You are Maria Cortez, queen bitch of Amazon Squad, formerly El Presidente's feared bodyguard harem, now a private security contractor and CIA front company in the Parcel islands Special Economic Zone.

Your assault on the Human Trafficker's compound has been going smoothly, your new triad friends have secured the lower levels, and with the power out, you've had little trouble moving in and up the apartment block they've converted into a makeshift slave market.

You believe the rest of them are hiding out in the office on the top floor, ready to pump lead into anybody who comes up the stairwell. So you've decided to take a detour. While your girls wait on the floor below for your signal, you've climbed up onto the roof. Careful not to silhouette yourself against the still lite skyline, you spot a dozen men pointing guns across the light shaft of the apartment building.

You have the initiative.
>Drop down through the light shaft and engage in close quarters.
>Throw your flash bang.
>Open fire from here to draw their attention while the girls move up.
>Tell Kitty to turn the power back on.
>Try to find another way in.

This is a reboot of a Quest about a group of scantily clad women with guns.
Players vote on choices, QM reserves tiebreaker/veto privileges.
Content is a mixture of edgy smut and tacticool violence.

We should order one more from Alex.
Maybe we could check our piratecontact to see if she has drugs to sell, and we arrange a deal between her and Alex, and we take a cut of each (drugs and guns)?

"Girls, I'm getting ready to start a party. Move up when things get loud, and keep your heads down."

There isn't much cover up here, but you figure the element of surprise should be more than enough. Besides, you need to distract them.

One flash-bang and a fully loaded M4. Let's do this. You flick out the pin and underhand it over the ledge, then crouch down covering your NVG's sensors with your eyes.

When you hear the bang, you lean over the ledge, spitting lead and photons into the stunned slavers. Just as they are starting to regain composure, gunfire erupts under you spraying across the light tube as the girls exit the stairwell and begin flanking around the shaft.

Some of these guys must have taken cover in time though, because soon enough, they start returning fire, they mostly seem to be firing in random directions, but this could turn into a shootout.

>Go around and drop down.
>Keep firing and have Abby advance while the others suppress.
>Try to sneak through the windows on the other side.

>>40667310
If you have to ask the price you can't afford it. It's a whole new level of bling above you currently and will likely be for a while. But yes, there are drug lords with cool toys like that. You could buy or steal one from them far in the future.

You let the girls handle the gunfight, they have ammo to spare. You're going coyote hunting.

You do a tactical reload as you sprint around the light-shaft to the other side of the roof, to where you estimate the apartment the slavers are shooting out of us.

This building isn't really made for climbing, but the bars the slavers added to prevent escapes actually make it a bit easier. Unfortunately they also make it hard to get back in. Some of them are rusty, but not in the places that are convenient. Teri has bolt cutters, but she's on the other side of the building taking fire.

>Fuck it, just shoot through the window and hope you hit something.
>Kick it REALLY hard. What's the worst that could happen? (1ap)
>Shoot at the bars at point blank range and hope that weakens them.

Don't have time to go back, shooting the bars gives away our position, blindfiring could mean loss of fragile loot/death of useful hostage slaves.
>>
>>40667884
>Go back
Get the bolt cutters, save the AP for the boss fight.
>>
God fucking dammit, you are going to have these stupid bars all torn out when this is over. You brace your foot against the bars and push as hard as you can.

Unfortunately every action has an equal and opposite reaction. The bars give way, but not the ones you are kicking. Instead the bars you were leaning against to support yourself.

You only have a fraction of a second to grab onto something else as the bars fall away to the street 10 stories below, along with your rifle which you had to let go of in the process. Shit.

As you pull yourself back up, however, the window is now open, and the clatter you made didn't seem to be heard over the gunfight. Drawing your knife and pistol, you slip inside. This is or was some sort of living room, now it's an office. You see flashlights pointing out of a door to the left, and hear gunshots coming from out front.

>Sneak into the hall.

You start to creep across the room to get to the hall when suddenly a flashlight beam cuts across the room from the door to the left. It glides over you temporarily blinding your NVGs. As you rip the goggles off, you hear shouting, and duck just in time to avoid automatic shotgun fire. A man wearing a tactical vest and sweatpants (no shirt) emerges from the doorway with a flashlight on his headband, and wielding an AA12. He takes aim at you.

>Kick the gun out of his hands (last ap)

>>
No time to think, just move. You kick the shotgun out of his hands and it bounces across the floor to the other side of the room.

"The fuck?" the man yells in disbelief, as he regains his balance and takes up a fighting stance. He's better than average but you can probably take him. Unfortunately this is when a second man emerges from the room pointing some kind of gun with a flashlight (which makes it hard to see him properly) at you.

>Shoot the man with the gun.

Another lightning reaction and you put three rounds in the second man's chest. he drops to the floor making frothy gurgling noises as his rifle rolls away, it's flashlight beam cutting through the dark room.

This distraction is all the disarmed man needs to turn the tables back towards you however. He dives at you in a tackle, forcing you to drop your weapons as you fall to the floor. Unfortunately for him this is your favorite place to be.

"Good job kid." You say patting Abby on the head. She's so short! "But don't let your guard down yet. This isn't over."

You pick your pistol up off the ground and flick on the tactical light. Advancing towards the room Coyote cam out of. There is a computer workstation (Powered off) and a single laptop (running on batteries.) Jungle fighting. Most engagements are close range. It's also got surprisingly little recoil for a fully automatic shotgun. Not to mention all the versatility shotshells provide.

>>40670155
Probably Maria. It's better than your SMGs and ARs in every way except range and penetration. And even those can be solved with slugs or Flechetes. It's not cheap though and full auto shotgun ammo can be logistically problematic compaired to the standard 30 round Nato mags.

As you move down the stairs, you hear confused voices from the various cells. The slaves must have been keeping their heads down when they heard gunfire, but now they are up and moving.

Also, now that you think about it, you still have Alice and the Sung sisters on standby. And there's really no reason for things to be so dark now.

You decide to keep the lights off for now, just in case. You don't want to silhouette yourselves. You also decide the slavegirls will be less trouble staying caged for now.

"Alice, Nika, Mimi." You mutter into the throat mic. "Do you have the other M249 with you?"

"Uhhh. You mean the machine gun?" Alice replies.

"Yeah, that one. Have the girls load it up and get ready to lay down suppressing fire across the street. Terri showed you how to load it remember."

"Yes ma'am!" One of the girls replies, not quite 100% confident.

"Hold your fire until I say, and then light the whole fucking street up. Kill anything that moves."

You arrive in the lobby to find Ma and her boys locked and loaded, taking cover behind pillars and their van (currently riddled with holes and smoking lightly, it will need a tow)

"It's about time," Ma says waving to you. "Those rocket launchers you gave us are going to come in handy. Going to give them nice warm welcome." She points to one of the men wielding the second RPG-7.

You take a position leaning against a pillar next to the entrance. It's mostly just an excuse to stare at Ma.

"So" you ask as the Triad enforcer with the RPG-7 steps out and fires the rocket a the technical waiting outside. "What are your plans after this?"

Her response is cut off by a loud explosion, and then a hail of gunfire. Both of you step out and start shooting stragglers. They seemed to have been getting ready to make a coordinated assault. They weren't expecting a face full of rocket. Still, some of them manage to fall back.

The men are wearing Balaclavas and tactical gear, and it's hard to tell much more in the darkness. Ma dosn't seem to care much for cover, and is dancing into the streets, taking out goons. She seems to have this under control.

Weapon at ready, you head back into the lobby, keeping your eye on the stairwell. You came in through the service elevator, which means that egress is still open, and vulnerable. You head in that direction right away to secure it.

Flipping your NVGs back on, you run up the stairs, circle around, and then hop down into the elevator shaft, before slowly poking your head out.

They haven't noticed this entrance yet, but there is a group of men making their way around the side of the building, they haven't seen you yet.

It's time to test out the new toy. You step out of the elevator and level your gun on the squad, squeezing the trigger, catching them in a hail of buckshot.

Six seconds latter you have depleted the 30 round drum, and a bloody mess is splattered over the sidewalk. They never stood a chance.

This baby has short range firepower to spare, but ammo is going to be an issue. The 30 round drums are as big as a C mag, and the straight mags only hold 8 shots. ROF is slower than the ARs, but there is no burst setting and It's going to take a lot of willpower not to magdump.

You don't see any insignia on what's left of the men, but their kit suggests they are Royal Spratly Army. Lexi was right.

You reload half a magazine and begin to sweep around the building. Ma must be doing the same, because when you round the corner, you bump into each other with guns raised. The impromptu Mexican standoff lasts for about half a second before you both crack smiles and lower your weapons. Any stranglers must have left the area. And a sitrep from the others confirms this. The only thing left to do is turn the power back on and start cleaning the place up.

>I got to go walk the dog and make dinner, flirting will resume when I get back.

>>40672463
We need to turn the power back on, clean up the bodies, gather the loot together, have Hilde go through the slave girls for full physical checkups (we run a clean establishment), and hand over computer assets to Alexis for analysis.

Also, do we need to interrogate Coyote or just hand him over to Interpol for the bounty?
The only things I can imagine that he might know and that we could get from him are where the Spratly Army is based in Parcel (so we can hit them hard and take their stuff), and who is his contact on Spratly.
Any other questions to ask him? Besides the obvious "where's the money".

You'd love to flirt with Ma, or help Lexi waterboard Coyote, but right now you've got a bigger problem on your hands. You've just inherited a boatload full of refugee sex slaves, not all of which speak English. They haven't been let out yet, but they are making a lot of noise.

You call the Sung sisters to help translate, and leave a message of Hilde's machine. You need her to make a house call. Several dozen in fact. You'll pay latter. In the mean time you just want them to shut up.

>Bang on the doors and yell at them.

>>
A reminder of previous plans.

One possibility is to let the slaves chose to either leave now and fend for themselves in Parcel's worst neighborhood, or stay and live in this building, paying their rent by stripping or whoring in a club you plan to open on the first floor. The younger ones can apply to be amazon scouts, and amazons of rank warrior or above can use them for free.

Selling them to the Yazuka or Triads is also an option if you want to be evil for short term gains.

Cells are on the 4th and 6th floors and 8th floors. The other floors are mostly empty, but some are the process of being renovated into more cells. This place could house a lot of people if you don't care how tightly they are packed.

"Alright. Tell them, this building is under new management. I'm going to unlock the doors, but if they leave now they will not be allowed back in, and will have to live on the streets. If you chose to stay, we'll have a doctor visiting sometime soon, and we can discuss further arrangements." You hope Hilde calls you back soon.

What do you plan on doing with this place?

>We are going to sell these girls off and turn this place into an urban combat training center.

The difference is that we'll be hospitable to the girls. Although, there's still the matter of finding training grounds.

We could go looking for another building to be a training facility.

>>
>>40678269
Yeah, lets not do anything stupid, which happens a little too frequently.

Anyway, do we owe the Triads for their van, or is our deposit enough to cover it?
Also, what equipment did we get off of the slavers and Spratly Army goons?

You think they don't mind the van, but they would always appreciate a share of the loot.

The slavers were armed with a bunch of cheap chinese AKs and ARs with a few boxes of low quality soviet and nato ammo to go with them. The Goons had Chinese SMGs that look like a smaller version of the QBZ, except chambered in 9mm from MP5 magazines. This is the export version and a very common weapon in these parts.

JS9mm [SMG, Burst | Range: -+- ]
> Sound suppressor
Chinese AK [Rifle, Burst, Piercing, Inaccurate | Range -+--]
Chinese AR [Rifle, Burst, Piercing, Unreliable | Range -+--]

Explanation of tags

Automatic: Can fire on full auto. but not designed for continuous fire. Can be used to attack multiple targets in a close area.
Piercing: Fires rifle caliber or otherwise armor piercing bullets. Goes through light armor, but likely to over-penetrate.
Inaccurate: Won't benefit from optics.
Unreliable: Might jam if fired on full auto.
Sound Suppressor: Makes the gun slightly quieter, for stealth operations or just safe use indoors.

Range indicator is an exponental powers of 10 scale,
+ Intimate (<1m, or "Touching")
-+ Close (<10m or "across the room")
--+ Medium (<100m or "across the street")
---+Long (<1km or "several blocks away")
----+Extreme (>1km or "way over there")
Minuses indicate non-optimal range (either too close or too far) Optics other accessories can adjust the range slightly or expand the sweet spot.

The submachine guns may be good for our security forces, but we already have a line on MP5's.
From the looks of it, the MP5's can take a larger range of mods than the JS9mm, correct?

I think I would rather have Chinese AR's that AK's. We're here in a place we can easily get NATO ammo, and mods/maintenance (Cheung) to mitigate the unreliability of the AR.

When we go to Spratly, we should get high quality AK's, depending on the ammo that the Spratly Army uses.
>>
>>40679180
the JS9's would work well if we need plausible deniability or want to make it look like the chinese did it.
>>
>>40679180
I think we should save the crap guns as trainer weapons for adapting to bad situations, or use them for plausable deniablility jobs like Anon >>40679269 suggests with the JS9's

You also find Cyote's shotgun shells, mostly buckshot, but also a box of taser shells. Kind of expensive, but might be useful.
You could also buy exploding or armor piercing slugs. Anything other than buckshot is going to cost lots of money though, and at 300 rounds per minute you can throw a lot of money downrange.

>>40679269
Not the JS9, it's an export market weapon, the Chinese version fires 5.8 which they don't usually sell.

>>40679180
The JS9 is designed to accept standard pitcanny attachments. It's biggest drawback over the MP5 is a slight reduction in range and accuracy. Other than that, it's pretty much the 20th century's version of the mp5. A cheap ubiquitous submachine gun for police and special forces the world over.

You won't be mistaken for the Chinese, but you might be mistaken for literally anybody who buys from them.
Which incidentally means, you can't actually prove these guys were from Spratly.
>>
>>40679559

What is the rest of the loot?

Money, drugs, equipments, etc.
>>
>>40679559
Anything else we recovered? Anything interesting on the computers?
Drugs, cash, equipment?
>>
>>40679965
We haven't scrubbed through the computers yet, especially since Coyote was in the middle of wiping his laptop. I imagine once digital forensics gets ahold of it, we'll have a boatload of new intel.
>>
>>40680002
There were two computers, the desktop and the laptop.
The desktop was off because of no power, so its hard drive is likely intact. The password should be the first thing Alex goes for.
>>
>>40680119
Again, I imagine Alexis has access to digital forensics assets who can scrub through those machines for us.
>>
Lexi is running data recovery software right now while she interrogates Coyote. He already pulled the desktop hard drives. but Some of the data on the laptop should be still recoverable.

Another thing that was found, was several bales of Opium.

Handlers, is there going to be lewds today?
>>
Possibly. What kind of scene and with who. I assume Ma?
>>
>>40683660
She's new and we need new to refresh our AP.
But I'm wary of her brother poking his nose into Ma's business.
>>
>>40683660
We could do Alice, but maybe it would be better to do her with Milan.
There's the Sisters, but doing each one individually maximizes returns on AP.
And the slave girls need to be examined by Hilde first.

So I guess it leaves Ma. Maybe start with flirting, getting a little grabby and give and take?
>>
>>40684260

We can start by getting comfortable, the two of us relaxing in the best room available after a day of hard work, with a drink and a cigar. Then we can flirt and ask Ma if she'd like some more action. We also have to compliment her skills and tell her she would make a wonderful member of our team (not in a way that insult the Triad or her current position though)

It's true we have a lot of people to do. I still hope to get our own willing petgirls.

Also, let's not forget Milian has to realize she prompted us to destroy a whole gang.
>>
>>40684654
But you have to realize that we only get an AP for the first time we have sex with a given girl.
So right now we can only potentially get four AP.
>>
We should get a girl whose job is only to make sure Kitty is well-fed and in good health. That woman is wasting away.
>>
>>40684764

There is other reasons to have sex than to gain AP, anon. For exemple: to have fun, to prove a point or to achieve your goals.

Still, I think that having congratulation sex with Ma for a well-done assault seems the thing to do.
>>
>>40679559

Does that include slug shells and flechette shells?
The AA-12 is really nice for close combat, but carrying the ammo is going to be a pain.
>>
>>40686539
Yes of course, Buckshot, Birdshot, slug, flechette, HE, Tazer. You name it. Some of these loads are expensive though, and all of them are bulky.

You figure you could probably carry two spare 30 round drums of buckshot, a few 8 round stick mags of specialty ammunition, and ~30 rounds worth of lose shells in pouches on the sling. You'll just have to resist the urge to go crazy on the trigger.

bumping to ask a question.

Would it be a good idea to use fate or FAE to handle conflicts rather than just me guessing what should happen?
>>
>>40690127
It it works, it works.
>>
>>40690127
>>40690332
Although it can help to treat the various parties as though they're individual characters for interaction purposes and determing the fallout of any of Maria's actions.
>>
>>40690372
Yeah, I think squads will count as characters. I might make my own skill system somewhere between FAE's approaches and Core's skills.

Also, I'd merge mental and physical stress, and add an external stress track, which you can use to divert harm away from you at the cost of collateral damage.
>>
>>40690420
I was talking more political parties (Triads, Yakuza, Spratly Army, etc.), but if it helps simplify combat, that works too.
>>
>>40690127
I think what we have now works well and that would just be overcomplicating things and introducing issues with those systems not being built for this.
>>
>>40690447
Oh yeah, they'd be handled Fate Fractal-y.

Here's what Maria would look like as a FAE character

Maria Cortez
High Concept: Queen Bitch of the Amazons
Trouble: El Presidente is dead.
Flashy +3
Forceful and Quick +2
Sneaky and clever +1
Careful +0
Stunt: Because Maria is a leader, nobody in her squad ever gets less than +2 to any approach, unless maria's own approach is lower than that.

>>40692144
Possibly, but I'm learning about fate and I like the system. Also I kind of want to add a bit of random-ness and chaos to things. I might start at least rolling dice behind the scenes.
>>
>>40692162
just as long as the randomness doesn't get destructive or detrimental to the fun
>>
>>40692162

For someone who don't know FAE or FATE: concretely, what would it change?
>>
>>40692372
seconded.
>>
Was any of the Triad men killed?
>>
>>40693794

Speaking of dead: were all the slavers except the Coyote killed?
>>
>>40694860
Yes, they are all dead.

>>40693794
One of the triads was wounded.

>>40692372
In fate all rolls are handled by rolling fudge dice which generate a result between -4 and +4, and adding your relevant skill. The roll can be further modafied by paying a fate point and invoking or tagging an aspect which gives +2 to the roll, or lets you re-roll.
Aspects may also be used against you, another player or the GM may offer you a fate point in exchange for you doing or not doing something. If you agree, you get a fate point, if you disagree, you give them a fate point.
>>
>>40696503
>if you disagree, you give them a fate point.
That sounds fucking stupid for quests. It's just asking for you to want us to do something we're not comfortable with, and us getting fucked over because we don't want to do it.

Yeah, that part works better on a table where people are willing to talk things out. I think I'd just award fate points like i've been awarding AP.

>>
>>40697188

So, functionaly, what would change? The dice?
>>
So, if I got it right, it's :

>We free everyone

>They can work for us

>Those who accept to work as prostitute get extra bonuses

>Everyone can try and train to become an Amazon scout

Right?
>>
>>40699184
Something like this. This block is turning into the next big nightclub of the Parcel Archipelago.
>>
>>40700524

I don't know why, but I had the idea of a mahjong table with the place for a stripper to perform on it.
>>
>>40699184
Honestly, the choice being given to the girls is not a choice at all.
A choice between being a prostitute or being thrown out into one of the most dangerous slums in the region, with no money, can't talk the local language, no weapons, no protection.

Really, telling the girls they have a choice is just making yourself feel better even though the choice is still being given with a gun to their head.
>>
>>40700634
Having a small mahjong parlor would be neat. If there's one thing Chinese and Japanese can agree to, it's mahjong.
>>
>>40700776

I think you misunderstand.

They can work for us doing other jobs, which pay decent enough (after all, we will need a big staff). On the other hand, if they want more, they can work as prostitutes, which pay way better.

Like, it's the choice between a dorm with a few okay meals, and the little things they manage to buy, all for the price of a big day of work, or a good room and whatever they fancy spending their money on.
>>
>>40701225
>after all, we will need a big staff
What other positions are they even qualified to fill?
Just because you say you have a job for them, doesn't mean we can actually afford sub-standard and untrained workers filling those roles.
>>
>>40701375
>Just because you say you have a job for them, doesn't mean we can actually afford sub-standard and untrained workers filling those roles.

Dude, if they're too incompetent to keep the place clean, watch a security screen or serve drinks in revealing outfits, they're too incompetent to be whores.

I don't know the exact size of the building, but maintaining something like that to good standards take a lot of people. Not necessarily well-trained people, but a lot of them.

>>
>>40701683

>Older and or less pretty ones can do non sexual work.

I'm just saying that we should let them choose if they become prostitute or not. Even if it's the prettiest of the lot, the girl should still have the choice. On the other hand, we have plenty of arguments to make people consider it.

It's like

>Don't want to be a whore? We have jobs for you. It's hard and doesn't pay that well, but it's better than nothing

>Prostitution pays well, though. Pretty girls that know their stuff can make thousands. And security is guaranteed.

It's not even a question of morality. It's more efficient to have people agreeing to do the job. For starter, you don't have to waste ressources to keep them under control, and secondly, it allow a better quality of services since it's in their interest the custommers come back.

>On parcel most strippers can become prostitutes if you tip them enough.

>>
>>40704414
"Allright." Alexis says as she inspects the bales. "There's just one last thing to deal with before we can start renovating. Who are we paying to do this?"

Most construction companies on the island are owned by the Triads or Yakuza. There might be implications depending on who you hire or don't hire.
Rival gangs sometimes sabotage construction projects undertaken by their rivals. Not to mention people who might be sore about you disturbing the local sex trade.

>Lets hire a Triad owned company, They'll be cheapest and we're already helping them out here. (saves money, improves Triad relations)
>Lets hire a Yakuza owned company, and pay them extra to smooth things over. (Improves Yakuza relations, costs more.)
>Lets spring for a private company so we can maintain our neutrality. (Costs the most)

Sabotage attempts by either gang are possible no matter what is chosen. These are low level matters and will not effect your permanent relations. It's just how they say hello in these parts.
