Well, you can’t have anyone staying behind just because of pale skin and fear of sunburn. Granted, it might not be the actual reason they’re staying behind, but it won’t hurt to check. Setting your own stuff down by the rest of the groups, you give both of them a grin when they look up at you.

“Hey girls,” you say, “Not going out to enjoy the sea?”

“I am fine right here Ashikabi…John,” Akitsu says, her face lighting up a little bit when you give her a look for not calling you by name.

“I am fine as well,” says Selvaria, still not quite so certain about joining everyone for something as simple as a day at the beach.

“If you’re sure,” you say, bending down to pick up a bottle of sunscreen, “But you should both still put on some sunscreen so you don’t burn, I don’t think I’ve seen a pair that’s paler than you.”

“What should I do Ashi…John?” asks Akitsu, “I do not know what sunscreen is.”

Figures, Akitsu might not have even been outside long enough to need sunscreen before you found her.

“Just lay down on your towel Akitsu,” you say to her.

Nodding and moving to lay down, Akitsu clinks slightly as the chains she keeps around her neck hit the ground before she does. Looking up at you from the towel, Akitsu asks, “What now?”

“Now, you just stay there Akitsu,” you say, opening the bottle and trailing a line of sunscreen down her back, causing her to shiver. Leaning down, you place your hands on her back, warming the cool lotion as you slowly spread it over her. Akitsu makes a happy sound in her throat as your gentle hands roam over her back, up around her neck and then down her arms. Moving down to her lower body, you trail more lotion on her pale legs. Starting down the back, you cover every inch, even lifting her legs up so that you can get the front.

By the time you’re done, Akitsu is more of a softly melted pile of happy woman than someone ready to go down to the beach, though you think that’s more that she enjoys your touch than how good you actually were.

Looking up at Selvaria, you hold out the bottle.

“I can do your back if you’d like,” you say, “You can do the rest.”

“Very well,” she says after a moment, her face gather a light dusting of red before she turns and shows you her back. Instead of putting the lotion on her back, you instead warm it with your hands, being very gentle with Selvaria since she doesn’t have her feet under her yet. It only takes about a minute, but you felt her shiver a few times as you went up and down her spine.

“Thank you…” she says as you finally pull your hands away, “I shall take it from here.”

“As you wish,” you say, handing her the sunscreen, which she takes with a small smile.

Turning about, you see both Karasuba and Kazane looking at you with what would best be described as mildly predatory grins. Kazane has a bottle of tanning oil dangling loosely in her hands as she lazes on one of the chairs.

“Got another round in you?” She asks, clearly teasing you, “Or maybe you’d let us get your back?”

I've also noticed there's no indication of attraction points being gained. If it's because everyone in our harem already managed to get permanent after the last arc I'm fine with it, but I do kind of miss them. Getting +20 points with someone after a big event was really rewarding.

If there’s one thing you can’t say no to it’s a challenge, especially from these two, especially from both of them.

That gets you a snort from both of them, though you think it’s a good thing, it’s so hard to tell with these two.

“You first?” Kazane asks Karasuba, holding out the bottle of lotion.

Karasuba smirks, taking the bottle and then holding it out to you.

“I think I remember something about oil and wrestling last time we had a match lover boy,” she says as you try to take it, holding the bottle tight.

“Yeah, but I don’t think that would go over to well right now,” you say, matching her grin as you give the bottle a tug.

“Pity,” she says, letting go of the bottle and then laying down, “You still owe me one then.”

“I’ll make sure to put it on the calendar then,” you say kneeling down beside her as you drip some oil onto her.

Karasuba’s body is much different than Akitsu’s, being more firm muscles and lean flesh compared to Akitsu’s curvy but toned frame. But Karasuba isn’t without womanly charms herself, her legs and body making the one piece swimsuit she has on cling to everything but actually revealing nothing. You take your time to make sure you rub as much as you can while on the beach, so by the time you’re done she’s got a smile on her face.

“Not bad lover boy,” she says, flashing that grin that lets you know she really wants turn around and grapple you instead of lying on the ground and sunning herself, “We’ll have to continue next time.”

You simply give her a grin, before turning around to Kazane.

You’ve never quite managed to make a good call on Kazane’s body, she’s some combination of extremely muscular yet insanely curvy at the same time. It doesn’t help that you’ve only laid hands on her once, to rub her back in her office.

Seeing you pause, she crooks a finger at you, indicating that you should come closer to her chair.

“Come on Mr. Galt,” she says, “I promise not to bite.”

“It’s not biting I’m worried about,” you say, once more kneeling down and drizzling some more oil onto Kazane’s body. As you lay hands on her, you once again realize just how damn big she is. You don’t see her standing up very much, but she is taller than even your large frame and she’s probably nearly as wide, though she carries it amazingly. Her skin is smooth as silk as you rub across it, helped by the oil. Her legs are amazingly long to go with her body, so it takes you a little longer than either of your others before you make it up to her neck.

As you’re just about to finish, you hear different voices and look up. There is a group of about six guys standing near your girls, particularly around Tatsuko. By the looks of it they’re hitting on her and the poor girl isn’t exactly prepared for it. Akeno and Kaname step forward, but they’re in turn hit on despite none of them showing any interest in the guys, who seem to be more punks than anything.

Looking where you are, Kazane smiles up at you.

“If you’re going to do something about it you should do it now,” she says lazily, “While I’m distracted from my nice massage.”

That simply gets you a chuckle as you walk away, towards the gathering group, which now includes an angry looking Chris and a Kaede rapidly heading towards “Murderous Bitch” mode. Finally making it to the group just before one of the six dudes decides it would be a good idea to grab Tatsuko’s hand, you slide right in between them, the beach bro’s looking a bit pissed while Tatsuko tries to hide behind you, something she only partially succeeds at.

“Is there a problem here fella’s?” you ask the six assembled punks, who look to be just about your age. You try to at least be polite about it, but by the looks of it, you aren’t going to be able to stop a fight.

“There wasn’t,” says the leader clearly trying, and massively failing, to intimidate you, “Until you came along and got between us.”

“That’s not what it looked like to me,” you say, giving him a smile that you realize is actually more likely to piss him off, “It looked like these ladies were asking you to leave them alone and you weren’t taking no for an answer.”

“Maybe they just didn’t get to know us properly yet,” says the tough, leaning into your face before reaching out to shove your shoulder, which only causes you to sway a little, “I suggest you let us get to know them before something bad happens to you.”

You know, I've been thinking. John Galt has a lot of experiences being a background character, right? It wouldn't be a stretch to say he has some background experience as a sailor. You know, from being blown up in the background on plenty of naval vessels by either protagonists or antagonists.

You aren’t going to stop this fight, you can already tell. So instead, you start it on your own terms, giving Tatsuko a glance to let her know to back up.

Giving the gathered group one of your most infuriating grins, you give them a “come at me” sign with your hands.

“Try me,” you say.

That’s all it takes for the first guy to swing at you, but he’s so obvious you do nothing more than to move your head to the side, so close you can feel the wind as his punch goes by your ear. His face looks completely surprised that you somehow managed to dodge his haymaker.

“Ooh...so close,” you say, just wanting to piss him off even more.

That gets you a “graghl” sound as his face turns massively red, before he starts swinging wildly with both fists, something you have no problem dodging. Mostly you just skip around in a circle, backwards, while whistling and occasionally bobbing back and forth. The dude looks like a complete fool and it isn’t long before he’s bent over, breathing heavily.

“W-what are you guys waiting for!” he yells at his assembled crew, who look just as surprised as he does, “Get him!”

It takes you a second to work out all five others coming at you, but you quickly and efficiently dodge back and forth between their blows, dodging back enough so that they don’t surround you, that’s just begging to get hit. Your favorite part is when two of them come in from the sides, yelling like maniacs and both swinging for your head. A simple lean back leads to them punching each other, one ending up with a broken nose and the other a swollen shut eye, both of them moaning on the ground in pain.

All in all it takes about ten minutes or so of you doing nothing more than what you would consider a light warm up for them to be utterly exhausted and collapsed on the ground.

“With endurance like that you couldn’t even keep up with these girls, much less catch them,” you say, mocking them thoroughly, “Not that they’d be interested anyway but come on guys, at least be able to back up your front.”

The leader manages to stand, still panting as the rest of the group helps each other up.

“You…we’ll get you eventually!” he says, trying to storm off, but only managing to stumble off with the rest of them.

“I won’t hold my breath!” you yell at their departing backs.

Turning back to your girls with a shit eating grin, you are greeted with a variety of faces, most approving, a few a little concerned looking, but none of them mad at you.

Then you hear something off to your side. Turning, you see the girl from before, dressed in a bikini and laughing.

“Yes, yes just like that!” she says when she sees looking, “I knew you would be a good one to fight!”

Suddenly she’s charging forward, fists at the ready to take a swing.

Oh she did not pick a good time to fight you. This is a terrible time, your girls are around, it’s a giant semi-private beach with a few other people around and you just got done fighting a bunch of toughs.

You do take several chances to try and attack her, but you are either forced to pull back or dodge as her heavy swings try and punch through your body.
