After the eradication of the rebel faction located on this little backwater planet, you and your team decided to take a little bit of a break before heading back home.

The rebels were a nice little exercise, but none of you were exactly eager to be cramped up inside of the pods once more, and decided to rest for a while around your landing site.

Vegeta and Raditz have been listening in on a few stories from Hanasia about her time fighting in the Tuffle war.

You and Broly on the other hand have been relaxing a little bit away, simplying enjoying the silence that came along with the little bit of free time you had here.

Soon enough you'd need to get back into the pods though, for the two month trip back home to Planet Vegeta.

Considering you've got a date with Broly lined up, and Raditz invited you all to share a meal with his family, between the date and Gine's cooking, you've got a nice after mission reward coming your way.

Bound to taste a lot better than that guy you ended up eating back at the rebel base.

Getting up to your feet, you and Broly head over to where the rest of the squad is.

"And then the old coot says 'My grudge is eternal, you saiyans will pay one day!' course, that grudge didn't exactly stop me from blasting his head off!" Hanasia seems to be wrapping up a story, she and Raditz are both laughing, and even Vegeta seems amused.

"Sorry to cut things short gang, but it's about time we get going, pack up." You announce, seems like no one really has any problem with it.

As you're about to congratulate everyone on a job well done, your scouter immediately starts beeping frantically.

"Need your help if you're in the area kid, or you need to get someone else here ASAP, else I don't know how long we can hang on. I'll transmit you the coordinates, Bardock out!" The transmission ends with a roar from Bardock, charging into battle once more.

Not long after you end the transmission with Bardock, the coordinates for planet Tazba show up, it's about a two day journey from where you are now.

You only hope that Bardock and his crew will be able to hold on until you get there.

"All right listen up! Change of plans!" You raise your voice to get the squad's attention onto you.

Everyone has a bit of a quizzical look on their face, and allow you to continue.

"Emergency transmission from Bardock, his squad his in a really bad spot and they need our help. Planet Tazba, I'm uploading the location to all of your pods."

Focusing particularly on Raditz and Vegeta, you keep on.

"The average power level here is evidently four thousand, and the full moon prediction was wrong, but we're all that Bardock has for backup, I believe in you guys."

Vegeta seems excited to prove herself with such a difficult mission, and Raditz looks angry, angry is good.

Better to at least have the plan in mind rather than running in blind.

Finding Bardock's scouter under available contacts (fuck this technology) you ping him, hoping to get a response.

Surprisingly the man answers.

You inform Bardock of the plan you and Hanasia managed to work out together about splitting into teams if anything ends up going bad.

He's surprised to hear that you're taking the lead of one of the three squads, rather than leaving it to him and Hanasia.

Oh, right. Bardock and his crew left before your match with Hanasia, he might not know just how strong you are.

Telling him that it'll be fine, you learn from Bardock that he and his team are currently hiding out in a City that's been mostly purged.

They're wounded, but all alive still, Bardock is still in pretty good shape, but with his power level, he should be.

"We'll be there in two days, just try to hang on until then, Bruce out."

When the connection is cut, you're feeling a little antsy about all of this.

If Bardock is having so much trouble, you might be in for some serious danger when push comes to shove here.

But, you've got faith in your team, and Bardock is one of the best, together, you should all be able to make it out of here alive.

When the sleeping gas hits you, you're just as confident as ever.

As you all lift off from the ground, you're once again taking the lead position, the weaker members behind you in formation, and Hanasia bringing up the rear.

From what you can tell, there are about ten power levels of 4,000 currently heading towards Bardock's position, and they should arrive about the same time you and your squad does.

This is gonna get messy, and get messy fast.

Pushing the limits of the speed that the rest of your squad can manage, you're blazing past ruined and burning buildings.

Even if they aren't having an easy mission, Bardock and his crew are raising all kinds of hell along the way, just as any proper saiyan should.

You spot various corpses along the ground, it appears the inhabitants of this world are some type of strange reptile creature.

Thankfully you don't see any acid strewn about, so that's one little concern out of the way.

When you all arrive at the burn out building that Bardock's team is at, you can see out of the corner of your eye that there's the incoming squad of reptile men.

Bardock's team looks like hell, you're not sure if they're up to fight at full strength aside from the leader himself.
