advance as a primary school.

Next quest is probably next Saturday
>>
>>41745675
I know he said he liked being a bird, but why don't we just give him a humanoid body with wings and send him back to his village.

I still feel guilty over how we crit failed that diplomacy with the elven scouting party.
>>
>>41745704
Nice.
>>
>>41745704
holy shit

We can now control the biggest army on the continent.
>>
>>41745704
Sunovabitch
>>
>>41745704
>You have mastered Necromancy!
>Your Maximum minion count has doubled to 180!
Holy shit.
>You are undead. You can no longer enjoy the pleasures of life.

>Your emotions are muted. While you still feel them, and they are not actually reduced, your emotions are suppressed in their expression and force.
Vlad most likely wouldn't choose this then.
>>
>>41745739
Shamanism is now cheaper to lean now too, we only need 4 xp for level 7.
>>
>>41745713
I've been thinking abut that too. we have too many poor souls imprisoned.
The ork demonologist deserves a better body, the elven scout deserves a human boy, and so on.
>>
>>41745778

>The elven scout deserves a human boy

>hmmmm?
>>
>>41745778
*a humanoid body
>>
>>41745778
I mean, we're the only thing keeping that guy from eternal damnation, so I could see us making him into a blackguard, maybe not free will, but he'd be greatful either way.
>>
>>41745794
A humanoid body with arms and legs, you know what I mean.
Thanks for running the quest, see you next sunday. Go prepare for the party
>>
>>41745808
we should probably just let thee dude go. replace him with a false soul. dude has nothing to offer us and doesn't even deserve this kind of punishment.
>>
>>41745930
You think of Karim. Yes we should let him go.
But I'm talking about the elven scout we killed, bound, and then put him into the body of a bird when we started making homonculi.
>>
>>41745930
but why? I'd rather get more experience with Alchemy and make they body's.
>>
>>41745704
>would render you once more mortal.
Does this mean this kind of immortality is reversible? As in, if we get a better option we could change it?
>>
PROTIP: when a Lich is a thing, very often, a demilich is also a thing.

my vote is to still hold out. and also to still piss on Pern's shrine right after casting desecrate land on it.
>>
>>41746033
Why do we hate Pern?

We should be allies with him, considering he's opposed to the Death God who sends us nightmares.
>>
>>41746033
What's the difference between A Demilich and a Lich?
>>
>>41746068
his followers are rabid necro-bashing cunts.
>>
>>41746095
What if that because it's the assumtion that all necromancers work for the Death god?

The only other necromancers we've met were the Dark Elves who were working for him!

If we talk to Pern, and tell him how we killed the death god's followers and pissed on his statue we'd probably earn brownie points and be able to win over the rest of the human tribes. Plus he could have divine magic to teach us we could use to help people.

This is why we have diplomacy in the first place, to turn people who hate us into our best friends.
>>
>>41746033
I agree on holding out. but we know too little about Pern himself. Let's talk to him first, maybe we can convince him that necromancy don't have to be applied in the same fashion as Garuth and his followers do.

Also judging a god based on his followers is really unfair towards the god.
>>
>>41746156 here
Good to see I'm not the only one with this idea >>41746153
>>
>>41746182
Plus, and this is a crazy idea, if we do become a priest of Pern to learn his divine magic

(and why not? This setting is making him out to be a good aligned god of light)

We are going to his forgotten temple, instead of cursing us with vampirism we could get him to bless us into becomeing a daywalker or something in that veign if we agree to become allies. I mean hell we can control so many undead now we could start some serious rebuilding and entice him with repairing his temple.
>>
>>41746257
Well I wouldn't go as far as to serve him. We are independent. But clearing up misunderstandings are always important.
Maybe we should try to make up with Grish too.
And punch him in the face if he is being a dick again.
>>
>>41746320
Was Grish the Death god?
Nah guy has been fucking with us for defying him and had a cult murdering dwarves I'd rather kill Grish at the end of this quest and take his place.
>>
>>41746362
No Garuth is the Death God
Grish is the forest "god" altough he said he is "just a powerful spirit" he is the first one not to claim himself a god. who tried to imprison us because he was worried about corrupting the land.
Which we undid later
>>
>>41746399
ooooh yeah the guy who we got an antler peice from.

Did we ever do anything with that?
>>
>>41746417
No. I was contemplating on making a protective amulet of some sort, before we gained Enhancement somehow.
I'm sure we'll find something to do with it tough. It's almost one of a kind.
>>
>>41746153
So what you're saying is we tell Pern we fucked up his foe's followers, and ask him, "Ayyyy, you wanna give me super powers?"

The absurdity of that situation appeals to me.

The benefits of vampirism without the drawbacks.
>>
>>41747224
yeah basically.
>>
>>41747258
>Diplomacy check

>20, 20, 20

>Pern also gives us a blowjob

Alternatively

>1, 1, 1

>Pern stares at us, and speaks very slowly, as if we were retarded, that he is going to go and find us help. Vlad never hears from him again
>>
>>41747224
>>41747258
no it would be like with th death god. Pern could remove his granted immortality from us if he would like.

>>41746465
Maybe make a amulet that boosts shamanism? This what I had thought.
>>
>>41748013
? are you implying he couldn't do the same with his curses?

Because we don't know for sure on either of those.
