I figured nearby debris, cloud cover and even the mountains themselves would be pulled into the slipstream of the attack, and for good measure so slight warping of the atmosphere to make space visible. There was a lot more that I would have liked to have done with this but time constraints and the fact I suck at landscapes made me decide to push on through and finish the comic instead of fiddling with it forever.

You remain in your defensive stance, waiting for Cell to make the first move. This serious, Cell's new power is terrifying, and if you don't play this carefully, your already slim chances of survival will evaporate into nothing.

Cell smirks. "A defiant last stand? Yes, I think it's quite fitting, and truly, just the sort of end I was hoping to give you. A worthy foe such as you deserves no less than a warrior's death."

Cell moves faster than you can follow, slipping past your defenses and uppercutting you in the jaw.

The force of the strike sends you into the air as both teeth and blood fly from your mouth. Your vision darkens briefly, and as you crash onto your back, you can hear the shocked sounds of your friends. Cell continues smirking as he slowly approaches, raising a hand to deliver the blast that will end your life.

"CELL!" Yamcha yells, landing in front of you. "If you want Kaguya, you're gonna have to go through me, big guy."

Cell laughs. "With pleasure, Yamcha. This time you won't be able to run."

"Who's running?" Yamcha asks, rushing towards Cell as fast as he can. "WOLF FANG FIST!"

As Yamcha futilely attacks Cell with his signature technique, Tien lands in front of you, making a triangle with his hands and gathering his energy.

"TRI-BEAM, HA!" he screams, firing his most powerful, life-threatening attack.

Yamcha teleports out of the way, and Cell's eyes widen as the blast strikes him in an explosion that nearly deafens you. When the smoke clears, however, you see that the blast has done nothing more than slide him back a few feet.

"This again, Tien?" Cell asks. "It didn't work last time, why should now be any different?"

"I told you before, Cell, I may just be a pothole to you, but I'm going to be the worst damn pothole you'll ever have to deal with," Tien responds. "TRI-BEAM, HA!"

Grabbing a Senzu and slipping it into your mouth, you push yourself to your feet as your energy is restored.

In front of you, Krillin and Yamcha land beside Tien, cupping their hands and gathering energy.

"KAMEHAMEHA!" they shout together, unleashing their beams as Tien fires another Tri-beam.

You rise into the air, pointing with your right hand at Cell. Chiaotzu appears at your side, the two of you begin firing Dodon Rays down at your foe.

Cell laughs, creating a barrier of energy that blocks not only the Dodon Rays, but the next blasts fired by Tien, Krillin, and Yamcha. With a roar, Cell sends energy in every direction, throwing Yamcha, Tien, and Krillin back while scorching them at the same time.

You quickly grab Chiaotzu and create a shield, but the power of Cell's attack is too much, and your shield is shattered. Luckily, the shield prevents you from getting hurt, though the force of the attack still knocks you both from the sky.

Sixteen rushes at Cell, detaching his fist and firing it at Cell. Upon striking the creature, it bounces back, and Sixteen reattaches it before being blasted through the chest by Cell and sent crashing onto his back.

Krillin pushes himself back up, gathering his energy into the shape of a disk and hurling it at Cell. Cell knocks the disk off course using his energy, then fires a blast that sends Krillin flying away, crashing just within your line of sight.

You get to your feet and drop into a defensive stance as Cell looks around to select his next target.

"Ah, Kaguya, up already?" he asks. "If I didn't know any better, I'd say that you're using Senzu Beans. When I put you down, I want you to stay down, so those little beans have got to go."

You focus on Cell's energy signature, teleporting behind him and kicking him in the back of the head. He quickly turns and elbows you in the stomach before grabbing you by the throat and slamming you to the ground.

"Now, let's find those pesky little things," he says before quickly locating your little bag and confiscating it. "Ah, there we are! Now, what do you say we settle things?"

He tosses the bag into the air before vaporizing it with a blast of energy.

Looking down, he prepares to finish you with an energy attack, but turns as Billy yells.

Struggling to lift your head, you see your friend completely surrounded by an orange light. Screaming in anger, he launches himself at Cell, headbutting him with enough force to make the creature stagger back a few steps.

Cell growls and hits Billy with the energy blast that was meant for you, knocking him away and presumably hurting him badly, if not outright killing him.

"Now, which piece of trash should I dispose of next?" Cell asks, laughing.

"Don't you dare call my friends trash, you bastard!" you yell, rushing at Cell with speed that surprises both of you.

A mighty kick to Cell's face sends spit flying and causes him to stagger back a step. Landing in front of him, you drive your fist into his gut, then the other one into his jaw before leaping and kicking him in the face, causing him to stagger back further as you cup your hands at your side.

"KAMEHAMEHA!" you scream, firing a massive beam of energy at the surprised Cell, consuming him in the manifestation of your fury.

You stand, panting, as you wait for the smoke to clear. When it does, you find that Cell is mostly unharmed after your ferocious attack.

"Nice try, boy, but I would have thought you'd have learned your lesson by now," he comments, cupping his hands at his side. "Now, let me show you how to use that technique properly."

"Enough!" Haya shouts from behind him. "You've killed half the people on this planet, I'm not letting you take my friends, too!"

With a yell, Haya hurls the ball into the air, where it hovers over a confused Cell. Haya extends her palms towards it, feeding smaller spheres of energy into it, causing it to rapidly swell in size.

Cell stares up at it intently, mild surprise coexisting with curiosity on his face.

Haya thrusts her hands downward.

"Kinoko kumo!" she shouts.

The sphere plummets towards the creature, striking the ground in a colossal explosion.

The others rush as fast as they can to avoid the blast, and you all look to see a gigantic mushroom cloud in the area the attack struck.

Panting, Haya stares at the location of the blast. "See you in Hell."

"No, you won't," Cell declares, flying from the smoke and knocking Haya aside with a single strike. "But, when you get there, tell them Cell sent you."

He raises his left hand, gathering energy to execute Haya.

"Haya, no!" you hear Gohan shout from nearby.

Your friend is going to die if Cell is able to hit her with that attack. You can't let that happen. Which means, there's only one thing that you can do.

Piccolo seems to realize what you're about to do, and looks down at you with a panicked expression. Before he can try to talk you out of your plan, you teleport from his arms, appearing in front of Haya and staring defiantly up at Cell.

Cell smirks. "Ah, going to martyr yourself, are you? Very well, SAY GOODBYE!"

"K-Kaguya, don't," Haya tells you.

You don't move, not as Haya begs you not to do this, not as Cell unleashes his attack, not as it comes screaming down towards you, not as you close your eyes, and say your final words.

"Goodbye, Haya."

The blast strikes you at full power, and the impact throws you back. As you smell your own flesh burn, and feel your senses dim, you're vaguely aware of your friends screaming your name. But, they sound so far away now, and you're just so tired. Too tired to answer them, too tired to keep your eyes open, and too tired to do anything but slip into nothingness.

When your vision returns, you figure that you must be in a dream.

You're on some kind of pathway, one above even the clouds, where a long line of smaller clouds zips towards a large building in the distance, and some people far away shout instructions.
