"Get Goku out of there!" you shout to the others.

Looking up, you see Nineteen charging down towards you, and rush up to meet him. Using the afterimage technique, you get behind the Android and strike at him with your sword.

The Android turns and raises its left arm to block, only for you to slice it off. Your foe quickly retreats down to the ground, landing hard and staring up at you, his expression no longer one of amusement.

Meanwhile, Piccolo attempts to swoop in and help Goku, only to be struck in the chest by eye-beams from Android Twenty.

Kazuma, Billy, Haya, and Tien, who had been moving in to assist Piccolo and Tien, quickly stop in their tracks.

Nappa strikes Android Twenty in the face, knocking him back and quickly gathering energy. The Android drops to the ground and stares up at Nappa, smirking.

"Let's see how you like this, old man!" Nappa shouts, taking a deep breath and unleashing a colossal wave of energy from his mouth.

Android Twenty laughs, quickly holding his hands up towards the blast. He makes no effort to evade it as it reaches him. His laughter continues as the blast seems to vanish into his palms.

Android 20 lowers his hands, chuckling to himself as he stares up at a stunned Nappa.

"And thank you for the energy," he says with a laugh.

You know that Nappa still has most of his strength, but if what Twenty said was true, he just absorbed that last attack and grew stronger. Nappa didn't seem to be winning the fight as it was, and with his foe growing more powerful, he will most likely lose.

He glances over at you, seeming ready to protest.

"Number Twenty, I have sustained injuries in my battle," Nineteen calls to his ally.

Android Twenty glances over, eyes widening for a moment before his gaze shifts to you.

"So I see. Nineteen, I believe we will allow Kaguya and Nappa to switch opponents if they so desire," he says. "It seems Kaguya will require a more powerful foe in order to be defeated. And, injured though you are, I am confident you can handle Nappa."

"You really think that tub of lard stands a chance against me?!" Nappa demands.

Android Twenty does not answer, his focus remaining locked on you.

Nappa growls. "Fine! I'll show you! That stupid clown is gonna get blown to bits!"

Android Nineteen shifts his attention to Nappa, and switches spots with Twenty. The old-looking Android stares up at you.

"You have grown more powerful than the data module calculated," he comments. "Your power exceeds that of Number Nineteen by a fair margin. Had you ran into either one of us by ourselves before we'd had the chance to gather energy, you likely would have emerged the victor."

He smirks. "But, you were not so fortunate, were you? I have appropriated energy from Yamcha, Goku, Nappa, and even you. My strength has increased more than enough to sufficiently deal with you."

"Remember, don't use energy attacks!" you warn Nappa.

"Right!" he calls back.

You hold up one hand towards the sun, trapping light in the hand as you close it into a fist.

Pulling your hand back, you throw the ball of light down at Number Twenty, who laughs and raises his left hand to absorb it.

"You fool!" he shouts, only to yell in shock and frustration as it explodes into a flash of light, temporarily blinding your opponent.

You swoop down, bringing your sword down in a powerful slash meant to slice your opponent's hand off. But, Android 20 is smart enough to get moving, and quickly leaps into the air, flying back to put distance between you.

You give chase, and quickly catch up with your opponent, slicing downward in an attempt to cut him down the middle. However, your opponent shifts to the side, causing your blade to miss.

Unfortunately for him, this gives you a perfect opening to bring your knee crashing into his gut, causing him to hunch over as you raise your sword again for a downward slash.

Yelling in frustration, your foe fires a quick wave of energy into your chest, knocking you back and causing you to slice through nothing but air as he reorients himself, glaring coldly at you.

"Let's see you dodge this!" you tell the old man as you put your sword away, rushing towards him as fast as you can.

You picture a wolf running at your side, you hear its howl, and you channel energy into your hands while keeping it locked within your body.

At the last moment, you use the afterimage technique to get behind Number Twenty, pulling back your right fist to strike.

"WOLF FANG FIST!" you shout.

The Android turns just in time to receive a punch to the face, knocking his hat off and revealing a glass dome containing what appears to be a brain. You attack with series of punches and clawstrikes to the chest and gut, hitting him repeatedly before he finally manages to seize your wrists, pulling you in and slamming his knee into your jaw.

Releasing you, he kicks you in the gut and knocks you away before going to ground and retrieving his hat, placing it back on his head as you prepare to defend yourself.

The Android charges into the air, moving towards you at a rapid pace, and throwing a palm strike at your face. You lean to the side, slamming your foot into his nose, only to receive a punch to the side of your head a moment later.

You and your foe move back from one another, staring each other down.

"You know, you and the obese clown over there don't look very threatening," you comment. "Honestly, taking you seriously is more of a challenge than defeating you."

"Yes, throw verbal assaults to your foolish little heart's content," Android Twenty responds. "Your overconfidence will be your undoing."

You get into a defensive position before turning your attention away from your opponent. You see that Nappa has the upper hand in his battle against Android Nineteen, pummeling the obese machine, and laughing joyfully while doing so.

You glance down, and see Krillin, Gohan, and Yamcha tending to Goku and Piccolo, giving the Namekian a Senzu Bean. Gohan says something to Yamcha, who picks up Goku and floats into the sky.

You feel a foot slam into your back, and you let out a pained cry as your back arches. Android Twenty has struck while you were distracted.

"You fool, you should know better than to take your eye off of your opponent!" he laughs, slamming his fists down on the back of your head and sending you crashing down to the ground below.

You push yourself to your feet, and spot the Android rapidly descending towards you.

You leap out of the way as he crashes to the ground, a palm strike creating a fissure as it misses you.

You quickly raise your hands in front of your face and yell "SOLAR FLARE!" only to receive a punch to the gut an instant later, followed by a kick to the jaw.

Leaping back, you drop into a defensive stance. "For an old man, you sure seem energetic. Thought you'd be tired by now."

"Far from it," he says, calmly walking towards you.

You can't sense his power, so you can't be sure how much energy he has left, but you can tell that you're beginning to lose your own energy. You've already taken some serious hits from him, and expended some of your energy battling both him and Nineteen. It's hard to say who is winning this battle, but if it goes on for too much longer, you may very well lose.

You parry a palm strike, and bring your knee up to block a kick as the Android reaches you. Slowly, step by step, your opponent forces you back, though you manage to keep him from landing a single blow.

His eyes widen, and he turns his head just in time to receive a kick to the jaw from Gohan that causes him to stagger back and cease his assault.

"Meddlesome insect, your power is leagues below my own," Android Twenty tells him. "I hope you realize that you've just brought about your own demise."

I say we should try and lock him down with a beam. If he tries to absorb it he shouldn't be able to move or else it will overtake him. Someone else should be able to take advantage of that.

You charge at Android Twenty, slamming your fist into his face, kicking him in the gut, and then kneeing him in the jaw.

"Keep your eye on your opponent!" you mock, kicking him in the face and sending him crashing to the ground nearby.

"Thanks, Gohan," you tell your friend.

He smiles. "No problem."

"Nappa, finish off Nineteen quickly!" you shout to your Saiyan friend.

Glancing towards him, you see Nappa breathing heavily as he continues to battle a badly damaged looking Android Nineteen. The clownlike machine has lost his hat, and a clear dome containing metal parts can now be seen on top of his head.

The furious Android shoots beams of energy from his eyes, which Nappa quickly avoids, rushing forward and bringing his leg into the Android's gut.

With a yell, 19's remaining hand shoots up, grabbing Nappa by the throat. The clown begins to chuckle.

"Now I have you, and your energy will be mine!" Nineteen declares, shaking with laughter.

Nappa glares at his foe, raising his right fist, and, fighting the urge to gasp for air and struggle with the hand on his throat, instead slams his fist down onto Nineteen's arm, punching right through it and severing his foe's remaining hand.

Nappa chuckles, removing the appendage from his throat and tossing it aside. "That quick enough for you?"

Glancing back towards Android Twenty, you see your opponent get back to his feet, eyes widening with shock as he sees what's been done to Nineteen.

"A bit slow for a Super Saiyan," you comment. "Alright guys, finish off Nineteen, I'll take care of Twenty."

Your friends quickly swoop in, attacking Nineteen with a furious combination of punches, kicks, and energy attacks. Nineteen manages to kick Billy back, and his eye beams strike Haya, causing her to collapse to the ground with holes in her chest. Kazuma and Tien are kicked aside, and the fat clown retreats.

Krillin watches it go, holding his right hand above his head and spinning it around, gathering energy and shaping it into a disk.

"DESTRUCTO DISK!" he yells, hurling the attack after his fleeing foe.

Nineteen turns around, but it's too late for him to get out of the way, and the disk cuts the Android in half.

As the broken remains of Number Nineteen collapse to the ground, you launch yourself at Number Twenty, who grins his teeth in anger as you approach.

He manages to parry the first punch you throw at him, but the second one strikes him right in the face, snapping his head back. You quickly draw your sword, slicing downward, only to have his left hand shoot out and seize the hilt of your sword, stopping your attack.

As you struggle against his strength, Twenty smirks, bringing his knee into your chest and causing you to hunch over. He steps back, pulling on the sword and causing you to stretch your arms out before he slams his right elbow down onto your left arm.

You scream in pain as you feel the bone shatter, and an instant later, you are struck with an uppercut to the jaw that knocks you flat on your back, the sword dropping from your hand.

Number Twenty leers over you, raising his hand and slowly bringing it down towards your face.

You quickly reach up with your good hand, grabbing his wrist and attempting to stop him from reaching you.

Of course, he uses his other hand, wrapping it around your throat tightly. And, as your foe smirks and begins to laugh, you feel your energy beginning to drain rather rapidly.

He glances up, presumably towards the others. "I would not advise attempting to stop me now. My power is far superior to any of yours, and growing greater by the second. I'll admit, you've all put up a far greater fight than I was expecting, but the end result is the same. You will all die, and Doctor Gero will have his revenge."

As your vision darkens, you suddenly hear a crash, and see Doctor Gero fly off of you, crashing to the ground with a grunt.

Your vision clears, and you see Vegeta standing above you, the arrogant smirk you've grown so used to very much present on his face.

"That's funny, I remember you feeding that same line to Kaguya and Kakarot, and both of them surprised you," Vegeta tells him. "The distinct look of shock on your face hardly inspired confidence. One doesn't predict or calculate power like ours. Now, I have a question for you."

"Oh?" Twenty asks.

"Does a machine like yourself ever experience fear?" Vegeta asks, locking his elbows at his side and clenching his fists.

The wind picks up around you, and Vegeta's power begins to climb rapidly. The ground shakes beneath your feet, and the howling of the wind becomes nearly deafening. Vegeta's hair flashes golden, as does his aura, before the color solidifies, and, with a yell, he transforms, the ground beneath him becoming a crater as he becomes a Super Saiyan.

You sense Vegeta's strength, and find, to your surprise, that it's roughly equal to your own. You just don't know if that will be enough.

Your thoughts are distracted as a vaguely familiar power level approaches. Looking to the sky, you see Trunks come down to land. He stares at his father and the Android in shock.

"What's going on?" he demands.

The Saiyan Prince slams his fists into the back of the Android's head, knocking his hat off and sending him slamming into the ground.

Twenty picks himself up, glaring up at Vegeta, who smirks down at his angry foe.

"So, what was that about overestimating my chances?" Vegeta asks.
