Here is a short summary of what has happened so far:
The planet of Glore IV is being wracked by a Tyranid invasion; in a vain effort to minimise their losses the Sisters of Battle on the planet have split up their Ordo across the world into small fire teams of four to ten Battle Sisters. You play as the leader of one such squad.

Your Sarge was captured after several daring missions against the foul Xenos. She had previously led you into battle against Genestealers, Orks, and a full blown battle against a Tervigon. She even took down an Ork Nob single handedly. However, she met her match against some Dark Eldar Kabalites who captured and dragged her away during a heavy storm. The Squad is now led by Palatina, the Sister Celestian who has slain dozens of aliens with her trusty heavy bolter.

You have recently learnt that there is a Dark Eldar webway portal somewhere in the hills not far from your base where your Sargent was likely taken through. However, an Inquisitor of the Ordo Xenos, Barnabas Umbrix, has told you to hold off searching for it while he pulls some strings higher up.

Your other squad mates include Alexi, the bubbly, slutty bimbo and Sister Dominion. The only thing they may enjoy more than burning Xenos with her hand flamer is aggressively cuddling them.
Serena is the level-headed diplomat of the team, and marksman. She is possibly the most loyal Sister in the squad to Palatina.
Jezebel is a Sister Repentia who was awarded to assist your squad for a mission well done. Unusually she prefers the lighter chainsword over the bulky eviscerator typically carried by the Repentia. Her past is filled with rumours of dabbling with demons.

While on a mission you captured a Shrike and are now training it as a pet. Some progress has been made, and it no longer appears that the Shrike will attempt to escape your base. (Even if it still wants to aggressively cuddle your Sisters silly.

When we last played you were in the middle of a large battle defending Bedleberk Ridge from a Tyranid horde. You had driven out bravely in your Rhino, ploughing through lesser Gants while chucking meltabombs at Synapse creatures. However, your Rhino became infested with Brainleech Worms, forcing your squad to pull back to the Astra Militarum defensive lines…

With two more surviving synapse creatures will the Tyranid horde manage to overwhelm the bedraggled and exhausted guardsmen?

Ulysses glanced up with his deep brown eyes, “This whole operation has gone to shit.”

“But, sir, we can still win this battle! We’ve killed the synap-”

“Not the battle; the whole fucking operation!” he replies, raising his voice, “Orks to the South, Tyranid hordes to the West. We’re completely fucking screwed here. We win this battle? So what? There will be a hundred- no, a thousand more Tyranid bodies for every one that we kill. I’m fucked, you’re fucked, we’re all fucking fucked!”

He sighs heavily, his shoulders sagging, “If you really want to help us you can either join the trench lines, help out in the med-bays, or go on another suicide run and try and kill that Carnifex. Oh! And before I forget, here are the latest estimations on the battle.”

Ulysses passes you a sweaty piece of paper with some hastily scrawled figures.

“Woohoo!” Alexi gleefully exclaimed, hopping into the Rhino’s driving seat.

Serena takes the pintle-mounted storm bolter this time, slotting in a new magazine of ammunition as your Rhino lurches forward into the bomb-blasted plains beyond Bedleberk Ridge. The rumble of artillery hums around you as your Rhino crashes into the first line of Gants; several being dragged under the thick mechanical tracks.

“Oooof!” Jezebel gasps, winded as the Rhino seems to mount a rock disguised among the horde.

The meltabomb slips out of your hands and onto the floor as the metal box continues to clang and vibrate from the impact.

“We’re stuck! Hang on, I think I can get us off the blasted thing!” Alexi yells fiddling with the Rhino’s gearstick to shove it into reverse.

“Serena! Keep them off our back while we get this fixed!” you cry up the hatch.

The forces on Glore IV have been weathered down pretty heavily. A lot of them are now on Tyranid ships or in bases being bred and milked. The surviving armies are fighting small hit and run skirmishes, or drawn-out defensive battles like this one.

And, it's still early game. The bigger battles have to come later on! Leman Russes and Spesh Mehreens haven't even been introduced yet :D

Alexi swerves the Rhino back around the Carnifex’s corpse. It was a huge beast, towering over the lesser Gants, thank the Emperor it was dead now, it would have caused havoc had it reached the Guard’s ranks.

The blonde Sister swerved and veered aggressively through the Tyranid ranks, closing in on the remaining Warrior. As you approached it basilisk shells began raining down closer and closer. It seems you were heading into their current fire zone.

“CEASE FIRE! CEASE FIRE!” you hear Alexi command over the intercom, trying to stop the shelling.

Thankfully the barrage creeps away from your vehicle towards the Warrior, cutting off its retreat. It shirks away from the explosions, but can’t help taking some shrapnel from the blasts. As it stumbles around your squad closes in, preparing to finish it off.

As the Warrior continues to stagger around you grab St. Stephen’s Sword and stand atop the Rhino, bellowing out a challenge.

“Fight me, foul Xeno! I will slay thee!”

The Warrior stumbles around, still shocked by the artillery blast. It swings one of the huge bone dildos your way, but narrowly misses.

You respond quickly, leaping off your Rhino and down onto the battlefield before slashing quickly with the holy relic.

It cuts the gut of the Warrior wide open, killing the final synapse creature as the Tyranid forces finally break. In a display of victory you raise St. Stephen’s Sword in the air. It is met with a resounding cheer from the guard lines.

Scores of gants are helplessly cut down as the guardsmen charge over the top of their trenches, plunging their bayonets into their hated foe. Twenty minutes later and the battle is won; Bedleyberk Ridge has been held!

Hey, I originally hosted on /b/ for years. The problem was a persistent Desu fag who keeps appearing during threads and making them unplayable as they hit the limit way too fast. Sometimes he doesn't appear until halfway through, but the last 4 or 5 times I've tried playing on /b/ now he's been there.

Kind of sucks, but it is a board with no rules, so what can you do?

I'm thinking another Canoness, an Inquisitor, and an female ranger from the Astra Militarum. But I'll probably end up letting players choose from a range of options.

Actions in this world would affect the main game in various ways. It would probably be played via email so I can run games while I get breaks at work.
