You are Ur'shal, chieftain of the Stonetusk Clan. After a council of your lieutenants you have decided to raise the morale of your clan and cement the loyalty of your newer members by way of some raiding. Slaves and loot are surefire ways to keep your frustrated clanmates happy so that you can focus on other issues without worrying that half the clan will kill each other in the meantime.

In the morning, you are going to lead a raid on one of the larger elf settlements on the outskirts of the jungle. It will be difficult, neither you or most of your clanmates have ever fought elves before, or fought anywhere except The Wastes, a far different environment from the one you will be going to.

While your lieutenants organize the rest of the pack, you decided to spend some time questioning one of your slaves on the state of another, in the hope that you might be able to stop the newer slave from whining quite so much.

Since we had to finish halfway through a conversation last time, we will be carrying on from this post, with the "why do you hate him so much" option having won the vote.

“Why do you hate him so much?” you grunt, pausing in your movements.

Aleida goes quiet, biting her lip and grinding her hips against you, avoiding the question. You growl low in your throat, making your slave flinch.

“I was from the Owl Tribe originally, one of many tribes Kasimir put under his thumb by trickery. The chief of our tribe was old, and his son was to take over the tribe after his death. Then his son died in a hunting accident, set upon by wild ogres, or so the story went. The chief died soon after, he had put so much faith into his son to carry on the tribe's legacy, and he was dead. Instead, the tribe's leadership passed on to the chief's younger brother, Alwin. Alwin had no place being a chief, he was a drunk and a coward, and many of the tribe spoke of removing him from leadership, including my husband.”

You give a frown, noticing the quaver in Aleida's voice, this is the first time you've heard her get quite so emotional since you met her.

“Your what?”

“Uh... mate. My mate. Alwin knew that several of the tribe's influential hunters and elders wanted him removed, and he had no way to convince them otherwise, so he did what far too many weak chieftains do in my lands. He went to Kasimir for help. Kasimir's agents stalked through our camp by night, and one by one those who spoke out against Alwin died, or were disgraced. My husband was accused of the murder of another of the tribe, an old friend of his, who had also spoken out against Alwin. They held a trial... They said...”

(cont)
>>
>>37438134
Aleida's voice cracks a little, and you sigh, giving your slave time to calm down as your fingers start their work, earning a quiet moan from your slave as you work them inside of her. After a few moments she continues.

“The trial was a sham, the only ones left of any influence by then were men who bowed to Alwin out of fear. They said my husband had killed his friend by poison, and that he'd had my son deliver the poison. My tribe was so broken by that stage that they would vote not only to execute my husband on such flimsy evidence, but to condemn a twelve year old child to exile in the mountains for aiding him.” Aleida continues, breaking out into a humorless laugh.

“I was told that since I was uninvolved, I would be given a chance for forgiveness. My husband was not even cold in the ground and my son probably still shivering and alone on some mountainside somewhere when Alwin proclaimed that out of kindness he would take me as his wife. All of that, all of it, because Kasimir would let a weak and twisted man like Alwin lead to satisfy his own lust for power and control over the tribes. I wonder how many of the tribes he owns by way of men like Alwin by now, Inka doesn't know, she was too cut off from tribal politics.”

Aleida sighs, closing her eyes and rocking her hips with your motions, moaning as you let your fingers press against her walls.

“So now you know. I don't think I'm anything special, a thousand of my people could probably tell similar stories of how Kasimir destroyed their lives. So I ask you again, chieftain, if you'll listen to the request of your slave. If you meet Kasimir, will you kill him?”

Me again, maybe add to make it clear that her request isn't the reason for this, it's how it'd go down anyway, but we will keep it in mind?

Saying "if he gets in our way" is basically saying he will die, since it's 99% probably that he'll get in our way anyway.

Damn, that's some high level communication going on in there, either Ur is damn smart at languages, or Aleida has also been doing well at picking up orcish.
>>
Can we assume that Lurashka and Rasha's stats and abilities are equivalent to Ashuris's?
>>
>>37438393
Yeah, pretty similar.
>>
>>37438159
> “You don't get to make requests of me, slave.”
>>
>>37438380
Combination of both.

Also I realized that making Ur incapable of speaking to other races for ages would be more of a nuisance for me than anything, so I'm speeding up the learning process.
>>
>>37438451
What language does Ashuris speak?
>>
>>37438159
"If I were to kill this man, I'll have to go to war with him. I will have to kill his strongest warriors and have their women become the clan's slaves. That will be the cost of killing this man you hate. Can you accept that?"
>>
>>37438451
Ur is smart orc, he knows the universal language of sex.
>>
>>37438464
Ogrish, Giantish, Human, Orcish, and a bit of Dwarven.
>>
>>37438498
Damn that bitch has like an 18 intelligence or something. Hey, did we get some sort of magic shield that did cool shit? I thought we did but I don't see it in the character sheet.
>>
>>37438498
Damn, she smart.
>>37438481

His warriors are evil by serving him, the women would get the same fate anyway, she realizes we plan to conquer everything, and we treat the women pretty well anyway.
>>
>>37438498
Our witch-waifu is also an interpreter-waifu? Best girl is best.
>>
>>37438520
It confuses the enemy when they strike it.
We don't wear it because we use a twohanded axe.
I can't wait until we can use our battle axe with one hand, god that would be awesome.
>>
>>37438159
>“Very well, if this Kasimir gets in my way, he dies.”
>>
Agreeing to kill him wins, with some added "not because you asked, but I'd have killed him anyway."

>>37438520
You don't have it on your sheet because you're wielding a two-handed weapon, so a shield wouldn't do you much good.
>>
>>37438557
We should give the shield to Ya'zada or one of the other warriors who goes in one-handed with a shield.
>>
>>37438557
How about "not only because you asked" instead?
>>
>>37438557
can we give it to ur friend?
I remember that having some traction when it was first found.
>>
I-I'm not going to kill him because you asked. H-He just got in my way! Baka!

>>
>>37438573
>>37438589
Well, let's see, the important orcs in your clan who use a shield are Zo'rok, Ya'zada and Ya'zar (who before anyone asks is the former Wargrider Chieftain). So if people want to give it to one of them, you can vote here.

>Zo'rok
>Ya'zada
>Ya'zar
>Nope

>>37438590
God Ur, why are you so tsundere!
>>
>>37438603
You still would have fucked up, should be "our".
But I don't support that.
We should stop handing out all the shit we found when it doesn't fit someone's style especially, Lordy said we'll find a magical one-handed weapon soon anyway, which will let us use it, although I AM reluctant to part with our axe.
>>
Y'know, I've seen multiple mentions of Aleida pouring our alcohol for us. No reason to give our slave any inclination to drop poison in there.

>>37438580
thirding this.
>>
>>37438597
Why are you guys so aggressive, on making this a power play?
She knows she is a slave, and knows her place.
This, could have easily been a good way to gain more loyalty.
>>
>>37438625
>implying she can poison an orc
The alcohol we drink is made from poisonous plants and probably lethal to humans.
>>
>>37438623
Is Ya'zar's arm better now? Wasnt it in a sling before?
>>
>>37438623
I'm voting Ya'zada. But if you split the people voting for giving the axe away into three camps, the camp for not giving the axe way is going to be the winner of the vote.

>>37438644
>I'm invincible.

Okay, buddy. Lets not antagonize our slaves.
>>
>>37438642
Dude, that guy was seconding a way to make it be more considerate to her wish.
>>
>>37438660
Going to be another week probably.
>>
>>37438663
Why would our slaves poison us, exactly?
Do tell?
One shouldn't trust the D too much, but now you're just shadowrunning, Aleida is already used to this and enjoys it, her life now might even be better than before.
>>
>>37438623

>Zo'rok
>>
>>37438691
Well, if enough anons decide to keep telling her she's just a slave and to shut up, she might stop enjoying it. i'm saying she likes it here because we're a good master. Lets keep being a good master.
>>
>>37438623
>Zo'rok
>>37438669
How resistant are orcs to poison?
Can they build up resistance?
Is livving in the waste help ur's clan become poison proof to an extent?
>>
>>37438623
>Ya'zada
She has just a normal weapon atm, not cool.
Although I would definitely prefer keeping the shield to ourselves if we'll have the opportunity to use it later with our axe.
>>37438663
We are not giving away our axe.
>>
>>37438723
Shit, I meant shield.
>>
>>37438721
Orcs have a very hardy immune system and an iron liver through a combination of natural resilience and all the toxic things they like to consume.

They aren't immune to poison by any stretch of the imagination, but it takes a far larger dose than it would to poison a human.
>>
>>37438721
Orcs diet commonly consists of as poisonous things as they can find, which they eat to prove how bad ass they are.
Lordy confirmed they have things like mustard which basically never goes bad because it kills every bacteria/fungus that tries to grow in it.
The alcohol we've been dirnking is made from poisonous plants and is not recommended for anyone with an immune system less hardcore than an orc's.
>>
>>37438723
I think we can find other magical shields. So I wouldn't worry too much.
>>
>>37438623
>Ya'zar

>>
>>37438720

It makes him weak.
>>
>>37438623
>Zo'rok
>>
>>37438623
>Ya'zar
>>
>>37438788
I mean, Kasimir sounds like a threat that we'd have to kill anyways, it doesn't cost us anything to make our slave happy at the same time.
>>
>>37438788
What? No it doesn't. The choice here is literally "hey, there's this evil fuck who you're probably going to kill anyway, would you kill him for me, please master?" And it seems instead of answering "sure, whatever" people want us to go "We're killing him, but not for you SLAVE!". I mean, maybe Aleida is well-versed in Japanese anime enough to recognize a tsundere. But either way, its being a cock for no reason. We're also alone right now so nobody is judging us.
>>
Looks like Zo'rok is getting the shield.

Anyway, still writing next post.
>>
>>37438836
>spoiling Zo'rok again
Anons don't want to be a fair chief, it seems.
>>
>>37438914
Cronyism has a way of working.
>>
>>37438833
That's not what we're doing, we're telling her we'll probably do it, but probably would have done it anyway.
>>
>>37438833
It's the difference between her making personal requests like "Don't fuck Inka yet" and making requests that affect the whole clan, like "go to war with this guy". It doesn't matter that we would do it anyway, what's important is that she understand we're the chief, and that when it comes to our clan we have to make decisions based on what's good for all of them, not on what one of them wants. She can advise all she wants, and we welcome her insight into the other human tribes, but ultimately our decisions are not based on her say-so.
>>
>>37438931
You mean like what Juk'ruk was doing? He was doing it more than us, obviously, but still.
I really don't like that people are favoring Zo'rok so much.

The difference is he was doing cronyism like Mobutu, we're doign it like Napoleon.
>>
>>37438943
Thats why its called a request anon. She is asking us to do something. And we're saying yes. Thats how requests work. She definitely understands we're the chief.

>>37438939
>with some added "not because you asked, but I'd have killed him anyway."

The way this is phrased just sounds unnecessarily antagonistic to me.
>>
Rolled 19 (1d20)

>>37438958
you mean the lazy ass who sent people to do his work, we and our friends still go out and join in the activities.
Plus, the other two choices was some one who hasn't proven themselves yet, and a mate who is injured( though she should be getting some sick loot from the elves if we roll well).
>>
>>37438989
I voted to say "not ONLY because you asked".
>>37439012
The other two choices also only have steel weapons, while Zo'rok has had a magic sword since we killed Juk'ruk.
>>
Honestly, Ya'zar is so new that it doesn't make sense to give him the shield. And while I'd preferred if we had given it to Ya'zada, any nice thing we do for her runs a tiny risk of making the former-goatfoots slightly upset.
>>
>>37439048
True, but good thing we are hitting up an elven village.
That should net us some good weapons to hand out, and a few elven black smith so that both of our black smiths can learn.
>>
>>37438989
The act of making a request presupposes that the main reason for the other person to do the thing you're requesting is that it would please you.
>>
>>37439051
Not to mention Mrs. Straightforward wouldn'y use it because it's not to her forte. Confusion is more Zor'ok or Ya'Zar's style.
>>
>>37439064
I would have been fine with giving him something once we got shit from the elves, it just feels stupid to give someone 2 magic weapons while others have none, plus it seems like it's just because he's our friend which even if the other rocs don't care I don't like.
>>
>>37438451
Just make increased language ability a boon from everyone's favorite goddess. Masters need to communicate with their slaves after all.
>>
>>37439079
you can make a request and not think the main reason the other person is doing it is for you. Aleida herself prefaced her request by bringing up that she was a slave and we have no obligation to do it. I don't think we're in a danger of filling Aleida's head with any delusions about her position or our character and relationship to her.
>>
You spend some time in thought, continuing to work over your slave, two fingers buried to the knuckle inside her as the other envelops her breast, squeezing the sizeable mound, enjoying the moans and gasps of your slave as you mull over your decision.

“If what you have told me about this Kasimir is true, then you'll get what you want. He'll die when I take his lands. I have no need for a slave like him.”

Aleida presses her back up against you, looking up into your eyes, her face flushed.

“Thank you chieftain, that's all I could ask for.”

You grunt, continuing your movements, earning another shuddering gasp out of Aleida, your hand soaked with her lust, you doubt she's far off now.

“If I do go to war with him though, I will kill his warriors and enslave his women, your people. You understand that, don't you?”

Aleida's breath catches in her throat as you bring her over the edge into orgasm, back arching, hips grinding against your hand. Her eyes close as she lets out a stifled moan, body quivering. You spend the next few minutes idly playing with her breasts as your slave basks in the afterglow.

“I understand, but there's nothing for me in the tribes anymore,” Aleida says quietly, eyes opening to look up at you.

“How did you end up with the ogresses anyway?”

(cont)
>>
>>37439142
Nah, I'd rather not, that'd waste the place of a boon from her.
>>
>>37439151
Aleida gives a quiet chuckle.

“It's funny in a way, after all the effort Alwin went through to steal me, it was hardly any time at all before he lost me. Three strange women arrived in our camp one night, towering over our strongest warriors. They came before Alwin and demanded a full third of his tribe as tribute, in honor of their beauty, they said, and Alwin just gave us up to them. I don't remember much of the next couple of years, we followed the ogresses around, I barely understood what was happening most of the time, none of us seemed bothered that any day we might be sacrificed, it just... didn't seem to matter. I was lucky, somehow I survived where most of my tribe died.

Inka needs more time to adjust, she has no idea how terrible things can be in this world, Kasimir or Slaagyr could have condemned her to a far worse fate had it suited their plans. Me, I know that I could have ended up in a far worse place than here. Being your slave isn't so bad, chieftain, and I think Inka will come to realise that in time.”

You give a snort, enjoying the warmth of your slave's body pressed up against yours. That answers a lot of questions about your slaves, and gives you more information about future rivals to your expansion, all in all a fruitful discussion.

“One more thing, Inka said something about me stealing her soul. Where did she pick up stupid notions like that?”

Aleida shrugs. “Slaagyr I think, he's been drumming a sense of fear into his tribes about the orcs for some time, telling them that surrendering to your kind means eternal damnation. He's got a bit of a flair for the dramatic, that dragon.”

Part of the reason Ur's found his transition to chieftain so smooth is because he's basically an orcish ubermensch. Tall, powerfully built, possessed of a sizeable dick, and pretty good-looking by orcish standards. He's also a skilled hunter and warrior, not to mention ambitious and intelligent.

He lucked out quite hard in the genetic lottery so most orcs look at him and think "yeah, chieftain material".

While you do want to get some rest before the raid tomorrow, you doubt you'd be able to sleep with the raging erection Aleida's movements have provoked. The tent is heavy with the smell of her juices, and your cock is pressed hard against her soft buttocks.

You reach down to grip her hips, lifting her enough to free your member from its prison. Your cock springs out from behind her, brushing against her lips as you lower Aleida back down, making her shiver. She looks down at the throbbing rod now standing proud between her legs, pressed up against her still-sensitive nether regions.

“Not done yet, chieftain?” she asks, giving you a coy smile as she reaches down with her hand to caress the head.

“Since my slave told me how much she enjoys serving me, I'm going to give her the chance to prove it,” you grunt.

Aleida gives a soft chuckle, palm working up and down your shaft. Her hips rock against you, coating your member in her juices.

“Every time I see this thing, I wonder how I fit it inside of me. It's terrifying,” your slave whispers, lifting her hips enough to squat over the head of your cock, lining it up with her hand.

“You don't look all that scared of it from here,” you grin.

Aleida gives a contented gasp as she lowers herself, your thick cock spreading her open, pushing between her folds as she drives herself lower.

“The first time I saw it, I thought it was going to ruin me. Didn't think it would feel so damned good,” Aleida gasps, her hips meeting yours as your slave woman takes your entire length in one slow, deliberate motion.

(cont)
>>
>>37440052
“...maybe it has. I doubt I'd ever be satisfied with a human man after having this monster.” Aleida continues, resting her hands on your knees for balance. Your slave drags herself up and down your cock, lifting her hips until she has only half of your inside of her, then pushing back down with a satisfied moan.

You grin, taking hold of Aleida's hips, guiding her movements, not that she needs much direction. Your slave starts to build up her speed, her moans becoming louder and more aggressive as she slaps her hips down against yours. Her head hangs down, breathing heavily, her impressive breasts bouncing in time with her motions as she fucks herself onto you.

“I'm yours, chieftain, forever,” she cries, slamming down to the hilt as you release inside of her with a growl, your thick load pushing up into her womb, overflowing and leaking out as she continues to ride out her second orgasm on top of you.

You grin as Aleida slumps, spent, back against your chest. “Forever, whatever you want from me, I'll do it,” she gasps again, collapsing back against your chest.

You run a hand over her stomach. “What I want from you, Aleida, is strong children for my clan,” you growl in her ear, your slave looking up at you, flushed and wide-eyed.

“As many as you want, chieftain,” she moans quietly, rocking her hips against you again. Quickly bringing your softening cock back up to full mast inside of her.

“You are a good slave, Aleida,” you growl, readying yourself for another round.

You awaken the next morning to the familiar, comfortable sensation of being surrounded by your harem. Aleida still lies on top of you, though despite several more rounds, the two of you are surprisingly clean where your crotches meet. Judging from the stains on Ashuris' face she may have had a hand in that, no doubt under duress from Sho'ka.

You work your way loose of your harem, rising and dressing yourself. It is an hour to dawn, enough time to eat and prepare for the march ahead. Outside you can already hear the sounds of activity as your clanmates prepare for the raid.

You look back to your sleeping women. You suppose you could always bring Sho'ka and K'zala along on this raid too, though you have no idea how harsh a battle it will be.

You nudge the quietly snoring Sho'ka awake, her eyes opening with a start.

“Get dressed, you're coming on the raid with me,” you grunt.

“You're spoiling me, Ur.” Sho'ka grins, hopping to her feet.

You turn to wake K'zala as well, only to find your smaller mate's eyes already open, looking up at you. She gives a small smile, rising softly and gathering her armor as well.

“We leave at sun-up. Be ready by then, and make sure Ashuris is too,” you tell your two mates, heading out of the tent as the two continue to prepare themselves.

“You ever seen a jungle? Sounds kind of weird to me, trees everywhere. How much do you think an elf looks like you? What sort of noises do you think they make when you play with them? You think we'll see any interesting jungle beasts? Do you think we'll-”

You walk away, Sho'ka's excitable barrage of questions to K'zala quickly fading away to be replaced by the bustle of the camp. Dru'ak, Or'kug and Bra'kur are doing a good job of organizing your warriors, and the raiding party looks like it will be ready to go with time to spare.

You find Vor'zal lurking on the edge of the group, as the old priest tends to, picking something out of his teeth.

“Wise to bring me. Elves ...use beasts for sentries and ambushes,” the priest grunts, staring at you.

I'm somewhat drawing blank on what to ask him aside from generic advice on what to do.

“You've fought elves before, Vor'zal? What should I expect from them?”

Vor'zal grunts, picking at his teeth a bit longer before he replies.

“No straight fight... Like ambushes... Surprise attacks. Less choice when raiding settlement. Will use traps... spike pits... poisonous plants... lures for predators, try to wear you down if they see you coming. Watch out for large cats... birds... fae too, tree spirits and monsters. Lots of magic too, use jungle against us,” Vor'zal growls, his usual look of frustration at speaking slipping into place.

“I heard there are troglodytes in the area. Do you think they would make a good trophy for Tak'zaya Ska?”

Vor'zal shakes his head. “Weak alone, unworthy of trophy. Later, if you want Tak'zaya Ska's blessings... Find you more suitable prey.”

“What about beasts we could bring back and train?”

“Some... look later. No time with raid,” Vor'zal grunts again, and you get the feeling the old priest isn't going to give you much more in this conversation.

Leaving him be, you go to oversee the preparations. Your lieutenants have gathered a wide array of warriors, former members of all the clans absorbed into yours. You flag down an orc, telling him to go get medical herbs from Ku'zag, as well as any poisons and Zul'orok Zhar wards the shaman has available.

With that done, you do the rounds of the assembling raiding pack, the most orcs you've ever led into battle by a large margin. Fortunately your three lieutenants seem to have them organized, divided up into three smaller groups you can command easier.

The sun is just starting to break the horizon when you stand before the fully prepared and assembled force. Your lieutenants each standing before their individual pack. K'zala, Sho'ka, Vor'zal and Ashuris stand around you, your ogress slave having been given back her staff for the occasion, since you doubt you have the luxury of being able to pull any punches.

Your warriors watch you expectantly as you look over the force.

“No warchants, no shouting, until the battle is underway I want silence, we hit them before they know we're there. I want archers and javelin throwers focusing on runners, sentries and flying beasts. Bra'kur, Vor'zal, Ashuris, you will focus on putting down their spellcasters, disable them if possible, kill them if necessary. The rest of you, focus on the fight, there will be time for looting when the camp is dealt with, anyone stopping to loot before the battle is over loses their looting rights.

Today we go to battle, the largest raid our clan has ever seen. Live through the day and we will celebrate as clanmates, as Stonetusks, with elf slaves for all!”

The assembled warriors roar and cheer with anticipation as you turn, leading your raiding pack out into the wastes. The mood is high, your warriors are eager for battle, and to see these elf women for themselves that most have only heard about in the stories of old men.

It is a long march, through most of the day, and you make camp on the first night far away enough from the jungle that it won't arouse suspicion from any elves who come to the jungle's edge. The mood is quiet but excitable that night, and despite the close proximity of former Stormhowlers and Goatfoots, you have no fights to break up or problems to address.

When morning comes, Or'kug comes to find you. “From here on out we'll be in elf territory, stay sharp and keep watch for anything strange. We should hit the settlement by just before sundown, unless you want to wait for nighttime?”

“How well do the elves do in the dark?” you grunt.

“Better than humans, but not as well as us. Though some of their beasts see very well after dark, so we won't catch them blind unless we're very lucky.”

“The more time we waste, the more likely we are to be spotted. We'll hit them when we arrive,” you reply, Or'kug nodding and returning to his warriors.

You reach the edge of the jungle by mid-morning. You had seen it from far away, but up close it looks even stranger. The wastes have trees, rare, gnarled things barely clinging to life and well-suited for life in the barren climate. The jungle is completely different, the wastes give way to a carpet of creeping green plants, the trees here are large and leafy, a vibrant canopy stretching overhead.

Many of your warriors look uneasy as you step between the looming branches, the silence of the waste broken by the chirping of colorful birds high above, the buzzing of insects, and other strange animal noises you have never heard before. A tiny humanoid thing with a tail covered in fur leaps through the branches high above. You hear some muttering and grumbling from amongst your warriors at this bizarre place, but they press on regardless, keeping quiet as you push further through the undergrowth. Or'kug leads the way, his warriors hacking through the tough vines and smaller plants with curved blades.

Vor'zal sniffs the air, eyes flicking back and forth, no doubt keeping an eye out for anything which might tip the elves off.

An hour passes, slowly hacking your way through the thick jungle, before Vor'zal gives a quiet snort, eyes flicking over to some subtle movement in the undergrowth. You squint, seeing a slight flicker of movement, a hunched, long limbed shape, well-camoflaged against the greenery. You see another, then another. As your eyes adjust you see them for what they are, humanoids covered in thick, coarse hair, arms dragging along the ground as they move. They watch your progress with small, beady eyes above wide mouths filled with pointed teeth.

“Troglodytes... twenty or thirty of them, a full troop.... Probably won't attack as long as pack sticks together.” Vor'zal grunts.

“Do you think they might report back to the elves?”

“Probably not... most elves hate troglodytes... Might though, some elves not so picky.” Vor'zal shrugs.

You could try to kill the beasts, although the undergrowth here is thick, and a large battle would be hard, not to mention making a lot of noise. You could also try to scare them off, from what you've been told they aren't particularly brave creatures. Alternatively you could leave them and hope they give up in search of easier prey, and that they aren't going to tell the elves that you're here.

You turn towards the troop of trogs, lurking amongst the trees, some of your warriors falling into step with you as you face them. A particularly large troglodyte lumbers to the front of the troop, clutching a simple stone axe in its hand, he bares its teeth at you, howling and beating its fist on the ground, throwing up great clouds of leaves.

You are not impressed, baring your own teeth in turn, squaring your shoulders and roaring back at the fae thing. It flinches noticeably, breaking eye contact as its head dips and it backs away.

“You should go look for easier prey, weakling,” you snarl.

The troglodyte leader bares his teeth again, but it's a hollow gesture, and he turns and lopes away into the undergrowth. Some of his pack stop to howl and screech, but quickly scurry away after him, the creatures quickly blending into the jungle plants.

“They're still out there... keep their distance long way away now. Doubt they tell anyone either... after you cowed leader like that... too ashamed,” Vor'zal grunts.

“Will they be back?”

“Maybe. If think pack is weak enough... might try again. Will definitely pick off any of us... alone.”

You nod, gesturing for the raiding pack to continue on.

It is several more hours of slow, exhausting progress pressing through the jungle before Or'kug stops the pack, coming over to speak with you.

“We're near the settlement now. If we're going to start encountering sentries and traps, it will be here. The settlement is mostly ground-based, though they do have some treetop buildings and bridges which will be harder to take.” he grunts quietly.

>>37443222
You don't have any who are good at climbing in particular, especially not trees, most of your warriors have never even seen trees this big before today.
>>
>>37443283
We only have a few kittens, if I'm right.
>>
>>37443283
Crag Lions are not familiar with the jungle, they would probably be no better at chasing down fleeing elves than your warriors would.

Good idea.
>>
Lot of plans here. So from what I'm gathering, you want to use a combination of Ashuris' magic and a squad of stealthy orcs to disable or flag the traps, while Vor'zal and some more orcs deal with any sentries. You want to then lure the warriors out and hit the settlement in a pincer attack, while leaving enough orcs outside to grab any civilians attempting to flee.

Does that sound good to people?
>>
>>37443601
yeah sure.
>>
>>37443601
>You want to then lure the warriors out and hit the settlement in a pincer attack
Everything but this, why announce a surprise attack prematurily.
>>
>>37443601
yup, but don't forget to set up nets in the trees.
>>
>>37443601
Everything but the drawing warriors out.
Shock and awe, don't let them get organized if we can.
>>
Rolled 2 (1d20)

>>37443601
I guess so, if it sounds good, discuss with out named characters and what they think though, they know things about elves and the terrain.
Also I was the one who suggested it, but I'm skeptical of luring the warriors out with a smaller troop, the one dealing with civilians maybe should be the smaller one, but then again, >>37443640 has a point.
>>37443649
Definitely set up traps and a dozen or two orcs to catch ones fleeing though.
>>
>>37443601

>>37443640
>>37443666

We should be charging in and raising Hell as soon as possible, after disabling the traps
>>
>>37443601
No Ashuris magic they can sense it, no pincer attack beacuse we have the an overwhelming advantage.
>>
>>37443601
everything except for the luring, we cant let them have time to organize a counter attack.
>>
Okay, luring out the warriors is being removed from the plan, as is Ashuris' magic.

>>
Rolled 2 (1d20)

>>37444750
We will anon, eventually.
First we need to take care of the Tonguerippers, expand a bit, establish ourselves in the wastes, take care of Slaggyr, spread further to the wastes, and only then expand to the north when we have 600 or more orcs under us.
>>
>>37444868
It's just a thought for the future, first we deal with the tonguerippers, then the dragon and then that guy, assuming nothing else comes up.
I wouldn't actually be surprised if some other clans show up to join us once we deal with the a massive threat like the tonguerippers, not to mention those prisoners they apparently have and then theres the dragon's hoard
>>
>>37444995
That's assuming they don't join us, i mean getting rid of the tonguerippers would get us quite a bit of respect from any other orcs, especially any clans who were under threat.
But I suppose it really depends on their leader.
Even if he is hostile turning down a challenge from the orc who got rid of those abominations wouldn't sit well with the rest of his clan.

Warlord confirmed this would get destroyed if we head to the wall with this.
>>
You gather up your lieutenants and spellcasters quietly.

“Or'kug, I want you to take some of your stealthier orcs to remove any traps and take out any sentries, take Vor'zal with you, he'll recognize any beasts the elves are using. Once you're done, give a sign, and rejoin the rest of your pack to hit the far side of the settlement with Dru'ak.

Bra'kur, you and I will hit this side of the settlement. I want these attacks coordinated, we don't want to give the enemy time to mount a defense.

I also want a small pack of orcs to stay outside, pick which ones you want from your fastest, most sharp-eyed orcs. They will catch any elves who try to flee the settlement once the attack is underway. Any questions?”

Your lieutenants all nod their understanding, Or'kug skulks off into the trees with Vor'zal and some of his orcs. The moments tick by slowly as you await Or'kug's sign, keeping your eyes to the trees for elves, or anything else that might spot you, but sometime later you see Or'kug's group return. A hulking needleback lumbers back alongside Or'kug, Vor'zal you presume, a dead parrot hanging from his jaws.

Or'kug gives you an all clear sign as the rest of his pack and Dru'ak's join him in circling round the settlement to the far side.

(cont)
>>
>>37445126
The Wall is to the East, not to the North.
>>
>>37445141
You gesture for your warriors to follow you as you and Bra'kur also slip through the foliage, creeping closer to the camp. You silently part some branches, getting your first glimpse of the settlement. It is far different from the camps you are used to. It seems as much grown from the trees as built onto them, carefully shaped wood and leaf buildings surrounding a small stream. Some grow on top of each other, up into the trees, stairways and rope bridges connecting them.

The elves themselves are something else entirely, unlike the pale humans of the mountains, the elves are a chocolate color, their hair dark and silky, eyes a bright gold. They are lithe and long-limbed, their skin lacking the blemishes you are used to, though you spot obvious warriors and hunters, pale scars of past fights marring them. Their features are exotic, slanted catlike eyes and pointed ears, and you can certainly see the similarity in their faces to your mate, K'zala. They wear little, the hot, humid jungle climate ill-suited for thick armor or clothing, most wearing little more than loincloths, decorated with brightly colored feathers and jewelry. The warriors wear hide armor in more muted shades, better suited for hunting and sneaking through the jungle.

They seem completely oblivious to the impending attack, going about their lives, laughing and speaking in their fast tongue, one playing some sort of wind instrument as others sit and listen. The warriors look more alert, but even they are obviously at ease, unaware that your warriors lurk just outside.

(cont)
>>
>>37445159
You hear a whistle from Or'kug, similar to a jungle bird, as you'd agreed. The time to strike is now. Your packs and the ones on the far side burst from the undergrowth with near perfect timing, surging into the settlement. As the elves spot your warriors, panic breaks out among some of the civilians, but the elven warriors react quickly, drawing spears and nocking bows as they try to move the other elves out of the way.

Arrows start to fly as the elves loose their first volley, but it is too slow, too uncoordinated to do any real damage to your force, and your warriors respond in kind, hurling javelins and sling stones as they close the distance. You meet the elven warriors head-on, as well as many of the rallying elven civilians who have drawn weapons to join the defense. Some of the unfortunate civilians who could not move out of the way or arm themselves fast enough find themselves overrun, netted and pulled to the ground by your warriors.

Many of the rest are retreating up into the higher buildings, obviously planning to force you to fight them in more unfavorable terrain. You spot what you presume is the leader of the elven warriors up in the rallying second line of defense up in the higher buildings, a young(?) female brandishing a steel spear, face and arms painted in strange red patterns, shouting orders to the warriors as they form up.

Maybe holding hostages could work? Get them to fight down here or surrender?

You can't help but be a little frustrated at how well the elves defend themselves against your original attack. You cut through some, but they don't fight like the enemies you're used to, relying on speed and evasion over hardiness and force, and you find yourself spending too long on each battle. Fortunately you are not alone, and your lieutenants are picking up the slack nicely. Bra'kur's magic hammers into the elven forces, scattering them with bolts of lightning and blasts of arcane power as the stocky sorcerer booms with laughter. On the far side of the settlement, the rest of your pack are making short work of the defenders, doing well enough that they can even afford to subdue and capture many of the warriors alongside their civilian captures. You see Dru'ak smashing through the elves like an orc possessed, scattering them aside with every sweep of his maul. It has been too long since you did battle alongside your old friend, you'd almost forgotten how terrifying he could be.

The first line of the elves is quickly starting to collapse under the aggressive surprise attack and the skills of your warriors.

“Ashuris, Bra'kur, destroy those treetop buildings, force the elves down here to fight on our terms,” you roar, catching an elf across the skull, knocking him to the ground.

Your two spellcasters turn their attention to the trees, Bra'kur blasting the bridges and walkways with bursts of lightning, as Ashuris shakes the earth beneath them, trying to loosen and topple the entire structures. As they start to have an impact however, the plants surge to life, the branches twisting to cover and fortify the elven position in the trees, as the roots bulge and twist, digging deeper into the rumbling earth and preventing Ashuris from felling them.

You spot the elven spellcasters amongst the trees, now showing themselves. You see four in all, two men and two women. You can't tell an elf priest from an elf sorcerer, so you don't know exactly what all of them are, but they are all dressed gaudily, in feathery, vibrant regalia, staffs aloft as they chant in unison.

You hear a creaking sound, as some of the plantlife nearby also starts to uproot itself, trees pulling themselves from the ground and wading into your surprised warriors, flailing at your clanmates with heavy branches. You spot one of the trees lumbering towards you, a strange, semi-formed face twisted into an angry frown on its trunk as it creaks and groans.

You have moments before you're locked into battle with a tree of all things, damned magical elves and fae. You have just enough time to issue orders to your spellcasters and lieutenants.

So guys do you have any suggestions for the great dwarf?
>>37446480
>No
Have the great ass shoot fire at the branch they are on.
>>
>>37446480
Do points refresh, or do they have to be earned back? Cause, shit, if this doesn't earn favor with at least ONE War God...
>>
>>37446480
>No
Vorzal can carry
>>
>>37446480
>No
>>
>>37446514
Earned back.
>>
>>37446480
>No

Vor'zal with a 20 kinda mitigates the damage his low roll would of had since they are working together
>>
>>37446539
Much obliged, Warlord.
>>
>>37446480
No.
He likes to mess with lightning so why not have him shoot it at the elves, since they are so weirdly dress they must have some quality metal on their bodies.
>>
>>37446503
So since we could spend a Zol'gor Tor point for Or'kug because of the ambush scenario, does that mean our he liked what we came up with?
>>
>>37446539
Actually, wouldn't Bra'kur get a +2 from Sorcerous Arcana?
Maybe I'm just interpreting it wrong though.
>>
>>37446480
>No
We are already doing pretty good.
>>
>>37446598
You're right, it's still not a great roll though.
>>
>>37446613
It's not a horrible one either.
The least he can do is serve as a distraction, lightning is pretty loud and flashy.
>>
>>37446503
Meh.
Best of three d20 averages at ~15.5.
15 after bonuses still seems mediocre at best.
>>
>>37446849
15 has been pretty damn decent, in the past.
>>
>>37447027
he wants to roll 20s, and than bitch about the rolling system when we roll low, even though warlord doesn't count crits, and now has a fate system.

“Bra'kur, Vor'zal, deal with the spellcasters. Ashuris, attack the tree things,” you shout, your booming voice carrying over the din of battle.

“I believe they're called Treants, Ur'shal, not 'tree things'” Ashuris replies, voice heavy with condescension. You'll have to remember to get her back for that later.

Bra'kur hurls bolts of lightning at the spellcasters, but the twisting branches seem abnormally resilient to his magic, which sparks off the thick wood, barely doing more than blackening the bark.

“Bah, your precious trees can't hold off The Great Bra'kur for long,” your sorcerer shouts, continuing to pummel the tree cover with bolts irregardless.

You can't see Vor'zal from here, but you have no time to look and see if the old priest is carrying out your orders. You duck a heavy swing from one of the treant's strangely hand-like branches. The weight of the swing makes you think you really don't want to get hit by one of these creatures. Fortunately for you they are slow and ponderous. You swing at the side of the trunk, splintering bark and driving the blade deep into the wood beneath. Sap springs out of the wound, but the treant seems to barely notice as you struggle to wrench your axe free, the treant winding back for another swing.

A flash of heat and crackling draws your attention just as you start to consider abandoning your axe to dodge the swing, the treant groaning as the bark peels from its leg as a gout of magma scalds up along one side of it, setting the creature aflame.

The formerly unflappable treant starts to flail wildly as you grin, pulling your axe free and driving it home into the creature's half-formed face. The treant groans again as you hack into the gnarled bark, reducing the thing's face to a mess of splinters, until with one final blow it drops to the ground, immobile as any mundane tree.

You are Vor'zal, priest of Tak'zaya Ska. You are slightly hungry. Earlier when scouting for elven sentries you ate five parrots, three monkeys and one moderately sized jaguar. They tasted quite good. You will have time to eat more later. Right now you are hunting a different game, elf, though your chieftain seems to want to take them alive.

You loop round to a quiet part of the trunk, twisting your fingers and toes into dextrous claws better suited for climbing. Scampering up the tree you slip in among the leaf cover, the elves too focused on the sorcerer's dramatic display to notice the quiet rustling of your passing.

The elves were casting something else, safe behind their barrier. You close on the nearest one, skittering along a branch with practiced ease, swinging up underneath the walkway.

The elves are rambling something about summonings and spirits, you used to know elven, but you're very rusty, so instead of listening you just give one of the female elves a sharp blow over the back of the head, dragging her unconscious form back into the leaf cover.

One of the other spellcasters calls out for her, turning to the spot where you took her. He shouts for his companions, turning to face the former location of his vanished companion, staff raised. You think he's demanding that you show yourself. You don't know why he's look over there though, you're already behind him.

You are Ur'shal, and can now add treant-slayer to your list of achievements, you suppose. The treants are slowly being brought down by the combined power of your warriors and Ashuris' magics. The first line of the elves is all but broken, and you have claimed a pleasing number of captives from among their number. The way is now clear to the treetops, but the elves up there have had plenty of time to fortify themselves. You see Vor'zal leap down out of the tree, a split second ahead of a thick writhing mass of thorns, two unconscious elven figures slung over his shoulders as he darts away.

The barrier of tree cover erected by the elven spellcasters is starting to fade, but your mages are starting to look a little exhausted from how much magic they have been expending. You could rely on them to continue to fell the trees, or you could let them gather their strength while you launch an attack on the second line of the elven forces, the leader of their warriors at its centre.

They're doing okay, joining in on the fighting, though both are sticking close to you.

Probably sooner or later, yes.

>How many places are left full of choco elves?
Nearby? One other large settlement, three small settlements, and whatever elven cultists the lamia dragon cult compound has. Plus many many more deeper in the jungle.

It is indeed a 21.
>>

I think that sounds stupid.
Only way i could see it is if tusks are considered secondary sexual characteristics then Y'zagya Zoka probably has a blessing which improves all sexual characteristics, like Durna does.
That also means a larger dick, as far as I can tell.
