He chuckles. "Well then, the gloves are coming off!" he declares, yelling as he rushes towards you yet again.

You effortlessly block and parry every single attack he makes, not giving an inch of ground as he continues to furiously strike at you, his speed and strength impressive for a normal human, but no match for you.

He jumps back, then leaps at you once again.

"Dynamite Kick!" he shouts, and this time, you don't block, taking the kick directly to your face without so much as flinching.

Mr. Satan's eyes widen in shock, and you hear Videl gasp off to the side. Hercule quickly backs off, looking at you in concern.

"Are you okay, kid, I didn't think...I mean, I thought you'd block that," he tells you.

You smile, showing him that you're fine, then power down to a level of strength just below his own, throwing yourself at him and throwing a quick series of punches that he quickly moves to block. The sudden attack took him off guard, so he struggles at first, but soon he's managing to hold you off fairly well.

"Hmm, you've got good moves, kid," he tells you. "But don't think you're gonna win this!"

"I'm going to knock you out of the ring now," you tell him.

He laughs, leaping back. "Yeah right, it's you that's going out of the ring!"

He yells as he charges at you once again, throwing a punch that you effortlessly catch, tossing him over your shoulder and out of the ring.

"Are you okay?" you ask Mr. Satan, walking to the edge of the ring and looking down as Videl stares in disbelief.

"Who? Me?" he asks, looking up at you dumbly before leaping to his feet, laughing and rubbing the back of his head. "Of course! Do you really think a fighter of my caliber would take damage from an accident like that?"

"Accident?" Videl asks in confusion.

"Yeah! You see, I'm so powerful, throwing my arms around like that could make me fly through the air if I'm not careful!" he explains, glancing at you. "Kaguya here figured that out, and took advantage of the momentary imbalance my punches cause, and used it to knock me out of the ring before I had the chance to really show hi what I'm made of!"

He laughs. "Very perceptive and intelligent, a fine student indeed!"

"So, are you willing to talk about energy now?" you ask him.

"Energy?" Videl asks.

"Oh, it's a special kind of technique he uses," Hercule tells her. "A sort of light show he uses to disorient his foes and give him an opportunity to strike! He used it well against the Saiyans, but in matches like this, we stick to martial arts, not tricks!"

"Well, if you're okay, do you want a rematch?" you ask.

A bead of sweat drips down his face, which momentarily goes blank, before he begins to laugh again.

"Haha! No thanks, kid! I admit, you're pretty good, but still not good enough to take on the champ!" he tells you. "If I hadn't slipped up so early, there's no way you could have held me off much longer!"

"Sure, kid, hopefully there will be a Junior Division by the time that happens," he says, writing down the address you tell him.

With all of that taken care of, you take your leave of Satan Castle, flying off towards a much better place for your training, Kami's Lookout. As you approach, you can sense that the others have left, and realize that it's pretty late.

Landing on the Lookout, you say a quick hello to Mr. Popo before searching for the guardian of Earth.

Unsurprisingly, you sense Kami within his throne room, and quickly make your way there, knocking on the door and hearing him tell you to enter. Upon doing so, you find him sitting on his throne, as he almost always is when you come to visit. He looks at you and smiles kindly, leaning back.

"Kaguya, back again, are you?" he asks with a chuckle. "Switched up your training hours, perhaps? I'd have to tell you that there are few benefits to night training beyond working on your ability to see in the dark and changing your sleep schedule around a bit."

He sighs, his expression growing serious. "But, that's not why you're here. Something is troubling you, isn't it, my friend? Yes, I can feel something weighing on your heart and mind."

The Guardian gives you an inquisitive look. "And why is that, Kaguya?"

You tell him what happened earlier this very day with Goku and Gohan. How you took the father and son with you to the Pendulum Room, and ultimately to Namek, during the time of the battle with Frieza, then made them watch as Frieza slaughtered their friends and family one by one. You tell him that the plan worked, and they became Super Saiyans because of it.

"But, I hurt Gohan in the process," you say. "And now, I don't think he wants to be my friend anymore."

Kami sighs heavily. "I see. I imagine that such a thing must have been difficult for poor young Gohan, and even his father. But, I can also see why it would fill you with such turmoil. What you did was a step you're afraid you shouldn't have made, a step down a path you fear to tread."

He closes his eyes. "Indeed, I have sensed changes in you since your return from Namek. We spoke on a similar issue when you killed the Saiyan, Turles some time ago. Goku had moral reservations against that action, and you weren't sure of your own decision. I told you then that sometimes you must do what is necessary, even if you don't like it to, to protect those you love."

His eyes open and stare into yours. "So, with that in mind, I must ask you a very simple question. Do you feel that what you did today was entirely necessary?"

"If you are uncertain, then why did you take that course of action?" Kami asks softly.

"I panicked," you tell him.

He nods in understanding. "About these Androids. You fear that you and your friends won't be strong enough to face them when the time comes."

You nod. "And I still don't know what to do. At that moment, I was sure about what I was doing, or at least that it needed to be done. But after what happened, and with how it effected Gohan, I'm starting to have doubts and think that maybe there was a better way to go."

He nods. "So, in that moment, your fear got the better of you."

You nod in return. "I thought we needed more Super Saiyans, and it seems rage drives them over the edge. I don't know a healthy way to do that."

Kami rises to his feet. "No sense pondering it now. All of the Saiyans besides Vegeta are Super Saiyans now, and I doubt the prince will accept your help."

He stares at you intently. "Kaguya, do you remember your training for the Saiyans? Two incredibly powerful beings were coming to destroy this world. You had less than a year to prepare, and the fate of the world rested on you and a few of your friends."

He steps forward and places a hand on your shoulder. "And yet, you, a child even younger than you are now, did not give into fear, did not allow panic to make you compromise your beliefs in right and wrong. You put everything you had into your training, working with your friends to strengthen one another, growing to trust one another as brothers in arms, all the while maintaining confidence that, when the time came, you and your friends could face it together."

He smiles. "And you did. The Saiyans came, but the world is still here."

"I'm afraid that I can't offer much advice in that category," he tells you apologetically. "Though, I suspect, given time, Gohan will come to forgive you. Of course, a simple, "I'm sorry" can go a long way."

Taking to the sky, you make the journey home rather quickly, finding Icarus and Nappa sound asleep in their spots outside as you land, silently creeping into your house and up the stairs to your room, where you change into your pajamas and turn in for the night, bringing up your covers and falling asleep.

Tonight, you aren't greeted by the grinning faces of your worst enemies, but the joyous faces of your friends. You dream of days spent playing tag through the skies with Gohan, Kazuma, Billy, and Haya. You dream of days on the Lookout, training with Yamcha, Krillin, Tien, and Chiaotzu. You dream of the trip to Namek with Goku, where the two of you continuously pushed each other to new heights of power. You dream of days spent studying with Gohan, or walking through the woods with Icarus, or teaching Nappa how to farm.

Yes, tonight you sleep well, and feel quite refreshed when you wake up.

Changing back into your normal clothing, you head downstairs to the kitchen, where Nappa is in the process of devouring his pancakes, and your father drinks a cup of coffee while reading the paper.

Your mother greets you with a smile and your own plate of pancakes, which she sets on the table in front of you.

"Good morning, Kaguya," she says happily. "You're looking to be in much higher spirits today."

Nappa nods after swallowing his stack of pancakes. "Good, your moping was giving me a migraine."

Your mother glares at him, and he instantly stops talking until he asks for more pancakes about three seconds later.

This, of course, reminds you of your own pancakes, which you proceed to devour with nearly as much gusto as Nappa.

Your father sets his newspaper down, nodding at you. "Glad to see that you seem to be doing better."

I remember people in earlier threads talking about learning how to fire ki blasts from our aura. If we could do that it would allow us to pelt our enemies with ki blasts as we engage in melee. Imagine getting an enemy in a headlock or something and being able to pelt them with energy at the same time.

What's the point of throwing the solar flare?
It'll only affect an enemy once.

And even then Cell will know the trick.

"A couple of ideas," you tell him, looking up towards the sun.

You explain your plan for your first technique: a Solar Flare that you can throw like an energy blast.

"Sounds neat, but how would you do that?" he asks.

You're not entirely sure how, but you're sure you can figure it out. It takes a while, and many unsuccessful attempts that earn you more than a few complaints from Master Roshi. Krillin sits with his back to you as you practice, not wanting to be blinded.

Finally, you come up with something that seems to work. Holding one hand in front of your face, and cupping the other over it, you shout "Solar Flare!". There's a flash within your hands, and , pulling back the cupped hand, you find a small ball of light hovering above it.

"Krillin, I think I've got it!" you tell your friend, who hops to his feet and comes to stand beside you, looking at the small ball of light intently.

"Huh, that's strange," he comments. "I never knew you could do that."

Deciding to find out if it works, you throw the ball of light out onto the ocean. You and Krillin shield your eyes as you close the hand that threw it into a fist, and it explodes in a blinding flash.

"Hahaha, you did it!" Krillin says excitedly. "Nice job! And in only a few hours! Got a name for it yet?"

"I call it a Flashbang," you tell him. "Oh, and I created another technique during my fight with Frieza a few days ago."

"Oh yeah, what was it?" he asks.

You explain about coating your hands with the energy of a Destructo Disk, and how it worked against Frieza. Of course, you also tell him how rapidly it drained your energy.

"I'll have to give that one a try," he tells you. "Any other ideas?"

You focus your energy into your right hand, doing all you can to make it similar to the Destructo Disk. But, unlike in your battle with Frieza, you don't settle for simply coating your hand in it, you seek to also extend it outward like a sword.

Molding the energy in that way proves difficult, and getting it to even start in the right direction requires a great deal of concentration. But, you refuse to give up, and after nearly an hour, you're able to finally achieve the desired results, creating your Destructo Sword.

You quickly realize that it's draining your energy fast, and make a mental note not to overuse it in battle.

"Okay, that's awesome!" Krillin tells you. "But, I feel your energy dropping pretty quickly."

You stop channeling your energy, taking a moment to relax after the strain of that technique.

You decide to see if there's a way to just release the energy from your aura and send it out as a barrage of attacks all around you.

You find that, yes, you can take the energy from your aura and make attacks from it, but it's far weaker than a normal energy attack. However, you get an idea.

You let out a yell, gathering your power and lifting into the air. As you do so, you turns that gathered energy into attacks, firing projectiles from nearly every inch of your body all around you. You notice, however, that by sending your energy out as you collect it, powering up to full strength takes far longer. And, once you gather your energy, you feel a bit winded from using so much.

You feel really tired as you lower yourself to the ground, taking a seat on the beach and staring out into the ocean.

Krillin takes a seat beside you, and the two of you sit in companionable silence for a little while as you regain your strength, The sun is setting, and you realize you've been here for quite a while. Letting out a yawn, you decide what to do next.
