Landing back on the farm, you find Icarus and Nappa asleep in their usual spots, and Sixteen standing completely still, staring straight ahead with his eyes open. Focusing, you are able to sense your parents inside.

From what I'm getting from the Manga Spoilers: The wish revived Frieza as he was before he died and Frieza's race being durable bastards, he was still alive after Trunks cut him into parts and didn't die until the Ki Blast. So he was brought back alive, as Mecha Frieza, but in pieces. Which they then tossed into a healing pod and called good.

Nappa grins. "That's the spirit! Now, come on, kid, we've got work to do!"

Leaving the table, the two of you rush outside and take to the sky, flying towards the Son household. Goku and Gohan meet you half way, and the four of you find an open field to train in.

"Well, my dad's the strongest out of the two of them, but Nappa hits harder," Gohan tells you. "So, we should try to take him out first. Use your teleporting technique to get behind Nappa and attack. Knock him off balance, then keep my dad distracted."

Nappa smirks, turning into a Super Saiyan. "Making plans, are you? Well, this should be fun."

"Now," Gohan tells you.

The two of you rush forward, and you focus on Nappa's energy signature, teleporting behind him and kicking him the back and causing him to stagger forward.

Goku, meanwhile, rushes towards Gohan, and you lock onto his energy signature before teleporting in front of him, blocking his path and surprising him with a punch to the gut.

As you and Goku exchange blows, Gohan kicks a disoriented Nappa into the sky, holding his hands above his head and taking aim.

"MASENKO HA!" Gohan yells, firing a golden beam of energy up at Nappa, striking him in the back and sending him flying further into the distance.

Goku brings his knee up to your jaw, knocking you on your back. As he fires an energy blast at you, Gohan appears, knocking it aside and charging his father as you leap back to your feet.

Focusing on Goku's energy signature once again, you teleport behind him, and Goku quickly turns to defend against both you and Gohan, quickly being driven back.

Jumping, you kick forward with both legs, pushing against Goku's arms as he brings them up to block. Pushing from his arms, you push them up as you flip backwards, and Gohan takes advantage, quickly cupping his hands at his side.

"KAMEHAMEHA!" he yells, blasting Goku in the chest.

The attack throws Goku into the air. He flips and lands in a crouch. Looking back, you see Nappa land behind you. You and Gohan turn, standing back to back.

As your opponents prepare to attack, you quickly tell Gohan an idea you've come up with.

Nappa and Goku break into a charge, and you and Gohan let out a yell, combining your energy and creating a protective dome around the two of you.

Goku and Nappa stop short, reevaluating their strategy as they observe your new defensive technique. Nappa throws an experimental energy blast at it, but, with the two of you combining your strength, the barrier holds.

"Well, that's not bad," Nappa admits, chuckling.

"Yeah, it's impressive alright," Goku agrees.

"But there's one problem, they can't keep it up forever," Nappa points out.

"Yeah, if we hit that thing with enough power, it'll come down," Goku agrees. "And, they'll be exhausted from creating it and trying to keep it standing."

"Alright then, let's see how long they can hold out," Nappa says, laughing and gathering energy.

"Alright," Goku agrees, cupping his hands at his side.

"Let's try pushing this barrier out," you suggest to Gohan.

"Alright, whenever you're ready," he says.

"KAMEHAMEHA!" Goku yells thrusting his hands forwards and unleashing a light blue beam of energy.

Nappa takes a deep breath and fires a large wave of energy from his mouth.

Yelling, you and Gohan push the barrier outwards, causing it to expand and move right into the attacks. Keeping the barrier together proves difficult, but, with the two of you helping each other, you manage.

The barrier expands just a little further, then explodes, creating a great crater and throwing both Nappa and Goku back.

You and Gohan quickly cup your hands at your sides.

"KAMEHAMEHA!" the two of you shout as you thrust your palms towards Nappa, and Gohan thrusts his palms towards Goku.

Your attack hits Nappa full-force, sending him tumbling backwards and away from you. Goku manages to block Gohan's attack, but is still sent sliding backwards and eventually knocked off-balance.

Goku sits up, laughing, and Nappa grumbles as he stands.

"Well, it looks like the boys win," Goku says.

"Eh, they got lucky," Nappa insists, though you notice him smiling faintly.

Make something similar to cuffs on our hands and legs that requires us to actively cycle ki energy throughout our entire body in order to simply move, let alone fight.

Possibly ask Goku, Gohan, and Nappa to provide it with a bit of their ki and possibly try to keep at it for the entire 8 or 9 days before the Cell Games and unlock the cuffs when we fight Cell with Gohan.

"He'll be fine," Goku assures him. "He just needs time to adjust."

Goku slowly rises into the air, followed by Nappa, and finally, Gohan. The trio fly off, and leave you alone to struggle with the cuffs.

You can't move an inch, plain and simple. These things have you completely immobilized. You struggle with everything you have, but, after nearly an hour, you're barely able to crawl. You've managed to drag yourself a few feet, and that's the entirety of the progress you've made so far.

For whatever reason, these cuffs are causing you far more difficulty than gravity training ever did. As you continue to struggle, you sense an energy signature making its way towards you.

Moments later, Videl lands in front of you, looking down in confusion.

"Why are you on the ground?" she asks. "I was coming to see how training was going, then I sensed you all by yourself. You're not getting lazy and taking a nap, are you?"
