Cody looks over and nods, he grabs Clair's hand as he rougly turns and runs toward the exit. You can feel Tuile try to stay wtih you. She wraps her hand around yours and starts to glow with a faint light.
"Lass." You whisper over to her, "Aye appreciate ye want to stand by me, but ye can help by getting everyone someplace safe."
"But-"
"No buts, Tuile. It's your job to lead, it's my job to protect." Your hand unwraps from hers. "Make sure everyone gets out in one piece."
Tuile audibly sighs, mumbling something about being hardheaded.
That's fine with you, you're good with hardheaded.
Tuile turns a5round just in time to watch Atsuko leap from her seat to fight and immediately trip over her dress and land on her face. Keiko slowly helps her up as Tuile practically lifts both of them up and starts leading the crowd toward the front door.
Tuile leads everyone to the front of the Chapel was Cody stands guard between the big man and them. Gilles continues to crack his knuckles as he reviews who his opponents are going to be. Louise manages to squeeze through the crowd and back toward the front with her big axe in tow. You aren't complaining about having that little extra help.

"Heh, good job Las-"
"RAAAARGGHHH"

Within an instant, the big guy rushes forward and wraps his arms around your waist! He spins around in several circles before throwing you head-first through the wooden altar at the front of the chapel!
"IT'S NOT ENOUGH MISTER JACK. IT'S NOT ENOUGH BECAUSE YOU DON'T BELIEVE."
He stomps over to the ruined altar and picks you up. "I'VE SEEN RICHES AND POWER THAT COULD BUY YOUR COUNTRY TEN TIMES OVER, MISTER JACK. MY KINGDOM OWNS TREASURE THAT WOULD MAKE EVERY KING IN THIS WORLD SHIT THEMSELVES TO DEATH. YOU WANT TO SEE A REAL HERO MISTER JACK? TAKE A LOOK AT THIS SUPERHERO AND KNOW WHO THE REAL BAD BOY IS, MISTER JACK."

Yuuki's blade slices through the air and seemingly misses Gilles as he hops backwards to avoid it. Except that was a trap! Gilles hops backwards directly onto an ice-slick sheet laid down on the floor that extends outward and grabs onto his legs!
He punches and swings at Yuuki as she tries to move in for another hit, her blade shimmers with a glowing blue aura that bites at his fists, slowly building a layer of ice on his knuckles!

It's actually not true in many coutries. Most captains can't perform weddings (though some countries have captains be ammong the persons who can get the proper license). Japan authorises it in their water, though.

He throws another punch straight at Yuuki, but she deflects it effortlessly and instead focuses more on striking at his open spots.
Unfortunately, he doesn't leave many open spots to strike at. More and more ice builds up on his fists as he punches.

"OH MAN, THIS IS THE BEST I'VE EVER FELT IN MY LIFE."

You notice Yuuki beginning to falter in her pressure, even thought it's been hugely successful thus far.
"Yuuki!" Cody rushes back to the fight. "Stand back!"

You take that as your cue to take out your revolver and unload all six shots right into the beast.
Every blue and yellow bolt flies into the snow-covered fur on his chest, Cody's shots quickly catching up to yours.

He, on the other hand, places his hands on his hips and...

He takes every bullet straight to his chest. Stupid smile never leaving his face.

He flexes his chest and abdomen, the muscles making a disturbing motion across the length of his body. Slowly, You start to see blue and red bolts protrude from the surface of his skin.

With a grasp of his hand, he grabs all of the bolts stuck to his chest and piles them up into a big, glowing ball. Something that I had no idea you could do before now.
His hand curls into a mighty toss, he flings it right at Yuuki.

Quickly stepping in front of her, you remember your barrier magic training.
Deeply, you breathe, feeling the sense of atmosphere flow through you. With a wave of your hand-

The ball harmlessly deflects off a golden aura that had coated the length of your forearm.

Gilles, on the other hand, has been using this break in melee to slowly work at his legs. Little by little, he pries them away from the ice.

It looks like he's going to try and combine his attack with Louise's, truth be told you can't remember what element she got.

Which leaves you and Yuuki to combine attacks, she's already started charging up another bout of blue energy to re-freeze the mighty mammoth.
You feel a slight sense of worry when you realize that he already broke one of his feet out of the icy cuffs.

"Yuuki! I'll throw water, you freeze it!"

Concentrating on the shine your emblem emits, you think about the rolling blue oceans, the mighty waves that follow a storm, the feeling of water building-

His fist, which you didn't realize before but it's about the size of your head, grabs your collar and squeezes it around your neck.
