Recently: Your show has premiered. Clair confessed to messing with Vance's brain as a kid, and you managed to keep it from breaking up the crew. Kroustou is being difficult and wanted to film everything, but you got in the way. Dick showed up, looking for a rematch.

General rules:

There is a 10 minute voting period after each post. Non-contradictory votes will be combined as best as possible.

Write-ins for all votes or always welcome and encouraged. They may not all make it into the post or be altered to fit in, but I'll do my best to at least try to address the spirit of the write-in.

Very important or contentious votes may be redone in a stricter voting system as it comes up.

Combat involves rolls! Once there's a clear winner, we roll for the move accuracy/crit/secondary effect. Usually it's just a 1d100. Sometimes you can get a modifier to make a move more/less accurate, so be creative! Add flair, do tricks with moves, mess with terrain, whatever!

Call me out on a mistake and receive an apology butt or suggestive picture.

The director looks down at you, waiting for your answer.

“My friends and I will spend some time in Devon corp swimwear. I’ll even get them to use the smallest bikinis you have.”

“You really are born for this.” He chuckles, impressed. “But that only brings in the viewers with promo shots. I need action. Drama!”

“Hey!” Dick yells. “Fight me, you lazy bitch!”

You give the director a look letting him know to watch, then turn around and walk toward Dick.

“About time.” He starts reaching for a Pokeball. “Instead of money, we’re just betting a kiss. The winner gets to choose where, of course. Play nice and maybe I’ll let you kiss my-”

You stroll up and punch him right in the groin. His eyes go wide in shock and he scrunches up protectively. He lets out a small gasp. You wind your fists up, ready to fight, but he just stands there in shock and pain. You gently tip him over and he collapses on the ground.

You start walking away. That felt good.

“Hey!” The girl with the hook nose shouts as she throws a Pokeball, releasing a Carnivine. “You can’t do that!” It’s vines whip menacingly at you. “Wrap her up!”

Jeanine, Clair, and Robin all drop what they’re doing and look over. Dick’s other friend reaches for a Pokeball. Vance is still off in the woods. Dick’s other friend steps forward, fumbling for a ball.

The Carnivine inches closer, looking like it’s going to spring out at you at any moment.

This is going to turn into an all out brawl unless you stop it.

Alright guys, before we start, consider this.

Mr. Director is trying to fuck with our friends. He needs us as much as we need him. He's trying to make it as much as we are. He ain't big yet.
We already gave him more footage than he knows what to do with before the first episode aired and he insists on utterly humiliating our friends, who don't deserve that the way we do, on national television.

Meanwhile, we have alternative potential incomes, including but not limited to:
>Gambling
>Battling rich trainers
>Going vigilante on Team Whatever. We beat up their grunts, take their money, pokemon, goods, etc. and pawn off everything we can't use. We disturb their operations, rile up Hornbeam, get him to make even more mistakes, track him down and, if we can't get enough out of him otherwise, take over his Team and make them develop our own version of the eye.
>>
>>39424757
But Devon can actually make a cyborg-eye for our qt gf.
>>
>>39424757
Yeah. If he goes to far and loses his common sense as a director, he isn't worth staying around and his show deserves to be nipped in the bud. I'm willing to tell it to his face, too.
>>
>>39424781
And? We can buy it from them. All of Hornbeam's Team put together ought to have enough money to just walk in and drop the dosh on it.
>>
>>39424757
Definitely. I'm mad we offered the bikini-shoots, not because I'm actually against posing for that kinda stuff but because A: offering our friends doing it is a dick move, and B: actually giving in to his shit demands is stupid and feels OOC right now. Sure Kat given time to think MIGHT put her pride below her care for Robin even on something like this, but in the heat of the moment I can't see it.
>>
>>39424757
If it's the swimsuit part that bothers you, keep in mind that it's most likely something we would have done anyway.
>>
>>39424781
Yes, but we can also be patient and not do something that we'll regret or makes Robin ashamed of her new eye. Priorities, man.
>>
>>39424808
>>39424757
He wanted a rebel. He got a rebel. Tell him to be careful what to wish for.
>>
>>39424817
The bikini stuff is demeaning not because it's skimpy outfits but because it's bending over for completely unreasonable demands, bad enough for anyone to do much less someone like Kat.
>>
You reach for Devon’s ball. “Devon, let’s do this!”

Carnivine backs away for a second. The girl still looks back though. “Oh yeah? Carnivine, Stockpile!”

The Carnivine looks like it’s powering up.

You see Pokemon being released by the other friend, the large one. He’s tossing almost all of them out now. Clair holds Robin and Jeanine back, and just throws out Alakazam to meet his challenge. She's strong, but she's letting herself get outnumbered.

Carnivine prepares to make a move.

Rolled 71 (1d100)

>>39425151
>>
>>39425151
As long as modifiers for training and strategy still apply, that is alright.
>>
>>39425151
I don't think anyone would argue that 3d100 with an unmodified % system pulled straight from the original moves themselves would be balanced. The reason 3d100 is used is because anons generally find it boring when it's just one dice because it means there's no interaction; at least three means you can often get a roll that counts every so often rather than basically never, which is also why some quests take first 5. You'd need to change the success-thresholds and shit or the entire system to use that though.
>>
>>39425151
For all I care we may ditch the dice altogether.
>>
>>39425232
>The reason 3d100 is used
because it drastically increases the chances of success. Thats the reason.
>>
>>39425282
No it's not, it's exactly as stated. People get bored when one anon is all that's needed to roll.
You can easily balance three rolls to give almost exactly the same outcome probabilities as one roll, if you don't use crits. Even with crits it's close enough for the distinction to be unimportant.
>>
>>39425232
[Interesting! I wish I was better at math. I'm sure there's a good way to split the moves into different parts or spread the rolls out a bit]
>>
>>39425316
>No it's not, it's exactly as stated.
Nah, its definitly true that more participation is good reason to do it, but the main reason its popular, is because it drastically increases the chance of success.
>>
>>39425351
That's because most QMs are morons who don't change the odds (or just change them a little bit) when moving from one to three rolls or the like.
>>
>>39425351
Specifically, when you use Best of Three. You could make systems that do otherwise though. Perhaps middle result, with ways to sway it to Best or Worst. But I'm honestly fine with how it already is, so...
>>
>>39425422
Middle/median/average/whatever is the worst because it means you're mediocre at everything.
>>
>>39425396
>>39425422
No, thats because many players are whiny entitled children and throw hissy fits or drop the quest when they don't succeed 90% of the time.
>>
>>39425422
This is actually good. Maybe it's worst when the worst is under 5 and best when best is over 95.
>>
>>39425445
That would be why it would require ways to sway it to Best/Worst as part of such a system. Well, unless you're going for Mediocre Peasant quest or something.
>>
>>39425454
Thats true, but it being true doesn't prove its the reason people do Bo3.
>>
>>39425493
What kinda ways would those be? I can't really think of any.

For me at least, anything about average/middle of X rolls is the worst. Best of X is best as long as the target roll is weighed properly. First is fine if not very interactive.
>>
You’re really not in the mood for this right now.

“Flamethrower! Hard!”

“Stockpile again!” The girl shouts.

You’re concentrating on the battle, not paying much attention to what your friends and Dick’s friends are doing, but it looks like a fight’s just starting to break out.

Devon scorches the Carnivine, badly hurting it. It isn’t out yet though. It looks like Stockpile is pumping it up.

But you know it can’t take another solid hit like that, even with the boost.

“Flamethrower again!” You shout to Devon. You don't want to go Mega just for this.

Before she can act, Devon douses the Pokemon with a powerful hose of flames. It blows the Pokemon away.

She reaches for more than one Pokeball, but hesitates. Dick is back up, getting a Pokeball ready. His friend already has several out, but so does, Robin, Clair, and now Jeanine.

“Come on,” Dick says, a little high pitched. “We’re leaving.” He glares at you. “This isn’t over.”

Ironically, you’re feeling warmed up. You wanted to avoid making this into a big fight, but a small part of you always likes a battle. Devon growls at them.

You glance back to Mr. Kroustou. He’s looking at a replay of the footage.

>Screw that. Renew the fight with Dick’s friends. He's just scared
>Talk to Jeanine, see how she’s doing

You bend down and hug Devon. He’s come such a long way from the little Houndour you met back in your hometown. Wags his tail in appreciation.

You walk over to Clair with Devon following.

“How are you doing?”

She glances away. “My face hurts.”

It’s looking a little swollen. You know from experience that Jeanine can hit hard. You reach out and touch it to check and she flinches.

“Sorry.”

She backs away. “Don’t. I had it coming. Maybe not from Jeanine, but I deserved it.”

“If you need to talk, I’m here.” You’re not used to Clair being like that. She’s usually not afraid to speak her mind, except when it comes to herself.

“I’m alright.” she rubs her cheek. “Well, I'll be fine. You got Vance to listen. I don't think he'd ever talk to me again if you didn't help. You don't have to do anything more." She sighs, letting out a lot of stress. "It means a lot that you asked though.” Her voice is low. She freezes up and folds her arms when she notices the camera on her though. She’s barely capable of being so open with just you, so that’s probably too much for her.

Robin and Jeanine are talking some more. Dick is still within sight.

"Hey, I could tell how tough that whole thing was for you, alright? Of course I had to check up on you." You give her a re-assuring shoulder squeeze. She offers a very brief, secret smile.

You head over to Jeanine. You’ll talk to the director in a bit, but she comes first.

“Hey.”

She’s sitting on a rock, staring at the ground. Robin is next to her. Jeanine doesn’t look up.

“Hey,” her tone is flat. “How’s Vance?”

You sit next to her. “He had a talk with Clair. He said just needs some time alone.”

“Hmm,” she mutters. “I guess I didn’t really help.” She finally looks up at you. "How come you always know what to say? I'm supposed to be the mature one in the group, right? But you're always the one who knows how to act."

“I'm an outsider in this situation, right? I didn't exactly have the same kind of emotional investment as you three. Plus I kinda was forewarned. You were just mad, it’s fine.”

She glances in Clair’s direction. “I’m still mad.”

“Vance will need someone to talk to. There’s a lot you can do.”

She lightens up a little. “See? This is what I’m talking about. You always know what to say.”

“Not exactly,” you feel a little embarrassed and start to rattle some examples. Running away after confessing to Robin, beating the hell out of that guy who pushed his Pokemon too far, and a few other times. “And I just punched someone in the dick. Although that was really satisfying.”

“Probably the only time his dick will satisfy anyone,” she says. You both laugh. Even Robin joins in, just a little.

“I guess Vance is rubbing off on you,” you tell her. You both exchange a look, stopping each other from turning that phrase into a joke. “Maybe you should chat with Clair. I mean, later today.” you tack on. Better safe than sorry.

Just as you say that, Vance comes out of the bushes. The camera and everyone’s eyes fall on him.

“Let’s keep walking.” He hitches up a bag. “We have a long road ahead.”

You and your friends hit the road. The camera crew follows.

You pull Robin aside. “Keep an ey-” you catch yourself as you look at the eyepatch. She drew a happy face on it. “..xtra amount of attention on Clair.” You do your best to hide the sudden flash of guilt and awkwardness.

Robin didn’t seem to catch it, or at least she’s pretending she didn’t. “Okay. I think that’s a good idea.” She heads over to chat with the other small girl.

You leave Jeanine and Vance in peace and try to enjoy the road. You pass by the occasional people or vehicle on the main road. Bird Pokemon lazily glide over the treetops. Light clouds hang in the sky. It’s relaxing. You try not to think about anything else and just take it in.

“No way! Chikorita is the strongest!”

You glance ahead and see a group of kids.

“Nah-ah! Snivvy is the best!”

One of the bigger ones has a small Pokemon you recognize as Froakie. “It doesn’t matter. Whatever you guys pick, I’ll already be way ahead.”

They notice you and your friends. “Woah! Real trainers. Ask them!”

One with glasses approaches. “Hey lady, you’re a trainer. What’s the best Pokemon to start with?

Only a few actually have Pokeballs. The other ones look to be the age where they might be close to old enough.

get rid of him, get a new one, Devoncorp already knows they have a goldmine in us, the director on the other hand is a cost outlay that could collapse their mine.

You think back to the orphanage. You were always good at impressing new kids. At least, until they were warned about you enough.

“The best Pokemon is...” you let them hang on it for a second, “whatever your favorite is.”

“That’s not a real answer,” the girl with the Froakie says, unimpressed. “Some Pokemon are just better than others.”

“But it’s true. Every Pokemon is good in something and bad in other aspects, the best Pokemon is the ones you get along the most with. But even when you have your favorite what matters is having a team that works well together."

They all gather around now. They throw out names of their favorites. You hear everything from Pikachu to some legendaries.

“Want to see some fully evolved Pokemon?” You toss up a Pokeball.

You almost go deaf in the chorus of yes. You throw out your Pokemon, one at a time. Devon, the Nibbles, Raistlin, Vlad, Zappy Dan, and finally, Levi. She hasn’t acted out in a long time. But just to be safe, you stick close to her and scratch behind her ear.

Robin joins in after a kid keeps asking her. She tosses out everyone except for her Gyarados, and Joltik who isn't on her at the moment.

Vance, Clair, and Jeanine all still seem a little tense, but they begin to cave as the kids bug them too.

A boy with a Pokeball holds it up to you. “How do you get Pokemon to listen to you?

“It’s a combination of discipline and friendship. It’s mutual respect. You need them to to be able to trust what you asking of them, even if they don’t get why you’re asking. That trust falls apart if you ask them to do something unreasonable, demeaning, or pointlessly dangerous.”

The kid looks up at you. “But how do I do that?”

You muss up his hair. “It comes in time. Just look out for your Pokemon, and they’ll look out for you.”

He takes out his Pokemon. It’s a Krabby.

“That’s an unusual starter,” Robin comments.

“It’s my brothers. He lets me carry it around. He points to an older looking boy. “He says he’ll give it to me when I’m old enough.”

You and Robin share a glance. Kids without a trainer license aren’t supposed to handle Pokemon.

Krabby pinches your leg. “Hey!”

“Sorry!” he says. “He just does that to people sometimes.”

You spend some time with the kid, going over exercises and ways to connect with Krabby. It doesn’t seem to gave much of an effect. After a short bit, you notice it’s claw moves a little funny.

“Has his claw always been like that?”

He shakes his head. “No, he just moves it like that when he gets cranky.”

You try to get a better look at it. For just a split second, you notice a small sliver in a soft spot under his armor. You can’t do anything about it with Krabby snipping at anyone that gets close.

You point out the sliver to the kid. “See that? That’s probably why he’s so snippy.”

He squints, but finally sees it. “Oh!”

“Pokemon depend on their trainers to notice and take care of this stuff. I bet Krabby has been trying to tell you something is wrong.” You try not to sound too judgmental. You just want to make it clear to the kid so he learns.

“I’m sorry.”

“Don’t say that to me. It might not hurt to tell it to Krabby though. You should get him to a Pokemon center. The nurse should be able to get it out easily.”

“Okay! I will!” he puts Krabby away. “Sorry, Krabby.”

He runs to go talk to his brother.

You glance over and see Kroustou looks bored with this whole thing. He probably wishes you were fighting or had more family drama.

You see Robin with a small crowd of kids. She has her Vulpix out and a fire stone. “We were going to do this tonight, but Vulpix says she’s ready now.”

The small fox gives and agreeing noise.

Robin evolves Vulpix in front of the crowd. The kids almost trip over themselves watching. After the customary flashes of light, Vulpix evolves into Ninetails. Robin hugs it.

“Looking good, Ninetails,” You approach the Pokemon Robin is hugging. “I bet you’re even stronger now!”

She swishes her tails in graceful acceptance of your praise. Robin holds your hand.

“You too,” you tell her.

You leave the kids to their kid stuff and hit the road with everyone again. You can tell that did a lot of good for your three friends, even if they didn't say much. Morale seems up a bit.

You make some more distance until it starts to get dark. Everyone makes camp with minimal talking.

“I’ll make dinner,” Clair offers. You’re not sure if that will turn out great. Clair isn’t really all that good at anything else related to camping

Robin “I’ll help too!” You love the girl, but Robin’s stew could make a Muk puke.

You help direct the dinner making. You give Robin and Clair a lot of direction, narrowly avoiding disaster a few times.

You see the filming is done for the day.

Well, in that case, you have a little fun. You lick off a little food that got on Robin’s cheek. “It was messy,” you tell her. “I had to clean you.”

She laughs, then smears a small bit of food on your lips before kissing it off. “S-same.”

“You two are disgusting, you know that?” Clair rolls her eyes.

You both smear some food on Clair’s face before trying to assault her with licks. She dodges out of the way.

You have a little more fun before all the hard work is done. “It’s just some stirring and time now,” you tell them. “I can handle it from here.”

The girls go off and set up the fancy tent you got.

You catch Kroustou’s gaze as he’s about to enter his tent. He comes over.

“Can I help you?” He threatened to sabotage your relationship with Devon Corp if you interefered with him airing your friend’s very personal stuff. You’re pretty shocked he can’t guess you’re upset.

“Yeah. You can tell me what the fuck your problem is.” You give a strong stir. “Also, pass me the salt."

He sighs and passes the salt. “Still upset, are we?” He sighs. “I suppose things did get a bit heated.”

“Heated? If you pull that crap again, I’ll be talking to Devon Corp about it. You wouldn’t want that, would you?” You throw his words back at him. “Why did you turn into such a tool?”

He laughs. “I like you, Kat. Really, I do. Nobody in the business talks straight.” He samples a bit of the stew. “ I was assigned to such an experimental show because I'm fairly unknown, you see. The truth is, I thought this project was going to be unwatched. I thought we’d bring in enough to be worth keeping for awhile, but not draw any attention. But it won’t. It’s going to be the biggest thing since Trainer Tips.”

“What does that have to do with anything?” You stir some more. “Why do you sound so unhappy about it?”

“Directors get a lot of freedom when their productions fly under the radar. Too much popularity is a curse. Every useless exec will try to attach themselves to the show, make dozens of tweaks and changes, and by the end there won’t be anything of artistic merit.” He sits on the stool. “So I’m doing the next best thing. Make this into a smashing commercial success devoid of soul, and use that clout to be allowed to do my own projects with free reign in the future.”

“Don’t you care about how airing that stuff might hurt Vance and Clair?” You add one more dash of salt.

He stops looking you in the eye. “Well, yes. Frankly I don’t like airing it. That isn’t the best for them. But these things blow over. Give it a month. They’ll still be known, but they can reinvent themselves in the public eye very easily.”

The big issue is that Gobble takes his % straight from the moves, right? You'd probably need the opposite list i.e. what would be the target number closest to a 10% success-chance, 50% success-chance, etc. Numbers would still look wonky but the math would work out at least.
>>
>>39431824
Not really, you just take "and everything below".
A move ith 80hit chance, would have a chance to hit equal to a target number of 20.
Depending on how he calculates crits within that range.
>>
>>39431873
A move with 80 hit chance would have a 20% chance to miss. So, what target number would give an average of 80% success-rate in Bo3d100? Just glancing at the list above it'd be somewhere around 58, but that's approximate. That's the number Gobble would need to know.
>>
>>39431942
Thats not how it works, unless you want to re-align the Bo3 to still offer the same chance, which would make making it Bo3 completly pointless, just use one roll for easier math.
>>
>>39431824
>You'd probably need the opposite list
The other way around doesn't go as easily
> i.e. what would be the target number closest to a 10% success-chance
96 | 11.5
97 | 8.7
>50% success-chance
79 | 50.70
80 | 48.80

See? The steps are uneven and there won't be exact match without getting into decimals.
>>
>>39431967
That was the point of the idea anon anon, have the same chance to succeed as with 1d100 except you get 3 rolls instead of one for more interactivity.

Would be even nicer with 5d100 or so in a quest of this size, but shit would just get too compressed then, every target number would be like 85+.

* yes it wouldn't be EXACTLY the same no matter what but close enough as makes no practical difference.

>>
>>39432156
I'm not really sure what the point of more rolls is except to clutter the quest with dice rolling, but okay. Its not really more interactive, you just type in a 1d100 and thats it.
There is nothing there, and the only thing it does is make it less transparent to people if a roll is a success or not because they don't have a chart in their head.
>>
>>39432156
I would really prefer knowing on a glance if a roll is a success or not, and not have to consult a pastebin to figure it out.
>>
>>39432216
They don't need a chart, GS would just say what the target number is instead of the percentage. And there wouldn't be notably more rolls since I think we've gotten 3+ every time so far anyway.
>>
>>39432156
Keep in mind >>39432013 you won't have exact number for 10% 20% etc. you'll need to round up somewhat. Or use d10000 with some precise target numbers.
>>
>>39432261
We get 3+ because people expect to only have one person needs to roll, obviously if more rolls are needed, people will feel more incentived to roll.

>>39432261
>GS would just say what the target number is instead of the percentage
One of us isn't getting what this is about, and I honestly don't know which.
Either we do a unadjusted Bo3, in which case the chances are heavily skewed towards success.
Or we do a adjusted Bo3, in which case target number isn't relevant, what matters is the likelyhood of a occuring roll. And target number being met or not isn't visible without consulting a chart telling you how high the likelyhood was.

“I sympathize, but I won’t let you use my friends to get what you want. All you need to do is keep filming like you used to and I’ll vouch for you later. But whether this is a success or not depends on us,” you remind him. “If you try to mess with us, act unpleasant, or intrude on private moments, I will do whatever I can to have you booted. Failing that, when things blow up, I’ll make sure people find out it’s your fault. That probably won’t be food for your prospects in the future.” You hand him a bowl. “With the existing footage, I’m already set. We can make this a great thing together, or you can go down alone.”

He takes the bowl, looking into the contents. He seems to be at a loss for words.

“Dinner’s ready!” You yell out to your friends. He takes the bowl and retreats to his tent. You figure you’ll let him sleep on what you said. From his body language, it looked like you really got through to him.

Your friends come over and scarf down dinner. You get your Pokemon out and feed them too.

“I’ve got dishes,” Vance and Clair say at the same time. There’s an awkward pause. Vance grabs the dishes first and Clair just sort of slumps away to your gigantic fancy tent.

It's this we're discussing anon, but the point is Gobble has the target number readily available on the chart and posts it. Anons rolling don't need to check for it. If we're using an ability with 10% flinch, when voting we know there's a 10% chance we can roll it, and when we roll afterwards Gobble will post the target number we need to reach (96 or so?).

Again, that seems very silly and pointless if Gobble has to consult the chart each time.
Especially when then in addition he needs to adjust for training and strategy affecting the chances.

Well some anons love to roll. And with one roll Gobble might as well do it himself really. Saves time and stuff too in that case.

I don't actually care too much myself, but I've quested before and some people REALLY love to roll. Like 'it's the main draw of questing' love.
>>
>>39432656
I just find there's a lot of hype and interaction to rolling. It gives everyone a kind of gambling thrill when the dice gods either grant you crazy high numbers or critfails. It's why so many people on 4chan are obsessed with dubs and all that shit.

You decide not to press the issue. It just needs a little time.

You enter into the gigantic tent. It really does seem like a cabin from the inside. There’s even a divider that seems like a separate room. If you didn’t know any better, you’d swear this is like one of those capsule corp thingies from that anime that Robin showed you.

You see Robin and Clair on the bed. Clair’s looking really down, and not doing a good job of hiding it. Robin is doing her best to cheer her up.

“What did the judge say when a Skunktank came into the court?”

“What.” Clair responds, humoring Robin, but still having a tinge of annoyance in her voice.

“Odor in the court!” Robin laughs as she says it.

Clair doesn’t laugh at all until Robin snorts. When the laughter dies though, Clair goes back to looking sullen.

You change into something comfortable to sleep in and chat “Look, you're feeling like shit right now. And there's nothing wrong with that! You did something stupid as a kid and it bit you in the ass. Robin occasionally nods in support of what you’re saying, trying to cheer Clair up with you.

You grab the remote and cuddle in between Clair and Robin. You put your arms around both of them and start flipping channels. “Things are gonna work out, I'm sure of it. Now that they got their initial poor reactions out of their systems, they're already dealing with it pretty well. I think it's time you learned from them, and start working through this, learn from it and heal, rather than let this fester. That doesn't do you any good.”

“I’ll give you another badge if you stop talking,” Clair says dryly. You can tell from her face she appreciates the effort.

“That’s now how we like to earn badges in our tent, is it, Robin?” You squeeze both girl’s chests playfully.

“K-Kat!” Robin weakly protests as she leans into it slightly.

Clair gives you a sharp elbow. “Har har.” She's blushing.

You flip through channels as you cuddle both girls and joke about punching Dick in the dick. You tune in to a rerun of the first episode of your show. You decide to just keep going and land on Trainer Tips. The reception isn’t great, but it’s not as bad as you thought it would be either.

You stay up as Robin quickly dozes off. Clair takes a lot longer though. You chat with her quietly about nothing in particular. You badmouth Dick some more, talk about which trainer tips are terrible and which ones are good, and generally any topic that isn’t about her or Vance.

As soon as Clair falls asleep, so do you.

You wake up the next day feeling warm. Both girls are cuddled against you, almost forming a human blanket of soft skin, gentle breathing, and good smells. It’s heaven, except it’s hot as hell. You slide yourself out and get dressed somehow managing not to wake them up.

As soon as you head outside, you see Vance doing his early morning exercises.

He pushes himself up again. “Yeah, okay.”

You get a little distance from the camp so you’re not too loud. He does a quick stretch. “So who am I going to train with?”

You figure it’s best to keep it to one Pokemon for this.
