________________________________

You are Jedi Academy Master Akiva, in the time of The Old Republic Jedi Grand Master Zym has tasked you with starting a new Jedi Temple should something horrible happen to the Jedi on Coruscant. You are a Jedi Consular with experience as a diplomat. You are on your way to Enarc III to settle your new temple.

Last time we burst out of Coruscant in a flash, suprising everyone. Stopped Tax and a Trandoshan killing eachother, agreed to lie (slightly) to Caja and Duke, and dunked our brains into the Sacred Holocron we were given by Master Zym. The Holocron contained the corrupting presence of an ancient sith lord named Star Gazer, who was evil, but lost and repentant.

You were meditating with the Holocron for a number of days and have just fallen from your meditation after beating back the Sith Lords pervasive presence and learning his identity. As you come to you feel the ship banking sharply and explosions rocking its travel...

The sharp bank levels out but it is still enough to knock you from your bed. You crash to the floor as the holocron tumbles after you, skidding to a stop against the door. You pull yourself upright. You feel weak and stunned after days without food and proper rest. You stumble to the doorside comms panel as the ship continues to jink slightly.

“Caja, whats going on?” You groan as you lean on the wall, punching the control pannel with your spare hand.

“Well look whos up!” Replies the Rodian pilot, you can hear the stress in her voice as she puts the Defender into a sharp nose dive.

“We've been interdicted! Pirates I think! We took a bump coming out of hyperspace but she'll hold! Things are pretty complicated up here boss, you might need to see it for yourself.” She explains over the comms.

You step out into the main access hall and see the imperial bounty hunter -Theyad, you remember) carring a box of hopefully non-explosive material down towards the leisure area. You can hear the bounty hunters shouting at each other while arming weapons.

What do?

>Head for the bridge, make sure Caja isn't flying you into a sun.

You half stumble, half jog your way down the connecting corridor towards the bridge, passing a number of spaces carrying cables and welders on the way. The door to the bride is being kept open and you spot the flare of turbolasers as you step over the threshold. Caja is jinking the ship up and down as she passes between a trio of freighters, two of which are drifting at wounded angles.

Caja points a green finger out the front of the bridge at a huge black shape hanging motionless in space. An asteroid easily twenty times bigger than your ship. A brown and silver frigate hovers above it, dropping turbo laser fire on the assembled interdicted ships.

“Vuto's must've pulled it into the hyperspace lane to pull us out of the jump. Looks like they've got a few others aswell!” She shouts as she brings the Defender in a sharp turn around a passenger ship which has a brown and silver freighter shackled to it like a leech.

“Got more than they bargained for though!” She grins pointing at two fast moving shapes flying on the far side of the asteroid. Strange y-shaped ships firing green return fire at a pirate corvette. One of them bounces dangerously as a missle impacts below it and appears to fall out of sync with its brother ship.

“What do we do boss?” Shouts/asks Caja worriedly.

> “Get us far enough away to jump to lightspeed. We've got too much to lose!”
> “Chase after that frigate near the asteroid! It's gotta be running this fight.”
> “Head back to the passenger liner, it looks like it needs help.”
> “Lets help out those gunships, strength in numbers.”
> “Those freighters looked damage, do a pass see if they're alive.”
> Other.

You briefly reach out with the force. You feel the Jedi's presence, Tax's especially so as she appears to be channelling the force heavily, like some sort of funnel. Aside from that, nothing else pushes strongly against you, except for the background corruption of the Holocron.

“Chase after that frigate near the asteroid! It's gotta be running this fight.” You command, pointing upwards over the precipise of the th asteroid at the looming form of the pirate frigate. Caja gulps, probably not accustomed to taking on pirate frigates in open combat, but she pulls the ship in low, follwing the contours of the asteroid as she screams Warden-1 to it's target.

The asteroid provides cover from the Frigates guns but also shields it from your own, giving you a few moments to breathe. You realise you're just standing awkwardly while one of the seats in the cockpit sits empty. You decide to;

>Jump in the communications console at the front, hoping to organise with the other ships in the field.
>Drop into the gunnery console to the right of Caja, planning to put that Frigate on the ground, one way or another.
>Slip into the cramped navigations console to Caja's left, trying to get redouts of the ships present in the engagement.
>Stay where you are, you're not much of a tech.

“Time for some aggressive diplomacy.” you mumble as you jump into the gunnery console to Caja's right. You slip on the gunners headset and it takes you a moment to get accostomed to the chatter of the spacers throughout the ship.

“Landing gear is clear, must just be dust from the lightspeed jump.”

“Got it, clearing the sensor. Hows the cargo bay?”

“I'VE GOT THE WELD IN PLACE! JUST GOTTA GET THIS STUPID JEDI TO STOP PUSHING THE THING WITH HER DAMN MAGIC!”

“Well keep trying Jakira, they can't be that stubborn.”

The Duros on the communication console notices you in the gunners seat as he says this and opts to spin around rather than face your questioning glare. You shake your head and grab the controls hoping to put some holes into that frigate. Your readout displays your two dual-heavy lasers as well as a rack of concussion missles, with a full magazine of six. The gunners view shows the frigate coming into sight as you crest the last ridge on the asteroid.

Caja's flying, while safe hasn't been stealthy and you notice two underbelly turrets facing Warden-1 as you come into sight.

You flick open the secondary trigger and fire a concussion missile, leading the ordnance through fly-by-wire towards the looming frigate. Barrages from each of the underbelly turrets answer you missle and they pass eachother over the face of the asteroid. The lasers reach you first, the first slamming into the asteroid, blasting off rock-dust while the second slams into the flat top of Warden-1 causing a shimmer followed by a cascade over the cockpit. Your gunnery console confirms shields down.

But your missile is still on course, as it passes through the bubble of the frigates shield it's engine short circuits and your connection to it is lost, causing it to stumble through space like a lethal throwing knife. It explodes upon impact with the underbelly, vaporising one of the turrets and damaging the frigate.

Caja takes you under the frigate and looks to you for orders.

“Bring us around for another pass! Take us low under the ship!” Your order as you calibrate the lasters for the low pass. Caja banks the ship before spinning it mid-flight, reversing you trajectory and setting you up to pass under the ship. You can see the top-mounted turbo-laster eyeing you off as the Frigate begins to move downwards over the asteroid, towards the passenger liner but it does not fire at you. You can see the name written in Huttese as you come in for your second pass “The Punish My Enemies”.

You target the underbelly of the frigate again, as close to the previous damage as possible nd prepare to fire. The shield displays as still operational on their ship as you come in, but you hope that Warden-1 can still put a hole in it.

The lasers fire in two bursts, sending crimson bolts through space. It looks like the frigate is dipping low to the asteroid, trying to keep you from passing under its belly at the risk of scraping it on the asteroid.

Your blasters hit the frigate first blasting through its shields that are struggling with the the asteroid. The bolts smash into the previous hole damaging internal structures of the ship and vent a few crew members into space. The wound begins to leak fluid and atmosphere into the void as the frigate continues onward.

Return fire from the one underbelly gun chases after you. With an audible shear it slams into the rear of the ship, shunting you forwards and smashing the bridge into a rocky outcropping, causing spiderweb cracks over a side viewport. Pops and sparks precede a small bang from the rear of the ship and you can hear spacers moving to contain a fire.
“RIGHT ENGINE DOWN CAJA!” Screams a spacer in the rear of the ship.

“Got it Sickie! Get it up!” Replies Caja as she pulls Warden-1 away from the asteroid.

Ahead of you the battle continues to play out. One of the frieghters, a Dynamic-class garbed in white and red spirals through space firing both its turrets at a small swarm of pirate fighters on it's tail, while the other freighters hang motionless, drifting. One of the gunships hangs wounded, sparks playing out across its hull while the pirate corvette plows laser fire into it mercilessly. The remaining gunship flys a run across the corvette but it's laser fire has no effect. The wounded gunship explodes, lighting up the battle.

The passenger liner and it's parasitic freighter remain locked in their painful embrace.

> “Caja, lets clear off those fighters, give that last freighter a hand!”
> “Caja! Get us clear! We need shields!”
> “Caja! We're a gunship down, lets help the other!”

“Caja! Get us clear! We need shields!” You shout, point at the pilot over your shoulder.

“You got it captain.” Replies Caja, slightly patronisingly. You get the impression she had that plan anyway. She pull Warden-1 back down towards the asteroid, flying over the surface downwards before seperating at the space-rocks southern pole. She lets the Defender spiral before a brutal kick boosts it forward.

“Engine's back up Boss, things are pretty messed up down here.” Replies 'Sickie' obviously the Spacer in charge of repairs.

“Got it, unmess them and get somewhere safe. I don't think we're out of this yet.” Acknowledges Caja, bringing the ship around so that you're looking up at the battle from below.

To the right you can see the debris of the first gunship settle as the pirate corvette turns to engage the second gunship. However it was unprepaired for the extreme speed of the remaining ship as it spirals head on at the corvette, lasers firing. The green bolts shear through shields of the pirate ship before vaporising it's bridge in a sparky explosion. The gunship tries to pull up but smashes one of it's wings into the remains of it's assailant, warping it and causing it to veer off away form the fight.

The freighter dives downwards, passing by it's wounded allies, still firing it's turrets at the swarm of fighters. Two of the pursuit fighters explode into small puffs of flame whilst return fire plays out of the ballsy frieghters rear.

The passenger liner still hangs quiet as the frigate passes over it. The predatory turbolaser finally speaks up, firing at the freighter but only manages to turn one of the wounded freighters to slag.

“Shields at twenty-five percent.” Pings the ship in your ear.

“Push back up towards that frigate Caja, it's tearing them apart.” You order, readjusting your aim on the gunners console as Warden-1 kicks upwards, returning to the fight. Was you gun upwards, the fight continues to play out above you.

The freighter flees towards you, hoping to use the asteroid and your approach as cover whistly firing backwards with it's turrets. The fighters have backed off to avoid being struck by friendly fire from the frigate but still pouring fire into the Dynamic-class as it flees the wreckage. Their bolts finally find purchase, sparking off the rear of the frieghter and dropping it's shields.

The Turbolaser can't chase the freighter downwards but that underbelly turret can and it's laser fire smashes into the Dynamic-class but has no effect.

“That gunship appears to have sorted itself!” Pipes up the Rodian on the navigation console with a smile. “And it's posting a Republic SID! Callsign; Hunter-2”. The gunship pulls up alongside you as you fly upwards towards the frigate, bucking its wings once in greeting.

Finally the frieghter attatched to the passenger liner breaks off, the vicious breaching clamp that had forced it's way through the liners thin outer hull leaving a gaping wound that vents atmosphere into space. The freighter appears to make a break clean from the battlefield, likely to jump out of the system. The frigate begins to spin, bringing it's bigger guns to bear on Warden-1 and Hunter-2.

The underside of the frigate rolls away from you as to pitches, trying to shield the fleeing pirate freighter and bring it's turbolaser to target you. You once again slip off the secondary trigger and pull twice, figuring that now is not the time for subtlety. The first missile is dumbfired while the secondary you control through fly-by-wire. To your right, Hunter-2 lights up with its remaining two heavy lasers, sending a torrent of green death towards the “Punish My Enemies.” A return fire of heavy turrets and the turbolaser is the frigates reply.

Hunter-2's lasers land first, causing a cascading failure of the frigates side shields and blasting chunks off the beasts flank, causing significant damage. Return fire is avoided narrowly by the gunships pilot as the frigate angrily replies.

Your dumbfire missile slams into the rear of the ship, damaging naught but armoured bulkheads while your fly-by-wire missile pulls downwards, lengthening the wound in the ships underside. Return from the underbelly turret plays out across Warden-1 damaging the shields, whilst a turbolaser barrage, aimed at you smashes into the asteroid.

“Keep on course, one more volley should kill it!” You declare, leaning into the controls of the gunnery console with renewed fervor. Caja casts a sideways glance at your bloodthirst but keeps her concerns to herself for the time being, instead choosing to focus on not being blown into space.

Hunter-2 appears to break away for a moment, getting ready to take cover among the wrecks of the two dispatched freighters but noticing your continued assault, returns to attack the frigate. In reply the frigates guns continue to swivel, tracking both of your movements.
You sync up the two twin lasers on Warden-1's sides and let go a quick burst from each, hoping that without shields the frigate won't be able to defend itself. Hunter-2 does the same before attempting to duck under the wounded frigate. The frigates heavy turrets return fire, the two top guns aiming down Warden-1 whilst the remaining underbelly turret guns for Hunter-2. The Turbolaser appears to lock in place facing forward. Suspsciously silent.

Your fire lands first, tracing up the rear of the ship and leading towards the nose. At first they plink of the armoured rear section before finding weak points within the open hangars that are doing their best to return the pirate fighters. Two more fighters go up in flames before the blast doors close, then you blast them for good measure. Return fire from the frigate strikes true however, the elevated position allows the laser fire to hit the top of Warden-1, directly above the living area. Sparks explode from the comms station and a backwash of power explodes the console, the Duros flies back out of his chair, bleeding onto the floor of the bridge.

Cont.
>>
The Frigate begins to shift violently as it prepares to pull an emergency jump to lightspeed. However the green fire from Hunter-2 splits the ship asunder and firey explosions play out all over. The emergency jump protocol, probably hotwired by some splicer, still take effect causing the armoured rear engine section to plow through the central hangar section before causing the whole ship to explode when it rampages through the bow at faster than light speeds. The explosion pushes both Warden-1 and Hunter-2 back with debris, but thankful knocks the gunship out of the way of return fire.

And in that moment, the battle ends.

Caja pulls Warden-1 to a stop in space and leaps from her chair. The Duros begins to sieze uncontrollably in the front of the bridge, leaking grey blood onto the floor like hydraulic fluid. The other Rodian of navigation sits, shocked and afraid of his own equipment, like it might do the same to him.

Caja holds the Duro's and attempts to stem the bleeding but the wounds are too plentiful, not even a full dunk in a kolto-tank would save him, he'd simply bleed into the mixture. You can hear shouting from the rear of the ship and people moving around.

You move from your seat and drop your outer robe in one fluid motion. You carefully move Caja aside and kneel in the grey blood as you place your hands above some of the Duro's more pressing wounds. There truly are many and you think it impossible to save the wounded spacer, but surely it is a Jedi's duty to try. Caja looks at you, her mane of pink hair licked with sweat as she holds the Duro's head in both hands. He keep mumbling the same phrase as you reach out with the force to heal his wounds.

“Ooptmah...ooptmah....”

You reach out with the force, feeling the life energy leaking from the living like the blood from his body. You pool it together and find yourself using the passion and emotions from the scene, the fear in the Duros and your own adrenalin to force his wounds close dramatically. One after another in what would appear to be the blink of an eye, his wounds seal shut and cauterize painfully. You pull your hands back in shock and horror.

“The passion of life affects the force in ways we can't comprehend...” Echoes Stargazer in your ears distantly.

The Duros continues to breathe in shuddered gasps before lapsing from conciousness. His wounds are sealed but the pain of the forced healing appears to have shocked him from thought. The only hope is that he hasn't lost too much blood to survive.

You collapse from your kneeling position and push yourself backwards in disgust and fear, staring at your own hands as if you expect lightning to erupt from them at any moment. Vash bursts into the room with a worried look on his face and is silenced by the carnage. Caja looks up at you and smiles weakly.

“Thankyou Futh'ra.”

As much as I'd like us to centre ourselves, people may still needs us.

Also, this darkside stuff is worrying, is there anything we can do to help ward off the corruption from that holocron? We still have young padawans with us.
>>
>>37155421
This is the first time you've really dealt with one before. Other masters may know, but you're not really in a position to ask right this second.

I'm going to go tend to Miss Jedayy, but I have all intentions of continuing the thread, possibly doing another seeing how the night progresses. So consider this an extended-brb. Feel free to chat in the thread while I'm gone in regards to plans for the temple, dealing with the wreckage or whatever. It's always awesome to come back and see you're foolish schemes.

>>Get up and go to the rear of the ship, people still might need help.
Calm down. Emotion won't taint us.
>>

We could space it. It doesn't seem to be worth the cost at all.
>>
>>37155389
>Get up and go to the rear of the ship, people still might need help.
There is work to be done.

We need to focus on balance. We used only what was at hand: the emotions of the scene. He was wounded because of the battle and our decisions, and he was healed because of the battle and our decisions.
>>
>>37155468
The cost of what? We reached out to it. We mediated by it for what could have been days. Stargazer's dark past may be present in the holocron, which is why it's controversial, but he also sought out redemption. There's much to learn from one's fall and redemption. Sheltering ourselves and clinging to blissful ignorance won't do us any good.
>>
>>37155450
Your* fucking hell.
>>
>>37155468
That seems dangerous. Obviously space is huge etc but it feels like if we space something like that, someone, somehow will find it and it will bite us in the ass.

I'm not sure what to do with it really, this dude may have been a sith but he was trying to find his way back to the light side yeah? Still though, the corruption could be trouble. There has to be some way we can cleanse the area of corruption though.

>>37155487
I agree, not only that but it was given to us specifically because the Jedi Master didn't want it destroyed due to its value.
>>
>>37155487
Sure it will. It will keep us from being futher corrupted.
>>
>>37155487
Not to mention his vast experience. Compared to the masters of old we are but children playing with matches.
>>
>>37155503
We didn't take a holocron, out of a list of valuable items, just to dump it in space. What's more >>37155495 is right. The masters didn't want it destroyed.
>>
>>37155503
I'm sure there are measures we can take to protect ourselves. I think we just got caught off guard due to our exhaustion and lack of experience in battle.

>>37155530
Some did, I think it was a contentious issue but at lease one master thought it worth protecting and like you said, its valuable and we skipped other stuff for it so we aren't spacing it.
>>
So how long are we planning on sticking with our lie of the academy being just a simple outpost? I think once the younglings get to the planet and we actually construct it, its going to be a tad obvious what we're doing. Or are the spacers not sticking around that long??
>>
>>37155548
>I think we just got caught off guard due to our exhaustion and lack of experience in battle.
I think it's a bit deeper than that. When we used a force ability, we channeled the force and life itself through us. Stargazer himself was flowing through our hands. Using any force abilities in general, even when focused, might cause the same connection.
>>
>>37155589
I have no idea how long they're going to be with us, though we voted to have them on guard duty, so they'll be on the ground for a while.
>>
>>37155594
Yeah but I think in usual circumstances in which we aren't exhausted from days without food or water we will be less vulnerable to that. I could be totally wrong, this is all speculation and I think there are certainly risks to this but I think we can manage the risk... somehow.
>>
>>37155616
Indeed our mind wasn't shielded and we were vulnerable (if we rolled too low we would have probably zapped him), but if we use force abilities near the holocron I think we'll always feel Stargazer with us.
>>
>>37155666
I think Cade's Force Heal is of the zappy affair. He literally walks the edge of the dark side when he does it though.

You push yourself up from the bloody floor as it seeps through you consulars robe, turning into a sickly transparent grease and make your way up from the front of the bridge. Vash lets you pass and falls into step beside you, giving you support every few steps. As the battlefield adrenalin wears off you are reminded that you are still quite exhausted.

“Probably shouldn't have taken on a whole frigate straight out of bed, huh 'Kiva?” He asks with a friendly tone. You smile weakly and offer him a meek “Suppose not.” In return. When you arrive in the central leisure area you find it in disarray. Massive damage to the roof, probably below the exterior communications hub, has caused many structural failures. Pipes and cables hang free dumping sparks and various liquids into the room haphazardly. The bounty hunters stand about, armed to the teeth, preparing for a boarding party this is hopefully not coming.

Three bodies lay on the floor. Two are spacers, covered loosely by plastic sheeting, the smell of burnt skin and flesh is think in the air. Two spacers sit back defeated against the wall of the far access corridor whilst even more rush about with tools. The third body is that of Tax, she breathes slowly and deeply. She appears unwounded but exhausted. The two padawans sit over her, wiping her brow with a cold towel.

You step past the Trandoshan who hisses slightly as you pass. Apparently some folks are irritated at not being involved in your near-death experience. Eskol and Rogni smile as you approach scooching aside to allow you access to the unconscious Knight. Tax is completely unresponsive but you can feel her presence in the force, knowing she's not in danger of death.

“What happened?” You ask the Padawans.

“When we came out of hyperspace we were in the cargo bay practicing centering ourselves with the force. There was this big jolt like when the trains at the temple suddenly stop. Then the air started disappearing.” Explained Rogni with a rush.

“Tax was with us and she channeled the force into a funnel, keeping the vaccuum from sucking us all out into space. But she couldn't really let go and she just collapsed once one of the crew members welded it shut.” Concluded the older Eskol with pride.

“She saved both of us.” Finished Rogni.

You nod thoughtfully, a honorable move, if a bit brash and overdone.

You tell Eskol and Rogni to stay with Tax until she wakes up. They nod seriously and go back to trying to make her as comfortable as possible. You stand and turn to Vash.

“There's still another gunship out there as well as a freighter. See if you can get communications up with them so we can work out what condition they're in.” He nods, just an calm and disinterested as ever, before taking off towards the bridge at a light jog. In light of your recent brush with the dark side you are envious of his inability to be shaken by the world around him.

You step lightly over to the dead spacers. Pulling back the tarps covering them you see the first, what you think was a Sullastan is now little more than a charred wreck of flesh and cartilage. The other, a human male of middle years has a neat hole where his right eye would be, torn through by some flying debris.

“Damian was quick.” Begins the leftmost Spacer, a Rodian, as if he were talking about a vague happening in another room. His eyes do not move. “But Trecko. She wouldn't stop screaming. Kiggeteh! Kiggeteh! But it was starship fuel, there was nothing we could do.” The right spacer, a human boy of roughly seventeen wearing a helmet to big for him vomits onto the hallway floor.

You nod thoughtfully with genuine sadness. You place a hand on each corpse.

“For Jedi we burn the bodies of those we have lost. So that they may return completely to the force. Your comrades died so that we may live and their loss is not in vain. They will go on to become part of the force that drives us all.” You explain, staring at the shell shocked Rodian. He nods absentmindedly, barely comprehending the words. You stand the offer him a hand, bringing him to his feet even as you own seem so unstable below you. He takes it as he blinks himself back into conciousness. He hauls the stunned human boy up after he is solid and shakes his head.

“We better make sure that the shield generator is still online.” He mumbles as you notice he wears a small namepatch on his flight suit that reads 'Sickie'. The two make their way down an access ladder to the engineering crawlspace.

You opt to explore the ship and find out the extent of your woes. Between your wanderings, a vague technical knowledge and more than a little explaination on behalf of the Spacers you manage to gather a full understanding of the technical situation.

Some subsystems have taken serious damage, but thats to your shields and the overall strength of Warden-1 that damage has been limited to those damaged sections. You right engine is functioning at 40% and will slow your lightspeed. It's engine bay is scarred due to fire and many of the controls and access are damaged beyond use. These will need to be repaired in port.

Your communications system is shot. The exterior dish and parts are completely destroyed whilst the internal systems have been melted through a powersurge, even the console on the bridge will need serious repairs. The whole system needs to be replaced.

The bridge has some superficial damage and one of your Missile tubes is showing further damage due to the nose dive. Not dangerously so, but definitely affecting accuracy.

Thanks to the communications blackout you're currently communicating with Hunter-2 and the freighter “Gatekeeper” through light-assisted morse code. Which will take time.

Your spacers have finished tending to the extreme damage and your ship could technically be classed “Stable” instead of “Critical.”

You get the spacers on fixing the comms system so that you can atleast communicate with naerby ships and stations. It wont be clear, it won't be secure but at least you'll be talking. Duke and his bounty hunters eventually stand down grumpily and return to lounging around the leisure area oblivious to the damage and death about them. Hell, the Trandoshan actually seems more at home.

Kiandra and Lucius eventually reappear. In her quiet withdrawn tones she informs you that the two of them made sure the Holocron was stowed safely inside the container back in the cargo hold. She assists the spacers by healing the multitude of small wounds and abrasions gathered through the fight.

Eventually you collect enough information between yourselves and the other two ships to see the lay of the land. The BT-7 Thunderclap is under the command of LT Jaster Morgan, Falcon Squad, Republic Special Forces. They've got superficial damage and their hull probably can't take any more dog fights but their subsystems are fine. The freighter belongs to Captain Brakkukk, a wookie who apparently no-one on Morgan's ship can understand. Morgan is happy to escort you to Naboo, the nearest civilized system, or onto Enarc. Your call. You can chose to stay behind and scavenge the wrecks for supplies and survivors but Morgan has places to be.

It takes some time, but you manage to tell LT Morgan that you're going to stay behind to look for survivors. They accept this but cannot stay, launching to lightspeed shortly after. Captain Brakkukk appears to ignore you after this, not knowing how to communicate you assume, and heads over to the wrecks of the freighters.

The Passenger liner has ran up against the asteroid as is now grinding against it's surface dangerously. The wreck of the other BT-7 is spread and will most likely require EVA trips to salvage anything of value. The Pirate corvette has had it's entire front third destroyed but appears intact aside from that. The remaining freighter is currently being picked over by Captain Brakkuk and your fairly sure you can see a pair of oversized EVA suits illuminating the wreckage.

>>
You head back up to the still damaged bridge and guide one of the Spacers who has taken the helm in towards the passenger liner. You've got nothing to pull it off the asteroid but the side facing you has the large breach caused by the boarding freighter. You know that Warden-1 has two armoured EVA suits but you're not entirely sure who to send across. There's no telling when those Pirates or other stragglers may return, let alone other ships getting interdicted by the asteroid. Pulling in close you prepare to send a boarding team across.

As for locations, I guess, from incredible luck in Bazaars, to Governor rewards for missions, ancient temple ruins, tombs, and old space wrecks.

It's going to depend on OP really. But if we say we want it we might get it.
