I sit by the window, gnawing at my finger as I begin to get a bit thirsty, it's a kind of lazy day today, but that's alright, because Maria is wearing even less today to try and deal with the rising heat, so I'm happy. Of course Elizabeth made me open a window, because apparently she couldn't deal with me trying to make an even more vial strain of ghoul, and failing when I accidentally made it acidic and burnt a pot to slag.

I don't see what she was complaining about, it was actually very nice smell, I mean for melted metal and deadly chemicals at least.

She turns and looks at me, laying down on the arm of the couch as she does so.

Maria looks at me and pouts slightly, I feel my unbeating heart twinge with a feeling of guilt and walk into the kitchen, past my sister who seems to have raided the fridge most of, if not all of the frozen treats Maria had been stocking up on.

I open the fridge door and grab a blood bag, biting into it and tearing it open, licking up the blood as the cold chill of it cools me down a bit. I sigh and toss the blood bag away before I lean on the counter. I stick my tongue out, trying to ignore the terrible dead taste it has.

"So do you guys want to do anything?" I ask, feeling a lot more "because I'm really, really bored right now"\

"Well I was thinking about taking a job for extra credit' Elizabeth says "So if you want to help me with that I'd be very happy to have you come along"

I'm kinda surprised about the "extra credits" thing. Its been so long since we interacted with the actual school system here.

I slump against the counter and hold my head in my hands as I try to decide what to do. I mean I haven't killed anyone who was normal in a awhile, or anyone who didn't attack me or the people I love first. I mean sure I have literally all the time in the world to kill people, i don't want to start getting rusty or soft, I mean that would be horrible.

Okay, first order of business, bother request guy for more of those book things, that shouldn't be too hard, I mean sure he hates me, but I haven't been there in awhile so maybe he's calmed down. I shrug and run down the hallway, sliding down the railing since stairs are useless things anyways, scaring another first year as I leap down to the floor and bolt past him and the girl next to him through the door, leaping over a rather fat kid as I run into the courtyard and turn towards the request building.

it looks normal for once, no decorations or anything like that at all so that's something to notice I guess. I smile, my two tails twitching as I walk towards the small block of concrete with the barb wire on top.

I take a moment to run my hand along the fence where that martin kid killed that one boy oh so long ago it seems. I smirk and continue into the building.

a bell rings, and the disheveled and messy head of the request guy pops up, half off it wrapped in bandages over his left eye. He looks at me, and brush his stained lab coat as he smiles widely.

"Oh if it isn't the little annoyance" He laughs "been a while miss miller, what do you want from me this time?"

"Oh some of those books you gave Maria early" I say

"Oh, I see, shit, kind of disappointed now" He sighs "can't use the fun cannon against you now, or else I'll look like a dick, just wait here, I'll find some in a bit, okay?"

I frown, that was to easy, I was expecting a struggle, maybe me killing him or something, but nope just this boring..boorishness, this game with maria better be worth it

I'm kinda surprised Maria now goes out of her way to have Layla socialise again. That jealousy episode seems to be over with the immortality talk.

I sigh, well if fun isn't going to happen now I better just wait around here doing nothing while he gets those books or whatever. I sit down in one of the arm chairs and lean back into it, frowning as I pull my hands down across the leather arm rests, making a annoying squeaking noise as I stare at the mesh and glass protected counter, as I hear request guy fumbling and digging around in the back room.

I sigh again and tap my fingers on the rest, waiting as he walks out of the room, humming to himself as he places a box on the counter and falls back in his chair.

"SHIT FUCK!" He shouts as the chair falls over with him inside it "okay, I'm going to ask you kindly to never tell a soul what you've just seen, okay, and I'll just...lay here, in pain"

Okay one thing made easier for Maria, now I just need to find more people so she and I can actually play. But who will I get. I sigh heavily, I'm not really good with other people, but Maria said we need them so I'll just have to do it.

I look at the other stats for my character and keep reading but quickly get bored as I try to understand what it all means

My dexterity seems to be pretty high, I mean It's over twenty and my strength is slightly bellow that. constitution is pretty low, intelligence and wisdom are slightly higher than it as is my charmisma.

"Okay only sheet I need is yours Mr fraust" Maria says as Mike place a piece of paper in front of her, her eyes go empty for a moment as she reads the paper "How did you do this?"

Fraust laughs and sits down.

I wave at the dwarf and say "Ho..er fellow Adventurer, I see me and you are in the same predicament it seems"""

"Oh we're supposed to rp mhmm"

"MY MOTHER WAS A GIANT, MY FATHER WAS A DWARD" The dwarf shouts suddenly "They sold me to pay off their gambling debts and I've been trying to escape ever since, training my body and mind"

"Okay, but do you have any idea how to get out of?" I ask

"Yes, but I need to do it alone, so do not help me" He says smiling widely

"Okay I try to get out of the cage" I say as I move my little statue away from frausts
