Your body doesn't hurt as much as it did previously did, but in place of the pain is a crushing feeling of exhaustion. You have no idea just how many people you killed today or yesterday, but from the way you feel it might as well have been an entire army. To say you wanted to sleep would be like saying a man walking through the desert wanted water.

However sleep didn't come to you. Even as you lay in bed, stripped bare and curled up in the darkness, you found yourself wide awake. In the darkness you swore you began to hear and see things that couldn't possibly be there and nearly ran naked out of the room to escape them.

Throwing on some clothes you walked the halls of the Avalon in the hopes of tiring yourself out even further. The military personnel were all on high alert still, even as the ship began crossing over the water on it’s way out of Japan. All the civilians, the students from Ashford, were fast asleep and the ones that weren't were slowly crying themselves to dreamland.

As much as you feel satisfaction over beating Zero and Kallen, a part of you knows that they’re not dead and that the Black Knights essentially won. You may have destroyed the infamous “Guren” and the stolen “Gawain” but all you managed to do was kill a few troops and get your friends and classmates out of Japan.

That enough should let you sleep soundly, given how your friends are the only people left alive who care for you, but as much as you wanted to you couldn’t save their families. It pains you to know that the happy, carefree people you went to school with might very well lose their mothers and fathers like you have, either from being caught in the crossfire or mistreated at the hands of the now ruling Elevens.

You didn’t have much to leave behind given the deaths of your own parents, but your home carried and stored a lot of important memories that you’d previously taken for granted. Now, without so much as a picture of your parents, you’re afraid you might one day forget everything that ever made you happy.

“I never did get to play those hen-tie games.” You mutter to yourself as you find yourself still unable to sleep.

You decide to...

>Head to the observation deck. Maybe looking at the sunrise will calm your nerves.

Still unable to sleep, you decide to head to the kitchen to see if there's anything to eat. You're not really all that hungry, or possibly just too tired too realize you're hungry, but for some reason you have this odd craving for pizza.

Unfortunately when you arrive there you find that the mess hall is empty of both staff and eaters, with and nothing on the serving line to grab and eat. You check the vending machines, but all you see are snacks, cold drinks, and a few sandwiches to choose from. Satisfied you check the door to the kitchen and find it unlocked.

It'd hardly be breaking any rules to cook yourself some food, if Lloyd's willing to shrug his shoulders at you going by a completely different name you hardly think he or Cecile are going to get upset over this. As hungry as you are for pizza, buying something from the vending machines would be quicker...

As 'nice' as eating crackers, candybars, and cold sandwiches seems, you decide to take the time to make yourself some nice hot food instead. You're not really much of a cook consider you mostly bought your food and you didn't have dinner with your parents very often, but you did help with a lot of student council projects that involved baking so it can't be too hard.

As you get out ingredients you remember you have quite a bit of reading to catch up on in the form of the Float System manual. Pizza's a food you can pretty much eat with one hand, so it's the perfect food to eat while reading or studying!

You run back to your room and heft the concrete block sized book to the mess hall. Setting it down on a table, you retreat into the kitchen and begin working on making a pizza.

It takes almost an hour, making the dough, rolling it out, applying the sauce, grating the cheese, adding the toppings, and then sliding it into the oven to cook but once it’s done you find yourself actually watering at the mouth upon seeing it. You didn’t feel like taking the time to make the sauce yourself, so you found some premade stuff in the kitchen. The rest of the ingredients are all fresh though, the slices of pepperoni, the cheese covering the pizza and stuffed into the crust, and the veggies you chopped and added to balance out the meat.

You slice it up and stick it in the freezer for a moment to cool it faster, before taking the whole thing to your table and pulling off a slice.

Just one bite and you find yourself barely able to stop eating, the gooey cheese, the spicy pepperoni, the mixing of the flavors of the crust and sauce in your mouth, it makes you laugh out loud in sheer happiness as you eat the first half of the rather large pizza in an a few moments.

You could have sliced the pepperoni a bit thinner and you added a bit too much sauce, but you're barely able to register the small mistakes in this delicious pinnacle of food.

With half of your pizza left you manage to turn your attention back to the Float System manual. Taking a deep breath you open the ridiculously complicated manual and and do your best to read through it, this time with the comfort of pizza by your side...

The book is still as thick and wordishly written as it was when you first read it, but this time you actually manage to glean quite a few things from it. You come to understand the basic controls of the float system in regards to elevation, propulsion and maneuvering and how it differs in regards to controlling standard aircraft.

You still have no idea how the float system actually works but come to understand that there are some advantages and disadvantages to using it.

The advantages are fairly obvious, it allows anything it’s slapped on to fly provided it’s given enough power. The float system itself acts as a means of both propulsion and lift, having greater mobility in the air due to the float system’s greater control over altitude. This makes it ideal for Knightmares whose design gravitates around being fast and mobile.

It’s disadvantages however seem to balance things out. Compared to conventional methods of flight the Float system suffers in regards to speed and range. The float system can only go so fast before it begins eating up additional energy to accelerate beyond a certain speed, while most jet aircraft can break break the sound barrier easily. The float system is also rather power intensive and not merely due to it’s still experimental nature.

Units with integrated float systems tend to have it easier in regards to power consumptions with larger units like the Avalon not having to worry about power due to the availability of space for generators and the like. For units that can equip Float Units as an optional unit, like the Lancelots, they’ll tend to have their operation time chopped in half more or less.

On top of that the extra weight from the float unit makes it difficult to maneuver on the ground, making it less then ideal for ground combat units.

“I guess that makes sense.” You mutter to yourself in between bites of pizza. “Great combat abilities and flight capability at the cost of more power. If that wasn't the case they'd be slapping a Float System on things like the Portman, ha! That'd be stupid..."

You finish your pizza and shove the wordy manual away from yourself, finding much to your delight that you're on the verge of collapsing for need to sleep.

Thankful to be on the verge of collapsing, you clean up as best you can in the kitchen and drag the Float System manual back to your room before stripping down, crawling into bed, and falling asleep almost as soon as your head touches the pillow. The sleep you have is deep and dreamless, the kind you often used to have back when your parents were alive.

As you slept peacefully and comforted yourself with food, someone you once cared for struggled with new found information...

----------------------------------------------------

Lelouch should have been happy.

In the grand scheme of things all the horrible things that happened definitely could have been worse.

Sure, the school had been assaulted and his friends whisked away from his care, Kallen had lost her arms, legs, and the Guren, the W-0 Squad had been completely wiped out save for a single surviving member, and the Gawain was completely destroyed.

However his friends weren't dead and were probably going to be away from the fighting, Kallen would soon be back and fighting once Rakshata assembled the proper cybernetics, the Guren and Gawain were replaceable, and while the loss of the W-0 Squad was regretable the single survivor of the somehow managed to best Suzaku of all people.

Even with the small series of defeats at the school he had Cornelia and her foolishly loyal Knights under his control, giving him access to all kinds of military secrets and information that made crushing the remaining Britannian forces in Japan so easy as to almost be laughable.

However even in the face of his victory and the completion of the first stage of his master plan to annihilate Britannia, he felt a crushing feeling of failure and disgust because of one single person.

Shirley.

He'd meant to protect her by using his Geass on her, all he wished to do was save her the misery of having to remember all the horrors that were going to come when he stepped in to destroy Britannia.

As he walked through the halls of the Ikaruga, the lives of his men, the sheer magnitude of his victory, and the odds he'd managed to overcome through planning and manipulation alone seemed completely and utterly worthless by comparison of his absolute failure to protect Shirley.

"It doesn't make any sense! How could the simple command of 'Forget' turn her into such a monster? No, this couldn't possibly be my doing, could it? She sounded like she was going to kill everyone, not just me..."

Lelouch's brain was wracked with questions and theories, most confirming his own blame and others raising questions that pointed to someone else's involvement. As much as he would love to tell himself he was innocent in Shirley's transformation, Lelouch remembered he was capable of lying to everyone...everyone but himself.

It was times like these that he was thankful Zero wore a mask, because if any of the others could see his face they'd be able to know he was crying his eyes out. He couldn't afford to disappear or shut himself in his quarters, now was a time of celebration and he needed to foster the feelings of trust and faith towards him in his troops for his next operation.

He stepped into the infirmary to check up on Kallen and the other injured soldiers, hoping that seeing the survivors would remind himself he was capable of saving lives. For all the fighting around Japan, the Black Knights hadn't suffered very many casualties in comparison to the Britannians. Ashford Academy had been the only battle Britannian managed to win hands down and that was only thanks to the presence of Suzaku and Shirley.

As he stepped inside, found himself witnessing a struggle between Tamaki and several of the medics.

>>37444864
“He killed them all man! He ripped them open and killed them like they were nothing! He’s not fucking human I tell you, Suzaku’s not fucking human!” Tamaki's eyes were wide and his whole body shook as he screamed, fear and terror emanating from every word and action that his body produced.

The medics wrestled him down and strapped him to his bed, shooting him up with tranquilizers to silence him and prevent him from hurting himself anymore then he had.

Lelouch watched the scene and shuddered, noting that Tamaki was the only survivor of the troops he'd stationed inside the school to watch over Milly and the others. Lelouch had no idea the sheer measure of what Suzaku was capable of until he entered the school after they'd taken everyone away. The Black Knight soldiers he'd stationed there were as well trained as any soldiers and while they lacked the experience of Britannia's troops, their positions should have made them more then an equal matched for an essentially unarmed Suzaku.

When he entered the school though he didn't just find dead soldiers, he found DESTROYED soldiers. Crushed skulls, disemboweled stomachs, arms and legs snapped like swigs, and their firearms and blades plucked from their hands and turned against them. Tamaki was lucky to be alive given how everyone else he was with was going to need a closed casket funeral.

Lelouch tried not to think of that and looked over Kallen who lay in bed, hooked up to machines and sleeping peacefully thanks to several powerful medications. It made him shudder seeing her reduced to a limbless body, but Rakshata reassured him that she'd be able to live a normal life again once she got her cybernetic arms and legs.

He was tempted to say something, to touch and comfort Kallen while she lay in bed, but Lelouch didn't. He knew that he would only be acting to try and cheat his way out of the all too deserving guilt he felt.

As he began to walk to his quarters to prepare his speech, Ohgi approached him with a report.

"We just got the reports back from the recovery team sent to investigate the troops you tasked with following the Avalon. They were all killed, VTOLs, Knightmares, and troops."

"What?" Lelouch really shouldn't have been surprised but snatched the report from Ohgi and looked it over himself.

"Apparently they were wiped out by an unknown unit following the Avalon. It killed not only the troops you sent, but all the forces that passed by, around, or near the ship and took out a hijacked anti-air defense system that fired on the ship. We couldn't find any details, but whatever it was that attacked them was big, orange, and the pilot pretty unstable. He kept shouting for you as he attacked them."

Ohgi spoke calmly, but his worry matched Lelouch's as he pondered if the existence of his orange machine was somehow related to his failures? He told Ohgi he'd have his moles look into information regarding it and left him to continue preparing troops.

As soon he was in his quarters he locked the door, shed his mask, and collapsed into the nearest chair, burying his face in his hands and sitting in the darkness of his room. A warm touche startled him, but he calmed as soon as he saw C.C's face.

"I know you're worried about that girl, I am too though possibly for different reasons." C.C said and began to run her hands through his hair. "But you can't let her stop you, especially given how far you've come. I don't know what's wrong with her or if it can be fixed...but I'll do everything I can to help you."

"Thank you C.C...thank you..." Lelouch sat in the dark with C.C, feeling a bit calmer.

"I'm surprised you haven't said anything about your sister, Nunnally. She disappeared and you haven't mentioned her at all."

"Nunnally?" Lelouched asked, rubbing his eyes. "Who are you talking about?"

You decide to check up on Milly and the others to see if they're alright. On your walk there you take out your phone and try to call Rick and the others. It's been a while since you spoke with any of them and seeing how they were in Area 11, a part of you is worried that they're dead.

The worry inside of you only grows stronger as Bill and Rick don't answer your phone and when you your call to Scott gets through you're greeted an unpleasant gagging and the sound of spilling liquid.

For a moment you’re utterly terrified that you’re listening to Scott dying until he answers the phone with a nonchalant, if sickly “Hello?”

“Scott? Are you OK? What happened to Rick and Bill?”

“No, I’m no OK. I’m seasick and puking my guts out. We’re all alive though, managed to get aboard one of the few surviving ships in Area 11 before it head out. Where are you?"

"I'm aboard the Avalon."

"Oh neat, we can see that thing from down here on the sea. We should be heading to the same place, I'll tell Rick and Bill when they wake up and we can try to meet up- BLAGGHHH"

You hold the phone away from you as Scott's painful vomiting comes over the phone.

"I think I'll call back later."

"Yeah, sorry. I think that's for the best..."

Hanging up your phone you manage to hunt down Milly and Rivalz, finding them comforting some of the more shaken students in the room that had been set aside on the Avalon for the civilians they'd rescued.

Milly and Rivalz greet you with smiles and hugs, though thankfully less spine crushing ones then yesterday.

"How are you doing today? Anything you need help with?"

Milly shakes her head, giving a confident smile. "No, I'm doing fine. Though I don't know if I can say the same for the others. A lot of them can't get in contact with their parents and don't have any living relatives back in the Britannia willing to take them in."

"Really?" You ask, a scowl forming on your face.

"Yeah it's pretty awful. Rivalz is one of those students..." Milly says with a nod of her head, causing Rivalz to have his hands dismissively.

"Hey I'm not as bad off as some of the other kids here, you should be more focused on them. At least I have some of my savings on hand and have some experience working. A lot of these kids don't have anything and some of them are pretty sheltered. Besides, my parents are smart enough not to get caught up in the fighting. They'll be fine."

Rivalz speaks dismissively about his own troubles and puts on a smile, but from his bloodshot eyes you can tell he didn't sleep at all last night, probably up worrying...

"I don't really have much to worry about since I'm with Lloyd and my own family got out of Area 11 pretty quickly, but I'm still technically the student council president and I can't leave everyone like this. That's why I'm trying to set a place for all of us to stay until we can figure out the state of everyone's relatives and families."

"That sounds like a good idea. Just let me know if there's anyway I can help." You offer and Milly nods.

"If you could loan my some money I think I'd have an easier time setting things up. I'm not asking for hand outs, I'll pay you back everything I owe you once everything is settled."

You think and remember you have roughly 6000 pounds in savings (On hand thankfully) and you'll get paid in another week at the end of the month.

“Here’s 4000 pounds, if you need anymore I’m getting paid in a week and I make pretty decent money here.” You smile and hand over the money, with Milly grinning back to you as she stuffs the money away.

“Thanks Shirley, I appreciate it and I’m sure everyone else here will too. You saved our lives and now you’re helping to make things easier for us.”

“Well we’re friends Milly.” You say, feeling an almost electric sense of pride. “And friends look after each other.”

“I wish there was more I could do for you…” Milly looks over you, noticing the bandages through your uniform but you shake your head.”

“You’re doing more than enough Milly. Just make sure everyone’s safe and sound until I can stop this.”

With one last hug, you leave your friends and leave too…

Curious about when you’re going to arrive in Hawaii, you head to the hanger and find Lloyd and Cecile overlooking the repairs on the Lancelot and Lancelot Club.

“Hey Lloyd, what is the Avalon going to do when it arrives in Hawaii?”

“Hmmm? Well we’re going to offload the civilians, make sure all this sensitive data and materials we collected gets sent to the homeland, and then we’re going to wait for our next orders.” Lloyd says.

“So we’re not going back out to fight?” You ask, both thankful and disappointed by the news.

“Not immediately, especially not with everything here in shambles.” Lloyd says, looking back at the damaged Lancelots with nothing but irritation in his voice. “The Lancelot needs major hull repairs, the Lancelot Club needs it’s limbs replaced and internal systems repaired, and the Sutherland Club still needs it’s cockpit block replaced and a new head.”

“Do we have any functional Knightmares on board?” You ask and Lloyd shrugs.

“We have the Sutherland Air Cavalry, but that’s still mostly untested. I’d rather not send it out unless we absolutely have too.”

“What about the Knightmares we captured?” You point to the recovered Gekka and the white machine off in the corner.

“They all need modifications and repairs before they can be properly piloted. The Gekkas should be easy, but that white machine, the ‘Alexander’ is going to be tricky.”

“So how long as we going to going to be waiting in Japan?" You ask and Cecile shakes her head.

"It's hard to tell, the repairs shouldn't take more then a day or two once we get resupplied and we'll be free to act autonomous after that, but chances are prince Schneizel will have direct orders for us." Cecile explains.

"So if you're going to do anything, you should do it once we get to Hawaii. I'll be busy overseeing the repairs and thinking over what to do with these new machines."

>(1/2)
>>
>>37447741
Lloyd states, not seeming the least bit upset over getting to fix his beloved creations and play with the new captured machines.

"If it's alright with you Shirley, why don't you, me, and Suzaku go out and get some R&R while we're in Hawaii? We won't be there long, but there's no sense in passing up an opportunity to enjoy the sites. Besides, I've only just now learned your real name and I'd like to get to know you, or rather the real you." Cecile asks, her expression warm and earnest.

>Sure, that sounds great!

“Sure! As long as we all get to have a good time I don’t see why not. The more the merrier they say, right?”

You leave the hanger with grin on your face and go to ask Milly and Euphemia if they want to join. Milly turns down the offer, she wouldn't feel right if she ran off to leave the rest of the students to worry about their parents. Euphemia's not very receptive of the idea at first, but she warms up to it when she hears you're going along and agrees.

A call to Scott (who thankfully stopped vomitting by the time you called) got everyone else on board and you agreed to meet up outside a bar called the Drunken Shield. A check on the bring confirms you'll be arriving at Hawaii in another hour or so.

Ok here's what shirley knows, Found a big metal pod just dug out from what the enemy said of the mountain, the mountain had lots of those symbols. When pod was smashed something walked out of it. Green haired girl got cut in half and body disappeared leaving no blood trail, drag signs or vehicles marks. Something is up and the symbol may e related if it is we know Zero has something akin to magic on his side.
>>
>>37448707
Well okay, I admit that the unnamed guy at the mountain is a clue in that direction, however C.C missing doesn't mean anything, because let's face it, we don't even know if our harken got her or not.

Still iffy on the whole meta front, last time I IC tried i got voted down. Now would be abusing meta pretty blatantly, only reason i brought up the whole immortal thing was because Nunnall'y going poof is a very bi deal and it messes with Suzaku's head and makes us uneasy as all hell.
>>
>>37448953
The first thing you want to do is make a pizza for Euphemia and the others...but then you remember the symbol. It's been bugging you for a while now, how similar the symbol on the note you found in Nunnally's room is to the symbol you saw on the walls of the tunnel where the rebels were excavating...something.

You have no idea what the symbol could mean or what it has to do with you, but there's part of you feels it's connected to this somehow. The silver haired boy in the woods, that green haired girl who made you feel strange, and then there was Pailsen talking about something called 'Code-R' and immortals.

Starved for answers, you head to the infirmary to talk to Pailsen and find him on the phone.

“Yes it’s me. I’m calling to report up on my offering--Yes it's coming along wonderfully, I'll be able to hand it over to you in a week or so once I've made some confirmations.--There's no need to be suspicious, after all if you give me what I want I'll be readily available should anything go wrong. I'm willing to be my life that you will be very satisfied with how she-"

Pailsen turns around, jumping in surprise as he sees you.

"Oh, Shirley I didn't see you come in." He closes his phone and stuffs it away in his jacket, putting on a nervous smile as you walk over.

"Who was that on the phone just now?"

"Oh just someone interested in some research I've been pursuing on the side. He's getting a little whiny since I haven't delivered what I said I would when he asked. Some people just don't realize that these things take time to complete. But I'm sure you didn't come all the way here to listen to a boring old man's business dealings. Is everything alright?"

You sit down and explain what happened to him, the symbol, the strange boy, your run in with the green haired girl, and then Nunnally's disappearance and the fact no one ese in the student council seems to be able to remember her but you and Suzaku.

"No I can't say I have..." He says quickly.

"Are you sure? What about Code-R..."

"You have to bare in mind Shirley, I was merely a consultant. I wasn't an official member of the project for very long...thanks to your father..."

"Huh? What did you say?" You didn't catch the last part, but Pailsen shakes his head.

"Nothing, I'm just intrigued by your information, especially your reaction to that girl and your description of that silver haired boy. I know a few people who might be able to help look into this, discretely of course. In the mean time I'd like to run some tests and check out the blood on this letter. Would that be alright?"

“I’ll give you the results once they come in, though I suspect my acquaintances will take a while to get back to me…”

“That’s fine, just make sure you don’t get in trouble or get wrapped up in any thing crazy. This stuff is really unsettling and I'd hate if you were hurt because of something I asked you to do..." You look to the old man and he just laughs, shaking his head.

"Don't worry about me Shirley, just focus on taking care of yourself. Now you should run along and enjoy yourself, leave this nonsense to me."

"Alright, I'll talk to you later then!"

With a thankful wave you leave the infirmary and head out the door to prepare for your outing with Cecile in the gang. As soon as you're down the hall and far out of earshot, Pailsen flips open his phone and dials a number.

I'm going to laugh my ass off if that fucker (whoever he is) is going to kill Pailsen right in front of us, explain what a shitty person he is and offer us a position of power or something.
Because fuck this guy.

Well the socializing one is "Master chief it up." So I'd assume making Pizza.

So basically we've picked up another one of the few hobbies CC has? What next? We start walking around the Avalon wearing only some random shirt?

There's probably no microwave pizzas available, which blow anyway, so why not do it ourselves? Finding decent takeout on a military vessel is pretty problematic and we can probably only bully the chef into Italian nights so often before it wears thin.

After thinking of what you should do to get ready for your arrival in Hawaii, you dismiss getting clothes and a swimsuit (since you can buy them easily in Hawaii) and talking with the others since you’ll be hanging out with them anyway. Then your mind immediately goes back to pizza, delicious, wondrous, gooey pizza.

It’s not so much that you’re hungry, but rather you feel it'd be nice to share pizza with your friends. Besides, where the hell are you going to find a pizza place in HAWAII? There's probably a stray Pizza Hut lurking somewhere inland, but why waste time going to the pizza when you can make it yourself?

Heading to the kitchen you talk the cooks into letting you make pizza and get to work cooking up something for your friends.

>(Roll 1d100 to determine the quality of Shirley's cooking. Only the first three will be accepted, 1 is a critical failure and 100 is a critical success.)

If the pizza you made before was comparable to ambrosia, then the pair of pizzas you just produced are the equivalent of panacea. As soon as they’re out of the oven and in the boxes you prepared you practically have to fight off the cooks to keep them from chomping bites out of your creations. Fleeing the kitchen with pizzas in hand you meet up with Euphemia, Cecile, and Suzaku at the offloading ramp and escape the ship before the cooks (and several eaters of the mess hall) and catch up to you.

"What was that all about?" Suzaku asks, but then he takes a whiff of the pizza and goes silence.

"I did a bit of cooking for us and I guess some of the others got a bit too excited." You say, actually getting a laugh out of the still somber looking Euphemia.

"I'm glad to see you're getting into cooking Shirley! I'm something of a cook myself, maybe I can show you some of my recipes." Cecile practically jumps up in down in excitement and you see Suzaku go pale behind her.

After a brief stop at a local store, you buy yourself a swimsuit and head to the Drunken Shield where Rick, Scott, and Bill await you.

Scott is wearing a pair of swimming trunks and a white t-shirt, Bill is wearing a rather old fashioned one piece male bathing suit that looks a bit odd on his big dark skinned body, and...Rick is wearing a tight black speedo and an open shirt.

"Hey Kuu, are these friends of yours?" Rick asks, acting surprisingly casual given his ridiculous attire.

>"Yeah they're members of the special corp like me. I made pizza for all of us!"
>"Yes, and no you're not going to get any of their numbers unless you're interested in Suzaku."

“Yeah! They’re members of the special corp who work with me and before you ask, no you're not going to get any of their numbers unless you're interested in Suzaku."

“Wait wha-” Rick freezes up as you say that and Suzaku just looks confused, with Cecile giggling and Euphemia flat out laughing at the statement. Then rick turns the brightest shade of red you've seen in a long time and you notice whatever tightness he had in that speedo of his loosening up from sheer embarrassment.

“Oh and I made us some pizza!" You say, holding up the boxes as the sniggering from Chris and Bill cease as soon as they've smelt them.

"Really? That's awesome Kuu I didn't know you could cook!" Chris exclaims and you shake your head a bit awkwardly.

"Yeah, about that. My name's not Xinlu Kuu, it's actually Shirley Fenette."

"And?" Bill asks, taking a peek at the pizza inside the boxes you hold. "My last name isn't really Gates, I don't see what the big deal is."

"Wait." Rick says, his eyes visibly widening behind his shades. "You're actually a girl, right?"

You just glare at Rick and he waves his hands if mock surrender. "Just checking, just checking. Let me make it up to you get getting you all some drinks! I know the guy who owns this place and he owes me a LOT of favors. I got us a private booth in the back and we can have any drink these guys can make, no questions ask. So bring that pizza inside and let's have some fun!"

With Rick taking the lead you enter the Drunken Shield, order some odd sounding drinks and proceed to talk over your amazing pizza...

(Annnnnd this is where I'll stop things tonight. Thanks for playing guys!)

we still need to play ZE GAME!
>>
>>37452289
Worse, we can't really be that paranoid since Zero would be consolidating his hold over Area 11, so it wouldn't do to go about armed unless we're expecting combat anywhere near where we are.

I'd say that while Pailsen hasn't made the Kitai-Hime Modo list, he's acting really fucking odd.

are we gonna meet Dennzel Kruszewski again eventually or did we lose that chance when we choose the Special corps route?

Not going to happen I imagine. We have bigger issues.

Yup. Not enough to shake us quite yet though. We should have told Lloyd and Suzaku about giving him the paper though.
