You're tired of this. Frieza's ego is keeping him from fighting at full power, despite the fact that you clearly have a large advantage in this fight. It's time to make it perfectly clear that his only chance for survival is to fight with everything he has.

You rush at Frieze, speeding behind him and kicking him in the back, knocking him forward onto his face. He quickly pushes himself up, turning around and firing an energy wave at you.

You avoid the blast and strike Frieza in the gut again, this time making him cough up blood as he falls back to his knees. You raise your hand in front of his face and fire a weak blast of energy from your palm, knocking him onto his back and hurting him rather badly.

"Fight at full strength," you tell him. "I came for a fight, and it's the only way I won't destroy you!"

Frieza leaps back to his feet, clenching his hands into fists of rage as his entire body trembles with his unbridled fury.

"You wish to see my true power?" he asks. "So be it. I hope you're prepared to be sent screaming to the next world, since, once I reach full power, your life will be forfeit!"

You stand back and let Frieza begin to gather his strength.

The ground around you trembles, the wind howls and rushes all around you, the gust threatening to throw you back. The water rampages, slamming into the shore with ferocity as the sky above grows dark.

Frieza's strength increases rapidly, his power growing by the second. Soon enough, it reaches a level equal to your own.

And that's when you strike.

You throw yourself forward, charging your opponent at full speed, unleashing a beam of energy from your left palm. Frieza stops powering up and leaps over the blast, blocking as you reach him and throw a punch.

"So, you finally realized that allowing me to reach full power was tantamount to suicide, did you?" he asks, pushing you back and throwing a kick that you quickly block. "But you're too late. At this strength I should be more than capable of eliminating you."

Frieza brings his foot back and swings his tail at you. You block the strike, only for his tail to wrap around your arm and pull you towards him. An instant later, you receive a powerful kick to the face that leaves you seeing stars as you are thrown away from Frieza.

As your vision comes back to you, you see a wave of energy coming right towards you.

Time to show Frieza, and yourself, what you can do. You're going to push beyond your current strength and overpower Frieza!

You pull back your fist as the blast approaches, punching it when it arrives. Your fist is slowly pushed back towards you, the power of the blast nearly overwhelming. But, you continue to push against it, gritting your teeth and digging deep. You know you can overcome this. You've been in similar spots many times, and succeeded.

Straining with effort, you push your fist forward, slowly moving it into the blast until you're able to redirect it at its sender, who curses as he moves to evade it. You take a moment to catch your breath, feeling a bit tired from what you just did.

Frieza chuckles. "Already you begin to grow weary. It seems my full strength was indeed unnecessary. I am more than capable of killing you with just under three quarters of my power."

He raises his right hand, pointing his index finger at you. You're not entirely sure, but you think he's aiming for your heart.

"Alas, this is where your story comes to an end, my dear "Super Human". It was an amusing tale, to be sure; one of the hubris born of childhood naivety, and it's annihilation in the face of overwhelming reality," he tells you. "Farewell, and enjoy yourself in the next world."

I hope we can do the focused energy HxH style thing. You get the feeling that blocking this particular attack would be a bad idea, so you dodge it instead, gathering your own energy and throwing a blast towards Frieza.

Your enemy quickly avoids your attack, retaliating with another of his thin beam attacks. You dodge and blast at him again, only for the same thing to happen. This repeats a few more times before Frieza switches strategies.

In answer to Frieza's question, you launch yourself at the tyrant, throwing a powerful punch at his face.

He blocks the attack with his right arm, and throws a hook punch at you with his left, which you quickly bring your right arm up to block. Frieza punches at you with his left hand, and your block with your left arm, pushing back his right hand and throwing a punch at his face with yours.

Frieza leans his head to the side, causing your punch to miss. Smirking, he slams his left fist into your gut, then punches you in the side of the head with his right, knocking you to the side.

You land a few feet to his left and shake your head to clear your vision, though your head continues to throb in pain, and you feel nauseous after the blow you took to the gut.

"I believe the first bout goes to me," Frieza comments, continuing to smirk at you. "Care to try again, or would you prefer to have a go at being on the defensive?"

You get into a defensive stance.

"Mixing it up, are we?" Frieza asks. "Very well, let's see if you can muster a better defense than you can an attack."

Frieza moves swiftly to attack you. Bringing up your right arm, you manage to parry his first punch, bringing your arm back as he throws a punch with his right hand. Ducking and rolling beneath it, you manage to get in close and launch yourself at Frieza, crashing your fist into his gut. As he hunches over, you land, then leap off the ground and deliver a mighty punch to Frieza's jaw, causing him to stagger back.

You press the attack, charging and unleashing a furious barrage of punches that batter the disoriented alien. Gathering your strength, you finish the attack with a final punch that sends blood, and what you think is a tooth, flying from your foe, who staggers back further as you land.

You catch your breath as Frieza reorients himself. One look at his face tells you that his calm demeanor is gone once again, replaced with the impotent rage you saw not long ago.

"Enough games," he spits, locking his elbows at his side.

The ground begins to shake as Frieza's power begins to increase once again.

Helix Drill and Lance of Rupture are fairly generic piercing beams, Siege Pulse is kind of like a death ball or big bang attack in that it's a ball of energy rather than a beam, Gommorah's Sky is like hellzone grenade only the blasts are all stored in space and come crashing down on command, and Destroyer Core is a self-perpetuating ball of ki that sucks everything towards it and can be detonated on command.

We need a reverse Solar Flare, instead of blinding them with light we shroud them in complete darkness.

You can't sense Vegeta or Piccolo, but you haven't been able to sense either of them since the battle at Capsule Corp.

Krillin is at Kame House, and everyone else's power is too low to sense from this far away.

Making your way into the throne room, you find the guardian sitting on his throne, like normal, Popo at his side.

"Ah, Kaguya, I can sense that your training went well," he comments.

The way DBZ logic seems to work is that restraining someone from a distance is just as difficult or even more difficult than restraining someone in a grapple. So most fighters figured they wouldn't be able to really capitalize on it even if they could immobilize their opponent. Only real fight we had was the Freiza fight, and due to his personality he needs to be pushed continually to go higher. He always figures the next transformation is enough to stomp the enemy.

Well the melee with the Ginyu force and everyone else at capsule corp we pretty ruthless, but it was a brutal situation.

I have trouble feeling any pity for any PTO.

Granted, we tend to tweak Vegeta continually.
