Well, in order to meet Gin in the way that he described, we would need to not be friendly with Quincy. While Infinite Kubo means that this future isn't set in stone, I happen to like Gin, so I'm a bit biased. The former Shinigami seem to be pretty mysterious, and may be a boon if we could get them to our side. The Quincy are bad news for everyone it seems.

I have a sneaking suspicion that these former shinigami may be linked to the Shadow Judges of the Central 46. Just a hunch, but it isn't unreasonable. But even if they aren't linked to the Shadow Judges, we are still a member of a shinigami organization, so helping Shinigami wouldn't be a bad idea. Quincy are the faction with the least redeemable characters, and the least suboordinate-worthy class characters due to be the archenemy of shinagami AND hollows.

Also, the fact that there is a Quincy force this big expecially since the Emperor of the Quincy may still be asleep, is worrying.

The newcomers are fast, silent and have critically wounded all the former shinigami and are moving on the the demons. Their weapons seem strange, like nothing you have seen before. Then one targets you. Or one of your illusions. It's hard to keep mental pace with them and keep several illusions going. But you manage to sneak up and stab one of them. As the blood comes out their reiatsu surges. Greatly. They then knock you back, causing blood to come from your lip. One of them then shouts "Schieben Sie sie zurück in den Portalen ihr Idioten ! Sie denken, weil Sie einen Brief, den Sie nicht haben, um Strategie zu nutzen?" pardon the shitty german translation They then turn and maneuver around.

You walk up to Odin. "I wish to establish diplomatic relations with Asgard." you say he raises his palm "I have barely met your ambassador, but I think it can be done. Just make sure that it's done through Aintza so that nobody is wiser on your position." Odin says. You nod and talk to Thor and arrange for a visit with him and Starrk.

You then approach Starrk. You talk with him and explain the cave of the djinn . After drawing out the symbols over the portals and explaining the realms he nods then looks at you "We are going to need a defense force besides our groups." he points out. " You will find strong friends and we will be fine. Any progress on the forest?" you ask he motions around at the transplants and grass. "It's a start but Ulquiorra seems to have found a niche." you hug Starrk and go over to Neliel. After about an hour, not teach her how to heal, which she likes and you approach Tousen.

You explain to him the new plan, that would account for you and his recent gains in power. He seems pleased with the explanation and asks about a few things, namely if you can help modify his zanpakto and help him with bankai, which he feels he is able to do.

You tell Tousen you will help him with Bankai. You also say you will help him modify his zanpakto if he wishes. He smiles. He doesn't seem to do that often. You think you need to have a long talk with him sometime.

You walk over to Tier and the Tres. She looks at you "So how was the Date?" She asks. "You would of greatly enjoyed it. We got in a few fights. Went and hunted a demon. Kicked some quincy ass." You say and Tier smiles. "That does sound fun. " She says. "I will come back soon and visit. It's just I need to lay low in the soul society for a little while." You say and she gets up close. "I want to be whole again too. After all the sacrifices I have seen in this life, I would like to think they are all worth something." She says. You hug her. As Aintza approaches you hug her. Aintza comes up, and you make a motion and Aintza hugs her as well. Followed by the Tres.

"If you want I can escort you for a little ways in the soul society." Aintza says as you and Tousen pack some things up. "Well, they won't be able to identify you as a hollow, but I am sure that word will spread quickly of your new status." You say to her. "However, the outskirts are pretty barren." You then follow up.
