You head to the variety of objects collecting dust on a bench. They spark a bit of curiousity in you as you see them, and upon reaching them you find then to be litttle more than random assorted scrap and junk...at least, thats what others would see. You look at your opponents and decide to kill them. They are...distasteful, to say the least, and they have already threatened to kill you. You grip your blade and narrow your eyes as you look at them, assessing their ugly posture and finding the best places to strike, before springing into action. You cover the ground between you and them in the span of a few seconds, startling the one closest and holding the weapon. You raise and then drop your sword precisely on its green neck, blade slicing through flesh as you cleanly sever its head and send it rolling across the dusty ground.

The one in the back, armed with another ranged weapon and a sword, lets out a yell and raises its weapon, a loud bang reverberating through the room as it fires off a shell. The shot misses you, and you immediately hurl your sword at it. The blade goes straight into its head, and it falls to the ground as the last one charges you. You watch its movements, and when its almost upon you you grab it by the shoulders, lift it up, and with one quick pull you rip it in two with a wet tearing sound. You drop the halfs to the ground, red squirting blood soaking your feet, and then you see something big come down the stairs.

You grip your sword in hand as the big monster comes, unwilling to turn and run from such a massive foe. It almost seems to move in slow motion as it attacks, its red blade slicing through the air towards you. You estimate the amount of strength behind the swing, the control of it, and even its angles before you move and strike. You step back out of the swing, its blade hitting empty air, and then swing upwards with your sword.

Your blow is well aimed, slicing deep enough through muscle to render its arm useless. The beast lets out another yell and swings its now limp arm in an attempt to bludgeon you, but you jump over the arm in a flip and slice downward as you fall, cutting through its arm and causing it to fall to the ground. Red hot blood spurts onto your face and side from the stump, and you turn to back to the monster just in time to see it swinging its limp arm again.

Deciding that the beast is utterly incapable of feeling pain or fear, you watch as it charges before raising your blade a bit. It reaches you, flings its arm uo to come down and crush you, and is rewarded with a swift dead by your blade. You leap up and slice off its head, causing it to stumble and fall forward. You leisurely steo bsck and let it hit the ground, more sticky blood flowing from its severed neck and stump then before.

You have been awake less than five minutes, and you have already killed four beings that you utterly detested. A birth by fire, but no being is without a name.
