It may be excessive shadowruns, but I suspect that it's Kharn that is being referred to here, considering that she's visiting soon and the foreshadowing is often short-term. On the other hand, Decu just ran the parody HQR the other day in which I gathered that Risa is known for eating people (alongside other randumbness).
Either is a good fit and, seeing as the Fifteenth Officio isn't a factor in all likelihood, I'm going to keep suspecting that this prophecy is related to the chainaxe(s).

You set this aside and continue to catalogue the bag's contents. Snacks - crackers, chocolate, those thin wafer sticks coated with chocolate that Kyoko absolutely can't stop shoving into her mouth by the fistful. Mints. A small pack of cigarettes and a small plastic lighter - nice - and what looks like a small piece of paper torn hastily from a notebook. The scrap scrawled on with the same kind of urgency, before being shoved inside a dog-eared second volume of Miracle Midori x Murder Mayumi.

You put the piece of paper back carefully into the thick porno, folding it into the glossy dust cover. Still, it got its message across, warning you about what your best friend might ask when she visits you. More time for you to think things through, and less chances of you making a stupid decision.

Nothing else appears to be inside the bag besides what you've already catalogued, so you place them back inside, too, with the exception of the pack of cigarettes and the lighter. Tearing off the plastic packaging and then ripping the pack open, you tap out a single stick, hold it between your lips, and carefully touch the tip with the lighter's flame. Only managing to ignite the cheap plastic lighter after a few abortive tries.

The brand Sayaka chose for you wasn't your brand at all, and you wince at the harsh, unfamiliar aftertaste - but nicotine is nicotine, and you feel your shoulders unclench as you relax. The cold, chilling effect seeping out from your chest outwards. Getting you into that perfect state to reunite with your chair again.

It's been so long, you think as you draw a finger down the soft leather encasing it, the material slack enough for give yet tight enough not to be wrinkly and ugly-looking. Its luscious green upholstery calling out to you, begging for you to rest your tired frame upon it.

And surprisingly, your wings don't even get in the way. The pinions stretching out and then wide to prevent themselves from being trapped against you and your chair. Like you were always mean to sit on it no matter what happened to you.

"I think she doesn't mind at all." IBARI snickers. "She probably likes people watching!"

You push this banter out of your mind as you focus on reuniting with your chair. Practically nothing's changed about it - it's still the comfortable, green-colored piece of heaven that you should really install in your office already. But then again, if you do, then nothing's going to get done at all.

Taking a drag off your cigarette, you close your eyes and lean back.

Enjoying this stolen moment of peace.

Your entire body so relaxed, it's unable to fight back against the sudden fatigue that hits it. Your body slackening, your breathing going deep and regular. Your cigarette falling to the metal grilled floor with a miniscule shower of embers as it falls from your nerveless, senseless grip.

And then, in the darkness behind your own eyelids, you begin to dream.

When you open your eyes - after an indeterminate amoung of time - you find yourself still sitting down, but not in the same slouched way that you remember falling asleep in. Instead of that lazy, sleepy slouch, your back is straight, your arms planted properly on the armrests instead of hanging off of the sides. Which makes sense, considering that you're not on your chair anymore.

You're on a fucking throne. A rather impressive-looking throne, seemingly made out of twenty golden swords. Each of them fused to each other to form the framework of the throne, and fused with a black crimson-speckled metal that you recognize quickly enough as fleshmetal. Exactly like Kharn's own.

It's a strange thing to notice first, because anyone else in your position would have noticed immediately that you're not exactly in your Silent Room anymore either.

No, you're in what seems like a throne room. A huge one, complete with red carpets and golden statues of naked girls and everything. Gold leaf on the walls, on the floor - and the ceiling! The ceiling is covered a painting of what looks lke an entire Officio of half-naked Magical Girls, each one trapped in a state of pure, bodice-ripping ecstasy. Like a huge harlequin book cover except with just the girls, and no musclebound blonde guy with the soulful stare and the pecs the size of melons.

But as unbelievable as everything has been so far, the thing that disturbs you most - besides the fact that your chair is GONE - is the two young women languishing at the base of your throne, chained there by what looks like leashes of black chain attached to red leather collars. One with long, unbound green hair, the other with chocolate-brown hair tied into luxurious twin braids. Each one of them as naked as the girls painted above you, except for what looks like the skimpiest kind of lacy underwear you've ever seen, and lying amongst a flood of velvet pillows.

She's hard to deal with. Arguably she's a very cheerful sociopath, but depending on who you ask that might just be something she forces up to deal with her mental problems.

I mean, she's probably still some kinda path. She's roughly as unrepentant about what she does as Wendy, and in her case, that includes a lot more human experimentation. For often completely ridiculous things.
