You can generate several thousand gallons of fresh water a day using this method.”

Your father's eyes light up at the mention of thousands of gallons of fresh water. “You realize that this invention will change the economy of Pidjata forever, don't you? We could turn vast swathes of barren desert into lush farmland. You'd revolutionize the kingdom.” Your father turns to you, grinning like a madman. “Why am I only just hearing about this now? Here's what I was getting at when I thought of that.

When we enchanted our Master's pipe we pulled out the part of the string that represented it in the physical world, and changed it, then put it back. Besides meaning that everything physical is connected through the string(s), if they have tunes, it's a possibility that everything would have a seperate individual tune as well. However, this is assuming that everything has a unique bit of string representing it, which I am assuming.

Now what I'm getting at is this, if we could meditate and familiarize ourselves with something's individual frequency and could memorize how it sounds and then we were able to recreate it's specific frequency so that they harmonize in conjacent with each other, we might just be able to find anything physical (including people) we've familiarized ourselves with anywhere in the physical reality.

Also, the shrine to the Child is probably a portal as it felt the same as the portal we used to travel to Namek, the stars shifting suggest different destinations. We'd have to look at the star charts of the other planets probably found in Rhynian ruins to see where we're going. Or we could just step the fuck through.

I think forty percent for you and forty percent for Thaddeus, with twenty percent set aside for myself, would be a fair deal if you take on a larger role in the construction of the workshop itself.”

Thaddeus seems entirely lost, listening to the two of you bicker. However he does manage to make himself heard during a lull in the conversation. “Look, I don't really need much in the way of money. I'm apparently already very rich as is. All I really want is the credit I'm due. So long as everyone knows that I'm the one who invented the device, I'm the one who made it possible, I don't care whether I get thirty percent, forty percent, whatever. Call it the Thaddean Method of Water Purification or something.”

You grin a vicious grin, turning to face your father.. “Perfect! It's settled then. Sixty percent for myself. Thirty percent for Thaddeus. Ten percent for you, father. Considering we're two against one, all three of us partners in this little enterprise, the matter seems resolved to me.”

With that, your father departs. Skull Kid turns towards you, holding out one of his fist towards you. You stare at it, not really sure what he's getting at. “Mik, don't leave a brotha hanging. Bump your fist against mine.”

You do as he ask, and he makes some sort of obnoxious explosion noise with his mouth while waving his fingers at you. “I'm gonna be famous! Thanks for this, man. I owe you one.”
