Time to fight like Goku/Vegeta Namek saga

So, something that occurred to me as an option last quest but I didn't get to post cuz this quest usually takes place during my work hours: We practiced shield bubbles with gohan in the pendulum room. Now might be a good time to use them and save the reporters as well as not get disqualified.

You avoid the blast, letting yourself drop to the ground of the ring.

As the blast goes flying into the atmosphere, you launch yourself at the Cell Junior, rushing towards it and leaping as you approach. You decide to mix things up a bit, and use a move Mr. Satan himself came up with, a little beauty called the Dynamite Kick.

As you fly towards the Cell Junior and unleash your attack, he leaps into the air, and you kick nothing but empty space as you fly from the edge of the ring. Luckily, you're above the ground, so you haven't been ringed out.

Of course, that might change in a moment.

Turning and looking up, you see your opponent staring down at you, forming a triangle with his fingers. Your stomach drops as you realize what he's going to do.

You saw what the attack did to Cell when Tien used it. If it strikes you, you'll hit the ground for sure. But, if you teleport out of the way, Hercule, Miss Pizza, and the reporter will all die.

"TRI-BEAM, HA!" it shouts, unleashing the mighty attack you've seen used by Tien.

So I've got an idea to get us out of our current situation and it might be a bit crazy, but I have put a bit of thought into this.

What if we use multiform? At half our power with the cuffs on one of our clones should be able hold back the tri-beam for a second or two before getting vaporized, and that should hopefully be enough time for the other multiform clone to grab Hercule and the others and teleport them to safety.

Granted, there's still a big possibility that the Kaguya holding back the tri-beam will slam into the ground outside the ring before getting vaped, but still, from what I've seen and thought of this plan seems to have the highest chance of success to me. What do you guys think?

As the blast comes screaming towards you, you let out a yell, using your energy to create a barrier around yourself and those on the ground behind you.

But, the Tri-Beam is far too powerful an attack to be stopped by a shield you had less than five seconds to prepare, and your barrier is immediately shattered.

As the blast strikes you and sends you crashing to the ground, you consider releasing the energy within your cuffs. But, it's too late, and besides, this blast won't kill you, it's the people behind you that are in danger, and a simple release of energy won't save them, not now.

You crash to the ground, which gives way beneath you, dropping you into a deep pit, much like what Tien did to Cell. As you fall, the last thing you see is the Cell Junior laughing. Up above, you hear Miss Piiza scream.

Hovering up from the pit, you find that the reporter and cameraman are both gone. However, it seems Yamcha manages to get Hercule and Miss Piiza to safety, though both look absolutely horrified by what has just happened.

Cell stares at you with a disappointed scowl. "I gave you ten days to prepare yourself, and you weren't even able to stand against one of my Cell Juniors. Pathetic."

In the ring, Gohan battles fiercely against his two opponents, desperately fending off their attacks while trying to counter.

"I had hoped that you would provide me with some entertainment, but it seems as though it was a waste of my time to spare you," Cell continues. "Perhaps Goku and Gohan can provide me with some amusement before I kill you all."

The massive dragon curls around the entire arena, letting one more roar echo through the sky before turning towards you, opening its mouth wide and coming down upon you. In seconds, it vanishes entirely, and you feel your full power for the first time.

It's massive, more than Cell would have had any reason to suspect, and certainly more than enough to destroy the little imps he's unleashed.

You raise your right hand, taking aim at one of the Cell Juniors near Gohan.

The little creature laughs, flying right at you as fast as it can, only to receive an energy attack to the face that completely obliterates it.

Locking onto the energy signature of the Cell Junior that Gohan is fighting, you teleport to the creature and kick it in the chest, sending it screaming into the distance. Glancing down at Cell and his remaining children, you find the little creatures staring with a mixture of confusion and fear, while Cell simply looks angry.

"Kill him!" Cell spits, and his children rush to obey.

As the diminutive monsters come flying towards you, you quickly cup your hands at your side.

"KAMEHAMEHA!" you shout, thrusting your hands toward the creatures and unleashing a blue beam of energy.

The majority of the creatures are caught up in the blast and vaporized, but the surviving four, move to surround you, cupping their hands at their sides before firing off Kamehameha Waves of their own.

You stop the blasts with a mere yell, then fire a quick volley of blasts that destroys every last one of them before touching down in the ring and staring at Cell, who stares back with rage.

There's a lot we don't know, but that doesn't mean the knowledge isn't known. Roshi's got moves upon moves and an understanding of Ki that surpasses any of his students, even if he isn't capable of overpowering them. Likewise people like Korin and Popo are masters in their own rite that know this shit back to front.

We've been so obsessed with trying to get stronger physically that our mind has kind of stalled, which isn't good.
