"Me too!" Billy agrees.

"T-that's fine, I'll see you tomorrow Kaguya," Kazuma says, turning around and walking home.

Billy looks back, confused. "Wonder why he wants to go home so bad."

He shrugs. "Oh well, see you tomorrow, Kaguya!"

Billy turns and leaves, heading towards his own home.

Haya stays where she is, staring at you for a moment before stepping back. "Okay, since you promised. But you'd better keep your promise."

With that, she smiles and turns around, walking towards her home.

"Goodnight!"

You shut the door and return to the kitchen, taking your seat at the table. Nappa appears to have already consumed any food not in anyone else's bowls, and is asking if there is more.

"Well, I guess I can make another pot," your mother tells him.

Nappa grins and leans back in his chair.

That and we should work on refining our energy and controlling it. Whenever someone in DBZ enters into a transformation for the first time or their really powerful form the environment gets wrecked right? Well what if that is a direct result of them not being able to control their energy well enough? Usually whenever that form is shown again there's much less collateral damage so they've probably improved their control by that point.

So the idea I was thinking on is, what if we got our control down to the point where we could go from 0 to Rape instantly? What if we got it to the point where we could stop large scale energy blasts and make them our own like the Cell Jr.s could and we also could do that thing where we concentrate 100% of our power into a single area for any given attack and shift it so quickly that there's practically no opportunity to exploit the opening?

Your eyes close, and the next thing you know, you're back on Namek, the planet shaking all around you. The sky is black, waves crash, and mountains crumble.

On the ground below, Goku, Gohan, Krillin, Chiaotzu, Dende, Piccolo, and Vegeta lie dead.

Frieza hovers in the air not far from you, an evil smile on his face as he looks from you, to your friends, then back to you.

"Ah, the last of the termites finally comes crawling out of the woodwork," he comments. "I'm afraid you're too late to do anything for your friends. Of course, you'll be able to join them quite soon."

You prepare for an attack, but it doesn't come. Frieza continues to simply float and stare at you, that smile never leaving his face. You realize that he's waiting to see what you will do. Will you attack? Flee? Make a futile effort to revive your friends?

You gather your strength and rush at Frieza.

He chuckles, raising his right hand and shooting a beam of energy from his pointer finger. You knock it aside effortlessly, moving towards your enemy as quickly as you can. His eyes narrow, and he fires a barrage of the attacks your way, only to have you knock each one aside.

You reach Frieza, kicking him in the gut with all of the strength you can muster, then throw an uppercut into his jaw. Moving up, you spin and bury your foot in his exposed throat. Then, flipping, you deliver an axe kick to the top of his head, sending him plummeting to the ground.

Pointing at your grounded foe with both hands, you shoot a barrage of Dodon Rays down upon him. You can hear him cry out in shock and pain as each one of your piercing attacks hits its mark.

Lifting your right hand above your head, you focus your energy as you spin it around in a circle, soon forming a disk from your energy.

"DESTRUCTO DISK!" you shout, throwing it down at Frieza.

It hits its mark, cutting Frieza's head clean off its shoulders.

With Frieza dead, you rush over to your friends.

As Frieza told you, there is simply nothing that you can do for them. They are dead, and you don't exactly have any abilities that can correct that.

Vegeta, Piccolo, Dende, and Chiaotzu all have tiny holes over their hearts, likely where Frieza's beams hit them.

Gohan's head is half-buried in the dirt, and Krillin has a large mark on his throat. Goku has a broken neck.

"How terribly unfortunate," a voice you never wanted to hear again tells you from behind.

You spin around to find Frieza standing over you, smirking devilishly.

"They were a bit harder to put down than I had anticipated," he admits. "After all, I've never had to transform this far before. Had Vegeta not goaded me into transforming, they may have won. Had you and Goku arrived sooner, perhaps you could have saved them. But you were too late, and they were too weak."

Crying out in rage, you rush towards Frieza, but punch through empty air as he suddenly vanishes.

Stopping in your tracks, you turn around to find Frieza's palm held right in front of your face. You see a flash of light, and then everything goes dark.

It's a beautiful day. The sky is clear, the sun shines bright, a gentle breeze brushes your face, and the cows mill about peacefully, grazing under the watchful eye of your father.

You've lived out in the country your entire life. In fact, you've never even seen a city. Your parents are farmers, like many of the people living in your area. They've already taught you how to help them with various tasks, which you are able to do easily with your impressive strength.

Your parents have always seemed confused by your physical prowess; you can run faster, jump higher, and lift heavier objects than any adult you know. You don't know why you're able to do so much, but you do know that it's not considered normal.

Another not-so-normal trait of yours rears its head when you feel something approaching fast. You don't know what it is, but it sends a shiver down your spine, and makes you feel very cold despite the warmth of the sun.

In the distance, an explosion, accompanied by an incredibly loud bang catches your attention. It seems to have happened on the farm belonging to Carl, a friend of your family. Whatever that disturbing feeling is, it's coming from Carl's farm.

Your curiosity gets the better of you. For a moment, you wish there was three of you so you could talk to your parents about this, but there's no way to split yourself into three. Sprinting as fast as you can (which is rather fast) you rush to Carl's farm. The cold feeling becomes more intense the closer you get, and, the gunshot you hear before reaching the farm doesn't do wonders for your nerves, either.

It takes a moment for you to process what you're seeing when you arrive. You see Carl's truck parked near a large hole in the ground. Carl himself is sprawled on his back next to the truck, his gun lying beside him. A tall man with long, dark, spiky hair and strange clothing (you think you might be going crazy, but it looks like he has a furry tail, too) stands only a few feet from Carl, a scowl on his face as he touches some weird screen over his eye.

A quick examination tells you that he's not going to be getting back up. He lies completely still, a bloody hole in his head, his chest not rising.

A sense of deja vu rolls over you as you stand over the dead farmer. All of this seems incredibly familiar, but you aren't sure why.

"I'd say that's obvious," the stranger tells you, smirking. "But if it's all the same to you, I'll be the one to ask the questions here. I'll ask again. Do you know a man named Kakarot?"

As you continue to stare at the stranger, the feeling of familiarity grows. For a split second, an image races through your head of him lying dead on the ground just a few feet from this spot.

"No, no, no, no...." you repeat.

"You don't know him?" he asks, sounding irritated.

"No, you're not back," you tell him, not really sure what you mean. The image you saw doesn't really make sense to you. "I..watched you...die."

He throws back his head, laughing. "Watched me die? Really, and who was the one who did me in? You? With such a low power level? Don't make me laugh."

He rises to his feet. "You clearly don't comprehend who I am. My name is Raditz, and as of now, your life, and the lives of every other insignificant weakling on this world is forfeit."

He rises into the air, looking towards your home.

"Allow me to give you a little demonstration," he says, raising a single hand.

A ball of light surrounds his hand, and you immediately know that you don't want him to throw it at your home.

You can't let him do whatever he's planning to do!

Jumping back to put some distance between the two of you, you rush towards Raditz as fast as you can before leaping into the air. As you reach his height, you pull back your right fist to punch him, only to be swatted aside and crash to the ground.

The pain is incredible. You've never met somebody that strong. It's painful to even get to your feet, but when you do, you find Raditz back on the ground, smirking down at you.

"I told you, your power level is nothing when compared to my own," he mocks, glancing towards your home. "You know, seemed awfully concerned about that wretched little hut over there. It's your home, isn't it?"

He chuckles, looking back at you. "Yes, I know I'm right. I think I'll go pay a personal visit. Maybe your family will be more helpful."

With a laugh, he flies off before you can do anything, rapidly making his way towards your farm. Your parents won't be able to stop him once he gets there. You won't be able to stop him even if you follow. Maybe it's better to just run.

You rush as fast as you can to the farm, getting there in less than a minute. Upon arriving, it already looks as if a bomb went off. Half of your house has disappeared into a smoking crater.

Looking around, you see your parents are alive, for the moment. But, Raditz is standing right in front of them, stepping to close the last bit of distance between him and them.

Your father fires his gun, but, to your amazement, Raditz, knocks the bullet aside. He reaches out and rips the weapon from your father's hands, breaking it in two with a flex of his fingers.

You attack Raditz from behind, leaping at him, and, for reasons you aren't entirely sure of, going for his tail.

At the last instant, the alien turns around and kicks you in the chest.

You see blood fly as you are knocked back, and, as you fall to the ground, realize that it's your own. You look up to see Raditz grinning at you, and watch as your father tackles Raditz from behind. This has absolutely no effect, and Raditz effortlessly shakes him off, turning and bringing an elbow down into the side of his head with enough force to break his neck like a twig.

Your mother lets out a horrified scream, and, before you can do anything, Raditz kicks her in the chin. You hear her neck snap as she flies through the air, her lifeless body crashing to the ground a few yards from Raditz.

Turning back towards you, Raditz chuckles darkly.

"Those parents of yours were even more pathetic than you are," he taunts, stepping towards you. "It took absolutely no effort to slaughter them like the animals they were, and, as hard as you tried, you just couldn't do anything about it. You're weak! AND NOW IT'S TIME FOR YOU TO DIE LIKE THE WEAKLING YOU ARE!"

He raises his left hand above his head, and a ball of light surrounds it.

Due to his lack of ability to sense energy, and, possibly the fact that he's a deep sleeper, cause him not to notice as you approach.

You reach out and shake the Saiyan, who immediately jumps to his feet, looking enraged as he gets into a fighting stance. He relaxes a bit when he sees that it's you, but he still looks more than a little bit annoyed at you for waking him.

I was having some a little earlier.

I doubt Goku is a good guy to go for advice on this. He already said he enjoys fighting because it's all he's ever done and due to his heritage. That coupled with his inability to grasp why having Gohan fight a full powered Cell might be a bad idea what with Gohan not wanting to fight and all makes me think he's not the best one for advice here.

You decide to start with something simple and quiet: energy sensing.

It's a skill you've just sort of had for as long as you can remember, so it takes you a bit to properly explain to Nappa how it's done. Once you manage, however, Nappa seems to pick it up pretty quickly.

He begins by gathering his own energy, and you have to tell him to tone it down a notch so he doesn't cause any destruction or wake anyone, save Icarus, who wakes up almost immediately.

Icarus slowly, and nervously, wanders over to your side. Your parents, were they here, might have told your dragon friend to get back to his post, but with Nappa doing what he's doing, you doubt any foxes will come anywhere near the farm and chickens.

Once he's gathered his energy, Nappa takes a moment to get a feel for it, to learn what an energy signature feels like, then, he closes his eyes, and concentrates.

His eyes snap open and he steps back in shock, staring at you with what looks almost like fear.

"W-what, no, I must be doing this wrong. Nobody is that strong!" he shouts.

He recovers from his shock, then focuses again. "I can barely feel your parents, and the dragon is a lot weaker than any of us. I can't feel any other strong people nearby."

While Nappa speaks, you suppress your power level, majorly, leading to another surprised look from Nappa.

"I can barely even feel your energy anymore," he tells you.

"I suppressed it," you explain. "Would you like to learn how to do that next?"

He nods. "Sounds like a good way to surprise your opponents."

You nod and explain to him how to hide his own energy, and, after a few minutes, and a good amount of concentration, Nappa is able to hide his own power level.
